𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚍 𝚘𝚏 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙷𝚘𝚕𝚢 𝙺𝚗𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 (Pt 1)
Elizabeth is stood in a revealing uniform.
"So what's this new outfit for?" She asks.
"It's the tavern uniform" Y/N is holding a mug of booze, shaking her head.
"Way to put your pervy thoughts on display on there dude" Hawk says. Meliodas looks at Elizabeth from different directions.
"If I may ask, why doesn't Lady Y/N wear this uniform" Meliodas shrugs.
"I'm normally in my wolf form, to help set people straight and have a second think about fighting" Y/N hold the mug close to her mouth "And because Meliodas knows I will hit him to the next kingdom if he even brings up the idea" she drinks her booze.
"Oh, right. While I'm waiting on tables, you want me to keep track of rumors and collect information about the possible whereabouts of the Eight Deadly Sins, right?"
"Some intel on the Holy knights would be okay too" Meliodas then goes behind Elizabeth and lifts her skirt, she blushes "Oh, don't worry. I just need to conduct a size check" Y/N grabs Meliodas by the collar and pulls him away, hutting him hard on the head. She gives him to Hawk as poofs into her wolf form, protecting Elizabeth; growling at Meliodas.
"You moron, you scaring away the one person who can bring people in," Hawk says. Minutes later, Y/N is back in her human form. Standing next to Meliodas.
"Excuse me Sir Meliodas? Lady Y/N? There's something I've been wanting to ask you?" They look over at her "The Eight Deadly Sins, are you that wicked? Are you all terrible criminals like the rest of the world said? And if you are what awful crime did you two commit?"
"Our crimes, huh," Meliodas says, sharing a look with Y/N "Well..."
"Seems to me that they just don't understand what kind of people you are. After all, you two made the effort to save me even though you have no idea who I was"
"The truth is...10 Years ago, I traveled through Liones, stealing every pair of panties I could get my hands on"
"And I went to every tavern in Liones and drunk their booze dry, nothing left for months.
"Y-You've gotta be kidding"
"We are," Y/N says. Elizabeth's sweat drops.
"Okay, what I did was stalk 1,000 pretty girls with perfect boobs and groped them all"
"And I went outside of Liones and drank all their booze supplies, leaving nothing"
"Groping? Drinking? Those are just joking right?"
"They are," Meliodas says. Elizabeth's sweat drops again.
"Please stop messing around, or is the truth that you two committed a crime so terrible that you can't put it into words"
"Maybe," Meliodas says. The Tavern suddenly launches to the side and Elizabeth falls. She's "Luckily" caught by Meliodas who has his face in her boobs "Careful"
"Knock it off," Y/N says.
"Hey, we're here," Meliodas says "This is our next wellspring of information, Vanya Village!" They get down from the big and watch as she goes into the ground, leaving nothing but the tavern.
"We usually buy all our liquor from wherever we can find it, but Vanya's stuff is special" Y/N says as they make their way to the village "Best water you can find is here in this village"
"And with the gruit going down by the river, it's used to brew Vanya Ale. It's got fans far and wide" Meliodas says.
"Number 1 being right here" Y/N adds. Her hands behind her head. They look over the edge of the bridge.
"Well it used to," Hawk says "Now those famous waters of there's is bone dry"
"Look, those herbs along the bank are dead," Elizabeth says. Y/N looks down to where the water should be. She puts her hands down to her sides.
"No, not my Vanya Ale"
"What's going on?" Meliodas asks. They walk further into the village till they come to the center where there is a large crowd. Elizabeth laughs.
"Just look at all the people out here in the square. Think it's some kind of festival?" Meliodas walks over.
"Hey, what's up guys," He says. Elizabeth, Hawk, and Y/N follow.
"Oh, it's the bad kid and his guard"
"What's this festival for today" The two men look down at him with surprise.
"This looks like a damn festival to you. We're trying to pull out a sword some Holy Knight jabbed in the ground" They watch as many men try to pull the sword out.
"Stuck in the ground?" Y/N asks "Why'd he do that"
"Days ago a holy knight brought his wrath down upon us" An elder man explains "He infused his sword with mana, pierced the ground and locked away the water under our village"
"If we don't do something about this soon, we'll lose our water and our fruit too," A villager says.
"Then we won't have any more Vanya ale, Damn," Another villager says.
"No more Vanya Ale supplies, aww," Y/N says, looking down.
"A Holy Knight? Think it might be that man you two defeated the other day?" Elizabeth asks.
"Who? that Twigo guy with the mustache? No, not a chance. He wasn't a Holy Knight"
"Trust us, the reals ones are a whole lot worse" Y/N adds.
"Only a Holy Knight has the power necessary to draw a sword belonging to another," The elder man says "Breaking the news isn't going to be easy. But I'm afraid this village is done for"
"Oh no!" Elizabeth says.
"Aw, give me a break," A young boy says, walking past Meliodas and Y/N. They look at him "What's the deal with all this moaning and groaning?"
"It's Mead," A villager says. And they look at him.
"A holy knight's sword stuck in the ground is nothing. My buddies the Eight Deadly Sins we're here, that sword would be gone by now" Y/N looks at him with slight amusement.
"Quite Mead!" A woman says "And who's fault is it that we're all in this predicament in the first place! Of all the things to say, do you have to mention those criminals too!"
"Yeah, she's right! We don't need to make the holy knight angrier!"
"Do you have a grudge against us or what kid"
"No! Come on! That's not the reason I did it!" Mead says.
"We've had it with all your mischief and all your lies!"
"Your suck a jerk" A little girl throws a rock, which hits Meliodas in the face. Y/N laughs.
"I hate you guys!"
"Yeah, well guess what. We hate you, even more, Mead" A boy says. They begin throwing rocks. Y/N gets Mead under her arm and Meliodas in the other and rushes them back to the Tavern. Rocks are still being thrown off both of them.
"I hate you! Your nothing but jerks!"
"Stop it! All of you!" The elder man says.
"Sure looks like we picked a lousy time to come down here and hang out," Hawk says.
"Deep down inside, he's an honest, well-meaning boy"
Tumblr media
"Well, we've done things that sucked less," Meliodas says to Mead who's resting his head on a table. Y/N is sitting opposite him, drinking a mug of booze.
"You weren't getting hundreds of rocks thrown at you, you just got one" Y/N says.
"Tell me, kid, why did they all"
"Don't call me that, you're a kid too" Y/N snorts.
"No, I'm not actually"
"You act like it," Y/N says, drinking her booze.
"What is this, a tavern?" Mead asks.
"Yeah. The Boar hat, it's our place"
"Well, I'm hungry"
"if you answer our questions, I'll make sure you get some food," Y/N says. Mead puts his hands behind his head and smiles.
"Nope, food first" Meliodas groans before giving him. Later, a plate with food on it is in front of Mead.
"That look's great! I can't wait to dig into this" Mead takes a bit of the chicken leg(?-I think). He instantly spits it back out. Meliodas is at the bar, filling two mugs with booze.
"I never claimed it was going to be any good" Meliodas goes back over to the table and places two mugs down, one for himself the other for Y/N. He sits next to Y/N.
"So, is it true?" Y/N asks "All that stuff about you being friends with the Eight Deadly Sins?"
"Your food gave me amnesia" Mead sniffs before looking at them. Y/N sweat drops.
"This is why children annoy me" She mutters, taking another drink of her booze.
"Wait a minute are you two drinking Vanya Ale?" He watches Meliodas take a drink "Hey, should a kid your age be drinking that"
"I already told you, I'm not a kid"
"Man, it tastes really good doesn't it"
"Yep," Y/N says, drinking the ale.
"It's the best, sweetest full-bodied...Oh, so I hear from the adults" The door opens and in walks Elizabeth and Hawk, who closes the door.
"You two made it back," Meliodas says. Elizabeth leans down to Mead.
"So Mean, I hear you quite the prankster with a bad sense of humor," Elizabeth says, "The chief in your village told me so"
"What's it to you? Who do you think you are, my mother?" Elizabeth smiles before kneeling on the floor.
"When I was young, I used to get scolded by my father for pulling pranks"
"Yeah, and that means what to me?" Elizabeth continues to smile.
"I wanted his attention. He wasn't the father I was born to" Elizabeth says. Y/N and Meliodas look at her with curiosity "Then one day, when I was a little girl, I climbed a tall tree in the garden, hoping to give him a real scare. He turned pale as a ghost and started up the tree to try and save me. This man, who has never climbed one in his entire life. Then he fell out of the tree and hurt himself, but luckily it wasn't serious" She pauses "But still, I remember every minute of it like it was yesterday. If he died, I know that I could have never forgiven myself" Mead puts his hand on the table.
"I don't do this kind of stuff, because I don't feel for them, they're all good to me" Elizabeth places her hand on his back, smiling.
"Then why do you?" She asks.
"My mom and dad were always going from place to place, I was even born on the road. But when we stopped her in Vanya a few years ago, there was an epidemic, they got sick and died. That's when the people of the village took me in and raised me as one of their very own. And I was so thankful they did, but I wasn't a part of anyone's real family" Mead starts to tear up "I got jealous 'cause I knew I would never get what they had" He starts crying "I started lying and pulling pranks" He wipes his tears.
"Is that why you put the bug in the Holy knight's drink, too. Cause you were upset"
"No" Elizabeth pulls her hand back as he slams the table "I did that because the knight treated everyone in the village like they were crap" Meliodas, Y/N, Hawk, and Elizabeth look at him surprised. He told his story "We just care so much about it, everyone put their heart and soul into making that ale. But he insulted them. Holy knights are no-good bastards"
"Okay? What about saying your good friends with the Eight Deadly Sins?" Y/N asks.
"Well, I-I lied"
"Too bad, you gotta admit, I kinda had my hopes up," Meliodas says.
"What made you tell a lie like that?" Elizabeth asks. Y/N and Meliodas drink their ale.
"The Eight Deadly Sins are wanted by the Holy Knights, aren't they? If the Holy Knights are going after them, doesn't that mean the Eight Deadly Sins are the good guys?" Hawk and Elizabeth share a look before looking at Y/N and Meliodas who are drinking their booze.
"What?" They say in unison. Elizabeth laughs. They hear loud voices outside.
"That's coming from the village," Mead says.
"Mead! Wait" Mead runs out of the tavern.
"Yikes" Y/N mutters finishing her booze.
Tumblr media
In the village, two knights are standing on either side of the sword, staring at the people of the village.
"Now, listen up you peasant scum!" The tall one says "If you haven't pulled out the holy knight's sword by sundown, then we're gonna charge you 10 times the normal product tax"
"That's insane"
"With all the water dried up, we can't even make one bottle of ale, much less 10 times that amount!"
"That's your punishment," The small one says "Not only did you insult a holy knight, you also claimed to be friends with those know criminals, The Eight Deadly Sins"
"Damn! If Mead hadn't pulled that stunt none of this would have happened!" Mead then runs past the villager to the swords and tried to pull them out, shocking the two knights.
"Mead, no!" A woman says.
"The little big mouth, it isn't going to be very fun if he's the only one"
"So we're gonna charge 20 times the tax now!" Mead tries harder.
"You know you can't pull out that sword!"
"Stop it, Kid, your only making things worse for us!"
"Alright, that's enough!" The elder man shouts. Everyone stops and looks at him.
"Chief?"
"Who insulted our great skills and wounded out pride as ale makers?" He asks "Was it, Mead? No! Wasn't that boy only expressing the feelings we were all having deep down inside" Mead continues to struggle with the swords until a woman goes over to him, placing her hand on his back and hand.
"Auntie?" Mead asks.
"The chief is right about this, you weren't the one to blame Mead" A little boy and girl run over to them. The men in the village begin going towards Mead.
"Hey! You people hear what we said!" The tall Knight shouts "Pour the beer out of your ears" Mead, the woman, and the two kids try to pull the sword out "It's 20 times now!" The big men of the village walk over to them.
"You just leave this to the men now" Mead continues to pull.
"Okay, Mead" The men share a look of determination.
"Okay"

Tokyo Tech Training- Chapter 2
Your eyes snapped open and you met eyes with your lover from last night. Fuck. Did that actually happen? It shouldn’t have. Damn it. No, god, no. I got drunk and had an insane fever dream, that’s it. Your brain worked in overdrive trying to rationalize your decisions from last night. Intense waves of shame and guilt washed over you when you realized that you were, indeed, practically sober.
You woke up with no headache. Your hips, however, were a different story altogether. “Morning, sunshine,” your dimpled teacher said intoxicatingly. It was too early for his bullshit. “Please, Gojo. Not now. I’m going to go home and pretend this didn’t happen, okay? Great.” His grin widened as he pointed out, “Oh, so we’re on name-to-name basis now? I thought I was still your Sensei.”
You ignored him and firmly got up only to catch a glance of yourself in a full body mirror. You saw purple peeking out at you from under Gojo’s shirt. You pulled it down slightly and felt at your raw, sore love bites. “Sorry about those, I always like it a bit rough,” Gojo explained, still shamelessly man-spreading in his bed. “I could tell,” you deadpanned. You lifted up the hem of your shirt to inspect the degree of damage he had done to your hips, and it was bad. You could barely even walk straight. You were planning on a pleasant walk-of-shame home, but seeing the state of your condition, that was now out of question. As if he read your mind, he said “I’ll give you a ride back.”
You got a sneak peak into the Strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer’s morning routine, which included putting on his dumb blindfold and dark navy uniform. He handed you your clothes from the previous night, taking extra care to comment about how he was upset he didn’t get to see you in your “cute little lacy bra.” Everyone had left earlier that morning, knowing from previous experience not to wake Gojo in the morning. In addition, they didn’t want to take their chances while their airhead of a teacher took the steering wheel, blasting trap music way too damn early. You, however, had the treat of experiencing this first-hand. “All aboard!” He said childishly as you stepped into his black BMW. He immediately turned the volume of his music all the way up, humming to Pick it Up by Famous Dex.
You closed your eyes, and muttered a silent prayer that you wouldn’t die in a freak accident on the way home. With your luck, Gojo would crash straight through a KFC Drive-Thru and laugh about it.
You were shaken out of this scary afterthought when you realized that Gojo was driving 65 MPH in a 35 zone. “What the hell? Slow down!” You yelled, but your driver only looked at you and laughed. “You didn’t have a problem with me going fast last night.” You gritted your teeth. Of course he was going to make your drive home as sarcastic and filled with as many horrible sex jokes as possible. The worst part was that you, at the back of your mind, were fighting back a small laugh. But you weren’t about to confirm that he was funny. So you slowly exhaled through your nose, until your breath hitched at the back of your throat.
Gojo’s hand had snuck past the gear and onto your knee. Keeping his (inexplicably blindfolded) eyes on the road, it slowly snaked up to your thigh and rested there. He could feel you tense up and smiled to himself. He loved the effect that even just his hands had on women. The sensation gave you flashbacks of the night before. He touched a bruise on your inner thigh that he had licked and sucked so tenderly last night, and you shuddered. He drew small circles, but didn’t go any further.
The tires screeched to a halt right outside Tokyo Tech, and you clambered out of his car as fast as you could. You left in such a rush that you dropped your “cute, lacy bra” on the passenger-side floor. You didn’t even notice. Luckily it was Sunday, and you wouldn’t have to worry about seeing your teacher until tomorrow. “Have a great day!” He yelled after you, and you flipped him off classily without so much as a backwards glance for your superior. As soon as you got to your dorm, you dramatically collapsed onto the mattress.
You were so tired from fooling around the entire day yesterday that you slept through Sunday in its entirety. You arose early Monday morning and groaned when you remembered that it was going to be your first Field Training day. And you were absolutely correct in thinking that you were most definitely not ready.
“Each of you will be assigned a Jujutsu Sorcerer to shadow for your field practice today. Watch how they exorcise curses, take mental notes, and follow each of their directions carefully. Megumi and Nobara, you’ll be going with Nanami. Yuji and Y/n, you’re stuck with me,” Gojo said, keeping eye contact with you for an uncomfortably long amount of time. You thought to yourself, I might as well just start calling it blindfold-contact, if I can’t see his gorgeous eyes. I mean, eyes. Gojo whistled and led you and Yuji back to his black car. Yuji ran like the track-star he was, yelling “SHOTGUN!” so loudly that you didn’t care to argue.
He threw the door open and leaped into the passenger seat, while Gojo took the wheel and you occupied the backseat. Yuji took the liberty of connecting to the aux, this time blasting Tetris by Derek King. Once again, it was way too early in the morning to be listening to songs about ass. But this issue did not seem to exist for the Tokyo Tech’s favorite resident ass men, Yuji and Gojo. Or as you liked to call them, Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dumb-ass.
Not even a comfortable minute into the drive, Yuji energetically bent over and picked up your forgotten bra. “Ooh, looks like Gojo Sensei is getting some! Who’s the unlucky girl?” Yuji joked around. “Oh, Gojo. GOJO,” the pink-haired puppy-boy fake moaned like an animal in pain while poking fun at his teacher. Your sensei, ever the enabler of horrible jokes, chuckled along. He glanced up into the rear view mirror and made eye contact with you, breaking it as soon as he swerved into the wrong lane. “At least tell me what she looked like!” Yuji practically bursted at the seams. Gojo sighed and offered a single comment to his student that was enough to temporarily stave off his curiosity and shut him up. “She had a great ass.”
You heard a genuinely amazed “Wow!” from your fellow first-year as blush once again danced onto your cheeks. You broke the car’s mounting tension by piping up and asking, “So where are we actually going?” Gojo explained that their Field Practice entailed an actual mission to retrieve one of Sukuna’s fingers. What the hell? You thought to yourself. You had barely one day of instruction and you were being thrown into the deep end already? Jesus Christ. But somewhere deep inside your mind, you knew that Gojo cared for his students and would never let any of them get hurt.
Rudely interrupting your thoughts for the millionth time, Gojo interjected, “But we’re stopping by the bakery first. I need my morning fix.” Your stomach grumbled at the thought of food just as you remembered you hadn’t eaten yet today. With one shitty parallel-parking job, you had arrived right outside the Ichiban Pan bakery. The three of you filed into the bakery, the bell on the door ringing as the sweet aromas supplied you with some much-needed serotonin. You walked up to the counter, and immediately noticed how beautiful the cashier was. She had long, dark hair and a figure that anyone would drool over.
To your surprise, she said, “Gojo...back here already? I knew you hadn’t had enough of me yet,” as she eyed him lustfully. “Of course I had to come back for seconds. Your goods were just so...soft and sweet,” he smiled coyly as he leaned onto the counter and shamelessly flirted back. The woman reached over and toyed with Gojo’s blindfold as his smile grew. She said, “So, when are we going to have some more fun?” He answered, “Always so eager, huh? Don’t worry, you’ll get your turn soon.” You couldn’t tell if your face was heating up with annoyance at the thought of Gojo delaying the mission to flirt with one of his girls, or at the fact that you felt...jealous. Jealous that you weren’t the only one he had eyes for, and envious that this girl was older and maybe even more attractive than you. She made you feel plain in more ways than one, and your mind started to wander.
Did Gojo touch her like how he touched me? How many girls has he had before? How many is he with right now? Damn it. You shook off the bothersome thought. Maybe it was your innate competitiveness as a Jujutsu Sorcerer, but you knew you had to get him back. Fair and square. You told yourself it wasn’t because you wanted more from him, but it was because you wanted to make him feel jealous in the exact same way. Whatever it was, whenever the time would come, you were going to leave him frustrated.
Three delicious dangos and thirty minutes later, you found yourself at the site of the curse: a closed off mall. While you were now right outside of the car, you could feel the cursed energy radiating out from its epicenter. “There’s one unregistered first-grade curse that you need to extract Sukuna’s finger from. And I’m going to osbserve,” Gojo said while he sat on the hood of his car. “You’re going to what? I’ve barely had ANY training,” you sputtered angrily, but Yuji was already pulling your arm and dragging you towards the curse. Well, you thought to yourself. Might as well prove yourself a worthy comrade to Yuji and a promising student for...he didn’t matter right now. The two of you sprinted forward as Gojo lowered a dark veil over the area, blackening the sky.
Yuji shoved the front doors open and leapt inside, and you jumped in after him. The lights were broken and flickering, casting an eerie glow over the abandoned mall. The escalators were still running, but you could hear distant crashing sounds. “This way!” Yuji yelled, as the two of you sprinted up the escalator to the second floor. The crashing increased in volume, and it was clearly coming from a destroyed souvenir shop ahead.
You laid eyes on the grotesque curse, which resembled a deformed, melting, red plastic mannequin that was at least twice your height. Its arms immediately extended and shot out at you, but you dodged out of the way. You hadn’t learned any techniques yet, so it seemed like you and Yuji would be teaming up and harnessing your raw cursed energy to deliver blows to the mannequin. The curse opened its mouth to reveal jagged teeth that caged in one of Sukuna’s fingers. “There it is!” you shouted. But in an instant, both you and Yuji were caught off guard and knocked to your feet by the mannequin’s extended arms.
They grew spikes that jutted out and beat into your sides. You yelped and coughed in pain, starting to see blood pool out from under your uniform. You gritted your teeth and tried your best to deliver blows to sever the curse’s arms, but it was useless. Yuji, too, seemed trapped in between the sharp spikes. After ten minutes of intense stabbing pains and useless struggle against this first-grade curse, Yuji piped up. “I think I’m going to have to let Sukuna take over and destroy this curse.” Your eyes widened. You had only heard stories of the demon king, and they were all horrific. But it was between that and death, and you both made the split-second decision. “Do it,” you nodded.
You watched from your position as Yuji let Sukuna take over his body. Black tattoos etched their way across his toned body, which was exposed to you after he carelessly tore his tightening shirt off. His smile grew wide and you heard a malicious laugh. “Fool,” Sukuna said directly to the curse, before ripping its right arm off with brute force. “You think you’re any match for me?” Before its arm could regenerate, Sukuna tore off its other one and freed you before tossing you aside like a corpse while informing you that you were “in his way.” You hit your head against the front window of the store and groaned. You watched the mannequin open it’s mouth and shoot out it’s razor-sharp dagger teeth at Sukuna, but he just grabbed onto the curse’s head and tore it right off with ease.
He reached two fingers into the curse’s mouth and extracted the finger, examining it with a slight grin before swallowing it. “Feels so good,” he murmured while throwing his head back and laughing loudly. A wave of confusion washed over you. If the job was done, why hadn’t Yuji switched back yet? What was going on? You shivered and backed up slightly as Sukuna turned his head to look down at you.
“You know,” he drew out a breath as he kneeled down and picked up a scrap of cloth from Yuji’s torn shirt. “I haven’t taken over a vessel in ages. And that means I haven’t had a woman in a very,” he stepped closer to you, “Very long time.” You looked up at him from the ground, taking in his mouthwatering physique. This curse made you forget about logic for a minute and revert to primal instinct. The first thought that ran through your brain was running your tongue over his abs. However, a second later, you had an even better idea. Why not let Sukuna have his way with me? That would show Gojo. I want him to hear me moaning while he’s still sitting in his stupid BMW, blood rushing to his dick as he thinks about me getting fucked stupid by the undisputed king of curses. That thought alone was enough to push you to answer, “And what do you want me to do about that?”
“You’re going to do as I say. Let me fuck you until you can’t remember your own first name.” Your heat throbbed at that, and Sukuna wasted no time binding your hands together tightly with the scrap of cloth. This was really happening. You were about to get destroyed by the legendary Sukuna in the shattered storefront of a souvenir shop. In the dark. Without any semblance of a warning, Sukuna ripped your uniform top right off of your body, leaving behind only scraps of fabric. You shivered at the sensation of being exposed to the cold. You looked up at him wearing only your plain black bra and uniform skirt, and his eyelids lowered. “Fucking slut,” he said, as he ripped off your bra with the same fervor. He smiled hungrily as your nipples perked from the chills, and groped at your breasts with both hands.
He admired how they fit perfectly within his calloused hands, and how he could feel your heartbeat rapidly soar. With fear. Humans really are useless creatures, aren’t they? He thought before he demanded, “Open your mouth.” You complied, and he slid two long digits all the way inside. You felt one hit the back of your throat and you moaned onto his fingers as they slid back out. He rubbed his fingers back onto your breasts, coating them with the wetness of your own saliva. You moaned loudly with pleasure, positive that your pathetic Sensei could hear you from outside.
“That’s good.” Sukuna approved of your moaning. The thought of him making you arch your back, screaming and crying for him pushed him on further. His hands aggressively found your skirt, tearing it easier than paper. He looked down at your soaked panties and felt the urge to make you feel small and embarrassed. “You’ve gone and made a mess of yourself. I’ll just have to get rid of them,” you saw Sukuna’s tongue move around in his mouth as he forcefully tugged off your panties. His hunger got the best of him, and he bent down to let his tongue take one long lap along your dripping cunt. “Fuck,” he breathed as you threw your head back, hitting against the wall. “I haven’t tasted a woman in so long,” he said, before bending back down and slipping his tongue into your slit.
His strong arms kept your shaking legs pried wide open for him, sharp nails tightly gripping into your thighs, and you could only groan louder. He continued to drink at your slippery juices until you screamed and came into his mouth. He licked his lips as he pushed your thighs back together and lifted himself up. “I’m not even close to finished with you yet,” he growled, sensing you getting slightly tired.
He lifted you up and threw you onto your stomach. You propped yourself up shakily using your elbows while he pushed your head down with one of his hands. You arched your back for him, granting him an easier entrance. Kneeling behind you, he teased his dripping tip at your folds while squeezing at your ass. The buildup was almost too much for you to take, so you began to whine “Suku-,” but before you could finish, he entered you roughly. Sukuna mercilessly railed into your pussy from behind, one hand simultaneously gripping your hair and pushing your head down, while the other dug crescent-shaped nail marks into your hips.
His pace was so fast that you could only scream and curse and whine his name, but he only laughed and threw his head back. “Sl-slower,” you begged, tears spilling down your face, but Sukuna maintained his speed. Your useless request only prompted him to move his hand from your hair to your throat, gripping you tightly. “Don’t ask me that again,” he growled, still thrusting.
You could feel his thrusts become more loose and sporadic, and finally he pulled out and groaned deeply while spilling his cum all over your thighs. You panted and stood up slowly, but you held back a shocked scream. You watched in horror as Gojo Satoru stood before you, blindfolded eyes trailing over the white, creamy liquid dripping down your thighs. You instinctively covered your breasts and cunt, managing a weak, “how long were you watching?” Gojo took a step forward. “Well, I decide to assess the situation for myself when I heard you screaming for mercy, so I came in at about the time...” he mimed checking a fake watch, “a 1000-year-old curse started pounding you from behind.”
You blushed, heart racing from the exposure and accidental voyeurism. You hadn’t expected him to actually come see you for himself. However, your eyes took a quick trip to see a growing bulge in your Sensei’s pants. You smiled to yourself as you thought, mission accomplished.

