As the clock strikes midnight, part 2
Part 1 / Part 2 / Part 3 / epilogue
ā™„ļø Taeyang x reader (nonbinary, female anatomy) x Jaeyoon; mentions of other SF9 members
ā™„ļø NSFW (~1.7k words); a lot of sex talk and kink negotiation. Mentions of BDSM and kink. No one is 100% straight. Mentions of queerphobia.
ā™„ļø Youā€™re a beast at work, having to be tough to climb up the corporate ladder, but what you never thought of is that your attitude might be intimidating to your long time crush. Luckily, your much more laid back friend is here to help... both of you. Please read part 1 before this!
ā™„ļø Disclaimer: this is just for fun! Iā€™m not claiming thatā€™s how they are in real life, itā€™s just my imagination doing whatever it wants. Read at your own discretion.
Your impromptu get-together had been going for over two hours already, and youā€™d loved every minute of it so far. Your motivation had been mostly spending some time with Taeyang away from the workplace, but you had to admit: your other companionā€™s intentions towards you werenā€™t clear either. You enjoyed the mystery of it all, even though it was the youngest of your trio that you had your eyes on ever since the training period started.
Well, the mystery would end there, or so you thought.
ā€œI canā€™t believe I put myself in a drama-like setting, but,ā€ Jaeyoon started, clearly down out of sudden, ā€œThat guy reviewing our resultsā€¦ What was his name? Inseongā€¦ I might have a bit of a crush on him.ā€
You stopped in the middle of bringing a cup to your lips, letting your hand holding the latte hang awkwardly in the air. With the corner of your eye, you could see Taeyang doing the same.
ā€œCome on, donā€™t tell me that youā€™reā€¦ā€ Jaeyoon whined, shaking his head.
ā€œNo, hear me out,ā€ you interrupted. Before you spoke again, you cautiously looked left and right to make sure no one else was listening. Only then, you continued with a hushed voice. ā€œYou know, it drives me crazy whenever they call me a she in those international reports. Iā€™m non-binary, I prefer neutral pronouns. I donā€™t really have to worry about it on a daily basis, until English rolls in and makes me cringe.ā€
Your friend leaned closer to you.
ā€œNot like I didnā€™t notice,ā€ he concluded. A wide grin was back on his face. ā€œDo you like boys, though?ā€
You could tell he was just joking, given his usual flirty attitude, and you didnā€™t have to answer at all. However, since you started confessing already, you figured you could take it seriously.
ā€œI do, actually!ā€ You nodded, smiling lightly.
You couldnā€™t believe you could talk about it openly like that.
ā€œOh, I donā€™t discriminate, I fuck everybody,ā€ Jaeyoon replied in a seemingly playful tone, although being serious as well, ā€œBut right now? My heart belongs to the Quality Department leader.ā€ He finished with a hand on his chest.
You both laughed wholeheartedly, until you noticed Taeyang was silent this entire time. Jaeyoon turned his eyes towards him, with you following shortly.
ā€œWhat about you?ā€ Jaeyoon asked boldly.
A look of slight panic flashed through Taeyangā€™s face, and youā€™d think itā€™s adorable if not for the crushing possibility of him having objections towards who you were - now that he knew, it could have changed anything.
You really didnā€™t want to have your heart broken after mere four weeks since starting a new job.
ā€œIā€¦ I like gā€¦ā€ Taeyang stuttered, his gaze briefly catching yours. He held tight onto his cup of coffee and looked away, blushing profusely. ā€œPeople with vaginas.ā€
ā€œNo way!ā€ Jaeyoon exclaimed. Fortunately, he remembered the topic of your conversation and immediately toned it back down. ā€œIā€™m sorry, Iā€™d have never clocked you as straight.ā€
ā€œHey, stop it!ā€ You smacked his bicep, earning an exaggerated wince from him.
Taeyang rolled his eyes and sighed deeply.
ā€œItā€™s fine,ā€ he stated, putting on a regretful expression. ā€œI get that a lot. I tried everything, but thatā€™s my final verdict for now.ā€
Jaeyoon kept making inappropriate jokes despite your earlier protest, but you would be lying if you said you were listening to him. Your eyes were glued on Taeyang, even though he was way too busy deflecting your other friendā€™s silly remarks to pay attention to you.
