I shouldn't have survived when Darius pushed me off that cliff. I should have died. I think the fact that I didn't was a cruelty. Punishment from the gods. Like... I eventually went on to assist in the release of Galdera. Not intentionally, but if I had died, would the Gate of Finis have ever opened? I'll never understand. Why didn't I die.

I’m excited about Octopath 2 coming out in February but I’m also a little nervous about it. What if the game comes out, is popular, and there’s a bunch of new Octopath Traveler kinfolk, but they’re all from the sequel and not the first one. I’m also scared the new game will reference the first game and my party, and the post-game details I remember will be refuted. I’m especially dreading finding out if me or Alfyn married anyone other than each other. - Therion