Chapter 01: A High Destiny
A high destiny seemed to bear me on until I fell, never, never again to rise.
[Mary W. Shelley, Frankenstein]
It starts as it will end: in darkness.
Black dots dance in front of your eyes, merging into dark shadows clawing at your consciousness. A dull throb pounds in your temple, a steady rhythm that speaks of life but isn’t enough to allow awareness of your surroundings. Memory is a foreign word you can’t explain, and trying to think of the past 24 hours is an unachievable task. Every glimpse slips through your fingers like sand, and the only steady reference point is the solid ground pressing into your hands and back.
Slowly, you open your eyes. Treetops dance in the wind, towering above you like silent guardians of ancient times. The sun winks at you through thick branchesa and dancing green crowns, indicating it’s long past daybreak—but how do you know? Your memory is still a vast pool with no bottom and no means to dive into, and yet you think there’s a voice calling out to you, a heart-wrenching young, boyish voice—no, those are real voices ringing through the woods, appearing close to you. Alarmingly close.
“You’re awake,” a woman’s voice starts, moments later followed by a corresponding face. Round, lavender eyes surrounded by thick, white lashes peak from above at you, blinking curiously. It’s an expression far from friendly, but not exactly hostile either, and of all the things you can think of at this moment, it is how strikingly beautiful she is. But before you can say anything, another person joins, leaning too close in for comfort.
“You got us worried there, stranger,” a young man chimes in, squatting down beside you. His uniform isn’t exactly what you’d call fit for travelling through the woods. A heavy yellow cape falls over his shoulder, more fanciful display than practical use. But something in his posture seems very attentive, his broad shoulders taut like a drawn bowstring that won’t miss its target. “Weird place to take a nap, but hey, I’m not judging.”
“I wasn’t—” you start, immediately struck by a throbbing pain behind your right eye that reverberates through your skull and wretches a groan from you.
“Take it easy,” another voice joins, and panic spreads through you because of the amount of people surrounding you. Where the first man is a picture of warm colours—gold and sun kissed skin nourished on warm summer days, the other man observing you with a worried expression is clad in blue and black, blond hair falling into a pale face that carries the most striking blue eyes you’ve ever seen. Or so you think, because surely a colour like this, a blue stolen right out of the sky, wouldn’t be easily forgotten.
More movement and rustling of fabric, and a chill settles in your bones as you begin to fear that you’ve run into a bunch of ruffians who’ve only kept you alive for so long because they’re hoping for valuable information. More people emerge from the underbrush, carrying large sacks and backpacks with billycans dangling at their sides. Among them, a tall man with a beard, clad in robust mercenary’s gear, steps forward, concealing another young woman with sharp features and unusual greenish blue hair.
The sight of her strikes you like a bolt. It tastes like familiarity and the relief of being reunited with a long lost friend. But that is impossible. This is the first time you meet her.
    Is it?
“You brats, I told you not to head off too far,” the older man bellows, crossing logs for arms in front of his broad chest. The first three take one big, polite step away from you, but don’t look apologetic at all.
“I’m sorry for our hastiness, Captain Jeralt,” the girl says, her eyes darting from you still sitting on the ground to him towering in his full height above them. “But it seems we would have otherwise not found this person.”
“This person who wasn’t really much conscious a couple of minutes ago,” the boy in yellow adds with a crooked grin. “How bad would it have been if someone else would have beaten us to it?”
“No need to make me look like the bad guy,” Captain Jeralt interrupts with a raised hand before the boy in blue can join his friends' justifications. Instead, he turns to you and regards you with a scrutinising look.
“What are you doing out here?” he demands. “Where’s your family? Friends?”
“Uhm, they’re—” you start, but nothing comes to your mind. Not only that. You don’t know why you’re out here, where you are exactly … and basically anything that should come to you about your own person remains shrouded in darkness. “I don’t know.”
Jeralt nods like that explains the very reason you’re still sitting on the ground like a misplaced cargo of cabbage. He kneads the nape of his neck, his face softening the tiniest bit. “And what’s your name?”
Unable to hold his piercing eyes, you drop your gaze to the ground, curling your trembling fingers into the fabric of your wool jacket. “I, uh… don’t know.”
If you thought you didn’t have their attention before, now their eyes are glued on your face in different levels of shock and disbelief.
“A case of amnesia?” the blond male says, not quite managing to achieve the right balance between blatant curiosity and polite worry. “Does this mean you have nowhere to go? Don’tknow where to go?”
“Goddess help you, Dimitri,” the other boy groans, running a hand through his short, brown hair. “Be any more tactless, will ya?”
“He isn’t wrong,” the girl says, observing you like you’re a fascinating new specimen in her collection of strange things. “You need a place to stay. And help until your memories return.”
If they return, you don’t dare to say because despite all things, hope still clings to you in the deepest corner of your heart, not allowing you to follow that train of thought and what it will mean for your future.
“Then by all means, if you want to join,” Jeralt says, waving a dismissive hand in your direction. “I don’t think you kids accept a No, so I’m going to save my breath.” He turns around with a grunt. “Get them your horse, Byleth. We’re late as it is, and another night of Alois talking my ears off will make me do something I’ll regret.”
The woman called Byleth keeps staring at you even as Jeralt walks past her and gives her shoulder a solid clap. You can’t say if she’s mute or just speechless because she’s filled with the same strange overflowing sensation like you: like a basin filling with water but unable to drain off. It appears you’re the same age, a couple of years older than the other three but still much younger than Jeralt, and yet the moment your eyes lock, it feels like there is something far older than any of you together passing between you. Something ancient.
“Well, first off, on your feet, little one.” Strong hands curl around your elbows, hoisting you up in one swift movement. A wave of dizziness hits you like an unavoidable spell, and the pounding from before settles back behind your right eye.
“Amazing, Claude,” the girl hisses, and quickly steps forward to steady you, pressing one hand against the small of your back where her strong fingers curl against the curve of your spine. Her other hand gently holds yours as she helps you regain your balance. “Excuse his manners. I promise not everyone from the Officers Academy behaves like a brute.”
“The what now?” you ask, hit by another wave of dizziness that might originate more from the girl’s soft lavender fragrance rather than the world spinning around you.
“The Officers Academy at Garreg Mach Monastery,” Dimitri provides this time. His posture is straight like an arrow, the stance of a soldier speaking to his officer. “That is where we attend as students and hence are going right now.”
“And you want me to come with you?” you ask like you have the option to refuse and go somewhere else. Strangely, the thought of joining a group of armed knights and mercenaries doesn’t fill you with fear or anxiety. You’re about to tread into foreign waters, and yet your heart is calm like a still compass guiding you in the right direction.
Claude clasps his hands behind his head like he’s got nothing to do with you feeling unwell at the moment. “Unless you have another place to be?”
Luckily, your head does come clear and breathing becomes a little easier. You nod to the girl and she holds you a second longer before she nods back and lets go. “I guess not,” you mumble, looking at each one of them. Byleth still hasn’t moved. By now you can’t really tell if she’s looking at you or through you. Surely, she would have said something by now if she thought you were familiar, right?
“Then it’s settled.” The girl nods solemnly, throwing her silky, white hair over her shoulder. “We welcome you in our company. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Edelgard von Hresvelg, heir to the Adrestian Empire.” Edelgard gives you a tight-lipped smile that quickly thins into a white line when the other two introduce themselves as Claude von Riegan, grandson of the Sovereign Duke of the Leicester Alliance and Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd, future king to the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus. None of these names ring a bell to you, but you nod, pretending to know exactly what they're talking about.
“Okay, we need a name for you as well,” Claude proposes, tapping a slender finger against his chin. He has a strikingly sharp jaw that looks fit to cut stone. “Can’t have everyone call you stranger or little one now, can we?”
“No,” you say. “Especially since we’re about the same height.”
Claude laughs like you just told him the best joke he’s heard in years. “Soo, since we found you here … how about Glade? Or Woody?”
“How about no,” you say with furrowed eyebrows.
“Apologies.” Edeglard sighs and shakes her head, her expression a mix between disappointment and annoyance. “Claude isn’t much accustomed to the notion of consideration.”
Claude rolls his eyes. “Then you come up with something, princess. Or is it impossible because you can’t take out the stick up your—”
“Claude,” Dimitri half shrieks, his pale cheeks splotched with red dots. As he stumbles over his own words trying to apologise for Claude’s behaviour, Edelgard simply deadpans, “Bold words for someone in stabbing range.”
The fourth in this round of strange people considers you with a blank expression, her steady gaze like a solid touch on your skin. Before a greater argument can break free between the students, Byleth says a name with a surety like she’s never said anything else in her life, and hearing it, this barely whispered word immediately lost to the wind, you just know it’s your name.
“Yes, much better than what Claude proposed.” Dimitri nods, regaining his composure even though he’s still staring daggers at Claude. “It sounds more civilised as well.”
“You didn’t even suggest anything,” Claude remarks, but the huff of annoyance quickly dissipates from his voice when he jerks a thumb towards Byleth. “That’s Byleth, by the way. Funny story is, we met her just a couple of hours ago as well.”
“Fate must have brought us together here today,” Dimitri agrees with a solemn nod. “I swear on my honour as a noble knight from the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus that I will see you safe to the Monastery. Lady Rhea will surely be able to help you there.”
“Okay. Thank you,” you manage, unable to connect a face to this name in your head that feels like it’s about to burst any second anyway. The only course of action lies within those strangers who are so willingly offering help that you can’t stop worrying it’s a ruse. But without anything to offer them except your life, there’s little coming to your mind that they can anticipate in taking you with them. Tthe fact that Byleth knew your name doesn’t sit right with you as well. There’s something waiting to be grasped at the tips of your fingers, and yet you lack the strength to embrace it.
Following the little group of soldiers and students through the woods, you remain silent on the journey, only answering questions with approving or denying hums. How did you end up in this particular forest? According to Jeralt, you’re currently moving away from a village called Remire and towards the mountains to the northeast where the monastery lies tucked away between two mountains. Judging from the clothes you’re wearing, you’re a commoner, and when Edelgard pushed a slim dagger in your hand, nothing rung in intuitive knowledge about how to handle a weapon. Your mind remained silent, like an untouched chord.
There’s little you can say about the first impression those people left on you. There seems to be a unanimous dispute between the three students, hanging palpable in the air whenever an argument starts that’s pregnant with implied insults or passive-aggressive comments. From that you gather there’s tension between the governing fractions in Fódlan, something else you’ve learnt from listening to them squabbling.
Byleth and Jeralt acknowledge their bickering as if it was flies buzzing around their heads. They keep more to themselves and their mercenary comrades, indicating they’re really as much of strangers to the students as you. Their conversations are a lot quieter as well, their heads leaning close together for the illusion of privacy. More than once you notice Byleth sneaking glances in your direction, and every time you lock eyes, there’s something close to comprehension when she looks at you. The further you march through the woods, the less you try to meet her gaze. Reaching the monastery is the first step to regain who you are, or so you hope, because the opposite would mean you’ll continue stumbling through the darkness with no lead to your past or why you’re in this particular part of Fódlan, and you can only hope that this Rhea person really will be able to help you.
A sound from the underbrush cuts through your thoughts.
Thinking it might be an animal, you don’t let it bother you too much. No one else seems to have heard it, so maybe it was just your imagination. But your brain refuses to let it rest, and fails to push it away from your mind because something about the sound doesn’t seem to be right. The more you try to focus on it though, the blurrier it gets; the less you understand its origin.
Then, you hear a voice from within the woods. It sounds like a slurred whisper.
“What was that?” You stop in the middle of the road, looking around the thick trees. Claude barely manages to avoid walking into you. “What was what?”
“There’s something here.” Unable to explain further, you wave your hand around for emphasis. He looks at your hand, incomprehension written all over his face. “And that something is what exactly?” he asks.
“I don’t know.” You wave your hand wilder. “But I don’t have a good feeling venturing further.”
“You may be still tired,” Edelgard offers, not hiding her irritation that the journey stopped. “It won’t be long until we reach Garreg Mach. You can rest however long you need inside the monastery’s infirmary.”
“I’m not tired,” you hiss, hand falling back to your side where it clenches into a fist. “I just really don’t think we should go further for now.”
“And why is that?” Dimitri inquirers. He raises a hand and the soldiers following them come to a halt, a murmur of unrest breathing through their lines, and it’s just enough that you question if it would be better to play if off and admit your mind is playing tricks on you due to exhaustion.
But whenever you blink, a red veil falls over your right eye, blurring your surroundings. Little red dots move slowly in the distance through the forest. If you didn’t know better, you’d say it’s some sort of life form far away, slowly advancing on your position. “Because someone is coming,” you finally manage, scratching the thin skin below your irritated eye that’s started twitching slightly. “Someone is coming towards us from southwest. And I can’t say if they’re friendly or not.”
Three pairs of eyes consider you like you’ve grown a second head. Only Byleth stares into the woods like she might find the strangers you’re talking about waiting behind the trees if she just looks hard enough.
“Little one, are you sure this isn’t just an aftereffect from you hitting your head?” Claude offers, squinting into the woods. You’re pretty sure he’s staring directly at the moving dots but for whatever reason can’t see them.
“Unless amnesia is suddenly another term for going crazy, I don’t think so,” you snap, unable to hold back the irritation raising to the surface.
A whistle echoes through the tree crowns. Byleth snaps her head in the direction of the sound, growing all tense. She raises her hand into a tight fist, and all movement stills behind you. When you turn around, you see the mercenaries waiting in the underbrush like a flock of crows ready to swipe down on their prey. Jeralt breaks away from them and approaches Byleth, a frown cutting a deep wrinkle into his forehead.
“Bandits,” he says, and quickly signs a hand gesture to the nearest bowman. He nods and disappears between trees. “Another mile away. If we stay on this road, we’ll walk right into them.”
“Seven hundred feet, actually,” you blurt. Jeralt looks at you like you’re a cockroach under his boot. Another whistle cuts through the woods, one long followed quickly by two short. Byleth exhales audibly, and only now you notice she’s moved to stand beside you. “Seven hundred feet,” she mutters, her eyes fixed on you.
Jeralt tenses. “How do you know, kid?”
“I don’t know,” you mumble towards your boots. “I just see.”
There’s an uncomfortable silence falling around you, and you’re too afraid to look up and read distrust in their eyes.
“Does it matter?” Claude finally breaks the silence, sliding his bow from his shoulder. “They won’t be a problem with the knights and mercenaries on our side.” He jerks his chin towards Byleth, already plugging an arrow from his quiver. “You should really see her fight.”
“Wait,” you say, reflexively reaching for the hem of his cape. “Don’t engage them yet.”
Claude stops, one eyebrow arched up in a curve. “Beg your pardon?”
“They come from the woods. Which means this is their hunting ground and they have the advantage. They have dozens of archers. I think they’re waiting until you reach a glade. And then open fire.”
“Which means we’ll end up as skewers.” Claude scratches his chin and twirls the arrow between his slender fingers. “I can think of better ways to shuffle off this mortal coil.”
Dimitri perks up. “You’ve read the Tale of Hamelot I gave you?”
“I’ll give it a six out of ten. His soliloquies were awful.”
“Boys.” Edelgard snaps her fingers impatiently as Dimitri opens his mouth to protest. “Not the time.” She takes your wrist and pulls it away from Claude’s cape, her hard gaze like a sharp knife. “Are we simply ignoring the fact that we have someone in our midst knowing the enemies’ movement and deployment?” she cuts in harshly. “Is this a plan to lure us into an ambush?”
“You think someone would give away their comrades’ position just like that?” Claude eyes her wearily. “Don’t be so suspicious of everyone.”
She glares at him. “I rather be suspicious than dead.”
Which is a valid point and a trait you willingly admit to share with her, but that doesn’t really solve the problem at hand. Luckily, Dimitri seems to think the same. He doesn’t unfasten the spear on his back yet, but his fingers dance swiftly over the handle, immediately resting on where he can easily pull it from the straps if needed to strike down an enemy. “Fact is enemies are approaching,” he concludes, looking at his fellow students in search for a consensual ceasefire. “We must put an end to them before they target defenceless travellers on their way out of the forest.”
“Spoken like a true crowd-pleaser,” Claude says, either unable or not caring to hide the mock in his voice. “We can resolve our new friend’s condition after we take down the enemy.”
“I don’t agree with this,” Edelgard declares, but nonetheless unclasps the double-bit axe from her back and swings it on her shoulder like it weighs nothing. “But I accept that this is a more pressing issue.” The easiness in the movement robs your lungs of air, and even though there are more important matters to focus on, you wonder how her muscles play under her black uniform swinging around a thing like that. Your admiration comes to a quick end when Jeralt and Byleth close the circle. Her hand rests on the hilt of a short blade as she scans the underbrush, her body rigid with battle anticipation.
“Let them come to us,” Jeralt announces. “Let them think they have the advantage.”
“Your knigths over there move slow through the woods,” you say, gesturing at the waiting man clad in heavy armour and armed with shields. “But their amour can resist some stray arrows coming down on us. It’s the rearguard that will take them by surprise from another direction and—”
“And charge their flank or rear to finish them off,” Jeralt ends with a crude nod. “Indirect approach. I thought of that as well.”
Your mouth goes dry. The idea plopped seemingly out of nowhere in your mind, but yes, now that you think about it, that is the indirect approach tactic, first recorded after the Battle of Nicaea in … Faerghus? Or was it Adrestia? The picture in your mind is still blurry, but now you can make out definite lines of objects: Books with drawn pictures of pointing arrows and coloured lines, each lettered with a name or an approach in a neat handwriting that isn’t yours. The picture triggers another wave of dizziness, disappearing as fast as it appeared.
“They’re going to faint in three, two, one…” Claude’s voice rips you back to the present. You glare at him and raise a fist to show how close to fainting you really are. He only laughs at the tiny fist in front of his face.
“Enough brats, get into position,” Jeralt bellows, and the students scatter with a bouncing step in all their strides as they take the lead of a small unit.
You’re about to retreat to the furthest point away from battle when Jeralt blocks the way. “Not you. You’re going with Byleth.”
    “I’m what?”
“Byleth,” Jeralt nods to the young woman ahead of you, “will be the commanding unit and you’ll help her.”
The world tilts a little as panic takes hold of you. “I can’t. I don’t know how to fight.”
“You seem to know enough to plan a counterattack.”
“That doesn’t mean anything.” Your voice sounds horribly piercing even to your own ears. “It was just a lucky guess.”
“I don’t know what’s the deal with you,” Jeralt says with a finality to his voice that doesn’t allow objection, and this time you clearly see the head of a mercenary guild, one that gives commands with every breath. “But that wasn’t a lucky guess. You see what it needs to win a battle. So you guide them.”
He turns around sharply and leaves, not bothering to check if you plan to abandon them. It’s madness. You should abandon these people, should flee from the fight that will demand blood and death. One, two, three … six steps and you’re standing beside Byleth, taking deep breaths. It doesn’t help. She eyes you sideways with a raised brow, and you flinch at the metallic rasping sound as she draws her sword.
“I shouldn’t be here,” you mumble, staring into the woods. The red dots are approaching faster, forming into more recognisable features of humans. “I’m going to die. Without knowing who I am or why I’m here. This is the worst day of my life. I think. I don’t know. It has to be.”
Byleth hums beside you. You can’t tell if it’s a thoughtful or an affirmative hum. “This might sound crazy, but I do trust you.”
“Maybe you shouldn’t,” you say, struck by a sudden fear that this all is a fever dream and you're about to lead them into ruin. It’s enough that you don’t even notice this is the first time you two are talking to each other since your meeting.
Byleth studies you out of the corner of her eyes, then says, “A very persistent voice inside me tells me I shouldn’t.”
“That’s your survival instinct. Listen to it.”
“Yeah,” Byleth says, and there’s something like a faint smile tugging at the corners of her lips. You blink and it's gone. “I might do that.”
You don’t really understand what’s there to smile about, but the moment quickly disappears as silence settles, only occasionally disturbed by a bird sitting in the trees above you.
“So what exactly do you see?” Byleth whispers after a moment, barely shifting in her crouching position. You on the other hand really want to move your legs before they go numb.
“I don’t know why you guys even believe me,” you mumble, and pinch the bridge of your nose with your fingers, trying to stave off another rush of dizziness. “And I don’t understand it myself. It’s the opponent, in a way. I see their strengths and weaknesses, their amour and weapons. It’s like … it’s like the flow of battle is displayed in front of me.”
Byleth hesitates a moment, then nods like everything is pretty much self-explanatory. You wonder if to her it really does sound plausible, as she is someone who is practically born in battle, a daughter to a mercenary who breathes battle and fighting. Before you can explain anything further, she ducks more into the bushes and silences you with a sharp hush, her body tensed. The first bandits approach the glade, their bows and arrows ready to strike as the Academy’s knights engage them. Swords and axes clash against each other, battle cries ring through the woods. Byleth gestures you to follow her, and out of the corner of your eyes you see the students do the same, moving around the bandits. From the distance, you notice Claude gesturing wildly. It’s a mix between pointing at himself and then at the space a couple of feet away from his unit, and though you’re unable to fully comprehend it, you shake your head. He gives a thumbs up and slows down until he halts inside the thick cover of ferns.
Just when you reach the right angle, Byleth looks back at you, waiting for your approval, and after briefly hesitating, you signal with a short nod to attack. Edelgard is the first to emerge from the underbrush. She has a dancer’s grace and a seemingly unerring instinct for what her opponent will do next. Her axe cuts through the first bandits who are too surprised to regroup in time. Dimitri and Claude are quickly to follow her. The crown prince of Faerghus wields his weapon of choice like he’s never done anything else in his entire life. The spear is the instrument to a deadly song they know by heart, and whoever stands in the way of their melody is cut down swiftly. Claude doesn’t disappoint with his steady aim either, his eyes sharper than an eagle’s. He nocks his bow, draws and impales a bandit that’s been running toward a mercenary with a crooked nose and eye patch. The mercenary gives him an offhand salute and goes back to fighting a thug twice his size.
And then there’s Byleth. At first you don’t see her as the battle’s chaos swallows her and she disappears between moving bodies. But once your eyes catch up to her again, it’s hard to look away. Byleth moves through the enemies’ lines like an avenging angel on a mission. Her sword arm causes havoc as it conducts the tact of death’s complicated choreography and one by one the bandits fall to her deadly dance. Strangely, what describes it the best, you think, is divine.
The battle is almost over. The last bandits fall or flee back into the woods as they abandon their comrades who lay down their weapons and yield. A miserable sound of relief escapes you when you see the end nearing with little casualties on your side, thanking whoever watches over you and guides your weapons in victory.
That is until you see something, and at first you aren’t really sure you see it. Veiled by a red haze, a gruesome scene unfolds before you: As Byleth is focused on helping a soldier back up on his feet, a bandit strikes her from behind, wedging a dagger through her spine and into her heart. When you blink, the scene is gone and with it the red veil covering your surroundings.
You don’t think twice. Jumping out of your hiding spot, you quickly recognise what will be Byleth’s murderer. Only he never gets the chance to approach her. With everything you’ve got, you charge into him and send him flying on the ground, you on top of him. The bandit groans, groggily turning on his back to see what struck him, and before you can start to fear for your own dear life, Byleth is beside you and rams her sword into his throat, silencing him forever.
She looks down at you and you feel like she knows what just happened. Why you jumped in. It’s in those keen, piercing eyes that speak of a unimaginable wisdom. She reaches a hand out to help you up, and when you stand, the last bandits have been secured and the chaos finally settles. That is when the throbbing pain in your right eye doubles you ever, the pain akin to a pinprick of ice hammering into your skull. The pain makes you sick as stars explode behind your closed eyes, and the more they dance in feverish circles, the harder you press your hands against your eyelids, trying to smother the pain by pressure. It doesn’t work.
Unable to breathe properly, your stumble, and when you move your hands, your fingers smear something warm and wet across your cheeks.
Someone takes in a sharp breath. “Your eye,” Byleth breathes, a hand raised but remaining hanging in the air like she’s unsure if it’s okay to touch you. In the background you hear someone calling out you’re bleeding, and it takes a few seconds to understand where you’re bleeding from. Your right eye cries blood when the pain finally knocks you out, darkness falling onto everything.