*
It wasn't the first time Jaeyoon and Taeyang have visited your place; they've been there numerous times before, together and separately.Ā
It was the first time, however, when they entered the apartment with all three of you feeling equally horny and not even trying to hide it.Ā
It couldn't have been caused by the alcohol, because you haven't had any, Taeyang only had a couple sugary drinks, and Jaeyoon got completely sober as soon as the words fun night were mentioned. Nothing had been explicitly stated, but all of you - always having been open not just about your sexual identity and orientation, but also your specific attitudes towards sex in general - have reached an unspoken agreement: everyone was getting off tonight, this way or another.
You quickly decided to take turns using the bathroom. When it was Jaeyoon's turn to shower, you were left alone with Taeyang. It was a bit awkward at first, considering his confession from earlier that you barely replied to. As soon as he sat on a sofa in the living room - smelling clean, fresh glow on his face - you took a place beside him, wearing your black satin pajamas already.
Taeyang leaned back and smiled at you blissfully. Only then, he took your hand in his; after holding it for a good minute, he intertwined your fingers.
"I'm so happy," he whispered.Ā
You really wished to answer in a coherent way, yet you couldn't possibly focus enough to be your usual, collected self - not when you finally had your long-time crush next to you, shirtless, lightly toned muscles and sharp outline of ribs on display.
Maybe you didn't want to shock him by showing this side of yourself so easily, but it was impossible at this point; your prettiest, prettiest boy was here, looking at you as if you were the most precious thing in the entire universe, making your heart swell with love and desire just by that.Ā
Not used to being so overwhelmed with emotions, you just stared back at him wide-eyed.
"Sheesh, don't tell me you started without me!"Ā
Jaeyoon appeared in the doorway, hair still wet and adorably curled without usual styling - a contrast to his impressive physique in nearly full glory since he, as opposed to the more reserved Taeyang, decided to step out of the bathroom wearing only boxer briefs.Ā
It's not like you hadn't seen him like this before, as you'd go to the pool together many times over the past few years (Taeyang always refused the invitation, even though he claimed to be a pro at swimming and even bragged about gold and silver medals he won in national competitions during high school). Yet somehow, this time, the sight hit differently, since you knew what was about to happen.Ā
"No way," you chuckled; Taeyang let go of your hand, which made your mood deflate a little. "Mind if we eat something first?"Ā
Everyone was starving after the boring company party, so you all moved to the kitchen. You couldn't hide your amusement over how the apartment looked like a dollhouse when trying to contain not just you, but also two grown men. You gave up on relationships ages ago, so when looking for a place to rent, you had only your own comfort in mind.
"Okay, first of all," you started when everyone was finished with their meal, "Are we all safe? While I was still in the dating game, I was always monogamous and did regular checkups. I haven't had any partners for the past four years."Ā
You cringed internally saying it out loud, but transparency was your number one priority.Ā
"I never do anything without a condom," Jaeyoon stated.Ā
As usual, Taeyang took a while before taking part in risky conversations.
"I do BDSM, but it hardly ever involved actual sex."Ā
"I can confirm that." Jaeyoon smiled smugly, propping his chin on his hand.Ā
Your eyes went comically wide at the implication.Ā
"Wait, what did I miss?! I thought you liked, in your words, people with vaginas?" You gasped, blood rushing to your cheeks.Ā
Taeyang's face turned equally red, except he decided to cover it with his hand.Ā
"Y/n, dear, he said that three and a half years ago," your friend explained.Ā
"Jaeyoon hyung had his part in my awakening as a submissive," Taeyang added, finally daring to look at you, "There was nothing sexual about it."Ā
"Except for the fact I watched you jerk off," the hyung in question clarified.Ā
"HEY!" The other guy got flushed again.Ā
You swallowed heavily, feeling your throat get dry all of sudden. Oh my God. You could barely sit still at this point.Ā
"We both like to watch," Jaeyoon concluded casually.Ā
"Soā€¦ Wait a minute," you picked up, your head spinning from the information overload, "If I understand it correctly: Taeyang, you're a sub. Jaeyoon, we're both Doms."
The guys nodded in unison.Ā
"We're all into voyeurism."
