Person of the day is my best friend and future Maid of Honor Jazzy, who went to Japan and got me a bunch of Ace Attorney stuff? Jazzy doesn’t even really know that much about Ace Attorney, she just knows I love it, so she presumably just ran into the Capcom store blindly and grabbed whatever she could carry because she has no idea who any of these characters are or even if I like them or not

Are There 2 King Boos?

There is a theory that there is 2 King Boos, and explain the 2 different appearances of King Boos we see in the series. It is argued that King Boo the King Boo we see in most games is a different a different kind of King Boo with different behaviors than Luigi's Mansion King Boo.

People point out that King Boo in Luigi's Mansion and his Boos seem to be far more aggressive and aren't shy like the other King Boo and his Boos.

However, there is some information that seems to indicate that they are the same character. First off there is a card for Super Sluggers that talks about King Boo being the same one from Luigi's Mansion. However, the lore relevance of a card is questionable. So in the Mario Kart Wii Prima Official Game Guide on page 28 it it is revealed it's the same King Boo. "After Luigi foiled King Boo high atop a mansion, he was furious." Note, the Prima Game Guides have more input and useful information than something like Nintendo Power.

However, there is indeed a second King Boo. In Super Mario Sunshine there is a King Boo created by the Bowser Jr.'s paint brush. Like Sunshine's Petey, this one is a copy of the original. But at the same time, the paint does seem to have a connection to the ghost. Follow Up