Your sandals tap lightly against the dirt road as you make your way home from your mission, and the fall leaves flutter beside you in the breeze. It’s peaceful late-afternoon, much different than the past few hours have been like. One demon ended up being three demons, but luckily the only casualty at the end of the battle was your left leg and shoulder. You even managed to save all the livestock, and the farmers offered you some vegetables and medicinal herbs as thanks.
You think you recognize this area, what with how the trees arch over the path, and you wonder if those hot springs that farmer mentioned are close. You wouldn’t mind a nice, long soak after so many consecutive battles, and your injuries could probably use some of that medicine. It’s a little cold, too, thanks to the oncoming winter. As you mull over the directions the farmer gave you, suddenly you hear your name called. You turn, and your heart thumps once, twice, then beats wildly in your chest. Kyoujurou is jogging towards you, his smile as bright as the sun. You didn’t know he was in this area, perhaps he was on a mission as well? He doesn’t seem hurt in any way, nor is his expression tampered in the slightest, so perhaps it was an easy battle, or he was running errands or something? You’re suddenly standing straighter, discreetly brushing down your uniform, and desperately hoping you don’t have demon blood splattered on your face.
“Hello, Rengoku-san,” you say with a smile, and Kyoujurou’s face lights up even more. It makes your heart thump again.
Okay, calm down, control your breathing, don’t make your feelings obvious. You manage to even out your breathing and your heartrate, so your sudden blush is gone by the time Kyoujurou meets you on the road. After a polite greeting, you have to force the blood out of your cheeks when he suddenly grips your hands in his.
“You’re walking with a limp,” he says, and you’re not sure why that statement is worthy of such a bright smile. “There are hot springs nearby, please allow me to carry you there.”
“O-Oh, that’s not necessary,” you splutter out, and you quickly add a polite bow to soften your refusal. “But thank you.”
“Nonsense!” he says, his booming voice throbbing your heart again. He’s still holding your hands, and it’s getting harder to control your heartrate with how close he is. The yellow and oranges of the autumn leaves are framing his head as if he were meant to be a part of this scenery, and that doesn’t help your looming blush. “We must help one another whenever we can, I insist.”
Without any room for protest, Kyoujurou swiftly scoops you into his arms in a matter of seconds. You barley even bounce as he’s suddenly walking forward as if you weighed nothing, and it takes you a moment to realize what just happened.
“R-Rengoku-san!” you splutter again. “I was walking there just fine, you don’t need to carry me!”
“You were already on your way?” he beams. Having that smile so close is a little overwhelming, as is having his arms and shoulders and chest firmly pressing against you. “We’ll go together then! I love a nice hot spring.”
The rest of your rebuttals are easily deflected as Kyoujurou carries you to the hot springs. His steps are light, jaunty even, as the leaves crunch beneath his feet. It isn’t far from where you met on the road, so your heart is still beating wildly when you finally approach the springs. They’re well hidden, and there’s no one here besides the two of you. Kyoujurou lightly sets you on your feet again. You take a step, your leg throbs, and you stumble into his chest. He catches you easily, holding his hands on your waist to steady you, and that blush you were fighting so hard finally blooms in your face. His touch lingers even when you stand straight, though he isn’t saying anything.
“Thank you,” you mutter. It probably would have taken you much longer to get here without his help, let alone in this short of time. Kyoujurou waves you off easily.
“I’m glad I met you on the road,” he says. “I don’t want to think about you collapsing on your way here. Will you be alright as I scout the area?”
You nod, his hands linger on your waist for a few seconds more, then he’s off to check the surrounding area. You don’t sense anything besides the common woodland creatures, so you vaguely wonder if Kyoujurou is just discreetly giving you time to undress without him standing there.
You neatly fold your uniform and haori on the rocks beside you, then take a delicate step into the hot spring. You inhale sharply through your teeth, humming as the warmth of the water seeps into your toes, your feet, your ankles. It stings in your leg injury, then in your shoulder, as you sink deeper into the spring. The steam swirls in your lungs, cleansing you from the inside out, and you exhale deeply and rest your head against the stones behind you.
The autumn colors are in their peak, and the oranges, yellows, and reds of the leaves throb in the tapestry of branches above you. Bits of the afternoon sky peak through the canopy, and you let out another hum as you sink deeper into the water. The colors remind you of Kyoujurou, and you bite back a bashful smile yet again.
You quickly jolt up when Kyoujurou calls you, and you cover yourself as well as you can to maintain any semblance of modesty when his head pops out from behind a tree.
“May I come over?” he asks simply, even though he’s staring into your eyes with only the steam and water to cover you. He doesn’t seem embarrassed, so maybe you’re thinking too much about this. You sit straighter and nod. He steps over and you quickly turn as he shakes off his haori. You try to keep your thoughts pure as his clothes rustle, then drop to the rocks behind you. You remember what he felt like pressing against you when he held you, so you force yourself to count the trees instead of thinking about a naked Kyoujurou.
…It doesn’t work very well.
Kyoujurou slips into the water beside you, and you finally turn to face him. You had already planned everything you were going to say, you were going to focus on breathing and not blushing, but all of that sinks to the bottom of the hot springs when you turn. You knew Kyoujurou was fit, being a pillar and all, but you didn’t expect this. Cut abs, broad shoulders, and a chest that seemed firm and soft at the same time. Your eyes rake his body unintentionally, and that blush flares in your cheeks when you meet his eyes again.
“S-Sorry Rengoku-san!” you splutter quickly as you stare at anything that isn’t the curve of his chest. His booming laugh pulls you from your stuttering, and his hand finds yours under the water. You shut your mouth when he gives your hand a light squeeze.
“Don’t worry!” he laughs. “You’ve had a hard fight and you’re exhausted. There’s no need to apologize.”
You nod quickly, though that makes you a little dizzy. You avert your gaze to count the trees again, so you don’t notice how Kyoujurou drinks in every bit of you that’s above the water. Do you feel his eyes on you? Is that why your skin is prickling in anticipation? No… no that can’t be it. Maybe it’s just… a rabbit… or something. That’s probably what’s staring at your back, that’s probably the gaze that’s trailing down the line of your spine.
You motion to grab the medicine you set beside the spring, Kyoujurou beats you to it, then insists he applies it for you. You try to refuse again because the thoughts of his hands on you is a bit much to handle, but he again persuades you by asking how you plan to reach the spot in the small of your back.
If he noticed that injury, was it him that was staring? He was… probably just taking inventory of your injuries, is all. Nothing else.
You turn with a grumble, though his laugh does pull a smile from you as well. That anticipation grows as you listen to him uncap the medicine jar, so you again try to count the trees. Suddenly the hair on your neck is standing on end, he’s hovering an inch from your skin, and you unintentionally let out a breath when he gently presses his fingers onto your back. His touch is borderline reverent as he helps wipe the dried blood from the little cuts those demons gave you.
“Your neck is tense,” Kyoujurou says suddenly. “As are many of your muscles. Do you stretch enough?”
“I was going to when I got home,” you admit. “I didn’t want to impose on the farmers any longer than I had to.”
Kyoujurou’s response is a simple hum, and he starts pressing his thumbs into the knots on your neck. Your eyelids flutter at the pressure of how his hands knead your tense muscles, and you let out a long, low hum despite yourself. He lets out another chuckle, and that blush flames in your face yet again. You turn and scoot a few inches away.
“You don’t have to massage,” you say quickly. “You’ve already done a lot for me.”
“I want to,” he says as he closes the distance between you. Your heart starts to pound harder when you see a strange look in his eyes. Are you imagining that? “I know techniques that will have you feeling better in no time!”
After a few more insistences that you’re fine (and again fighting back the flaming blush), you agree to let him work some of the knots out. Some of the knots click, you grunt, and humbly accept that your aching muscles would do well with a massage.
“Thank you for this, Kyoujurou,” you mumble as his fingers work out the knots in your neck.
Your mind feels a little foggy as his hands masterfully knead the muscles in your neck, shoulders, arms. You unintentionally lean against Kyoujurou’s chest when he massages your forearms, and you could honestly fall asleep right here. Might be a little pruney when you wake up, but his fingers are like magic, lulling you into relaxation.
It isn’t until you feel the racing thump of his heart that you sit up again. You turn to apologize, only for your voice to freeze when you see that his cheeks are stained a deep red. You tilt your head.
“Are you sick?” you ask.
“Not at all,” he says, though he won’t meet your eyes. “Why do you ask?”
“Your face is as red as the tips of your hair.”
His smile falters for a moment, then he quickly moves behind you again. The splash of the water hides your chuckle well enough.
“That’s just,” he coughs. “It’s just the heat of the bath! There’s no reason for me to be embarrassed.”
You blink a few times, and again bite back your smile.
“I didn’t say you were embarrassed,” you hum. “Are you?”
“It’s natural!” he says, but the red of his face easily contradicts the confidence in his voice. “Anyone would be flushed if they shared a bath with someone like you.”
“Someone like me?” you repeat, and Kyoujurou’s face somehow flares redder.
“You look tired!” he spits out suddenly, and his volume startles some birds out of a nearby tree. “Why don’t you rest on me for a minute? I’ll put the rest of the medicine on then you can rest on me.”
Water splashes as Kyoujurou suddenly stands, and as he pokes around for your medicine again, you take inventory of the fact that he definitely mentioned resting ‘on him’ twice. The rocks of the bath are smooth and relatively comfortable, but resting on Kyoujurou would be a little softer. The thought makes a blush flare in your cheeks again, but luckily you can use the heat of the bath as an excuse for that.
You realize that Kyoujurou lefts his underclothes on, and you realize that you definitely didn’t. You want to smack yourself for that, though you just let out an embarrassed sigh. At least you won’t chafe or anything. You’re sure Kyoujurou noticed, so maybe that’s why he’s fumbling so much as he tries to uncap the medicine jar. But why? Both Sanemi and Mitsuri have their uniforms unbuttoned, and you’re partly covered by the water, so why should your bare chest be any different? Perhaps you’re imaging things.
Your thoughts halt when Kyoujurou’s hands are on you again. He’s gently rubbing the medicine onto your injuries, and neither of you say a word when you lift your leg for him. You don’t even look at him as your embarrassment forces you to not watch as he holds your leg in his lap to spread the medicine on your calf. It’s not like Kyoujurou ever talks too much, but you wish one of you could manage to break the tension between you.
He’s holding your leg as if you were made of glass, graciously tending to your major injury, then the minor ones surrounding it. He finally closes the lid to the jar, sets it to the side, and slides close to you again. Almost too close. Is this closer than normal? It’s hard to tell, as the warmth of the water and your massaged muscles make it a little hard to think clearly. You try to focus on the way he’s looking at you, but for some reason that makes something strange pull deep in your stomach.
“These waters have medicinal properties too,” Kyoujurou mentions. “Though they might make you drowsy, so I’ll keep watch as you sleep.”
“Kyoujurou-,” you start, but he’s already pulling you by the waist until you’re flush against him. You tense, but after a few moments, your exhaustion takes precedent, and you bite back a yawn.
He is awfully comfortable… and you are quite tired…
Your yawn slips out, as does another, as Kyoujurou wraps his arms around you. He gently guides your head so you’re lying on his chest, and you let another hum despite yourself.
“Rest,” he says quietly. “I’ll be here. You’ve done so well today.”
Your only response is a mumble of gratitude as the warmth of the water and the sound of Kyoujurou’s heart lull you to sleep.

when the seafoam floats | chapter one
the entrance exam
summary: Aizawa Michi isn't sure of a lot of things in her life, but she is sure that Midoriya Izuku is going to be a great hero. Following him from Aldera Middle School to Yuuei High only cements that fact, even if he does have a strange new quirk.
author's note: this is a longtime coming! i've been planning Michi's story for over a year now, and i'm so excited to finally be able to share it! keep in mind that this a retelling of canon with an oc-- some things will be different, some things will be the same. i update every monday on ao3.

Hey! I’m here! Call me when you’re close? 😊
--------
Michi clicked the call back button, bringing the phone up to her ear as the familiar dial tone rang. The black skirt of her middle school uniform swayed gently in the wind as she continued her trek up the path that led to Yuuei High School. Her seafoam green hair, wavy as it was, was pulled back into her usual half-bun. Even if it was completely down, it would barely reach her shoulders. Her narrowed brown eyes began to search for the familiar green hair of her friend among the throng of middle school students in her way.
A click sound through the phone, and through the static and background noise Michi could make out a meek voice. Her lips formed a small grin, and her pace sped up. If she bumped into anyone, well, she could apologize later.
“Hello? Micchan?”
Michi excused herself past a couple who were walking extremely slow for her tastes, and tightened her bag to her shoulder with her free hand. “Hey Izukun! I’m about to pass the gates, so I’ll probably see you within a minute or two. Where are you at?” The golden gates seemed to dazzle in the sun. The young girl had been here many times with her father, but for some reason the entrance seemed especially intimidating today.
“Oh, I’m on the left side of the walkway, right by a pillar…” Michi could hear Izuku’s hesitance through the phone. “Are uh, are you nervous at all?”
“Nervous? Izukun, of course I’m nervous. This is the biggest entrance exam in the entire country. I doubt my quirk will be useful during the physical- but hey, that’s why we trained, yeah? If anyone can pull this off, it’s us!” Just then, Michi passed through the gate. She saw a glimpse of green hair behind one of the pillars, and changed her direction. “Anyways, I’m right behind you.”
A muffled and surprised screech sounded through her phone’s speaker, causing Michi to look up at the source of the noise. Izuku had turned around so quickly that he tripped, but luckily a nearby girl helped him. After hanging up her phone and putting it in her bag, Michi quickly ran towards the duo before her.
“Are you okay?” The cheerful voice of the brunette standing in front of Izuku carried through the open air. “Sorry for using my quirk on you without asking first! I know that some people may not like that, but I figured it would be better than falling!” The girl helped Izuku stand straight and released her quirk just as Michi caught up to them.
Leaning over, Michi gave Izuku a once over, just to make sure he didn’t actually hit anything before he was caught. When she didn’t see anything wrong, she nodded and turned to the brunette standing beside her. “Thanks for catching him. He can be a little clumsy- nerves aren’t really helping today.”
“Oh, it’s no problem! This whole thing is way nerve-wracking!” The two turned to Izuku, who was too busy staring off into space to be aware of anything around them. “Anyways- my name is Uraraka Ochako! Good luck in the exam!”
Michi bowed respectfully..“Aizawa Michi. And this is Midoriya Izuku. Good luck to you as well.” Uraraka nodded, and walked into the building, brown hair bouncing gracefully. Michi watched her walk inside before she turned her attention to her friend, who was muttering too quietly for her to catch on to what he was saying.
With a huff of amusement, she slapped his shoulder and began to guide him into the building. “Izukun, I know you don’t have much experience with girls, but you could at least try to introduce yourself to the one who saved you from eating the sidewalk.” Michi laughed as Izuku’s face went from shocked to embarrassed.
“Oh gosh, you’re right. I was too busy trying to figure out her quirk to even say anything! Do you think she noticed?” Their shoes scruffed against the paved stairs as they continued their walk, eventually reaching the door and going inside. “I mean, what do you think it was? I think it could be some sort of gravity manipulation based on how I floated- that’s perfect for rescue work! She would be an amazing hero, I really hope she makes it in- is that- Thirteen?!”
Thirteen was stationed at a long table at the end of the entrance hall, clearly meant to be a check-in. They pointed directions for the potential students in front of Izuku and Michi as they handed out pamphlets. Izuku began to shake, from nerves or excitement Michi couldn’t tell. She assumed a mixture of both. It wasn’t everyday you got to meet such influential heroes in person- at least for the normal civilian.
As the duo eventually made their way to the front of the line, Thirteen greeted them enthusiastically. “Welcome to Yuuei, Hero Hopefuls! Can you please give me your school I.D.s so we can get you checked in and ready to go?” Michi and Izuku, of course, already had their identification available. Thirteen quickly took them, and checked the two of them into the system. After handing a freshly printed packet to each of them, along with their I.D.s, Thirteen pointed them down the hall.
“Those packets include the booklets you will use in the written exam, along with information regarding the physical you’ll take after. Your proctor will explain everything in more detail once they’re ready to start the exam. Aizawa-san, you’ll be in room 1-E, right down the hall after taking the first left. Midoriya-san, you’ll be in room 1-G, just a few doors further down. Good luck to the both of you!”
Michi led the way to their respective rooms, clearly having some knowledge on where to go. Izuku followed her lead, scratching the back of his head sheepishly. “Uh, Micchan?” The girl in question absentmindedly nodded her head, gesturing for Izuku to continue his question. “Well, I was just thinking, isn’t it a bit strange that we haven’t seen Kacchan yet?”
“Why would you want him to see you today of all days?”
“I don’t! I just-” Izuku sighed, causing Michi to pause and pull him to the side of the hall. “If he does see me, I’d rather it be before everything starts? At least it wouldn’t be so embarrassing if he yelled at me in an empty hallway versus a classroom.”
Michi nodded in understanding, waiting a moment before speaking. “I don’t think he’d go too overboard today, Izuku. At least, not on campus? Yuuei is very strict in their policies, so he’d likely be barred from taking the exam if he started screaming at you for nothing.” She gave him a reassuring grin. “And if he did, I’d punch him in the face. Again.”
“Micchan! You can’t just talk about how you punched Kacchan!”
“Why not? The asshole deserved it for what he said. And you know it.”
“I mean, maybe he did. But I’m sure you’ll be barred from taking the exam for talking about how you assaulted another student so openly!”
“Yeah... But I could still make it into general studies, probably. Besides, my old man already knows I cracked open Bakugou’s nose.”
“Micchan!” Izuku’s eyes were wide, but he couldn’t mask the giggles leaving his mouth quite fast enough. Michi smiled in response- a large, open-mouthed smile that rarely came from the normally stoic girl. Once Izuku calmed down, he began to talk once more. “Oh yeah. I forgot you mentioned your dad taught here. I’m still upset you won’t tell me which hero he is.”
Michi huffed, a small ounce of suppressed laughter. “Dad doesn’t like me sharing his hero identity, Izukun. But, to give you a clue…”
Izuku leaned in closely, ready to hear whatever could possibly clue him in on the mysterious hero.
“You have a few pages dedicated to him in one of your notebooks! I think number eleven?”
Green eyes widened comically as Izuku took in the implications of his friend’s words. “You mean I already wrote about your dad and you won’t tell me which hero he is?!”
“I thought it was funny.” Michi shrugged with a small grin. “Plus, like I said, dad doesn’t like people knowing his hero identity.”
“I still- I wrote about your dad and you never said anything!”
“I would’ve corrected you on your analysis had you been wrong, but you actually broke down his abilities quite well! I wanted to take a picture and show it to him, but that would’ve been too on the nose.”
Michi slapped her shell-shocked friend on the shoulder, trying to snap him out of his stupor. “We have a test to take, remember? Let’s focus on that!”
Izuku, getting over his shock and embarrassment, shook his head clear of his thoughts and nodded towards his friend. Michi walked a little further with him to make sure that he made it to the correct room before hurrying to her own. It was time for the exam to get started.
--------
Michi groaned as she tightened the seafoam-colored half bun sitting on top of her head, turning her back quickly to pop it as she made her way towards the large auditorium Snipe had pointed her group in. The written test hadn’t been as difficult as she thought it could’ve been. Thanks to the endless nights she and Izuku spent studying every subject they could get their grubby little hands on, she didn’t have nearly the amount of trouble she expected to have on the math section. It really wasn’t one of her strong suits. Quirk Science and Quirks Laws, however, were a speciality of hers. Her father debated the laws with his coworkers frequently enough for her to pick up on, and Quirk Science definitely helped explain her own quirks’ functions. Sparing a quick glance down to her pamphlet, Michi took the stairs near the entrance to find her seat.
The row her seat was in wasn’t hard to find, but Michi did a double take once she found it. With narrowed eyes, she slammed her bag on the table with a bit more force than necessary. Of course they would sit her near him. She only hoped that Izuku got placed on her side instead of the empty seat on his side.
“Real mature, guard dog.” the grating voice of Bakugou Katsuki sounded from her right. She barely spared him a look of contempt before setting her gaze on the stage below. His ashen blond hair was as explosive as ever, red eyes set in the permanent glare she was used to seeing from him. The sight of his crooked nose was enough to almost make her lose her cool, letting out a short cackle.
“Yeah, as if you know anything about maturity. Want a reminder of how your nose got permanently tilted to the side?”
Bakugou snarled, turning away from Michi to face the stage once more.
It was the first day of their third year, and of course Izuku was the first one assigned to classroom cleanup. Michi offered to stay behind with him, but she ran to the restroom right after class was dismissed. She knew she should’ve waited until Bakugou and his cronies left for the day, a fact she cursed herself for months after the event.
Her shoes tapped against the linoleum floor as she hurried back to their class, knowing the sooner they got the cleaning done, the sooner they could go get some katsudon and celebrate their first day being over. She didn’t expect her vision to turn red in rage the moment she entered the room.
“If you really want to be a hero so bad- maybe you should take a swan dawn off the roof of the building and pray for a quirk in the next life!”
Fingers and the chain smoker had already turned towards the door, eyes widened in fear. Not knowing of the danger that awaited him, Bakugou turned towards the exit with a smug smirk. And that’s when he was met with a sharp crack against his nose. Blood leaked through the torn skin on the bridge, as well as one of his nostrils. He spluttered, hand moving up to catch the blood and cover his nose as his shocked eyes met Michi’s glowing red ones. Her seafoam hair, normally tied back in a half bun, floated towards the ceiling.
“If you ever say anything like that again, I won’t stop at your nose.”
The feeling of someone tapping her left shoulder brought her out of the flashback, and she turned to see Izuku smiling down at her. He set his bag down beside his chair softly, scooting his chair closer to hers as he sat down. His documents were placed on the table in a neat stack. He was about to say something to the girl beside him, when he seemed to realize that Bakugou was only two seats over. Michi knew he’d probably start freaking out, so she turned to face him completely, blocking out his view of Bakugou.
“How do you think you did on the written portion, Izukun?” The lights dimmed before going back to their original brightness, signalling that the presentation was about to begin.
The young boy fiddled with his papers, shaking his head slightly. “I think I did okay? There were a few questions on the beginnings of quirks that I had a bit of trouble with, but other than that it seemed easier than expected?”
“Yeah. Good thing we studied for the math section. I totally would’ve failed if we hadn’t gone over a majority of it.” Michi flicked her eyes towards the stage once more, seeing the silhouette of a man with very large hair walk up to the podium.
Izuku, Michi, and the rest of the participants crowded into the room focused their attention to the newcomer as the lights dimmed. His bright yellow hair, gelled up to the high heavens, was only accented by the artificial lights beaming down on him. Headphones covered his ears, and the collar of his leather jacket did little to hide the speaker connected around the man’s neck. Michi chuckled as she heard her green-haired friend let out a squeak in surprise.
“YOOOOO YUUEI HOPEFULS! HOW ARE WE FEELING TODAY?” The man certainly didn’t need the mic connected to the podium as his voice echoed clearly throughout the entire auditorium.
“That’s Present Mic! His quirk control is absolutely incredible- his rescue stats as well! I listen to his radio show every morning! I can’t believe he’s a teacher here! It’s totally crazy that all the teachers here are pros- guess that’s Yuuei for you!” Izuku was nearly bouncing in his seat, gushing over the Voice Hero with the quietest voice he could possibly muster.
“Will you stop nerding out, freak?”
Michi glared at Bakugou. “You really want me to mess up your nose again, sweaty hands?”
“Micchan! Kacchan!”
The two stopped glaring at each other and turned forwards again, paying attention to Present Mic, much to Izuku’s relief.
“WELCOME TO TODAY’S LIVE SHOW! EVERYBODY SAY HEY!”
If Michi had been paying attention to detail, she would’ve realized that no one in their position would ever reply. Tension and nerves were extremely palpable in the air; everyone was too scared to even say anything at this point in the exam. All except Michi- who was used to the loud, booming calls made by her father’s best friend. So when she replied with a decent-volume, she lifted her head, surprised to see over a thousand faces staring back at her.
Blood immediately rushed to her cheeks as she realized that she was the only one in the entire room to reply to the loudmouthed hero. She felt Izuku’s concerned gaze as she tried to block out the obnoxious sound of Bakugou trying (and failing) to hold in laughter.
“THANK YOU EXAMINEE 8978!” If Michi were any closer, she would be able to see the wink he sent her way, but from the distance she was at, she could barely see his exaggerated movements. “I’M HERE TO PRESENT THE GUIDELINES OF YOUR PRACTICAL! ARE YOU READY?!”
The large screen behind Present Mic lit up, showcasing a map of the ten different battle centers. “THIS IS HOW THE TEST IS GONNA GO, LISTENERS! YOU’LL BE EXPERIENCING TEN MINUTE LONG ‘MOCK CITYSCAPE MANEUVERS’! BRING ALONG WHATEVER YOU WANT! YOU’LL HEAD TO YOUR ASSIGNED LOCATION AFTER THIS PRESENTATION, YA DIG?”
Bakugou shuffled beside Michi, taking a quick glance at the paperwork laid out in front of each of them. “That’s so kids from the same middle school can’t help each other out, yeah?”
“Yeah. It makes sense, too. Especially considering that each consecutive I.D. number is assigned to a different location!”
“Get your eyes off of my paper, nerd!” Izuku shuddered as Bakugou whisper-screamed at him. The ashen blond grunted as he looked away. “I’ll crush all these losers. Fortunately for you, you’ll get to live another day.”
Michi felt a sinister grin form on her face as she spoke through clenched teeth. “Broken. Nose.”
They grew silent once more as Present Mic continued to speak.
“Each site is filled with three kinds of faux villains! Points are awarded for defeating each according to their respective difficulty levels!!! Use your quirks to disable these villains, and earn your points! That’s your goal, listeners!!” There was a short pause before the hero continued. “Of course, playing the antihero and attacking other examinees is prohibited!”
Michi elbowed Bakugou at the reminder, making him scowl at her.
“Excuse me! May I ask a question!”A voice sounded from below, nearly right in front of the stage. A figure was lit up by a stage light: a tall student with dark blue hair and glasses. He didn’t pause to let the hero reply before he continued on with his question. “There appear to be no fewer than four varieties of faux villains on this handout! Such a blatant error, if it is one, is highly unbecoming for Yuuei! Japan’s top academy! We’re all here today in the hopes of being molded into model heroes!”
“And you! With the curly hair!” His finger pointed towards Izuku, making the green haired boy cower behind Michi. “You’ve been muttering this whole time! It’s distracting!! If this is some sort of game to you, then please leave immediately!”
Izuku let out an embarrassed “Sorry,” in reply, making Michi glare down at the kid who singled her friend out. If it wasn’t going to create even more of a scene and cause Izuku to become even more of a nervous wreck, she’d totally give this guy a piece of her mind. Just who did he think he was?!
“Alright! Examinee 7111! Great catch, thank you!” Present Mic increased his volume, trying to lead the attention back to himself. “But the fourth villain variety gets you zero points! He’s more of an obstacle! There’s only one at each site! A gimmick of sorts that’ll rampage around in close quarters.”
“Thank you, sir! I apologize for the interruption!”
The presenting hero nodded, gesturing to the entire room with his hands. “That’s all from me, folks!” He went on to describe a quote from Napoleon, of all people. Michi knew this was the school of schools, but she also knew Mic was being forced to spew the random educational fact to them all. “PLUS ULTRA!!! Break a leg, listeners!”
With that, the main lights turned back on and the other potential students began to shuffle their way to their respective buses. The small shuttles would take them to and from campus to their testing sites. Bakugou, bag already slung across his shoulder and papers in his grasp, sped past Izuku and Michi as soon as the lights turned back on. The two shrugged as they gathered their things and made their way down and out to the buses.