Again, they confirmed with a single nod.Ā
"I can't believe. This is too good to be true," you said weakly, shaking your head with disbelief.Ā
"I have an idea," the older of your colleagues continued, "I don't wanna get too much inbetween you two."
Suddenly, Taeyang squeezed your hand under the table in a way that was borderline possessive.Ā
"But since it's supposed to be enjoyable for all of usā€¦ I could get a bit touchy with Y/nā€¦ I suppose watching us would be enough to get Taeyangie ready, am I right?"Ā
Taeyang looked to the side, his expression serious, but his body language unable to hide the excitement.Ā
"Humiliate me a little and I'll be fine," he muttered under his breath.
He squeezed your hand even harder. You smiled at the feeling.Ā
"I have one request for you," you turned to Jaeyoon, "No kissing on the lips, no hands in each other's underwear."
"I'm okay with that," he shrugged.
"You sure?" Taeyang asked.Ā
"No worries, just focus on yourself," the older guy chuckled, "I'll take care of myself while watching you two have fun."Ā
Was it happening for real? You felt like you were dreaming.
Taeyang brought you back to reality by bringing your linked hands to rest on his thigh.Ā
"Do weā€¦ go all the way?" He inquired in a shy tone.Ā
You took your time to inhale and exhale deeply before collecting yourself enough to answer.Ā
"Yeah, we do."

Kingdom Round 3: "Plagiarism", rigged voting and fanwars.
[Disclaimer: It is possible that for fans of certain groups I'll come off as offensive. I like each of the groups, I possess albums of TBZ, SF9 & SKZ, and I watched HOURS of content/debut programs of ALL the participating groups. Nevertheless, I will ALWAYS say my honest opinion. If you want to fight me, you're ofc allowed to do so but I hope you're all mature enough to not feel offended by opinions.]
Act 1: Tbz, where do your ideas come from?
So what I've noticed is that there's a massive difference between tbz behind the scenes and other groups'. Not only in this episode. So far, tbz simply DID NOT show how they create ideas, stages, how they practice. They picked a song, fooled around, and then met up with RTK members. It was cute sure, but it had NOTHING to do with the stage. The other groups showed practice scenes, showed their ideation process, showed who taught them and how. The boyz didn't. No practice, no ideation. Only song choice. We didn't see them practicing the choreo, we didn't see how they even got the idea for this stage. Their behind the scenes footage sadly has NOTHING to do with their performance. I really wish we could see them practicing and coming up with ideas.
Another big problem I see with this, is that they literally don't explain where their ideas come from. Now for people who know Game of Thrones (GoT hereafter), it probably appears rather obvious that the previous and also this stage was inspired by GoT, right? The white walkers? Ice and fire? The throne? The freaking red wedding??? I can't be the only one who sees a connection between their stages and GoT. ATEEZ said they were inspired by Pirates of the Carribbean. SF9 said they were inspired by film noir and showed how they worked with an actor on their storyline. iKON explained how they associate inception with dreams and put together their ideas. But TBZ didn't freaking talk about any of this. Either it was never recorded, or it never was aired. In any way, it's extremely suspicious in my eyes. Moreover it's just pretty shit to not say where your idea comes from. Especially not when you even name your stage after the iconic red wedding... Now IF they were NOT inspired by GoT, then it would be some... extremely huge coincidences... especially the stage title is just a bit too much tbh. But more to that stage later.
Edit: It came to my knowledge that according to deobis, Cre.Ker will post the content after Kingdom on tbz social media. Whoever took that decision needs to be fired tbh. If the content will be released, I'll link to it and add some few words to it.
Act 2: The good, the bad, and ... All hail king Juyeon?
Let's talk about the performances now.
SF9: What I dislike is the fact that as I stated in my previous Kingdom post, they are forced to do such dramatic musical/movie stages to even be recognized as part of the show. Moreover, I found it weird and unfitting that they held guns during the group dance parts, to me it seemed a bit off. Also, at times, their energy level seemed a bit low.
What I liked is that even tho it was a MASSIVE set, the performance still was extremely easy to understand and follow. They all looked insanely good tho, SF9 simply is mature and manly. I liked the concept, it was fresh because it for once had no fantasy vibe but actual criminal mafia energy. My favourite parts were Jaeyoon's fighting scenes because they were very well choreographed. Altogether, I really enjoyed it and also found it interesting how they referred to the Boyz crown scenes on RTK.