The shuttles, while as large as they could be, were still completely cramped. Michi found herself wishing that the battle centers were closer so that they could just walk to where they needed to be. She wasn’t much of a people person in the first place, even more-so when she was surrounded by random people with no room to herself. Luckily, she was able to grab a window seat near the back. The kid that sat immediately next to her didn’t seem too awful, either.
“Hey! Name’s Sero Hanta!” His deep black hair reached just above his shoulders, and his smile was so obviously genuine. Michi nodded, eyes flickering down to the round shape of his elbows before meeting his own. “This is totally crazy, right?”
“Aizawa Michi.” She sat up a bit straighter to provide more room for the both of them as she nodded. “Tell me about it. Didn’t know we were fighting robots… I’m going to have to be creative.”
Sero lifted his arms to give her a better view of his elbows. “I get ya! My quirk’s called Tape! I produce organic tape from my elbows.” He dropped his arms once she had gotten a good look. “What’s yours?”
“It’s called Erasure.” Michi held up her hands for Sero to see. “If I touch someone with all five fingers, I can erase their quirk. Or, I make them unable to use it? It’s not very effective on those with mutations, however.”
“Oh no shit?” Sero turned to face Michi fully, lifting his elbow to her still raised hand. “Try it on me! I wanna see what happens with my quirk!”
The young girl nodded, and placed her entire hand on the boy’s elbows. Michi felt her hair begin to float upwards, and she could tell by the look on Sero’s face that her normally brown eyes had begun to glow red. “You can move your elbow. I can still have my quirk activated if I let go.”
Sero tilted his arm away from her, moving it back and forth with furrowed brows. He shook his arm a few times, in an attempt to try to use his quirk. “It’s so weird. I know my quirk’s still here, it just feels like I forgot how to use it.” He knocked his knuckles against his elbow. “Yeah, I can’t get anything to come out.”
Michi nodded and deactivated her quirk; the feeling of her hair floating back down to normal tickled the back of her neck. In an instant, tape shot out of Sero’s elbows in a similar fashion to a grenade getting launched. He quickly grabbed the end before it could get far, and retracted it. She sheepishly scratched the back of her neck, turning her gaze to the floor.
“Sorry. I should’ve warned you before I let it go.”
“Eh, don’t worry about it!!” The shuttle came to a stop in front of their battle center, and the two of them stood as they waited their turn to make their way to the gate. “That’s a pretty great quirk though. It sucks that you don’t have a way to use it against the robots.”
Michi shrugged, following Sero as he began to walk through the aisle. “I have a few ideas of what I can do. Either way, if I don’t manage to bag enough villain points, I’m confident I’ll make it into general education. I can just fight my way into the hero course from there.”
The duo had made their way to the gate by the time Michi finished her short speech, and started to stretch while they waited for the countdown to begin. It wasn’t a long wait before a loud buzzer sounded through the area, and as soon as the gates opened up, Michi sprinted her way through it. She barely acknowledged Present Mic’s voice as she surpassed those in her group, heading straight for the nearest one-pointer.
The one-pointers were the smallest of the bunch, and therefore the easiest ones to test her theory on. Logically, these robots had to have a manual shut-off. Michi had no doubt that the exam proctors were controlling these things from a central room somewhere on campus, but that didn’t mean that there weren’t other ways to make sure they were running properly.
Thanking her dad for the parkour lessons, Michi narrowly dodged the robot’s fist before hopping onto it. Using its arm as a leverage point, she swung herself towards its neck. It didn’t take long for her to maneuver herself so she was able to look down at its back. Taking a moment to look around, her eyes lit up as soon as she glanced at a small switch between the neck piece and the back of the robot. Dodging another hit from the bot, she swung herself around once more. Hanging one arm around its neck from the back, Michi was able to stick her hand down far enough to toggle the switch. She heard a small click and immediately did a backflip off the bot and ran to find a new enemy to take on.
The other examinees were beginning to catch up to her, but she did her best to ignore them and keep to the plan she had. Now that she knew for sure that the robots had a toggle for power, Michi felt much more comfortable going after the two and three pointers. She would just have to make sure to dodge their attacks as well as she could. Without any quirk enhancements, taking a hit from one of the bigger bots was sure to at least crack a rib or two.
As Michi kicked off the two-pointer she just eliminated to land on the arm of a nearby three-pointer, she found herself regretful that she hadn’t practiced more with a capture weapon. Her father’s capture scarf, while useful, was extraordinarily complicated to learn how to handle. Even after practicing with a smaller version for about two years now, she still didn’t feel confident in handling it. At least, not confident enough to take it along for the most important exam she would probably ever take.
The three-pointer shut down with a flick of a button, and Michi jumped down to the ground as it collapsed in on itself. The ten-minutes they were allowed were quickly running out, and the examinees had fully taken advantage of every second. The young girl ran down the back alleyways of the mock city in hopes of finding a straggler or two, but it seemed to be in vain. She was sure that there were probably some more targets near the open streets, but quite frankly it was a bloodbath between the others and she really didn’t want any part of it.
Just as she was about to enter another alley, the ground began to rumble. Something big was approaching, and approaching fast. Looking out onto the main road, she spotted the biggest robot she had ever seen in her life. It easily doubled the largest buildings in the area, and the insane amount of weapons situated on its arms made it a terrifying sight to behold. That’s the zero-pointer?
Michi stared at the giant, watching it move closer and closer as other examinees rushed past her to get to safety. No wonder Present Mic said to avoid that thing! There’s no stopping it unless you want to break yourself! Michi set her foot back, hesitantly getting ready to make an escape, before she heard a terrified scream break out in front of her. A kid with strange looking balls on top of his head was cowered underneath a few pieces of rubble. It didn’t seem to be crushing him, but Michi knew sooner or later that the zero-pointer would.
With a sigh, Michi forced herself forward, running towards the other examinee as fast as she could. She came to a stop right beside the boy, eyes flickering between him and the zero-pointer. As she took a closer look, she noticed that similar balls to what he had as hair were wedged in between the wall and the pieces of rubble about to fall on him. She also noticed that his pant leg was caught in between the street and the piece of rubble as well.
“Hey!” The kid met her calm gaze with watery eyes and snot dripping down his nose. She tried not to grimace at the sight. “Those ball things are your quirk, right? Can you get them to unstick? I’d reach around to rip off the part of your pants that are stuck but I can’t reach and we really don’t have the time to mess around here.”
“I- I can’t!!” The kid was pretty much inconsolable. “I made sure they’d be super sticky for the exam today!”
Michi gritted her teeth, looking around for something she could use to help push the heavy rubble away, at least to the point where he was able to get his pant leg out of there. A metal pipe glinted in the alleyway she came from, and she made sure to tell the crying boy that she’d be back soon. Pushing herself up once more, Michi sprinted to the alleyway and bent down to pick up the pipe. A ripping sound came from above her, and she looked up to see Sero grinning down at her with a sweaty face.
“Need help?” Sero dropped down from the roof to stand beside Michi as she stood to face him, gripping the pipe tight between her hands.
“Actually, yeah.” She gestured for him to follow her as she turned to run back to the boy in trouble. “We need to move this rubble so he can move but his quirk got caught up in the mess. So we need to separate this main piece from those balls attached to the wall.”
Sero nodded, taking a furtive glance to the approaching zero-pointer which was only getting closer. Tape from both of his elbows shot out, attaching to the flat side of the rubble. “I’ll pull; you can stick that pipe up at the top and push it my way.”
Michi did as he said, jamming the pipe as far as she could between the wall and the debris. As soon as Sero called out, Michi began to push the pipe. The young girl relied more on her speed than her strength, so she wasn’t very used to dealing with this much weight. Sweat dripped down her face as she pushed harder, finally beginning to see the rubble move in the direction they wanted it to. After a minute or so of this, she felt the trapped boy grab onto her leg and pull himself out of the hole he had essentially dug for himself. Once he was a safe distance away, Sero and Michi both stopped their efforts.
The duo sent small smiles to one another, grateful that they were able to help. Unfortunately, that feeling didn’t last that long. Michi, about to ask the other boy if he was okay, suddenly froze as she felt a hand travel up her thigh.
“Oi, what the fuck!” She kicked the boy away from her, which wasn’t hard to do as he was still gripping onto her leg. Sero, who saw what had just occurred, came to stand by Michi’s side. Their glares combined sent the kid into another crying fit.
“I just wanted to say thank you!”
“Yeah, that came across real well when you tried to cop a feel.”
The boy, mouth open and ready to respond with some pathetic excuse, suddenly stopped as a loud sonic boom echoed around them. Almost immediately after, Present Mic’s obnoxious yelling sounded through the area.
“TIME’S UP, LISTENERS! PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE FRONT GATES!”
--------
The shuttles had taken them back to the main campus rather quickly. Those who had minor injuries were informed to wait for Recovery Girl to come back- apparently somebody had majorly hurt themselves in one of the other battle centers. Michi suspected it had to do with whatever caused that explosion at the very end of the test.
Michi walked through the crowded group of waiting students, searching for a glimpse of familiar green hair. Her brows furrowed as she saw no sight of him, and she pulled out her phone to see if he had texted her. The lock screen lit up, showing a photo of herself and Izuku on their first day of their third year. She was barely smiling, and he was red-faced and sweating buckets. The picture always did make her grin, but when she saw that there weren’t any notifications, she pulled up her messaging app. She was in the midst of typing up something to send to Izukun when she felt a hand land on her shoulder.
“Examinee 8978!” Present Mic stood beside her, shooting her a wink through his orange-tinted glasses. “Someone’s looking for you. Lemme take you to them, ya dig?!”
Michi nodded, following the tall hero as he led the way towards the less crowded hallway. As soon as they were out of earshot from most of the other examinees, Present Mic grinned down at her.
“What?”
“Nothin’. I’m just so proud of you! Saving people already!” The hero wiped a fake tear from under his eye, cackling when Michi groaned. They made another turn, and Michi grew more concerned when she realized they were heading in the direction of Recovery Girl’s office.
The young girl adjusted the strap of her bag on her shoulder. “It would’ve been better had that loser not tried to grab my ass.”
“And Mineta Minorou will face consequences for those actions. If I have anything to say about it, he won’t step foot in the school again.” A deep, exhausted voice sounded from in front of them as Eraserhead turned the corner they were approaching. His eyebags were very pronounced today, only seeming more prominent from the shadows his long, unkempt hair cast upon his face.
As Michi and Present Mic walked closer, he stopped them to hand Michi a kit-kat bar and pat her head. “Good job, kid.” All Michi did was nod her head, trying to hide her forming grin.
Of course, the moment was ruined once Mic opened his mouth. “Why can’t you two act like a normal father and daughter for once?! Give her a hug, cry! Show some emotion!”
Both Aizawas felt their eyes twitch, turning towards Mic with matching glares.
“Okay, okay!” Mic began waving his hands and backing up. “I’ll shut up! I gotta go check on the other listeners anyways since this case may take Chiyo a while!” With that, Mic sped away back towards the lobby where a majority of students were still waiting, leaving Michi and Eraserhead alone before the nurse’s office.
Michi blinked, turning to her dad in hopes of hearing an explanation. He sighed, eyes closing as he pinched the bridge of his nose. “Your friend. I thought he was quirkless.”
“He is, though?” Michi crinkled her nose in confusion, “He has the extra toe joint and the special shoes and everything.”
“Then how did he level an entire zero-pointer with one punch?”
“What did you say?!”
All her father did was sigh again, and open the door to Recovery Girl’s office. Immediately, Michi rushed in, ignoring the elder woman’s protests. She couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw Izuku laying on the stretcher with a nervous smile.
“H-Hey, Micchan! How did your test go?”
She was going to kill him.

A/N: LETS GOOOOO (hope yall enjoy)

Tumblr media
“(Name)-san, you mind passing me the sesame seeds over there? And, on the way back, pass on this order to that customer at the last seat over there.” Osamu held out the finished onigiri on one hand while gesturing an open hand with the other.
You grab the sesame seed container with haste and take the onigiri from your boss. “Got it! You also have another order of one Pickled Plum onigiri, less salted!”
Osamu gives you a thumbs up before getting back to work immediately, and you hand over the order to the awaiting customer.
You’ve had your fair share of lunch rushes, but today has been busier than usual. You and Osamu haven’t had a single break since the shop opened for the day, at least one customer arriving every time one leaves. Suddenly, the phone rings and you go ahead and answer it. “Hello, this is Onigiri Miya! How can I help you?”
You hear the front entrance open, but since you were busy jotting down the phone order, you didn’t get the chance to glance at the two people who just arrived.
“Why couldn’t Fukunaga just cook some food?” a monotone voice drawled.
“Kenma, the man sprained his wrist and you still expect him to cook for all of us?” Kuroo combed a hand through his signature bedhead and began to gesture at himself as his friend pouted. “Look, I even came straight from work in my suit to accompany you so you wouldn’t have to carry everything alone.”
The two men walked up to the register just as you ended the call. You quickly passed on the note with the written down order to your boss and tucked your hair behind your ear to get it out of your face. You finally got the chance to direct your full attention on the people in line.
“Hello! What can I-...!!!” You didn’t get to finish your sentence once you realized who was ordering. Kodzuken, the Youtuber you practically spent the majority of your free time watching, was standing less than 3 feet in front of you in the flesh.
“Um...is there something wrong?” Kenma asks slightly confused at your frozen expression. Your mind was a jumbled mess as you attempted to say something coherent, failing in the end.
“N-no! Uh...you...I just...um…,” you stutter.
Before you could make a bigger fool of yourself, Kuroo leans forward with a smug grin. “Hm? Kenma, it seems like you got yourself a fan~”
“Oh…”
You and Kenma just simply stare at one another for a moment not really knowing what to do in this situation. All of a sudden you hear someone clear their throat rather loudly behind the two people in front of you. While you were distracted, you didn’t notice that another customer had entered the shop and was waiting in line. This snaps you out of your daze. “O-oh! Right. Sorry about that. What can I get for you guys?”
“There’s actually quite a bit of food to order, so I’ll list it out slowly.” Kuroo pulls out his phone and opens up a note file. “Two Tamago onigiri, one Miso, three spicy cucumber…”
As Kuroo continues to relay the order, you frequently hear someone scoffing or clicking their teeth in irritation from behind him and Kenma. You try not to pay attention and focus on the large order being made. Kuroo eventually gets to the end of the list and you let him know the total cost.
“What’s the name for the order?”
“Kuroo.”
You type in the name into the register and give him the printed out receipt. “Alright, Kuroo-san. Just letting you know, because it’s a large order, it might take some time.”
“That’s fine. We don’t mind waiting a bit.”
Kuroo and Kenma walk off to the side to let the person behind them order next. A displeased looking man treads forward with a bit of a demeaning posture and a cup of coffee held out in his right hand. He’s adorned in a suit that’s much too tight for his form and has a toupe two shades darker than his natural hair color poorly placed on top of his head.
Before you could even greet him, the man flails out his left arm in exasperation. “Finally! I don’t have time to wait for children.”
You try your best to keep your face from contorting into a glare. Not wanting to prolong his presence inside the shop, you choose to ignore his rude comment.
“Hello, sir. What can I get for you?” You ask.
The man takes a brief glance at the menu. “Make me an Unagi onigiri.”
“Alright. That’ll be-”
“And, make my order before theirs.” He points at Kuroo and Kenma who look up from their phones and seem just as shocked as you are. So, he was going to be one of those customers. You think you see Kenma shifting around a bit from the corner of your eye, but you’re too appalled by the person in front of you to really pay any mind.
“Excuse me?” You’re in a bit of disbelief at the words coming out of this man’s mouth.
He raises one of his unkempt eyebrows and sneers. “You’re really going to make me repeat myself? I said to make mine before theirs. They ordered way too much.”
“I apologize, but I can’t do that for you,” you reply with your teeth slightly clenched in frustration. “There are also a few customers before you who are still waiting for their meals as well.”
“Listen.” He lets out an unpleasant huff and eyes you down with a condescending stare. “I’m on a tight schedule. I think I should have priority. I’m a businessman, so my time is important.”
You shake your head, the fake smile on your lips feeling heavier by the second. “Like I said, sir. I can’t do that for you.”
“Are you kidding me?!” The businessman shouts. You flinch at the sudden outburst. “I waited for those children to finish their order and you can’t even make my order first?”
By now, everyone in the shop is watching the scene between the register girl and the entitled businessman. Osamu looks just about ready to intervene and go off on the customer, but you signal him to stay where he was under the counter. He reluctantly stays back, but makes sure to keep an eye on you.
“Sir, you’ll have to wait for your order like everyone else or find another place to eat.” Your tone is firm despite your exhaustion as you answer back. The man did not seem to like your response very much.
“How dare you!”
Everything happened so fast. The male lifts his right arm that’s in possession of the cup of coffee, obviously getting ready to hurl it directly at you. Your feet are glued to the ground in panic, so you fling your arms over your head instinctively. Your boss practically leaps towards your direction and encases your body with his own to protect you. You hear a splashing noise, but your vision is too obstructed by Osamu’s broad shoulders to witness what just happened. There’s no coffee on you, so you immediately assume that Osamu took the impact.
“Osamu-san! Are you-” You cut yourself off as you grab onto Osamu’s completely dry uniform. He seems to be just as perplexed as you are, but forms a slightly amused expression when he turns his head. Confused, you look over his shoulder to follow his line of sight and your eyes automatically widen at the view in front of you.
Standing in a puddle of his own lukewarm beverage, the rude man is frozen in disbelief. His wet hair is flat against his forehead and the tight suit is drenched in coffee. The man still held his coffee cup in the air, but what really brings the whole scene together is the tight grip on the man’s right arm by none other than Kuroo himself. He had twisted the man’s arm just enough to have the liquid fall directly downward.
“Whoops~ I just tried to save the nice girl, but I guess I overshot it.” Kuroo’s lips create a mischievous smile. “I wouldn’t recommend going to work with coffee all over your suit and your wig. Although, your boss might, uh, loosen up that tight schedule of yours for you if you do.”
The man comes to his senses and aggressively shoves Kuroo’s grip away. “You ungrateful brats! I’m going to call the police!”
You furrow your eyebrows, not liking the idea of the police getting involved in such a trivial thing.
Luckily, Kuroo seems to have something up his sleeve. “You can try. But then I guess there wouldn’t be an excuse to not turn you in for harassment and attempted assault. My friend here got everything on camera.”
Sure enough, when you direct your gaze onto the quieter one of the two friends, he has his phone in his hands in a recording position. He must’ve started recording as soon as the whole situation began. The rude customer turns beet red with anger and embarrassment. He must’ve realized that he ultimately lost because he swiftly stomps to the exit and slams the door shut, grumbling insults under his breath. Some of the other customers start clapping with satisfaction, while Kuroo and Kenma fist bump each other.
You let out a sigh of relief, but then you remember that Osamu was still holding onto you. Your boss must’ve been caught up with everything that happened too since he still had a fairly tight grip on you. Despite the warm feeling that was tingling your insides, you lightly tap his elbow and look up at him with a soft smile. “Hey, I think the coast is clear now.”
Looking you directly in the eyes, a light blush forms on his cheeks and he quickly lets you go even taking a few steps back to give you some space. He starts rubbing the back of his neck shyly. “Right. You okay?”
“Yeah, I’m good. Thanks for such a heroic gesture,” you laugh and Osamu’s face flushes a bit more. You then turn your attention to Kuroo and Kenma with a grateful smile. “Thanks guys. I don’t know if I could’ve held it in any longer if he actually threw his drink on me.”
Kuroo returns your smile and leans against the counter nonchalantly. “No problem. That was really uncalled for.”
Kenma silently nods his head in acknowledgement before directing his gaze to the floor. “Kuroo, the floor is wet.”
The taller man sheepishly turns to you after realizing how much of a mess he actually made with the spilled coffee. “Ah, I’ll clean that up.”
Kuroo attempted to wipe the floor with some small napkins displayed on one of the tables, but there was a surprisingly substantial amount of coffee that was still spread across the floor. You tell him that you’ll just wipe the floor with the mop and to dispose of the used napkins. He tries to apologize again, but you brush it off since it’s really not that big of a deal. You direct him to the bathroom and prepare your cleaning supplies. During this time a group of girls start whispering to each other at the corner of the room, stealing glances at Kenma. Everything that happened seems to have brought some unwanted attention to the gamer.
“Hey, isn’t he that super famous Youtuber?”
“Yeah, that has to be him! We should go and get a picture with him. I bet everyone else would be so jealous.”
“I heard he’s loaded with cash too. Maybe if we play our cards right, he’ll buy us a drink or even a new purse.”
As you mop the floor, you hear the clicking of heels coming closer to where you are. Curiously, you turn your head and see three young females encircle Kenma. You would even say they have pretty faces if their expressions weren’t so predatory. He looks extremely uneasy over the close proximity and sudden attention from the strangers. They all speak one after the other without giving the poor guy any room to reject.
“Hey, you’re really popular, right? I’ve seen you on Youtube and you have millions of subscribers!”
“Do you wanna hang out with us? There’s a bar down the street that has really strong drinks. They’re kind of pricey, but I’m sure you’ll be able to afford it.”
“That sounds like a great idea, no? Come on, you could have some fun with the three of us.”
At this time, Kuroo walks out of the bathroom and immediately notices his friend’s obvious discomfort. He shakes his head in dismay and starts making his way towards the gamer to play the savior role again. This time, however, you seem to be one step ahead of him. One of the girls reaches out to try and grab onto Kenma’s upper arm, and you feel something in you snap. Before she could come in contact with Kenma, you thrust the back of your mop right into her side earning an ear-piercing yelp.
“OW!”
As you turn around to face the group, you make sure to add a little swing to your arms and the bottom of the soaked mop splatters onto another girl’s heels.
“EW! What the hell?!”
“Oh! Sorry about that!” You apologize half-heartedly and tilt your head innocently. You’re proud to say that you were even able to hold your best counterfeit customer service smile as you continued. “You see, the shop is pretty small so you probably shouldn’t hang around in the middle of it. I think there’s a pretty big thrift shop down the block if you wanna kill time. You could also probably buy a replacement purse for the fake one you’re holding now.”
The girls don’t seem as adamant as the previous ill-mannered customer, so they just speedily strut outside with lowered heads and annoyed frowns. Still feeling a bit petty, you make sure to wave a hand sarcastically. “Don’t get your extensions stuck on the door on your way out!”
You feel a pair of eyes trained onto your form, so you make the effort to turn around. Kenma is just quietly fixated on you. You shift a bit at the awkward moment before breaking the silence. “Ah, sorry Kod-...uh...Kozume-san. You just looked a bit uncomfortable with those girls and I was still a bit upset by the man from before.”
There’s a small quirk to the corner of his lips. “Thanks. And, just Kenma is fine.”
Your body tenses a bit at the Youtuber’s words. “B-but…”
It was at this time Kuroo decided to make his presence known. He was slightly bent over with his arms crossed and a smirk on his face. “That’s right~ You mentioned that you watch his videos. How long have you been a fan?”
“Um...about 2 years?” You scratch your cheek shyly as you remember all the lonely nights in your apartment when you binged on Kodzuken’s streams while munching on five different brands of cookies. “The videos got me through some rough patches in college.”
“That’s just about the time he even started making videos. You must be a pretty loyal fan then.“ Kuroo hums in thought. His eyes shift between you and his friend before ultimately landing on his male figure. “Kenma, why don’t you take a picture with her?”
Both of your hands shoot up at the suggestion and start waving them in dismissal. “N-n-no! That’s okay! I don’t want to make him more uncomfortable!”
“Aw, come on! No guy would mind taking a picture with a pretty and sensible girl like yourself. You’re definitely more pleasant than those fakes from before.” Kuroo takes this time to rest his elbow on your shoulder and draw a bit closer to you while still facing Kenma. Your nose catches the subtle musky cologne from the tall man and can’t help but appreciate the attractive scent despite your current predicament.
The two of you continue to go back and forth for a bit, neither of you backing down with your stubbornness. Kenma just watches in amusement for another minute or two before deciding to finally say something. “I don’t mind.”
You and Kuroo both pause when you hear Kenma’s voice. Once you actually comprehend what Kenma had just said, it takes all of your energy to try and calm your excited heart. Kuroo grins triumphantly and claps his hands together. “Then, that’s that!
After pulling out his own phone from his pocket, Kuroo signals you and Kenma to get closer until your shoulders are touching. You manage to calm your heart to a certain extent and pose with a small peace sign. Kuroo takes a couple of pictures and even changes the camera to selfie mode with all three of you for one of them.
“Hey, what’s your number? I’ll send the pictures to you.” Kuroo passes you his phone and you type your contact information in. When you return his phone, he sends the images right away and you feel vibrations in your pocket. When you pull it out the check, you can’t help but smile. You tap one of the pictures to see the full screen and surprisingly you look a lot calmer than you had felt at the time. You and Kenma were both holding up a peace sign with happy expressions. You were beaming while Kenma sported a small, but genuine smile. The picture was perfect. You were definitely changing this picture to your lock screen soon.
“Order’s ready for Kuroo-san!”
You let out a silent gasp when you remember that you’re still in the middle of working after hearing your boss. You make the effort to get rid of all the cleaning supplies before rushing back to your spot on the register. “Sorry, boss!”
Osamu’s pretty chill about the whole situation and you’re once again thanking the universe for gifting you with such a kind boss. As you’re passing the food to Kenma and Kuroo in multiple plastic bags, the latter looks into one of them and gives Osamu a bewildered look. There was an extra bag of side dishes and drinks. “We didn’t pay for these.”
“Take it as a thanks for helping out and saving my little coworker.” Your boss just smiles and you just pout at Osamu’s teasing.
“Are you sure? It’s more like we drove away some of your customers.”
“No worries. I’d rather run a small business with decent customers than have to deal with people like them for a couple extra points on reputation,” Osamu reassured. “But, if you’re still concerned, I guess I wouldn’t mind an autograph to put up in the shop. Only if Kozume-san is alright with that, of course.”
To say the least, Kodzuken’s autograph was framed and displayed on the wall next to the windows by the end of the day. Kenma had even posted a picture of him and his high school friends from Nekoma eating the food on social media while tagging Onigiri Miya. This would surely bring in a lot more customers to the shop in the future.
Despite the busy work day and the mishaps in between with impolite customers, you had a great experience. You never thought you’d ever get to stand next to the only Youtuber you’ve ever really wanted to interact with in person, let alone get a nice picture with him. The world was really on your side when you got accepted into this job.
Tumblr media
“Didn’t know you were such an avid video game fan,” Osamu points out as you’re both wiping down the counter and putting away ingredients. It was closing time, so the both of you were on cleaning duty.
“I actually don’t play as much. I mostly just enjoy watching other people play since I don’t really have a lot of free time,” you reply back.
“Oh yeah?” Osamu playfully flicks a stray sesame seed in your direction. “You sure you didn’t just fall head over heels for Kozume-san?”
Your cheeks become warm. “W-what? Stop teasing me! It’s not like that!”
Your boss laughs at your flustered state. Feeling satisfied with your reaction, he changes the subject. “You know, him and Kuroo-san played volleyball in high school the same time I did.”
This piqued your interest. “Did you guys play any matches against each other?”
“Nah. I saw them around, but we never got the chance to play against each other. To be honest, my team was a bit more focused on facing the schools that had the top spikers in the nation.”
At the mention of talented spikers, something clicks in your memory. “Oh! I think there was someone in one of my classes that mentioned something about being on a volleyball team with a top ranked spiker. He said he’s an alumni from...Sarato...Shirata…”
“Shiratorizawa?” Osamu corrects.
You confirm with a nod. “Yeah! That was it!”
“Ah, Shiratorizawa...That team had some pretty interesting players and there was always some kind of commotion wherever they went. If I remember correctly, they had a guy that kind of looked like Benkei*.”
“That’s an interesting comparison.” You snort at this comment.
“If you ever saw him, you’d agree.” Osamu tied up the last trash bag and hefted it up onto his shoulder. You go ahead and wipe down the now empty trash can.
Placing the washcloth in the laundry pile, you start heading towards the back room to get ready to leave. “Well, point him out if he ever visits the shop, or any one of them for that matter. All of the people you’ve ever mentioned from your high school days seem to be entertaining.”
Osamu chuckled. “You have no idea.”

“The Brush” | Leona Kingscholar x Reader
Tumblr media
Just a bit of a silly story set within the events of episode 3, so there are minor spoilers ahead if you’ve not reached that part of the game!
Summary Ruggie has some tasks for you and Grim to do. One of which involves braiding a certain irritable lion’s hair...
Rating: G Characters: Leona, Ruggie, Grim Location: Leona’s Room
---------
“Before we go for breakfast we need to do a couple of things first,” stated Ruggie standing before you with his hands on his hips.
You and Grim were dressed and ready for the day while Leona was just about coming into the land of the living. He lazily slipped on his orange waistcoat over his white shirt.
“We’re not your slaves.” retorted Grim.
You elbowed him gently to remind him they were doing you guys a favor letting you stay at the Savanaclaw Dorm, or more specifically Leona’s room. Also, not forgetting that in return for their kindness you guys were the new temporary servants.
“What would you like us to do?” you asked with a bright smile trying to make up for Grim’s remark.
“We just need to collect some clothes for laundry, and one of you will need to braid Leona’s hair.”
The was a short silence as you and Grim exchanged a look.
At this point Leona was still fixing his uniform and putting on accessories, seemingly completely oblivious to what was just said.
“As much as I would like to try not to rip out that guy’s hair I don’t have opposable thumbs so good luck,” Grim held up his paws and shrugged. He patted you on the shoulder before flying over to Ruggie who had been piling up Leona’s clothes in a weave basket.
An “Ah-” escaped you as your hand stretched out in Grim’s direction.
“Leona! Don’t go back to sleep!” Ruggie tutted and sighed, putting down the basket and pulling his prefect up into a sitting position. When did he go back to sleep!?
Leona growled. “What’s 5 more minutes? It’s not gonna kill anyone,” he grumbled, to which Ruggie rolled his eyes.
“We’ll be back in about 10 minutes. Come on Grim, I’ll show you the laundry room.” Ruggie strolled out with his hands clasped behind his head.
“Hey, you! Why am I the one carrying this heavy basket?!” yelled Grim as he struggled to keep afloat in the air while trying to follow Ruggie’s quickly disappearing form.
Now with them gone uncomfortable silence fell in the room. Leona sat on the edge of his bed, hunched over with his elbows on his knees and smartphone in hand.
You let out a quick sigh but found your energy after a deep breath.
“Okay, let’s get started shall we?” you said with another bright smile.
You walked towards Leona who strangely straightened up obediently and turned the screen off on his phone.
“So…is there a special style you have for your braids?” you inquired as you leant over him to inspect his luscious dark brown locks. His twitching ears sparked a curiosity in you. How you desired to just reach out and touch them!
“No.” he replied bluntly.
“Does Ruggie do anything special or-?”
“Hurry up and get on with it,” he growled out. The King of Beasts closed his eyes with what you assumed to be annoyance.
“Okay.” Your face and shoulders dropped indicating your motivation slowly leaving you.
You understood Leona wasn’t exactly in the mood for small talk. Then again, when ever was he?
You positioned yourself to his side, picked up a good amount of hair and tentatively dragged your fingers through it.
Leona was back on his phone endlessly scrolling from the fast motion of his thumb swiping up and down the screen.
“Hold on a minute,” you mumbled. You crawled on your knees onto his bed and appeared at height behind him bringing all his hair to the back. You tried combing through it all with your fingers again but found it difficult with the tangles and knots.
You got off the bed abruptly, now filled with a burst of excitement. After rummaging through your belongings you returned back to the bed with a hair brush in hand. Luckily you’d cleaned it!
“What’s taking so long!?” Leona only saw you bolt across the room and back from the corner of his eye. One thing he knew for sure was this was taking too long and he was going to murder someone if he didn’t get any food soon.
“I’ll be done in two minutes, don’t worry!” you exclaimed happily.
“Make it one,” was his irritated response.
Upon hearing his words you started brushing out the ends of his wavy hair quickly and gradually worked your way up. You got to the top of his head and made sure to be careful brushing around his ears. They twitched when the brush was near and Leona’s tail swished in a carefree manner, hitting your body and arms softly at times. How you wanted to touch that too!
Were your ears deceiving you? You swore you could have heard a small purr come from the Savanaclaw Dorm Leader.
Gasping at how smooth his hair had become you grinned seeing your fingers run so effortlessly through.
“Okay, braid time.” You left the hair brush on the edge of the bed and moved from behind him to his side with one foot planted on the floor and your other knee still on the bed. You stood tall so you had better height to do your work.
Slowly but surely you finished the first braid and felt proud of the end product. It didn’t turn out too bad between the nerves of touching a stranger’s hair and being so close to someone with such a strong personality.
All of a sudden you heard a clatter. Puzzled, you looked down to see Leona’s phone had fallen out of his hand. What?
As if in slow motion you saw him about to fall forward. Was he asleep!?
“No-n-no-no-!” You swung your arms around his wide shoulders in a panic and threw all your strength against him to stop him falling. Thank goodness your foot was on the floor otherwise you wouldn’t have been able to hold him back. And you knew he was more than likely going to fly into a blinding rage and kick you and Grim out if he had found himself woken up by faceplanting his own bedroom floor.
His head fell toward you and rested on your chest. His breathing was deep.
Oh, my goodness.
The panic set in wondering if Ruggie and Grim were to come back at any second. What would they say if they saw you both like this right now!?
“Hey, Leona, it’s time to wake up…!” You sang shakily, gently jostling him.
Nothing. You sighed forcibly. ‘Okay, let’s try something different.’
You sunk down onto your knee on the bed so you were at least able to see his face properly. In doing so Leona’s head fell into the crook of your neck.
Oh, my goodness(!)
Your eyes widened in shock. In that split second you felt his breath on your neck shivers ran up and down your back, but you swiftly shook your head to get rid of any strange thoughts.
“Leona! Hey!” You were confident he wasn’t going to fall forward anymore with his weight somewhat balanced by your arm around the back of him. You cautiously took your arm from across his chest and pulled his head away by cupping his jaw.
“Hello!? Please wake up(!)”
Nothing. You closed your eyes and pointed your face to the ceiling feeling everything you was doing was pointless.
Of course, the cruel hand of fate decided to deal you another card of misfortune right there and then, didn’t it? Of course your arm, the one essentially supporting his entire weight, gave out and you both fell backwards onto the bed.
Uh-oh.
As luck would have it you were stuck.
“Leona(!) Wake up! Why do you like sleeping so much!?” You questioned with exasperation in your voice.
You tried pulling your arm out from underneath his back but to no avail.
Feeling a mixture of annoyance, desperation and dread, you decided to just give in and wait for Ruggie to find you.
You facepalmed so hard you could cry. ’All I had was one job’
Why were things always happening to you? You couldn’t go one day, it seemed, without some kind of crazy event involving you and Grim. Not to mention this insane contract you believed you could fulfill to free Deuce, Ace and the other students trapped under Azul’s unique magic. But, how else were they going to get free? Who else was going to help them? Even if you had no magic, and you didn’t really know who you were or where you came from, you felt such a pull to help those in need.
Wow. Thinking about your friends really helped calm you down.
You turned your head to find Leona’s sleeping face in your direction. You paused. If it hadn’t have been for this pampered, arrogant lion-man and his straight-laced wolf and snarky hyena, you’d be god knows where. Your eyes roamed over his features taking them in slowly. You’d never seen him up close like this before.
Long eyelashes, sharp nose, lips always seemingly set in a frown, but luckily not right now. Your eyes wandered to his scar and you grew curious about its origins. His hair framed his face so well anyone would fall for him.
He was so stoic, so strong, ego the size of a galaxy, and yet in this very moment he was so gentle...
Leona’s eyes fluttered half-open and you held your breath. What would he think about this situation? How would he react!?
You couldn’t tell if his emerald eyes had focused enough to catch you staring back at him. Was he going to yell? Would he think you did something weird to him?
The answer was no. He went back to sleep.
You laughed suddenly finding the situation incredibly absurd yet hopelessly entertaining.
“What are you doing?” asked Ruggie from the door.
Relief washed over you and you’d never been happier to see the young hyena. “Oh, thank goodness you’re back!”
“What happened?” questioned Grim as he flew into the room. He gasped loudly.
“I’m stuck” You waved your free arm about to show the predicament you were in.
“How did this even happen?” Grim flew around checking you guys out. Ruggie laughed his signature snicker as he pulled his phone out to snap a million photos.
“The great Grim will get you out!” The furry demon grabbed your free arm and started pulling.
“No, Grim-wait-ow-ow-ow!” You cried in pain.
Ruggie lost himself to his laughter but never missed a beat with his photo-taking.
Grim gave up when he realized he couldn’t actually pull you out. You directed a death glare at him.
Ruggie’s laughter subsided and he wiped the tears out of his eyes. “I wouldn’t expect anything less from the Ramshackle Dorm even if I tried”.
“Can you just get him up, please?” You pleaded.
“Alright. Leona!! Wake up now!” Ruggie sighed, grabbed Leona’s wrists and pulled him up into a sitting position; the same move he’d made before.
Leona stretched his arms above his head and let out a long, hard yawn. “Why is everyone so loud!? You’d think I could get 5 more damned minutes of sleep”. He stood up and twisted at the waist working out the cracks in his back. You quickly followed suit getting up off the bed as you rubbed your slightly numb arm. Leona didn’t even seem to notice you were on his bed let alone him crushing a precious limb of yours.
“So, what happened? All you had to do was braid his hair... Was that too hard a task?” asked Ruggie condescendingly.
You ignored his patronising question.
“Well, I managed to get one braid done”, you professed kinda proudly, “but I decided to detangle his hair because, you know, I wouldn’t want to hurt him while braiding so I got my hair brush-“
Ruggie sharply inhaled.
At this moment Leona had wandered out onto the balcony, presumably, to get a moment of peace.
“A brush?” questioned the hyena. His eyes searched and fell upon the offending tool that laid abandoned beside the bed. He shook his head.
“What’s wrong with that?” Grim tilted his head in confusion.
“Look: when you brush a cat-“
“Lion” Leona interjected with a death stare. He’d come back to join the group and narrowed his eyes at Ruggie having heard him call him a ‘cat’.
“Fine. When you brush a…lion, they get comfortable. And when they get comfortable, they…” Ruggie gestured with his hands to coax the answer out of you.
“…fall asleep?” You questioned as you furrowed your brow wondering why he trailed off when he knew the answer.
Within a split second you gasped loudly; eyes widening once the realisation had dawned on you.
“Oh…” You looked over at Leona apologetically who only looked back with a bored stare.
“Yeah…” Ruggie agreed with a scrunched nose. He grinned making a mental reminder to show Jack the photos later. Oh, what juicy, juicy blackmail he now possessed.
“I don’t care what you’re talking about and I’m not standing around here waiting for you to finish.” The King of Beasts ‘hmphed’ and headed out of his room at warp speed.
“How are you not annoyed you only have one braid?” You heard Ruggie ask coming to the side of his prefect. He threw a cheeky grin back at you over his shoulder.
“I got to sleep more. I don’t care. It’s just hair,” answered Leona nonchalantly. The young hyena couldn’t really argue with that.
“I’ll put the other braid in later” said Ruggie. That poor boy probably knew Leona long enough that the lion would be bothered about the lack of braid eventually.
You let out a big sigh and let your body relax now that you were out of that situation. You followed behind the two Savanaclaw boys at a distance.
“Huh…” Grim flew beside you slowly with a paw rubbing his chin in thought.
“What’s wrong?” You asked.
“If all it takes is one brush to knock him out, we could steal A LOT of rich boy’s stuff,” pondered the small demon loudly with a nodding motion.
You laughed dryly. “Come on, don’t you get any funny ideas”
And with that, off you all went towards the school cafeteria, and towards what would be another crazy day at Night Raven College.

Moon Child :Namjin: Chapter One
A/N hello! im going to start posting my fanfictions here! a lot of them were written a year or so ago so they are short and maybe a bit confusing! but im planning to start working on them! please stick around!
Chapter one:
Chapter word count: 1596
It was a rather cloudy day in central Seoul, the rising sun covered by a thin layer of grey clouds that foreshadowed rain. But for the students of the most prestigious college in the country, life continued on as normal. The clock tower rang out eight times, echoing off the many buildings that comprised the campus of Seoul National University. Slowly, the walkways and roads came to life. Students walking to breakfast with friends, teachers making their way to class to prepare for the day, and café workers opening the doors for the breakfast rush.
One café, in particular, was already full of customers, most of whom were women wanting to see the attractive co-owner of the establishment. Kim Seokjin, A fine arts and literature student at the university, often dreaded all the attention he received from the ogling guests. But he smiled and greeted each one the same, “Good morning miss, what may I make for you?” sometimes the customers would slide him a napkin with the money that had their name and phone number, to which he smiled politely and threw away once they walked away.
His male classmates called him the “Woman Magnet” to which he smiled, even though he knew he was the last person who should attract women. When he was fifteen, he had the biggest crush on his classmate Yoongi, it was a defining moment in his life. He had never felt any kind of attraction to women, sure some were cute, but he never thought about them as a potential partner. He wanted to tell his parents but could never bring himself to do it before he left for college. So whenever his mother calls asking about his love life, he always responds with “I’m in a committed relationship” and he never elaborates.
Luckily, his Fine arts class is mostly men, so he doesn’t have to worry about turning down women then, but it’s a double-edged sword. Some of the men in his class are attractive, and Seokjin often catches himself staring, mentally scolding himself every time. Being openly gay in Korea is risky, while there are no laws against it. The idea of loving the same-sex had only started to spread a few years ago. And Seokjin being a respected student at his college had decided to keep his sexual preference to himself.
The library became his safe place, specifically the mythological section. Mostly because no one ever goes there. But he had grown attached to the books and their contents. He liked to get lost in the worlds the books built for the reader. Sometimes, he would be there for hours at a time. Once he had to be told by the librarian that he had to leave because it was time to close.
His favorite book to read was called “Guardian of the moon children” it depicted a being who had no set species. It came in many forms, to young children it often appeared as a white or grey dog who guided them to eternal rest. When as for adults it appeared as a youthful young man who was described as having a deep but soft voice and soft skin. Not only did the being guide human souls to eternal rest, but it also was seen during the birth of someone who would do important things in their life. While Seokjin knew this was just fiction, he wanted it to be true.
At the end of his morning shift, Seokjin would head back to his apartment to shower and change his clothes. After which he would prepare a clean uniform for work and put it in his bag, before sitting at his desk for an hour to study before he had class. He only had four hours’ worth of classes a day, except for Fridays when he had six. So he always finished right before lunch. He would rush back to the café and change into his uniform before eating a quick snack. Normally, he would have ten to fifteen minutes to relax before the lunch rush began. Much like in the morning, women would stare and attempt to hit on Seokjin. It was something he never looked forward to. Part of him thought that if people knew why he worked three shifts a day, they would feel much differently about him. Seokjin had a loan to pay off, a hefty one at that. He had taken the loan out when he moved to attend the university. He had to pay for a place to sleep and the fees that were a result of schooling. At the rate he was making money, it would still be more than two years before he would have the loan completely paid off.
Something Seokjin s parents had told him since he was young was the reason he worked so hard, “if you do something, take responsibility. No matter how big or small the consequences are, never lie about something you did” those words were engraved on his mind, always haunting him, a reminder that the debt will never go away unless paid off. But he accepted it. After the lunch rush. He would make his way home. Working on the pile of homework he was assigned from the day’s classes. If he was able to finish before six, he would go to the library and read before his dinner shift. This was the way he lived.
//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\
“Morning Seokjin, did you have another late night?”
Seokjin bowed slightly out of habit to the café owner, Minseok. Quickly standing straight, Minseok had told Seokjin to treat him as a friend, meaning he should call him by his name and not treat him as he normally would someone older than him.
“Yah!” Minseok exclaimed in exasperation, “I told you not to bow!” Seokjin smiled nervously, rubbing the back of his neck in embarrassment. Making his way behind the counter, Seokjin grabs his apron, tying in with ease. “Do you want me to open today?” he asked. “Go ahead” Minseok replied.
As usual, a line of people had already formed outside the door following Seokjin's arrival to the café. He smiled and waved politely before flipping the switch that then lit up a “yes! We are open!” sign.
As the line slowly shrunk and the smell of coffee and fresh pastries faded from the display that hosted an array of freshly baked goods, a deep voice greeted Seokjin
“Good morning sir” Seokjin squeaked out, surprised that he was able to keep his voice steady, albeit slightly higher pitched. “What can I get for you?”
“Ah, I’m new to this area but I saw the long line so I assumed it must be worth the wait, and I can assure you is was.” The man responded looking Seokjin over with his eyes, before meeting them directly.
Seokjin stared for longer than he probably should have, the man's eyes had stars in them, literal stars that floated and shone throughout his pupils, small specks that hypnotized him.
The clearing of a throat snapped him out of his trance, “s-sorry!” he apologize slightly louder than he needed to, causing a few heads to turn in his direction. “W-we are fairly well known for our crumble scones” he spoke nervously, gesturing to the half empty bake-case. “We have a f-few left”
“How perfect, I just so happen to love scones” the man replied running his fingers back through his hair. “And I’ll also have a (joon coffee) with that scone” Seokjin nodded and put the order into the register. Silently, Seokjin hoped the man would pay with his card so he could get his name.
“That will be 7100 Won please” When he looked up he spotted the exact amount in cash on the counter as the man tucked his wallet back into the inside pocket on his suit jacket. “Can I have a name for the order?” He asked. Even Though normally the café went off a number system he thought he would ask.
The man paused in thought “φεγγάρι” (Pronounced fen-gar-e) Seokjin jotted down the name, quickly realizing the name was the Greek word for Moon. He had taken Greek for his language the year before. Though, he never thought it would come in handy.
“You have a Greek name?” Jin asked as he sat the cup to his side and went to get the scone from the display case. “You know Greek?” the man asked. “Uh, y-yeah” Jin said shyly. His cheeks going red when he looked up only to realize that the eyes of the customer were glued onto his own.
“Oh!” Jin exclaimed as he stumbled and dropped the scone that slid on the floor.
Gasps filled the café as the man had caught Jin from falling, “w-wait how?? You were- now you're here?!” he spoke to himself as the man helped him stand up. “I'm going to have to cancel my order for now” he said as he walked towards the entrance, Jin stood in shock along with the other people in line.
Whispers continued throughout the day as Seokjin apologized and cleaned up the mess, he ended up dropping more drinks throughout the day as his mind was trying to deduce how the man made it to his side of the counter when the door to the back was locked, he couldn't remember if he saw the man jump the counter, but that would be impossible. Not a thing was out of place.
Seokjin had one thing in mind all day long, “where can I meet him again”
A/N: Hope you liked it! ill try and update regularly!