The Boyz: In my eyes, this is already the second GoT inspired concept they did. Not a fan of this. Moreover, I'm a bit pissed that it looks as if they are selling all that as their own ideas. As I said before, I believe this is GoT inspired, the name at least definitely was - but it's never said that the inspiration comes from there, because we literally have no information about where their ideas come from and if it's even their own ideas. To me it has the bitter aftertaste of wanting to hide sth the viewers aren't supposed to see. But this is not tbz fault but the fault of whoever writes/directs/edits their footage.
With the title of the stage given, I actually thought I'd see a wedding. But what I've seen was a woman in a bird cage. And then many more women. I failed to see what this all had to do with a wedding, and I moreover failed to see the connection to "THE" red wedding. And I failed to understand the plot once again, and because they didn't explain it beforehand, I'll never understand it.
What I liked is that the performance was way less dramatic than it was ever before. It didn't seem like a stunt show anymore, it didn't seem overdramatic anymore. It was easier to focus on the performance. Sadly, I noticed that this "downgraded" (aka slow-paced and less dramatic) stage was unfortunately underwhelming in comparison with what they did before - which was sth I predicted from beginning on. At some point you can't go bigger anymore, and if you tone it down it'll automatically seem underwhelming.
Edit: It's sad that they have this pressure to outperform themselves because they've won RTK. But honestly, it was clear that the winner would have this pressure on them. I don't see why I would pity them for this, after all, each of the groups feel pressured anyways and I rather feel sorry for ALL groups together because this whole ranking/competition thing is just unnecessarily stressful. But once again, I don't understand why you all blame MNET for this. Don't forget that the companies have contracts with MNET and knew that shit would go down. If you blame any bigger instances, then please also the companies who put their idols on the show. It's not like they got forced to make their groups participate.
My biggest criticism this time however is the fact that they give the most screentime to Juyeon (and Sunwoo because of the rap parts), and the rest of the members barely appear, or basically aren't shown at all. I already felt before that there was a strong focus on Juyeon, but now it's srly showing very clearly. I really like Juyeon, but I don't find it fair. I think that doesn't do justice to the other members, which deserve screentime as well. In conclusion, tbz on kingdom is an extreme mess in my eyes, with lots of communication- and management flaws.
iKON: I belong to the group of people who heavily prefers THANXX over inception, so I was a bit sceptical about the song choice. They really made a YG version out of this tho, I was pretty impressed. The stage concept was pretty nice, iKON surely knows how to use light. Now the stage seemed very inspired by Inception (the movie) which makes a lot of sense - but wasn't communicated either. Just mentioning this because I critisized tbz earlier, so I think the same applies here to some degree. I didn't recognize the song anymore tho but I found it pretty refreshing. In my eyes they did the best so far in making another group's song their own. This could have been an iKON song for sure. As always, a fun stage.
My personal ranking will follow after the other stages.
Act 3: About cheating and faking.
The Voting looks as follows:
Views: 1. SKZ 2. iKON 3. ATEEZ 4. BTOB 5. TBZ 6. SF9
Online Voting: 1. SKZ 2. SF9 3. iKON 4. BTOB 5. ATEEZ 6. TBZ
Btw if anyone knows the overall voting, please comment or send a message, because I somehow missed it?
I said it before, and I say it again, this entire voting is rigged and I totally don't care about it anymore at this point because it's absolutely not trustable. Experts didn't know about the budget differences, who even are the experts, why did SF9 get zero on-site votes, and then ofc the fans who created 50 accounts to vote...this voting is a joke. What I can totally not understand is how ATEEZ and TBZ can rank last for online voting. Sth seems off here to me, especially the fact that SF9 ranks last in views but ranks 2nd in votes? I'm sorry to say this but I think that's the result of the ZZZ fanwar. My assumption is that there must be a big mass of people who purposely voted NOT for TBZ & ATEEZ, and my guess is - no offence - that those were stays. In accordance with the fanwar, they didn't give their 2 other votes to the other ZZZ groups but to whatever other group. Or in general the ZZZ fandoms purposely not voting for each other. That would explain extremely well why SF9 could suddenly rank 2nd. I'm tired of this voting, of fanwars and all this drama and I decided to not care about the official voting anymore.
If you got to this point, I wanna let you know that I feel very blessed that you made it through this long post hahaha. Thanks! And for the next week, I expect BIG THINGS. I'm the most excited for BTOB. Them covering back door is the most absurd thing I've imagined for a long time hahahaha. But Eunkwang with tattoos really is a good sight, isn't it ;)?

(Disclaimer: this is absolutely no hate on Rowoon or anyone. I like Rowoon. He pleases my size kink. I also like SF9 in general. Trauma comeback is my jam.)
So Rowoon has been acting more (SF9 in general has been acting more than being idols I feel like) which isnā€™t a bad thing. I think heā€™s pretty good at it.
However, he hasnā€™t been that active with SF9 in a while and with this recent comeback (literally had such a short promotion like wtf) I noticed that he really doesnā€™t know the choreography much. Heā€™s also in the middle of filming a drama so idk why the decided to have a comeback rn anyways. More so, he seems to be staring in more shows, didnā€™t post anything about this SF9 comeback on his social (which he is entitled to post whatever he wants!) but like from an outsider perspective when you know they just had a comeback but he only post about the show heā€™s recently in or ads then it just doesnā€™t look good.
Bottle line: I just think he will lean more into acting than being an idol.
And like to compare, Rowoon and Eunwoo are in similar positions (both the most popular member (just looking at the overall numbers and observation- I like all the members! Jaeyoon has me by the throat rn and Moonbin is officially peach line president) and both getting into acting) but what I noticed a lot with Eunwoo is he constantly talks about Astro in everything he does and will post a pic related to a comeback which isnā€™t something Iā€™ve seen Rowoon do.
Ohhhhh, that makes total sense then!!
It'd odd for him to post about shows/ads and stay quiet about his group activities.
I do see him doing a lot of acting gigs, but I don't see the sf9 side of it anymore, so I didn't think much of it. It's interesting to see the difference between Rowoon and Eunwoo šŸ¤”šŸ¤”

kingdom ep 7 thoughts
iā€™m writing these notes as i watch so yā€™all are getting my immediate stream of consciousness thoughts šŸ¤Ŗ this is gonna be long bc i talk a lot so strap in homies
i couldā€™ve told you these overall results so far before the show even started. skz, atz, btob, ikon, sf9, tbz like these are the least surprising rankings ever
mnet wants tbz to look so pitiful whatā€™s their fucking deal man
sf9 getting FIRST iā€™m holding onto this forever
theyā€™re getting rid of the experts and having these judges (industry people + 4 hoobae groups) judge instead? mmmm
the industry people makes 100% sense. the hoobae groups...idk. itā€™s not to say that they canā€™t critically evaluate the kingdom groups but the question is will they? yā€™all know how fucking awful kpop stans are, i donā€™t want these groups getting SLANDERED bc they didnā€™t like somebodyā€™s performance šŸ˜
iā€™ve been having this thought often but i wish we could see how the kingdom groups REALLY felt about each otherā€™s performances. when they do their group evaluations i genuinely wanna know what they have to say bc all we as viewers get to see is praise and while thats great ! we love positivity ! mnet decided this was a competition so letā€™s compete. say what you really mean and tell me why you voted the way you did. same goes for these new judges and i hope we get to see that
SUNWOOā€™S SO CUUUUTE with bobby pls
HWI BOUGHT THEM AIR FORCE ONES???
iā€™m sorry but i adore the three of them so much. bobby and sunwoo just giggly all of the time and hwiyoung being the more chill, silent one watching the boys have fun i die
thank god sunwoo finally realized this show doesnā€™t fucking matter and now he and tbz can just enjoy themselves and do whatever they want. bobby bless you
SANGYEON ACTING LIKE THE DAD HE IS THATS RIGHT HYPE UP OUR BOY !!!!
i love this performance so much more than when i watched yesterday bitch iā€™m hyped
finally some fucking FUN on this show
them using a vid of chan with his cornrows, do yā€™all want me to root against this unit ???