Platform 9 3/4
Pairing: Percy Weasley x Nicole Weasley
Word Count: 1.7k
Summary: Nic and Percy take their daughters to King’s Cross for a new school year
A/N: More of me writing instead of working on assignments and also introducing our fankids
King’s Cross Station was filled with muggles just as it was every year. The Weasley family paid no mind as they headed to their destination, pushing the trolleys along. Molly checked her wristwatch, red curls falling in her face for a moment before she tucked the stray hairs behind her ear. She readjusted the glasses on her face and looked over at her little sister.
“Hurry up, Lucy, we’re going to be late!” She barked at her sister. The owl in the cage on Lucy’s trolley let out a noise, unhappy with being woken up.
“Molly, we have twenty minutes before the train leaves. We’ll make it, sweetheart,” Nic said to her daughter as she walked beside Lucy.
Molly was still young but already so much like her father. She had the Weasley signature curly red hair, along with her father’s eyes and freckles. Her nose was only something she could inherit from her mother, along with her mother’s love for muggle pens. It came as a surprise to Nic and Percy when their oldest daughter was sorted in Slytherin, but it made sense given she was as ambitious as her father and had a knack for being resourceful in any given situation. She also had a talent for being tricky, able to slip the truth out of anyone with ease. Percy saw a bright future for Molly in the Ministry.
The younger of the two, Lucy, was nearly the spitting image of her mother with curly dark brown hair, although during the summer the light gave her curls a bit of a red tint, and once again her mother’s nose. She had brown eyes with spots of green, as opposed to her mother’s true hazel color. Lucy was starting her first year at Hogwarts and was incredibly nervous. Her sister didn’t help.
“This year’s different, mum. I’m a prefect! I have to be there early to patrol the train.” Molly insisted. Nic looked over at her husband and gave him the ‘she’s just like you’ look he was all too familiar with. Percy shook his head with a soft smile as the four continued towards the platform.
“We wouldn’t be late if you hadn’t been polishing that stupid badge,” Lucy mumbled.
Molly’s head snapped towards her sister. “Excuse me, but being a prefect is not only a serious responsibility but an honor, and–”
“Oh look, girls, Platform nine and three quarters,” Percy interrupted, saving Lucy from the lecture she would have no doubt gotten from Molly. “Molly, why don’t you go first.”
Molly tore her glare away from her sister and headed straight for the wall between platforms. She disappeared into the wall and Nic smiled down at Lucy.
“Do you want to go by yourself?” She asked Lucy.
Lucy stood for a moment as she thought. She nodded. “Yes.”
Nic stepped away from Lucy and Percy grabbed his wife’s hand. They watched as Lucy took a deep breath and ran towards the wall before disappearing.
“She’s a natural,” Percy whispered. Nic smiled at the very obvious pride on his face. She kissed his cheek.
“Best not to keep them waiting,” she said, pulling him towards the wall. They rushed through and saw the busy cluster that was Platform 9 ¾. Lucy stood close by, hands gripping her trolley tightly as she had waited for her parents to run through. Meanwhile, Molly was already heading towards the train.
“Keep up, Lucy!” She shouted back at her younger sister.
“I’m coming!” Lucy rolled her eyes and pushed her trolley as she started to follow Molly.
Unlike most students at the platform, Molly was already wearing her school uniform minus the robes (She had insisted she’d put on the robes once she got to the train). Her green and silver tie was tightly secure on her neck and she smoothed out the sweater she wore. Molly stopped her trolley close to a section of the train that wasn’t heavily occupied and Lucy stopped next to her. The family of four loaded the trunks and owl cages onto the train, but Molly held tightly onto her ginger cat, Ginger.
Nic kissed the girls on the heads, checking over to make sure they had everything. “Wands?” Molly nodded, and Lucy held hers tightly in her hand before slipping it back into her pocket. “Good, okay, lunches? I packed you girls something to eat. Lucy, do you have your sweater from Gran?”
“Yes mum,” Lucy replied. “It’s in my trunk.”
“Good,” Nic pressed another kiss to Lucy’s hairline.
“I should get onto the train soon,” Molly said, surveying the students. She recognized plenty of students from her year and her house. Her face became bright red when she saw a boy from Hufflepuff, another prefect. He was a year above her but Molly knew him because his sister was her best friend.
Lucy pulled away from her mother’s smothering of affection in time to notice the boy. She grinned mischievously. “Molly, is that the boy you fancy?” She asked her sister loudly.
Molly glared at Lucy. “Shut up, loud mouth. He’ll hear you!”
“That’s the point,” Lucy giggled.
“Girls,” Percy warned. This past summer they had started getting arguments so much easier than usual.
“Watch Ginger for me,” Molly ordered her sister, putting the cat into Lucy’s arms. The cat purred as he was held, and Lucy happily stroked his fur. “I can’t carry him while I monitor the train.”
“Say goodbye to us before you go,” Nic insisted. She hugged Molly tightly, giving her a few kisses on the head. Molly groaned in embarrassment but allowed her mother to continue. When Nic finished, Percy hugged Molly tightly.
“I’m proud of you, Molls,” he said, reminding her. Ever since her sorting into Slytherin, she was deathly afraid of disappointing her parents having not been sorted into Gryffindor or Ravenclaw. A reminder from her parents every once in a while went a long way for her. Percy pressed a quick kiss to her head before letting Molly go. She waved goodbye to her mother and father as she stepped onto the train, and Percy swore he saw her wipe away some tears.
Lucy stood cuddling Ginger as she watched students load onto the train. Nic ran her fingers through Lucy’s hair.
“Are you excited for your first year?” Nic asked.
Lucy shrugged. “Bit nervous.”
“Don’t worry, you’ll be brilliant.” Percy told her. “You’ll have your sister to look after you, even if you’re in different houses. Your Uncle Bill and Uncle Charlie looked after me when I started my first year.”
“What if the Sorting Hat can’t sort me?” Lucy asked.
“It can. The hat always can. Don’t be afraid, okay? I was a hat stall. It took seven minutes for the hat to decide whether I was a Ravenclaw or a Hufflepuff.” Nic told Lucy, giving her shoulder a squeeze of encouragement. Lucy nodded, a look of determination coming over her features.
The whistle blew to the train, signaling the train was leaving in 5 minutes.
“You should get going soon,” Nic kissed Lucy’s head.
“Before you go,” Percy smiled. “Is there anything you’re forgetting, Treacle?”
She stood there for a moment as she thought before shrugging. “I can’t think of anything.”
Percy pulled her glasses from his jacket pocket. “You almost forgot your reading glasses.”
“Oh!” She took them from him and put them in the pocket of her sweater. “Thanks, dad.”
Percy pulled her into a hug, a little longer than one he had given Molly, and kissed her head. “We love you so much, please write to us. We’ll see you soon, okay?”
Lucy nodded, smiling up at him. She waved goodbye to her parents before getting onto the train and finding a compartment. She sat down by the window and looked out of it, Ginger sat in her lap. She waved at her parents one last time before the whistle to the train blew. As it did, Percy put a hand on Nic’s waist and pulled her close. They waved to Lucy as the train started to leave. Once they couldn’t see her anymore, they stopped waving.
Nic wiped away a stray tear and looked up at Percy. “The house is going to be so quiet without them.”
“It will be,” he agreed. “But we’ll keep busy. We can bring back lots of things we did before the girls were born.”
They started to head in the direction they came to leave the platform.
Nic nodded. “Playing chess to see who makes dinner, trying new recipes for the bakery and making an unhealthy amount of sweets that we send to your family.”
Percy laughed and kissed her head. “That and more.”
That night, dinner had just been finished and Nic waved her wand, the dishes cleaning themselves. Percy was upstairs in his office, working on something last minute for the Ministry. It was the last bit he had to do for the night and then he promised Nic a relaxing evening. She was about to leave the kitchen when she heard a screech and saw an owl perch in the window. It had a letter from Hogwarts.
She quietly summoned a sickle and gave the coin to the owl before it flew off, leaving her with the letter. She opened it quickly and read through it. Nic couldn’t help but let out a squeal of excitement before hurrying up the stairs. She swung open the door to Percy’s office and he jumped in his seat.
“What’s wrong?” He asked worriedly.
“Nothing’s wrong, we got a letter from the school. Lucy’s been sorted,” Nic told him, barely about to contain her excitement.
Percy stood from his desk and shook his head as he smiled. “You scared me, darling. What has she been sorted into?” He asked, hugging her waist.
Nic grinned, showing him the letter. “She’s a Gryffindor! Just like her father.”
Percy kissed her head. “That’s fantastic. I’m so proud of her.”
“I can start making the house cookies for her and Molly now,” Nic grinned.
“I hope you make more, because once any of our nieces and nephews find out you made them they’ll start sending owls to us. And then my parents and brothers will want some.” Percy laughed.
“I know how it goes for us, Perce. Luckily for you, your wife is a very talented baker who is proficient in it both the magical way and muggle way.”
“Don't tell mum, but I do prefer when you cook the muggle way,” he whispered it, a secret between the two of them despite their empty home.
“I know,” Nic whispered back, kissing him softly.

[gifs belongs to their rightful owners ] You were sure that Jimin was avoiding you. At first you had dismissed your thought as Jimin being busy now when his musical was on full speed.  That being the reason why he was always leaving the room when you entered or how he only replied shortly to your messages. When you saw him to do full 180 degree turn when he saw you on theater hallway you knew that he did it on purpose. You were furious, you haven't give any reason for him to act on that way. You have talked to him like you normally do and greeted him every time you walked past him on the hallways. You decide to follow Jimin despite the fact he was going to whole different direction where you were originally heading.
''Park Jimin stop right there!'' You jell while stomping after him. Jimin's movements halts and he freezes like a little kid who has been caught from a cookie jar. Jimin spins around and smiles awkwardly. ''Oh, hi Y/N, I didn't notice you.'' ''You are such a liar Jimin.'' You huff when you stop in front of him. You have crossed your arms and if look could kill Jimin would be dead by now. ''I don't know what you are imp-'' ''Don't you fucking dare to say that you don't know what I'm talking about.'' You tell angrily. Couple of your co-workers walks past of you and glances you curiously. Jimin glares them and they turn their heads towards the direction where they are headed hurrying their steps. ''Fine, but not here, follow me.'' Jimin begans walking without waiting for you to follow. Even when you are angry you can't deny the fact that seeing Jimin's butt in his tight skinny jeans doesn't affect you. Focus Y/N, you are mad. You shake your thoughts and hurry after him before he completely disappears from your sight. Jimin stops dramatically in front of random door and waves you to step in with mocking bow. You roll your eyes to his gesture and look around in the spacious room. There is racks full of clothes and more clothes. You are in the storage room where costumes that aren't in use are kept. Jimin closes the door after him and you are left alone into the dusty room, you can even see how the dust particles dance on the dim light. ''Now, can you tell me why you have been avoiding me?'' You ask impatiently. Jimin sighs and rubs his temple. ''It's complicated.'' ''Complicated how? Nothing has changed as far I can recall.'' You are confused and Jimin's distressed face doesn't make things easier to understand. Jimin's face falls suddenly blank and he looks to your eyes without blinking. ''I never thought that you would be such a slut Y/N.'' You feel like all the air is left your lungs and you gawk Jimin with wide eyes. ''A sl-slut?'' ''Yes, I never thought that you would willingly have sex with my every fucking friend.'' Jimin's voice gets louder and you feel like you are turning smaller under his heated gaze. ''Bu-but it was your idea that I should take lessons from your friends.'' You say with shaky voice and bite your lip from keeping you from crying. ''I know and I regret it. I never thought that you would actually follow the plan.'' Jimin chuckles darkly and takes one step closer to you. ''I have started to think that you are only my friend so you can hoe around with my friends.'' Hid voice is low again when he lowers himself to your level. ''I m, I was your friend because you were first person to show kindness towards me when I first moved here. Besides I didn't even know your friends before you introduced them for me.'' With that being said you storm out of the room while tears kept falling freely from your eyes. You run out of your workplace leaving all your belongings behind. You don't know how long you have been wandering and crying when you feel wave of exhaustion to hit you with full force. You fall on your knees on sidewalk while small hiccups leaves your lips. People walk past you whispering to each other and giving few stares, but no one stops to help at first. ''Y/N, is that you?'' Familiar voice asks and someone kneels in front of you. ''Mummy, why she is crying? Is she hurt?'' A small voice of child asks beside of the person. You look up and see worried looking Jisoo with a little girl, who you assume to be her daughter. The small girl has dark hair on two piggy tails, her face is chubby and his big brown eyes are widened in worry. ''I don't know sweetie, I'm trying to figure it out. Y/N? Can you stand? Are you okay?''Jisoo asks and smiles gently. Only few sobs leave your lips when you take her offered hand. You get up and try to smile to Jisoo but your smile is quick to turn into frown. ''Jisoo!'' You sob and hang yourself on her neck. ''Shh, it's okay. Can you tell me whats wrong?''Jisoo asks while petting your hair. You shake your head on her embrace. Suddenly you feel other pair of smaller hands tied around you. ''Pretty lady don't cry. Mummy says that big girls are strong and brave.'' Jisoo's daughters childlike wisdom is something that you need at the moment. You finally pull away from them. ''Thank you both.'' You tell whit raspy voice from crying. ''How about we go to cafe and drink something  to calm down.'' Jisoo suggest and you nod. ''I wan't ice cream.'' The little girl cheers. ''Haru, you already ate some yesterday.'' Jisoo tells while you begun walk slowly towards nearest coffee shop. ''That was yesterday, now is now.'' Haru pouts. ''Fine, let me think about it.'' Jisoo sighs given up. ''Yay! Ice cream!'' ~ You sit on booth with Haru while Jisoo orders for you. You feel quite awkward under the four-year-old's stare. You are glad when Jisoo arrives quickly carrying platter full of treats. She has small dose of ice cream on glass cup, two slices of wet chocolate cake, juice box for Haru and coffee for her and soda for you. You smile gratefully when she puts the piece of cake in front of you. Haru cheers and goes straight for her ice cream. You are jealous, children are so easy to please. ''Can you now tell me what is bothering you?'' Jisoo asks and takes careful sip from her hot drink. ''I had big fight with my friend.'' You admit and play with your little spoon. ''Who was the jerk who dared to hurt my Y/N?'' Jin slides dramtically next to you on the booth and takes you on tight embrace. ''I texted Jin.'' Jisoo tells apologetically for your confused face. ''Jin oppa!'' Haru cheers loudly and forgets her ice cream for a second. Jin finally lets you breathe and takes his hands away around you.'' Hi pumpkin, I missed you too.'' Jin smiles for the little girl. Jin is still wearing his work uniform, even his lab coat is on his shoulders. ''Do you want some of my ice cream?'' Haru asks and offers her spoon towards Jin. ''No thanks, I just ate.'' Jin assures and Haru shrugs her shoulders and returns happily to her dessert. ''So who was the bastard who made you cry?'' Jin lowers his voice around the little girl. You take big gulp and put the spoon on the table. ''Jimin.'' You admit bluntly. ''Jimin?'' Jin asks with high note and Haru glances towards your together pushed heads curiously. Jin remembers where he is and lowers his voice again. ''What did he do?'' ''I don't really want to talk about it, at least not here.'' You tell awkwardly. Jin looks you with impatient eyes but finally sighs. ''Fine, when we are alone, we will talk.'' You agree instantly feeling relived that you can avoid telling the truth little while longer. You spent for a while with Jisoo, Haru and Jin at the coffee shop. Finally Jisoo told that she and Haru had to leave. Haru was unhappy about parting with Jin but Jin's promise to visit her soon left smile on the little girl's lips. You are alone at cafe with Jin, who is sipping his second cup of coffee while you drink water. You aren't sure why Jin doesn't want to leave yet but the reason is soon revealed when Jungkook enter the cafe carrying your purse and jacket on his hands. ''Hi Hyung, hi Y/N.'' Jungkook greets you smiling softly and sit opposite of you on the booth. Jungkook is wearing thin grey jacket over his bleached jeans and his earphones are hanging loosely around his neck. ''Hey Jungkook, how did you end up with my belongings?'' You ask surprised but grateful. ''Well Jin texted me and asked if I could pick your stuff from the theater. I also met Jimin briefly but he was on super grumpy mood.'' Jungkook tells and frowns. ''I see.'' You mumble quietly. ''Did Jimin tell you that he made Y/N upset?'' Jin asks impatiently and Jungkook shakes his head surprised. ''Well he did and I was about to ask Y/N here tell us the whole story.'' Jin tells with emotionless tone. ''Is Jimin the reason why I had to made excuse for the elderly woman at the theater reception about Y/N's absence?'' Jungkook asks worry clear in his voice. ''You did? Yes and I'm grateful for that.'' You tell relived. ''No problem, just remember that your aunt fainted and is now at the hospital.'' Jungkook grins. ''I will.'' You smile back at Jungkook. ''Now can we finally go to the topic about what Jimin did?'' Jin asks clearly being in limits of his patience. You take a deep breath and begin to tell about your argument with Jimin, while you keep staring your glass so you aren't able to see the men's faces. ''Son of a bitch!'' Jin fums and hits his fist one the table. Jin's outbreak gains stares of other customers and soon you are asked to leave for causing too much disorder. ''Fine we go, I didn't like the place that much anyway.'' Jin tells the unlucky waitress who had to deliver the message. You exit the cafe with Jin and Jungkook and you follow Jin to his car. You sit on the passenger's seat and Jungkook sits on the back. Jin starts the car still clearly upset. You aren't sure is he upset for you or Jimin. When the silence gets to heave to bare you finally speak. ''Jin?'' You ask carefully holding tightly on your purse to ease your nerves. ''Yes Y/N?'' Jin asks with tense voice while his grip on the steering wheel tightens. Jungkook seems to sense the heavy atmosphere and keeps wisely his mouth shut. ''Are you mad at me?'' Jin chuckles lowly. ''Why would I be? I'm staying silent because I don't have anything nice to say about Jimin right now.'' ''Okay, then where are  we going?'' You had no idea where Jin was driving. ''It's a surprise.'' Jin answers mysteriously and you glance Jungkook trough rear view mirror but he just smiles slyly back at you. ~ ''An amusement park?'' you are exited. Jin and Jungkook has taken you into biggest indoor amusement park in the city called 'Summer fields'. You are waiting on the line to purchase your tickets and Jin is feeling amused because of your excitement. Jin is completely ignoring curious looks caused by his working clothes, but after all it's amusement park and his outfit isn't the most odd one which has been seen here. ''We thought that you could use some cheering up and besides this is great excuse to skip work.'' Jungkook tells excitedly. ''Won't you get in trouble because of skipping?'' You ask feeling guilty. ''Don't worry. My boss is out of town and everyone is taking things more relaxed at work now. Besides I'm at home suffering from food poisoning.'' Jungkook winks and Jin sighs loudly. ''So that's why you were available, no wonder. One day you will get caught with your lies.'' Jin scolds his younger who just smirks wider. ''Maybe, but not today.'' Jungkook has smug smile on his face which leaves quickly when he sees Jin's disappointed face. Now it's your turn to buy your tickets and despite of your protest Jin insist paying yours but refuses to buy Jungkook's and say that he is teaching him a lesson. You wonder if Jin's means are effective after all the boy is still going to have fun with you guys. When you have survived from entrance area you see excited people all around you. Some of them are wearing silly headbands with cat ears or unicorn's horn and some is stuffing their mouth full of cotton candy carrying big stuffed animals. You hear exited screams when people are enjoying the rides and some get scared on the roller coaster. You see the fantasy themed castle sparkling in the distance and you are admiring the small lights which sparkles on the castle walls. ''So, what you wanna do first?'' Jin asks and brings you back to the moment. ''I don't have a preference really. I has been in amusement park last time when I was a teen.'' You tell honestly and Jin loo's you with wide eyes. ''Are you serious? How could you have been so long without joy of eating too much candy and puking after the wildest rides.'' Jin asks with fake scandalous voice. ''I don't know. Sometimes I wonder how I'm alive.'' You answer as dramatic voice as Jin's. ''Guy's stop joking, lets go already. I want to drive the bump cars.''Jungkook says his eyes glistering like little child's. You must admit that your friends excitement is contagious and before you even notice you are having so much fun running from ride to another, playing some arcade games and even buying silly cat ears, which you put on top of Jin's head, and when Jungkook laughs for him and you pull from your bag a pair of another headband with mouse ears. Jungkook tries to run away but after seeing your sulking face he puts the fluffy ears on top of his head which makes you smile widely. Jin glances his watch time to time like he is waiting for something but Jungkook is always fast pulling your attention to somewhere else. Jungkook spend a quite amount of money to win you big fluffy stuffed bunny even when you insisted that he did not have spend his money on games just to win you a prize. Jungkook just waved your complaints away and kept feeding his money to game vendor who accepted them happily. You are walking with the big bunny on your arms when Jin glances his watch again. ''Y/N, what you think about riding a Ferris wheel?'' Jin suddenly asks andyou are quick to agree even tough it feels little lame after the previous ride which you visited. Jungkook is also quick to agree as well and soon you head to the end of the line to wait your turn to ride. ''Hyung I really need to pee.'' Jungkook says suddenly and you look him surprised. ''Aish, Now? Why did you drink so much.'' Jin answers, which is odd because Jungkook had barely drank anything. ''I'm sorry. Will you come with me to the bathroom?'' Jungkook looks guilty. ''Y/N can you manage alone,we will be shortly back. I'm sure that we will be here before our turn.'' Jin pleas. ''Umm, okay.'' You hesitate a little, the line isn't that long... ''Great, we will be back soon.'' Jungkook grins and starts walking towards the bathroom with hurried steps followed by Jin. Maybe he did had to really pee badly after all. When Jin and Jungkook isn't constantly by your side cheering you up, your mind starts to slip easily back to Jimin harsh words. perhaps you shouldn't have spent so much time with so many different men and  should have refused the whole idea of going out with them but on the other than how could you have known that their dates have some ulterior motives even tough they were good ones. You squeeze your bunny tighter in your arms and force smile to your face. You did not want to disappoint the men after all they had done to you. When someone puts their hand on your shoulder you turn around fake smile on your face ready to face your friends. Except it wasn't them. ''Namjoon? What are you doing here?'' You are greatly surprised to see the man in the question. He is wearing a casual red hoodie with plain jeans and white cap on top of his head. You have never seen him wearing anything else but formal clothes so he seems little odd in your eyes, odd in the good way. ''I'm here for our date.'' Namjoon says like it's the most obvious thing in the world. ''Our date?'' You ask surprised. Someone coughs on your back in the line and you realize that it's your turn to get in the ride. You climb in the small cabin with blushing face followed by Namjoon who sits next you on the small space. The ride starts to move slowly and Namjoon returns to the topic. ''Jin and Jungkook kept you company until I was able to leave the work and get home to change.  The told me that you needed cheering up.'' ''Great, does everyone know about my fight with Jimin?'' You whine and bury your face into your stuffed animal. ''Y/N, look at me.'' Namjoon says with gentle voice. You refuse to look at him feeling embarrassed and bury your face deeper into the bunny's fur. Namjoon tugs gently the stuffed animal and you give up and let go of it. You look Namjoon's face scared waiting what he has to say. Namjoon leans closer and puts his hand on your thigh. ''Don't you realize how important you are to us, to me? You are such a great person who always has been kind and polite to us. From the fist moment when Jimin introduced us I knew that you were something special.'' Your face turns into deeper shade of tomato and Namjoon smiles fondly to you. ''Forget Jimin and forget his stupid words. If he doesn't see you like I do he needs to wake up.''Namjoon adds and presses  kiss on your cheek. It's official, you are a tomato or at least relative to them. Suddenly the ride jerks and stops. The Ferris wheel was moving at slow space around so it was notable change. ''What's going on?'' You ask panicked and glance around. You notice that people in the other carts are also looking confused. ''I don't know.'' Namjoon answers and frowns.''Attention, I'm sorry to announce that our Ferris wheel is stuck. Please stay calm and seated, the maintenance team is on it's way.'' The man who controls the ride proclaims from his booth with monotone voice.     ''Well fuck.'' Namjoon sighs but you keep quiet. You are sort of little bit afraid of heights. It's nothing serious and you can enjoy your rides fine, as long as they are moving. When you are stuck in high place you easily feel sick. You remember one time when your class had a field trip at elementary school and you visited high sight seeing tower. At first you were super excited for the trip, after all you didn't leave your small town often at the time. You can vividly remember the long class stairs which you had to take to reach the top. At first everything was going smoothly and you were walking in line with your classmates along the stairs. It started you feeling little bit funny and shaky but you kept going. When you were little above the middle of the stairs you looked down and saw how high up you were. Ii did not help that you were able to see trough the cabs between the stairs the distant ground. You stopped on your heels and a boy who was behind of you complained loudly and tried to push you to keep going but you couldn't. in the end the whole glass had to go back down because the teacher couldn't leave the rest of the class alone.  You had to go the stairs down on your butt slowly dropping one stair at the time while the teacher held your hand. You felt so ashamed of yourself when you were left alone in the lobby with the reception worker so other children could at least enjoy their trip. ''Y/n', are you okay?'' Worried sounding Namjoon pulls you from your memory. ''I'm fine.'' You lie with shaky voice. You feel so stupid the ride wasn't nearly as high as the tower had been. ''You clearly aren't okay, please don't lie to me.'' Namjoon says with stern voice and takes hold of your shoulders. ''Talk to me.'' You gulp and look back to Namjoon's serious eyes. ''I'm scared of heights.'' You admit shyly. Namjoon just stares you without speaking for a second when he suddenly lets big puff of air out of his lungs. ''I can't believe those idiots took you to the amusement park without figuring that out.''  You are surprised from his outburst. ''it's not Jin's and Jugkook's fault. I'm usually fine on the rides. I just get shaken a bit when I can actually feel how high I'm.'' You hurry to defend your friends. Namjoon slides his hands along your shoulders and stops at your hands. Slowly he lifts one of your hands to his lips and kisses each of your finger gently. ''Wha-what are you doing?'' You ask flustered. The return of the tomato is near. ''I'm distracting you.'' He answers casually and repeat his actions with your other hand. Well you can't lie, his actions are working. Instead of fear you are feeling completely different feeling, lust. You keep staring Namjoon's lips when they brush gently tips of your fingers. You have sudden urge to kiss him, so you do it.  At the same second when Namjoon drops your hand and smiles you lean closer and press your lips against his. He freezes from surprise. its unlike to you to be so forward with your actions. Namjoon recovers quickly and his hands finds your neck quickly wrapping around it. Sure you had kissed Namjoon once before during your heated make out session at Jin's car but never like this. This time you were fully able to appreciate his velvet lips. Jolt of the cart pulls you apart and you look each other with widened pupils, the Ferris wheel was moving again. You had forgotten to be afraid of heights when you were next to Namjoon. ~ You are quick to leave the amusement park after you are freed from the Ferris wheel. Your lips are locked when you enter in to Namjoon's house. You don't have time to admire his beautifully decorated home, all you could see was Namjoon. When you part Namjoon takes you to his hands and carries you towards his bedroom on his arms. He doesn't even waver when he climbs up the stairs with you, against your protests.  Namjoon tosses you to his well made bed and follows quickly after pulling his hoodie and shirt away along the way. You admire his body and run your eyes along his chest. Namjoon smirks when he sees your admiration and peeks your lips quickly. ''Can I take this of?'' Namjoon gestures towards your shirt and you are quick to agree. You raise your hands above your head so Namjoon is able to undress your shirt. His eyes finds your lace covered breasts and short low moan leaves his lips. ''You look so good already, I can't wait to see what is under rest of your clothes.'' ''Come on and undress me then.'' You tease and amused smirk covers his face. ''I shall do what the lady demands but don't forget that I'm in control here.'' His low voice and dominant statement gets shivers run to your spine. Namjoon yanks quickly your pants away and tosses the carelessly on the ground. He licks his lips and follow curves of your body with his eyes. ''So fucking good. Do you trust me?'' Namjoon asks suddenly and you get flashbacks from your encounter in Jin's car. ''I think I do.'' You answer like you did back them and knowing look flashes on Namjoon's eyes.   ''Yes or no baby girl?'' Namjoon asks and reaches to swipe few locks of escaping hair away from you face. ''I do.'' You answer and Namjoon seems extremely happy. ''Good.'' Instead of returning to your body he gets up from his bed and heads for drawer close the door. You look curiously how he pulls one of the drawers open and takes out something that looks like a blindfold and pair of handcuffs. Namjoon returns to the bed with the items on his hand. He shows them to you and ask ''Are you still with me?'' You nod. Although you have never thought about being tied up or blindfolded the idea of doing so excites you. ''Good  girl. Can you take your bra of?'' he asks satisfied and brushes your right breast quickly with his knuckles. You nod shyly and reach to your back to open your bra and slide it of your shoulder.  Namjoon's eyes darkens when he sees your bare and those beautiful mounds of flesh with perky nipples. ''Lie down and put your hands up.'' Namjoon tells you and you obey quickly.  Namjoon cuffs your hands to the bed post threading the cuffs on the crossbars of his black iron bedpost.  When he is happy with securing you he takes the blindfold to his hands and slides it gently to cover your eyes. You are left in the darkness completely in his mercy and the idea of it makes the heat pooling in to your belly and small vet spot begins to form into your panties. ''You look so good like this baby girl, all tied up and just waiting that someone taker you. I could just admire you all day.'' You hear Namjoon's voice and soon feel the bed dip next to you for a sign that Namjoon is sitting next to you. Namjoon puts his hand on your right breast and squeezes. ''Dam,  you have good tits.'' You whine softly for his words and hear him chuckle but otherwise keeping quiet. Namjoon rolls your nipple gently between his fingers and his lips finds your other breast. He bits it hard. You yelp in surprise. ''Joon!'' You complain and Namjoon stops for second. ''I'm sorry, I couldn't help it. You just look so divine.'' He admits and you feel yourself getting more heated.  If you were honest his teeth did not hurt that much, you were just surprised from his actions. After all you had no idea what he would do because you ability of seeing has been robbed from you. ''I-it's okay.'' You answers and it's Namjoon's cue to continue. He returns to your breasts and this time he nibbles them more gently. You sigh in pleasure when Namjoon's hand starts to roam lower to you body dipping over your breasts. He stops above your underwear and sighs. ''You are already turning wet for me, you are such a needy thing.'' He hymns and pulls your panties away leaving your body completely bare under his eyes. Even though you feel little shy your hands are tied on the bedpost and you can't do much to cover yourself. Without a warning Namjoon's hand dips between your wet folds and a wanton moan leaves your lips. ''So fucking wet.'' Namjoon pulls his fingers away from your heated core and you hear muted moan. ''Tastes as good as looks.'' Namjoon gets up from his seat just to go between your legs.  He spears your legs open and breath hitches to your throat from anticipation.  When Namjono is happy with his new position he spears your pussy lips open and dips his tongue to your folds. The pure pleasure from his small actions makes you impatient. ''Joon I need more!'' You demand. ''Wait patiently, you will get more. Impatient girls get nothing.'' Namjoon answers huskily and returns to your lower regions despite his accusing tone. His tongue returns to its work and he circles slowly your clit with the wet muscle. You have come to realize with your resent sexual awakening that you were really impatient when you wanted something but you were on Namjoon's mercy and complains wouldn't help you. Instead you bite your lower lip while Namjoon rills you up slowly. After time which felt like a eternity he dips his index finger into mix and begins to pump it slowly into your wet hole. Knot is forming slowly but surely from Namjoon's skilled actions but you are  still missing something. Like sensing this Namjoon finally gives you a mercy and picks up his speed and his plump lips find your needy bud. With his sucking and finger moving inside your walls you feel how the knot is ready to snap when suddenly Namjoon halts his movements and pulls away. Loud frustrated moan leaves from your lips, your orgasm has never been denied before. ''Don't worry you will come but only with me.'' Namjoon tells satisfied seeing you squirming. ''Hurry then.'' You demand, you can't help yourself. ''Usually I would punish you from a such bratty attitude but today I let it slide.'' Namjoon chuckles darkly and you hear how his belt is opened and pants are pulled down. You really want to see him. Soon you hear folio ripping and you assume him rolling condom at it's place. Your whole body stills. You have never actually gone trough with penetration. ''Hey Joon.'' You say with shaky voice and Namjoon stops his actions caused by your shaky tone. ''Is everything okay baby girl?'' he asks and squeezes your side gently. ''I, I haven't actually been fucked before.'' You hurry to force the words out of your mouth so quickly that Namjoon had to think before he realizes what you just said. ''Well fuck, I promise to go slow.'' Namjoon says with gentle voice which is completely opposite of his actions this far in the bedroom. ''Okay. Hey Joon?'' ''Yes baby?'' ''Can I at least see you?'' ''Sure, no problem.'' Namjoon agrees quickly worried for your comfort and pulls the blindfold from your eyes. You blink rapidly when the light hits your eyes.  When you are again used to the light your eyes find Namjoon and again you almost forget how to breathe. He is so fucking beautiful and handsome at the same time. His dick is hard and wrapped in condom, begging for it release.  Namjoon's body is like a eye candy, just created to be admired and worshiped. Did whole group of seven men save the country in their past life or something? It's so utterly unfair how all of them is so gorgeous. ''Can I kiss you?'' You ask and instead of answering Namjoon leans to your lips and bites your lower lip gently. ''Are you sure that you are okay with this?'' Namjoon asks when his lips leaves yours. ''Yes, I want to do it.'' You agree little bit nervous but eager to continue.           So you know how romance books always describes your first time as a fantasy came true? Well it it really was, Namjoon was gentle when he entered you going slowly. Namjoon was far from small and his member invading your insides was painful at first without lying.  You whined when you felt the burn and few tears escaped your eyes which Namjoon kissed away. When you finally gave the signal to move he made sure that your comfort came first and soon the stretch turned from unpleasant into pleasure.  Namjoon's dick brushed one particular spot in your insides and you were seeing stars. You begged for more and Soon Namjoon speed was multiplying and he pumped his hard member in and out to your wet hole.  You hands were still tied on the bedpost so you were unable to touch Namjoon which was in your eyes a minus but the thought slipped quickly from your mind when he pinched your clit and you came hard spamming around his thick member. Your pulsing walls were quick to push Namjoon over the edge and he came in to the condom. Panting and sweaty Namjoon pulled out and tossed the condom into nearby trash bin. You are still fucked out and coming back to earth when Namjoon releases you from the cuffs. After all the lust is literally fucked out of you, you are getting tired. Even the dull pain and soreness you feel won't stop your eyelids wanting to close shut. ''I go get the towel.'' Namjoon says quietly while you are already drifting to sleep in his bed. Last thing you can remember is Namjoon cleaning you up and pulling blanket over your body.  Namjoon turns the lights off in the room and slides next to you in to the bed drifting into dreamland with you.

Pyromania (Bucky x Reader) 2
Tumblr media
Summary: (Winter Soldier-Endgame Insert) You’re an enhanced HYDRA agent who negotiated her way out of being a weapon. You’re now the nurse/ aid of the Winter Soldier. You end up escaping with him and follow him in and out of danger while slowly developing feelings for each other.
Words: 1850 (approx) Chapter: 2/? Part 1
“Will you eat?” I huff after Soldat sits down and ignores the hot food, “It’ll go cold and honestly it’s not that bad,” Beef borscht, a mash of carrots, corn and potato, biscuits with cold gravy and something that looks like bird’s milk cake. It’s good food. We’re fed better than anyone else in this facility. However, he seems more interested in inspecting his metal arm and I sigh.
I swear he’s hardly a soldier. I need to baby him half the time. Combing his hair, washing his arm, feeding him. So, I sit on the bed next to him and scoop up a spoonful of the borscht. He turns back towards me and enthusiastically allows me to spoon feed him through dinner. “The things I do for you…” I mumble and steal a bite of the cake. I was right. Bird’s milk. He seems strangely thoughtful as he eats.   It’s finally time to relax. I return the tray and dishes to the kitchen and when I come back, he’s reading a Korean children’s book aloud. I notice it’s in Hangul.    “That’s good, moya Soldat,” I know reading a new alphabet is difficult. He lays on his stomach on the bed and I help him through understanding the words.   I set about massaging his shoulders and back again. I can finally tell when his knots are gone because the strain leaves his voice and he seems sleepy. I put the book back on the shelf and glance at the clock. 23:07. He stretches out his muscles while I take clothes to the laundry and fix our beds. We stand in the small bathroom down the hall, brushing our teeth. I sit on the counter and Soldat makes faces with a mouthful of toothpaste for my amusement.   On our way back from brushing our teeth, I receive our packed bags for tomorrow morning. When we come back and put them down, he picks up his mask and studies it for a moment. He seems sad and distant. I know he hates the mask. It’s like a muzzle. I hate it possibly more than he does because I understand the implications behind the mask whereas he just sees it as a piece of restricting uniform. I place my hand on his back and rub gentle circles with my thumb. He drops it back into the bag and crawls into bed. It’s about to hit 00:00 so I kneel next to him, remind him to relax, and stroke his hair until he closes his eyes.   I leave and begin prep for the next morning. This, as usual, involves handing a receipt to a treasury official and receiving an envelope of money, which is US dollars this time, placing orders for rations for the designated travel time (4 days), receiving briefings for the mission and checking over our bags.   I finally get back to the room at about 2 in the morning, luckily we won’t be woken until 10 am. I can hear Soldat muttering in his sleep and immediately know he’s having a nightmare. I change into a nightgown and sit down next to him, stroking his hair until he seems to calm down.
I wake up with a jolt as the alarm goes off. I reach over and turn it off before realising I’m in his bed. Still on top of the covers. Not unusual. I seem to always end up falling asleep after comforting him from a nightmare. He sits up and stretches. I hear knocking and get up to find that breakfast has arrived. I thank the kitchen girl and take the cart.   I dress in the basic white travel sweats for the day before taking my tray and settling on the floor. Soldat joins me in a matching outfit, but his is grey. His meal is very protein-heavy, butterbrot with ham, eggs, tvorog (like cottage cheese), kasha (a grain porridge), orange juice and coffee. Calorie dense and carb and protein based. Mine isn’t too different but I ended up with kasha, butterbrot with butter, one egg and coffee. He seems happy and digs in while talking animatedly about seeing things in Washington while I read through the logistics of the mission, where we’re based, who’s accompanying us, who the target is, when and where the mission is supposed to be carried out. I like traveling a lot and I know he enjoys it too.   I know we have to be at the hangar at 12:35 and wheels up at 12:45. So with nothing to do but relax, we talk for a while, joking and pretending that we’re not going on this trip to murder someone.   When I decide it’s time to go, we grab our bags and head up past the training center and arrive at the hangar early. We meet with the officials and are given orders to wait in the jet. It’s a big cargo-style jet with a large open space in the center and benches around the perimeter.   Throwing our bags down, he picks a spot towards the back and I join him. He lays down with his head in my lap and I pretend to be inspecting his face, putting more disinfectant on his already healed wounds from yesterday and checking his pupil dilation. Eventually he closes his eyes and tries to sleep. We have 10 and a half hours to wait until we arrive in DC.   The other guards file in, including Soldat’s handler, a huge Serbian guy who goes by Petrovic. They look confused at the sight of the Winter Soldier sleeping on his nurse’s lap but Petrovic and the two officials ignore it. They’re used to it by now.   The flight goes slowly with not much to do. There’s quiet chatter, soldiers sleeping on benches and the ground, a few are reading. I wake my soldier up at around 2:50 to eat something since food’s being handed out. We sit on the floor and eat. Beef with potatoes, hot shchi (a cabbage soup), black bread and coffee. Chocolate bars are offered around by one of the younger guards however that offer never gets to Soldat. I take one and thank him before breaking it in half to give to Soldat.   There’s some quiet socialising among the guards since the officials and pilots seem chatty and happy up front. Some of the men try to include me in the conversation but I’m fairly disinterested and direct the conversation to someone else before I have to talk for very long. After the food’s been finished it seems as though we go back to silence. I offer a game of 101 to Soldat with a pack of cards and we play quietly for an hour or so. More snacks and cups of kvass are once again passed around and after we finish, Soldat and I fall back asleep for a few hours.   Petrovic wakes us up when dinner is being served, around 7pm. The TV is turned on for the Washington DC news and everyone gathers on the floor again to eat. For dinner we’re given pork stewed in tomato sauce, a salad of pickled cabbage, cucumbers and carrots, more black bread, buckwheat porridge and a double shot of vodka is offered to everyone. I take mine but quickly pass it to Soldat since vodka’s strange attractiveness doesn’t make sense to me. For dessert we’re all given strange little tea cakes, apparently British, and kissel, a fruity jelly-like dessert.   Most of the guards get some sleep but a few figure since we’ll be landing in a few hours they may as well stay up. Soldat goes right back to sleep, this time leaning back on my chest with his head on my shoulder, but I keep a wary eye on a few of the younger guards who may not fully hold their alcohol too well. Kvass is offered around again at about 10 and I take the cup and read a book I bought on our last mission in Ukraine.
We finally land somewhere around 11:30 and I wake Soldat up. We pick up our bags and are directed to a truck with Petrovic.   Once we arrive at the base, Petrovic gets our keys and tells us to stay in the room. He disappears into the room next to us and I have to literally undress Soldat to get him into the shower. We both scrub down before climbing into the creaky double bed and knocking out completely.  When Petrovic comes in the next morning to brief us on the timeframe he admits that we could be here for up to two weeks. Soldat starts getting ready to leave. Since I’ll be on standby the first day, I end up alone in the base, writing up a medical report in case something happens.   The next night I am assigned my suit for a mission. I’m nothing but aid at this point but it’s best to be prepared if it comes to a fight. Soldat is given a sniping gun and our main goal is to just shoot and get out.  We end up on the roof across from an apartment building, aiming through a window. I sit impatiently. Whoever lives there crawls in through the window and we wait for the light to be turned on. A few minutes and the target stands up. Soldat gets a few good shots before he’s down. We watch as he gets dragged out of sight.    “Begat!” Run. We both spring up and sprint across the roof. We jump over a few alleyways before I see the end of our block, where a nondescript car is waiting for us. We land on an adjacent one before the man in pursuit of us smashes through a window and onto the same roof as us. I hear his shield coming towards us but Soldat turns and catches it easily. He throws it back at the man and we jump off the building, sprinting back to the car parked down the street. We drive off back to the base.   The moment we arrive and jump out of the car, Soldat starts pacing with nervous energy. I walk over to him. I can hear him getting worked up.    “I wouldn’t do that, Ms Kang,” His handler puts his hand out but I ignore it. I hear guns being cocked but I know they’re trained on Soldat, not me. I step in front of him and he stops abruptly.    “Stop it,” I place my hand on his chest and stare straight into his eyes, challenging him, “You’re acting like a child,” He stares back at me. As frustrated as he may be, he knows that I’ll knock him out if he doesn’t stop freaking out. He takes a big, huffy breath and kneels so that I can wipe the charcoal from around his eyes. The other soldiers relax their weapons and I can hear as they slowly resume their positions.    “Mianhae,” It doesn’t matter that he says it in Korean, it’s so quiet no one else could’ve possibly heard it.     “It’s ok. I know you’re stressed. You’re fine,” I tell him, patting his cheek as I finish up.

A Collection of Kisses
A/N: Hey ya’ll, I decided to turn this into a little series. I’m not sure how many parts I’ll do but we’ll see how long my muse keeps me writing :)
Part one
Words: 1600+
-------------------------------
A few weeks after your melt-down, life had been continuing as normal. There wasn’t anything majorly different. Sure there was a bit of a shift. No longer was there a weird hesitation on your end when one of them would get touchy-feely. There was no more avoidance of kisses on the mouth. But other than that, everything just felt normal. You felt at peace with everything. And so were the boys. Now instead of greeting them with a hug or a cheek kiss when you came home or left in the morning, they would demand kisses, real ones as they put it. Which you forgot sometimes.
You were late to work, you were frazzled and running around. Luckily the boys were there to make you breakfast and coffee to go. They both knew if they didn’t provide you with food, you weren’t gonna eat. You were panting as you struggled to get yourself ready and be out the door in time. You grabbed your bag, your coffee, and gave each a quick peck on the cheek before rushing to the door.
A cough from behind you paused your frantic exit though.
“Forgetting something?” Steve asked with a smirk as he and Bucky looked at you from the doorway of the kitchen. You looked down at your body, you were dressed, you had shoes on. You patted your bag, you had your phone, keys, wallet, you had your coffee. You were lost. You looked at them with confusion written across your face.
“I think she’s confused, Stevie,”
“I agree, we should help her out with that,” Steve said marching over to you, pulling you to him and kissing your pouting lips. Once your brain caught up you ended up breaking the kiss because you were giggling too hard.
“You two are the worst.” You giggled, you gave Bucky a peck and ran out the door.
***********
As much as you teased them for their ‘kiss addiction’ you were just the same.
One day you came home from work and you were drained. The day had been long and hard. All you wanted to do was sleep. You were so tired it took you a good minute to get your key in the lock and open the door. Your keys and purse went somewhere, your shoes kicked off in whatever direction.
“Hey darlin’, how was work?”
“Mph,” you mumbled as you passed by the kitchen and straight to your room. You pass by your bed and the piles of the boys’ clothes that were strewn about as you’d run out of room in your own storage. After washing your face of makeup and stripping out of your work clothes you exit the bathroom, you pause as you look at how messy the room was. Strangely it doesn’t bother you, but rather makes you smile seeing the boys’ things mixing in with your own. You picked up one of the boys’ shirts from the clean pile. You weren’t sure who’s it was as the two had similar taste in shirts. It was a soft, three-quarter sleeved shirt. You didn’t even bother putting on pants as the shirt covered what it needed to. You then re-entered the main area of your apartment where you could smell something cooking, but you were too tired to try and figure out what it was. You made a beeline for the couch, crashing in your favorite spot without even looking for the boys.
The couch dipped and your head was picked up and placed on someone’s lap.
“Rough day?” Bucky asked as he combed his fingers through your hair.
“Mhmm, it felt like it lasted forever.” You complained as you nuzzled into his hand.
“Well, Steve’s just finishing up dinner so don’t fall asleep just yet.”
“Mmk,”
When he went to move his hand from your hair you whined and grabbed his hand and put it back on your head. He laughed but complied and continued to rub your head.
Eventually, Steve finished dinner and brought it out to the living room for you to eat. You begrudgingly sat up and smiled as Steve sat on the other side of you, squishing you between the two of them. After you ate, with some idle chit chat from them, the plates were taken to the kitchen to be dealt with at a later point and time.
The boys tucked in closer to you so that you were practically smothered in between the two. The took turns laying kisses on your head, shoulders, cheeks, face, hands, anywhere they could. It made you giggle and swat at them. The two then turned it into a game. One held you and the other laid rapid-fire kisses everywhere until you managed to ‘break free’ then they’d switch.
“Stoooooooooop, please” You managed to get out between giggles.
“There’s our girl.” Steve smiled as he kissed your smiling cheek.
“Yeah yeah yeah, that was mean.” You pouted.
“We’ll do anything for that smile. You know that.” Bucky teased.
“I know,” You smiled as you looked up at his face and leaned in for a real kiss. Then another. And Another. Until Steve eventually pulled you to him.
The three of you eventually fell into bed and continued to share lazy, loving, kisses until you fell asleep with a smile on your face. Because one thing was certain: nothing could cheer you up after a rough day better than some cuddles and kisses from your boys.
**********
The three of you had slowly started to fall into some sort of a routine and lifestyle. Most nights the boys stayed at your apartment, rarely staying at their own and only when they had to. You hadn’t told anyone you were officially a thing, but you knew those who were important to you had been suspecting long before the three of you put a label on your relationship. You still feared they would reject your unconventional relationship. You hadn’t even gone on an actual date even after 4 months of your official relationship. These factors meant PDA was a no go. Well, that was the plan at least...
It was after some big mission that came up last minute and you had to watch your boys suit up and leave in a rush. It set anxiety deep into your soul. You were a wreck. Eventually, the situation escalated and an agent was sent to pick you up and bring you to the compound where you sat, shaking with fear and anxiety until you heard any news. It was hours before Friday eventually reported that the matter had been dealt with and the team was on their way home.
When their plane landed a little over an hour later you didn’t even think twice before launching yourself into the closest supersoldier, which happened to be Bucky. This wasn’t out of the ordinary, the team was used to you doing that in your many years of friendship with Steve, and they knew Bucky was soon added into this mix after you knocked him over when he came home from his first dangerous mission (though all missions were dangerous this one was worse). Even as you reached your arm out and pulled Steve into your hug, no one batted an eye. It was when you reached up and slammed your lips to Bucky that the team paused.
They waited a moment until you confirmed some of their suspicions, and when you turned to give Steve the same treatment, Natasha smirked and held out her hand to Tony who shoved it away and mumbled something about an ‘IOU’.
After you gave both of them a brief pat down to see what was injured and if there was any visible damage (they were both glad you couldn’t see all the bruising that was under their uniforms) you finally calmed down enough to realize that you had definitely just outed your relationship to the team. Which spiraled you into a new wave of panic and anxiety.
“Darling calm down. It’s okay. We would have had to tell them eventually.” Steve tried to calm you.
“Yeah, and besides, Nat’s been dropping hints for weeks that she knew.” Bucky teased.
“She what?!” you squeaked out.
“Great job Buck, really, that definitely helped the situation.” Steve sighed as he pinched his nose between his fingers.
“What do you mean she knew? How did she know? Did you tell her?”
“Honey, she’s Natasha, I would have been more surprised and scared if she hadn’t figured it out.”
“Yeah, you guys aren’t all that subtle,” Natasha said as she appeared next to your little huddle. “Now are you three just gonna stand out here or come inside. We ordered pizza.”
Just as quick as she came, she was gone.
“She scares me a little.” You murmured as you watched her disappear into the compound.
“She scares us all doll,” Bucky promised as he pulled you to his side and kissed your head before leading you inside.
After the boys took a quick shower and changed into more comfortable clothes you all headed to the dining room/living area.
“Why do I feel like we’re about to do like the walk of shame.” You said as you neared the large glass doors that separated the dining room from the hall.
“Oh I’ll give you something to feel shameful about,” Bucky said with a teasing glint in his eye before dipping you low and kissing you hard. You heard some wolf whistles through the doors and a distinct ‘get some’ from Sam.
You laughed as you broke away from Bucky.
“Come on, time to face the beasts,” Steve said as he took your one hand, Bucky grabbing your other, and walking in to deal with your crazy family.