i already talked about how i donā€™t think the numbers are fair. having more people in a unit doesnā€™t mean the performance will be better but like . you can physically do more things with more people and as weā€™ve seen so far, this show favors flashier performances
WAIT did both groups do something with paint?? šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜ what are the odds
minhyuk the oldest and he moves like it pls itā€™s so funny
now why hongjoong look so good in those glasses
iā€™m not gonna act like this shit donā€™t bang, iā€™m not !
minhyuk final boss thatā€™s HOT
BOBBY IS SO FUNNY?? ā€œandwaaaeee andwaeeeā€ he does not care !! i love to see it
COME ON SUNWOO THIS GROWTH !!! ā€œsomeone wins and someone losesā€ im so happy weā€™ve reached this moment
donghyuk is hot i forgot how good looking he is oh wow
this energy is so šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜
the way juyeon dk and taeyang all did elegant like dances for their individual videos and ended up doing that for their actual dance stage together is amazing
taeyang FINE ASS
they look so good in their king attire my god
iā€™m sorry but that was incredible. the drama the elegance the MUSIC the lighting the outfits oh my god !!!
9 members vs 3 members like HONESTLY how is that allowed
peniel donā€™t know WHAT to do with these kids iā€™m screaming
why would they do him like that šŸ˜ he hasnā€™t danced in TWO YEARS and they put him with atz and skz??? a set up
wooyoung looks so cute in his hat wtf
listen. i always say nobody covers exo bc they canā€™t. well..
the performance is cool! exo is just SUCH a high bar to set for yourself even if it is chogiwa
CHOGIWA STILL TOP TIER EXO THO LETS NOT LIE FOLKS !!!
and the way they arranged it so.... niggas in paris??? WITH WOLF??? hell nah šŸ˜
PENIEL WITH THE LEASH !!
the howling jdjdjsjd i love it
i definitely like itā€™s oneā€™s more tho. as fun as wolf is, itā€™s what you expect skz and atz would do and itā€™s the kind of dance style they (and kpop boy groups in general) always do. itā€™s one gave us something different and executed it beautifully
and we did Not get to see the judging/voting process with these 33 new people. iā€™m hoping theyā€™ll show us that after all 3 unit teams have performed bc otherwise šŸ™„

KCON is pretty much all any of us here at Kchat Jjigae can talk about right now since weā€™re all descending on LA next weekend for the big event. Ā This will be my first time to attend LA (and the last time I was in the city I was 8 years old, which was a loooooong time ago). Ā I was having a hard time deciding who from the lineup would feature as this weekā€™s Khottie and so I bounced my ideas off SaraG who basically told me not to choose. Ā Brilliant! Ā Khotties of KCON it is!
Who here saw the problem before I did? Ā First, there are 93 (yes, I counted) individual idols coming. Theyā€™re all gorgeous, and I canā€™t choose all of them. Ā Instead of choosing from my initial two options, I have to pick a handful of somebodies from this crowd! Ā /sighs and pulls up her boots. Ā The only way is forward.
Letā€™s start with ASTRO! Ā Since I covered Eunwoo for my 2016 year end wrap up post, I get to pick somebody else! Ā And thankfully, over the last few months Iā€™ve had MJ threatening to take Eunwooā€™s place in my heart. Ā Despite being the oldest, MJ may be the beagle-iest in the group. While I donā€™t normally care for the noisy types, Ā itā€™s hard to resist his power vocals and the gorgeous shape of his eyes.
Next, Cosmic Girls (WJSN)! Ā One of my favorite girl group songs and videos of last year wasĀ Secret, withĀ I Wish not far behind. Ā Space cars! Wolf shaman! Pagan priestesses! Ā I have no idea whats going on, but I am delighted by the whole thing.
I would like to apologize to anyone I made fun of for being overwhelmed by Seventeenā€™s thirteen members. Ā When confronted with the same number of idols in WJSN, I feel like there are at least 20 of them. Ā With this many members, I feel like you should be allowed to choose several biases, but Iā€™m going to be mean to myself and and pick just one. Ā And since sheā€™s the one I went ā€œOooo!ā€ to first, Iā€™m going to go with the pretty wolf shaman girl, Yeoreum. Ā She is one of the rappers and subvocals and my eye just always goes to her Girlā€™s Day was one of the very first girl groups I got into. I looooved Female President and the girl who caught my eye in that video was Hyeri. Ā Sheā€™s a great dancer and there is just something about her that makes me not want to look away.My love for her since then has grown with her roles in Reply 1988 and The Entertainer (with my boo, LJoe). Ā Iā€™m pretty excited I get the chance to see her, and the rest of Girlā€™s Day who I also love, in person.
Wooo! Ā I donā€™t have to sulk! Ā The freedom to bend the rules for these themed posts lets me post whatever I want about GOT7ā€™s BamBam.And ā€œwhatever I wantā€ is to wax poetic about his gorgeous lips and the perfect little mole under his left eye. Ā He was quite the wild child the last time I saw them live, so I am curious what my naughty Bam will do at KCON. Ā I squeed when I heardĀ the Heize was going to be appearing at KCON. Ā I think she may be one of the coolest female artists out there right now. Ā She has a wide array of styles and Iā€™m excited to see what she performs.
Even though my favorite member of KARD is actually J.seph, I decided to pick one of the girls, Somin, because itā€™s gonna get pretty testosterone heavy from here on out.
Somin looks like a classic Hollywood actress to me. Ā So classy.
NCT is one of my bias groups. Ā Iā€™m almost incapable of making a choice here, but Japanese member, Yuta, looks especially yummy this comeback.I am a sucker for a collar. Ā Bless SM for using them so often as fashion accessories.Lordy, Seventeenā€¦ Ā One of my other favorites. Ā Iā€™ve covered Woozi in my Pocket Idols post. And Wonwoo in my 2016 round up. Ā Until recently, I didnā€™t really have a super bias in this group. Ā But then this happened.
I had been trying to convince myself that maybe my SVT bias was S.Coups, then one day, The8 stepped into the frame and I gasped and put my hand on my heart. Ā Well, I guess that decides that. Ā I promise we will be very happy together.
Yā€™all have been paying attention to SF9, right? Ā I already covered Zuho, sexy nosed rapper, and Youngbin, their leader. Ā Since sexy eyes seem to be a theme thats developing here, I think Inseong will fit in perfectly.Instead of a beagle, Inseong is the groupā€™s Fennic Fox. Ā He and the rest of SF9 are coming for your hearts. There is no way Iā€™m not going to post pictures of both Donghae and Eunhyuk. Ā Donghae is one of my early drama biases. Ā I discovered him before I learned to love Super Junior.I love boys in eyeliner and Eunhyuk does it better than anyone else. Ā I hope he dances for us at Kcon.
Iā€™m going to go with the easy route with Vixx and choose Leo.
I was lucky enough to get a hi-touch with them at Toronto KCon. Ā The pictures do not do him justice. He is otherworldly beautiful in person.
I couldnā€™t watch this seasonā€™s Produce 101 because I am too tender-hearted. Ā You know me well enough by now, I love the babies. Ā It kills me that they canā€™t all succeed. And cutting 101 trainees down to 11 is like a mass slaughter. Ā So, I donā€™t know any of Wanna One except Minhyun (because Iā€™ve been a Nuā€™est fan for a while).
Because of that, I picked my Wanna One hottie based entirely on how pretty his eyes are and the shape of his lips. Ā Turns out Jisung is also the oldest at 26. Ā Iā€™ve really enjoyed Wanna Oneā€™s videos, so Iā€™m excited to see this group perform. I wonder if my bias will stay Jisung or change? Finally, we also get a little bit of Oh My Girl. Ā Seriously, KCON LA chose their girl groups well this year because this is another group where I enjoy a bunch of their stuff.
I donā€™t have a particular favorite in Oh My Girl, but I have always enjoyed Binnieā€™s fresh girl next door look, so sheā€™s who got my vote. Ā Isnā€™t she pretty?Ā
Have you seen Kim Tae Wooā€™s new video and song? Ā So summery!
Gosh, this thing is huge! Ā A gift for you guys just in case we donā€™t manage to put one together for next weekend. Ā Stephanie thinks we can do it. Iā€™m thinking we will probably be too busy. Ā Keep your fingers crossed and I hope we get a chance to see some of you in LA!