Well if you're still after UMY prompts... how about some Garbage trio bullshit? ;) Those three are always up to something, or maybe someone else is planning something for them...
Im so sorry this took so long anon I got really busy but here you go! Some fine Garbage Court bullshit. This is set in a different city to the main city UMY takes place in and also only a few weeks after the trio became a trio.
Send me an UMY prompt?
Enjoy! (read on ao3)
The Garbage Court have been down on their luck for a long time now. The places they were staying had been getting more and more cramped and the food worse and worse. Not to mention them picking up a new member in the gargoyle Ross has meant that what little space they had felt even more tight.
That was all about to change.
Smith had come up with the idea originally as a joke, but upon a visit to the museum Smith had suggested, Trott realised how much of the items there had enchantments and powerful magics.
“Are you sure about this?” Ross whispered to Trott.
“It's fine sunshine, just stick to the plan,” the selkie whispered back. Ross looked around nervously at the visible guards. Trott pointed to one who winked back, “That's Smith, over there. We have this place locked down.”
Ross took a breath and tried to calm his nerves as Trott handed him a ring. It was silver and made just as intricate as all of the other centuries old jewellery in this museum. He put it on his finger and let the magic fall over him. It felt like being under water and he could only see ten feet in front of him, anything beyond that point was blurred heavily. His eyes lazily drifted over to Trott who waved him a goodbye before falling backwards into the fountain and disappearing.
________
Minutes passed like hours. Time was distorted and blurred around Ross. His body was getting heavier with the force of Trotts magic. The world seemed to pass him by as he wandered aimlessly around the now darkened museum.
His eyes caught sight of a clock and he realised he was late for meeting the other twos so he forced himself to walk towards the main lobby where he had left Trott.
The museum was somehow more beautiful at night. The high ceilings and intricate architecture easier to see and appreciate without humans around, even despite the magic that obscured his vision. As he walked into the lobby he took off the ring and everything snapped back into focus. It was like taking a sudden breath of cold air and, for a moment, he was stunned by it.
Trott waved him over while he was carefully folding his strange cloak by the edge of the fountain. Smith was also there, just watching in a uniform stolen from one of the guards that worked there. “You're late,” Trott said as Ross approached. “You were supposed to be here an hour ago, we've already cleared out some of the humans who work here”.
“Don't be like that sunshine,” Smith spoke, grinning, “Your magic is fucking weird.”
Trott simply rolled his eyes and gently put his cloak into his messenger bag and told them both to follow him. While walking, Ross took the time to think. He knew the two were both like the Fey beings his mother has warned him about, but he wasn't quite sure on specifics. When he had first met them, he assumed they were both the same kind of Fey because of the way they spoke with each other. He later realised that they were different because of they way they interacted with the world around them. But to be as comfortable with each other as they are, they must have known each other for a very long time.
____
Smith didn't know what they were looking for. He didn't need to.
He was only there for one reason. Trott asked him to be.
The museum was pretty big, it was definitely one of the biggest buildings he had been in, and he got turned around very quickly. Luckily Trott was very good with directions, and they were making their way towards whatever it is Trott wanted to get.
They walked into a room covered in class cases when Trott finally stopped to look around. He pointed to a case on the far side of the room, “over there,” he whispered to the two behind him. Smith slowly walked over to it, taking the lead from Trott. He has never been as good as Trott when it came to traditional magic. He knew his own, even if he only ever used it sparingly, but for the moment, this wasn't a matter of magic, this was a matter of human security.
Smith has spent a lot of time talking to, and just generally being around humans. Because of this, he had gotten very familiar with picking locks and disarming various different security systems. As he worked his way across the room, he looked out for anything that could alert the police, they could do without the extra hassle.
The case in question was full of intricate gold and silver jewellry. Rubys, sapphires, emeralds and diamonds all embedded in necklaces, rings and crowns. Engravings of patterns and runes across them all. For a moment, Smith looked closer at them, and his peripheral vision went gray while many of the different items light up with technicolour lights. Blues, purples, greens and whites filled his vision and hummed with the gentle energy of magical objects. He felt the power rush over him just for a second before the glowing faded and his vision went back to normal.
The case was easy to get open, but the case wasn't the problem, it was the magic barrier put there to protect the jewellry from fae like them. He stepped aside, his job done for now, and watched Trott closely.
Trott is a brilliant mage, most people who knew of their court have heard tales of their high lord and his skill. Smith always loved to watch him work, ever since they first met. His eyes looked intently at the barrier as his hands weaved around invisible strings.
A few minutes went by where nothing happened before Trotts face lit up and the barrier around the jewelry became visible for a moment before flashing out of existence. “Ross bring the bag over here,” Trott whispered over his shoulder. He started picking up all the jewelry and gently putting it all into a black bag Ross was carrying. This whole thing was going too slow for Smith, as most things did.
Too long a time went by before they were finally ready to go.
____
“You shouldn't be here,” a voice spoke out as they rounded the final corner before their exit. Standing in front of the exit was what looked to be an old man. He was holding a scythe and his smile held just a few too many teeth to be human.
“Were just passing through, we don't want trouble,” Trott spoke, putting his hand forward while taking a step toward the being.
“Don't want trouble?” His voice was hoarse and quiet, “You came here and stole from this place. You meant trouble from the moment you came inside.” His scythe moved from his side and he sank into a fight ready stance, his fingers turning into vicious looking claws. Seeing this, Trott moved behind Smith and Ross as they moved towards the creature, and tightened his leather bracelet, casting a protection spell on all three of them.
The creature must have took this as an act of aggression because he ran straight at Trott. Smith saw his path and moved to stand between them. The creature collided with Smith and tried to swing at him with his scythe. Smith dodged and formed some claws of his own as his body became more animalistic. Ross ran at the creature with the knife that Trott had given him when they first met. They both got a hit in on the creature and he yelled with aggression and swung at both of them, hitting Smith, but he was unaffected, the adrenaline of the fight taking over. Trott grabbed some ashes from his coat pockets and lit them with a basic spell. He spoke some words in his native tongue and scattered them onto the floor.
The effect was almost immediate. The creatures movements became slower and more predictable and all the water seemed to drain from his body. His eyes went wide and in desperation he went for another swing, but it went wide. Ross grabbed him and held him still as Smith made a final blow to him and his body turned to dust.
“Smith you okay, sunshine?” Trott said, rushing over to him, his human form returning.
“I'm fine, don't worry,” he replied with a smile. Trott took some herbs from a different pocket and placed them across the wound, saying some basic words of healing, and watched as his skin started to heal.
“We need to go before anyone else turns up,” Trott started running to the door and the other two followed closely behind.
Bursting through the door, they went straight toward the car they had waiting. Trott and Ross both got in the back and Smith slid across the hood of the car and jumped into the driver's seat.
Smith started the car and sped off, just as sirens started to echo through the city. Trott looked over to Ross, who was breathing heavily and very obviously beginning to panic. He got Ross’ attention by grabbing his hand and smiling at him, whispering gentle words in the fae language and letting his magic pulse around him. Ross visibly calmed down from this, under the effect of Trotts spell.
“Smith mate, i think we need a distraction. To lose the humans and all,”
“Alright then, take the wheel mate,” Smith sighed.
Before Trott could react, Smith jumped from the car, leaving Trott to quickly climb into the front and take control of the vehicle.
____
Smith rushed directly to the nearest petrol station he knew of. Distractions were fun, he could do this any time of day.
The petrol station was small and a little run down, which was perfect for what he needed. He started taking out the pumps and pouring petrol all over the floor. The clerk in the store saw this and panicked thoroughly. He ran straight out the door yelling, “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING! IF YOU KEEP DOING THAT I’LL HAVE TO CALL THE POLICE!”
Smith paused for a second. Then he waved while continuing his business, not at all threatened by the human, who only panics more.
“You might want to move back, mate,” Smith says to the man who was now on the phone, probably calling the police. He looked over and his eyes somehow widened even more, before starting to run away from the station.
Smith sauntered away, humming a tune to himself. He turned back for just a second, and flicked his hand in the direction of the petrol station.
BOOM
____
Trott and Ross managed to get back to their little flat at the edge of the city without being followed. Ross was worried for Smith more than anything. Trott seemed to be fine, he was going through all the things they got and writing stuff onto paper and sorting everything. Ross wasn't entirely sure what he was doing and he was way too worried to ask.
BOOM
Ross almost jumped out of his skin at the noise thundered through the city. Trott paused for a second, said a few words ross didn't understand, and went right back to his work. Ross wanted to yell at him, ask why he wasn't worried for the man he seemed so close with. Hed only known Smith for a short time, but he felt they were close already. His mix of emotions stunned him in the moment and all he could do was sit and wait.
____
The Garbage Court stole a lot from many different people in the time they were around. They learned to work together, and as time went by, they learned how to keep each other safe.
“So what did we get then!” Smith said, gleefully, as he burst through the door. Ross let the tension leave his body and Trotts mind calmed to a gentle whisper.
This was the first time they worked together.
It was far from the last.

17. Stars
Snufkin loved the stars more than anything. He could spend hours and hours just lying back and gazing admiringly at them every night, if he never needed to sleep. In fact, sometimes he forgot to sleep at all as he was too caught up in the sky. He could name every constellation and knew exactly where they would be for each night of the year. He used the stars to tell the time and find directions and, occasionally, for divining. Although not too often, as he preferred to use his cards for that. Snufkin was far too reverent of the stars to ask for advice for his own petty, personal problems. Yet, Snufkin knew the stars inside and out, which was how he knew that one particular star had not appeared in the sky before. He had thought that it didn't belong, only that was rather silly of him - every star belonged in the sky. Where else would they go? He thought perhaps it was his imagination, but it was there the next night and the night after and the night after that. By the time he finally reached a town, Snufkin was exhausted from checking the sky every night at different times to find out if it ever disappeared. It didn't. A kindly old woman by the name of Mim insisted that he come to dinner at her house, as she loved visitors but never had anyway. And her daughter and all of her many grandchildren lived too far away to visit often. Snufkin agreed, delighted that he wouldn't have to find his own food for the day. He couldn't remember the last time he'd eaten inside, so he was sure he didn't manage to upkeep normal table etiquette, but Mim didn't seem to mind. Actually, Mim seemed rather happy about his lack of manners. Mim seemed particularly overjoyed when Snufkin quite literally licked his plate clean after devouring his meal. He blushed as his stomach grumbled and Mim served him another large helping. "Have you noticed a new star in the sky? It appeared a few days ago." Snufkin asked as they are their second dinner. "Yes, dear. That's the comet." Mim explained. "What's a comet?" "Comets are stars that travel around the sky. You can make wishes on them when they go past. Usually you only see them for a few seconds before they leave, so this one must be very special." Snufkin stayed in Mim's spare bedroom that, for some reason, instead of one large bed there were lots of tiny beds that he had to push together to sleep on. He counted them to go to sleep, like counting sheep. He got to thirty two before sleep claimed him. Snufkin left the next morning, with a backpack loaded down with food, an old flute that Mim no longer had use for and the knowledge that the beds were for Mim's thirty eight grandchildren. He thanked her gratefully, but all Mim asked in return was that he played the flute ocassionally and lick every plate of food clean. __________ Several weeks later, Snufkin ran out of food and couldn't find any water to fish in. Luckily, he did find a whole field full of watermelons. There must have been hundreds! Surely, whoever owned it wouldn't miss just one. He was proven wrong when a very angry man ran out of the house at the other end of the field and started shouting and threatening him with the police. Well, Snufkin wasn't afraid of the police. He removed his mouth from the watermelon and scoffed to let the man know what he thought about his threats. The man went back inside and Snufkin watched curiously to see if he was actually going to fetch the police. The man came out again wearing a police officer's uniform and Snufkin realised he had been scoffing at a policeman. The policeman started to shout some nasty swear words and it's not good for you to hear so many bad words. Snufkin made another derisive scoffing noise and rolled the watermelon in front of him as he ran away. The police officer chased him down the road, huffing and panting and red in the face. Eventually, after about an hour of being chased around, the policeman pounced on top of him slamming them both to the ground. He handcuffed Snufkin's paws behind his back and went to pick up the watermelon. Snufkin didn't think he needed the one watermelon back, as he had an entire field full of them. It was greedy. Snufkin waited until the policeman bent over to pick the watermelon up, before he kicked it out from underneath his hands. The policeman yelped and fell on his face. The watermelon rolled down the steep hill next to them, over a middy path and into a lake. It floated on the surface of the water and the policeman started running towards it when a large hawk swooped down and snatched it up. Snufkin laughed as the policeman slouched back to him, out of breath and humiliated. He took Snufkin's shoulder and steered him towards the jail. Snufkin had never been arrested before but he had thought you were supposed to go to the police station to be interrogated first. Maybe the law was different when you committed a crime against a police officer. He didn't think that was fair. The policeman undid the handcuffs and shoved him into the jail cell. Snufkin landed on his hands and knees with an "oof". His paws and eyes stung. The policeman gave him a smug look, as though he had won a particularly difficult fight. Snufkin did his best not to laugh and he must have done a good job, because the policeman remained smug as he turned and left. Snufkin watched him go, making sure he closed the door behind him. The man in the jail cell across from him laughed cruelly and said in a harsh, gruff voice " Get used to your new home, kid, you're not getting outta here. Ever." Snufkin hummed thoughtfully. "Seems like an overreaction for one watermelon. Never even got to eat it." "Doesn't matter. If they got you here, they'll keep you here. I've been here for ten years now and they're not letting me go." "What did they arrest you for?" Snufkin asked curiously. "I stole from a police officer." The man sneered. "I don't intend to stay here for my whole life, or ten years, or any other amount of time." Snufkin told him. "You don't have a choice." Snufkin thought his fellow inmate was a rather pessimistic person, and so decided the best course of action would be to ignore him. He pulled a tin-opener out of his backpack and began to dig at the floor of his cell. He sighed at the hard, slow work. This would take him hours. The problem with escape tunnels was that Snufkin couldn't see where he was going, so he wasn't too surprised when he popped up inside the prison walls. The intimidating, gruff inmate that had spoken to him yelped in fright when Snufkin came up through the ground. He stuttered several questions that Snufkin didn't bother to answer. "My apologies, wrong hole." Snufkin chirruped, before dropping back down into his tunnel and digging away. Next time he dug to the surface he managed to get outside the prison walls. Unfortunately, he was directly behind a prison guard walking his rounds. Snufkin quickly ducked down and covered the hole with dirt again. Third time lucky, Snufkin dug up outside of the jail grounds without any guards of police nearby. He pulled himself out of the ground, put his tin-opener back into his backpack and wandered off towards a temptingly dark forest. It was probably full of dangerous beasts - how exciting! __________ He was so relieved to be free, he didn't notice the gruff thief struggling his way out of the tunnel and sending him a grateful glance. A watermelon dropped from a tall tree straight into the thief's hands, who was happy at the food although confused about its origin. Although upon closer inspection, he noticed a tiny bite mark obviously made by a small child with very sharp fangs. The thief threw back his head and laughed. __________ Snufkin walked through the forest for a few hours before he decided he was a safe enough distance away to set up camp. He was happy to see a river he could fish in, although he did still really want to eat some watermelon. Fish would have to do. It was there, sat on the riverbed with his fishing rod in the water and his tent set up next to him, that two snorks came up and introduced themselves. Snorkmaiden and Snork. Snorkmaiden offered to cook dinner for him, if he'd share his fish with them. Of course, Snufkin agreed. He wasn't a greedy policeman who wouldn't share. They were both very nice, although Snorkmaiden did most of the talking. Snork mostly scribbled notes into a little journal. When Snufkin asked him about it, Snork told him he was making notes on the comet. "Oh, you've noticed it too?" "Of course! It's a most interesting scientific finding! I must document every aspect!" "It's the only thing he's talked about for days." Snorkmaiden told Snufkin. "I wish we could have a conversation about absolutely anything else." "Would you like me to tell you a story instead?" Snufkin offered. "Oh, yes please!" She agreed, and so Snufkin told them about the time he saved a prince from a pirate. Snorkmaiden seemed particularly entranced by the prince. She sighed dreamily over the thought of meeting him and dancing together. Snufkin almost felt bad that he had to tell her the prince, last time he'd seen him, had met a very lovely young man to marry. It had been a beautiful wedding. To soothe Snorkmaiden's disappointment, Snufkin offered to play her the first dance song. She accepted excitedly, so he pulled the flute out of his pocket and began to play. He much preferred his harmonica, but he had promised Mim he would use the flute after all. Snork and Snorkmaiden gave a round of applause at the end of the song, which caused Snufkin to blush. The three of them spent a few days travelling together, going up into the mountains until Snufkin found a wonderful salt flat he wanted to set his tent up on. Snork and Snorkmaiden continued on into the mountains to find an observatory full of scientists who could tell them about the comet. Snufkin waved them off pleasantly and asked them to come find him when they finished to share what they found. __________ It was about a week before Snufkin saw a raft with two creatures sitting atop it. He waved them down excitedly, not knowing exactly how involved with the comet he was about to become.

Hi! Can you do the DPD gang reacting to their s/o using pickup lines to try to make them flustered?
A/N: Big thank you for 4k! I love you all so much and thank you for being so patient! There’s a lot going on but I’m doing my best to keep up with my writing on here! Enjoy! :)
Connor –
Tumblr media
“If you were a vegetable, you’d be a cute-cumber.”
Like most things, he wouldn’t understand what you’re referring to. All you were met with was a blank face with eyebrows knitted together in confusion. It really was difficult for you to make jokes around him especially flirtations. You’ve tried puns before with him and that didn’t work either. There would be a glimpse of an awkward attempt at a smile before fading back into a straight line. You could practically see the amount of research he was going through his vast database just from the blank look in his eyes along with a yellow LED. Connor’s lips parted before pausing for a split second as if thinking everything through.
“I apologize. I must have misheard you, (Y/N). Would you mind repeating that to me one more time?”
A deep heavy sigh made its way out of your nose. Everyone knew that explaining something clever would ruin it but you couldn’t just leave him bewildered. He really was trying his best to understand.
“A cute-cumber!” You laughed breathlessly, slowly becoming embarrassed and regretting even saying anything in the first place. “Get it?”
Silence.
“I’m calling you cute, Connor.”
Connor immediately relaxed, happy with information finally being released and curing his confusion. “Oh, okay.” He grinned, about to continue with whatever he was doing before until freezing and looking down at his tie, fingering the end of it.
“I’m cute?”
Hank –
Tumblr media
“Did you sit in a pile of sugar? Because you got a pretty sweet ass.”
Nothing could make him flustered, honestly. He’s been on this planet long enough to have seen and heard everything.
Everything.
But, that didn’t stop him from snorting into his whiskey glass, impressed with your attempt at trying to turn him red. Sadly, the only thing that could make the man turn such a color was the liquid in his hand. Hank noted how you stood behind the couch, bent over with your arms wrapped around his neck while doing your best to win him over with quiet whispers in his ear.
“Hm, creative.” He grunted, raising the rim of the glass up to his lips. “Sweet ass. Never heard that one before.”
You instantly smiled from ear to ear, leaning back slightly with your arms still around him. “Really?” You said, impressed with your ability of wooing others instead of your reflection in the mirror.
Hank stopped mid-sip, turning to give you a look with a raised eyebrow. The atmosphere of ‘Seriously?’ was rather obvious in the air. You rolled your eyes before lightly nudging the detective, just enough to cause the alcohol in his cup to threaten spilling over.
“Hey, watch it!” He hissed half-heartedly, quickly putting his other hand around the rim to stop the whiskey from hitting the floor.
You nudged him again, harder this time. If you couldn’t make him flustered, you sure could press his buttons. Hank gave you a warning look, his palm tightly pressing down on the top of the glass.
“You know,” He said, resting the cup onto the coffee table covered in old newspapers. “There are plenty of other ways of getting my attention.” His eyes stared directly into yours, not moving a muscle. “But, touchin’ my damn drink ain’t one of them.”
Gavin –
Tumblr media
“Your lips look lonely. Would they like to meet mine?”
He stood still in his spot, mouth slightly ajar. A swear quietly left the small gap between his lips. Usually being one to hit on others, it was definitely a shock to the system when it was responded positively (and flirtatiously at that) back. If something was in his grasp, it would definitely be on the floor by then. Luckily for him, nothing was in his hands except the sweat from his increasingly clammy palms. When the silence finally caught up to Gavin, he cleared his throat weakly, pretending as if he wasn’t on cloud nine.
“Oh, yea-” His voice was oddly high-pitched before clearing his throat once more. “Oh, yeah. I get asked that all the time.”
He didn’t.
“So, uh,” Gavin leaned on the wall beside him, a smirk on his face with a bottom lip gently taken between his teeth. “You come here often?”
Crossing your arms, you turned your head to stare at all the desks cluttered with paperwork and stressed out policemen leaning over them. Pursing your lips, you shrugged. “I mean, we both work here so I guess you can say that.”
Gavin froze again, internally cursing and beating himself up. He was able to do this smoothly with anybody else but why couldn’t he keep his cool around you?
“Ah, yeah, right, right.” He trailed off, awkward silence looming over the both of you.
The lack of noise was too much before you kicked off the wall, ready to head back to your desk to continue the work you had been avoiding.
“Are you okay?” Gavin suddenly asked, making you stop and give him a puzzled expression.
“Yes? I’m perfectly-”
“’Cause I think you’re suffering from lack of vitamin me.”
You couldn’t stop the laughter from sneaking past your lips before you responded with a pickup line of your own again.
It ended up being a competition on who could out-flirt the other before somebody got too flustered.
You won.
RK900 -
Tumblr media
“I can turn your floppy disk into a hard drive.”
What guts you had to have to attempt at flirting with this android.
During a mission.
The gun in Conner’s hands was swiftly lowered as he sneered down at you, the height difference becoming even more prominent. Your expression of amusement didn’t lessen but rather increased at his reaction. You knew you were in for it now but it was worth it.
Holstering his weapon, the robot stood tall as he always did, not a hair out of place as his cold eyes never removed themselves from you. “I apologize. I must have misheard you, Detective (L/N). Would you mind repeating that to me one more time?”
That sounded more like a demand rather than a request. Hell, anything Conner said was a demand in the form of a request. It was easy for people to retreat back to wherever they came from every time they stood too close to the robot. He was drastically different than his RK800 counterpart who Conner refused to acknowledge even existed.
But, here you were, making advances towards him to make him flustered.
Was being flustered even in his coding? He seemed to be programmed with only one expression.
Annoyance.
Or maybe he did have more expressions but he always gave you this one instead. Whatever it was, he was clearly unimpressed and wanted nothing more than to continue what he was made to do.
A grin blossomed across your face as you shoved your hand into your pocket, fishing around for something. Your sudden movement caught Conner’s interest slightly but he wasn’t going to bring himself to change the subject. A closed fist removed itself from your pocket and held itself out towards the android.
“Could you hold this for me?” You asked innocently, blinking up at him.
Conner shook his head, deciding he wasted enough time on this. “I do not see why I would-”
“Please?” You whined, interrupting him (which he didn’t appreciate, of course).
Reluctantly, Conner slowly raised his palm out to you, waiting for you to release the item to him. But, instead of something being place into his hand, your fingers laced themselves between his, successfully holding onto his hand.
After a beat, he dropped his hand from your touch and turned away, muttering, “Immature.”
You followed after him with a grin, taking note of his hesitancy before letting go.
Captain Allen -
Tumblr media
“I like a man in uniform but I think it’d look better on the floor.”
Allen wasn’t surprised at all. He chuckled right after the words left your mouth. Somehow, you could easily make him forget the stressful days at work he could have. He wouldn’t become flustered per say, but he did feel his heartbeat pick up in the slightest. You did this every time he seemed tired and it always raised his spirits.
“Where do you even get these?” He questioned, setting his bag down and kicking off his shoes.
Shrugging, you threw your hands up in the air. “I have no idea. They just find their way into my head and I make sure to remember them just for you.”
The man stared at you before shaking his head with a smile. “Wow, thanks.”  You were definitely one of the most interesting people he had ever met. With a light sigh, he touched your knee gently, rubbing it before getting up. His sore muscles forcing him to groan in pain. “I’m headin’ to the shower.”
Stretching out across the couch on your stomach, you rested your head in the palm of your hand. “Oooh, can I join?” You asked in a teasing tone of voice.
Shrugging off his dark coat, he rolled his eyes playfully at your antics. “You really don’t run out of those do you? Conserving water is good for the Earth, ya know?”
Getting up from your spot on the couch, you sauntered over to Allen, wrapping your arms around his waist as he hung up his coat on the rack. “There’s plenty more where that came from.” Standing on your toes, you rested your lips right next to his ear. “Would you like to hear them?” The hot air sent a chill down the S.W.A.T. captain’s back.
A low hum erupted from his throat before he pulled away. “Tempting.” He said, thinking it over. “But, I still have work to do.”
You watched as he walked in the direction of the shower. “I’ll get you one of these days, Captain Allen!” You shouted after him causing you to receive a thumbs-up with his back still to you.
“I’d like to see you try.”
