Laci: “It’s not like I had a choice before now.” 

Sullivan: “ I’m surprised Maggie didn’t come with you. You two were always plotting your escape from Small Ville.” 

Laci: *slightly shrugs* “Babies complicate things, but I know Mags would’ve loved to see you and have some help.” 

Sullivan: “She’s still on her own?” 

Laci: “Yep. Alice and Joe are still strung out, and Ladybug’s donor remains M.I.A.” 

Sullivan: “Allie.. *clicks tongue* “Ma should’ve stepped in when Maggie was a baby. Those two deserved more.” 

Laci: “It’s the StrangerVille Curse. I can’t tell you one other girl I went to school with who doesn’t have a baby or a drug problem. As soon as Mags got knocked up, I packed my shit.” 

Sullivan: “You didn’t want to be next on the list?”  

Laci: “Hell No! I need a clean 15 years before I'm ready for my ball and chain.” 

Sullivan: *laughs* "I bet Dean was happy to hear that. So, what's the plan? Work for me? College? Join a gang?

Laci: "I haven't gotten that far, but now that you mention it … I wouldn't mind hittin' the pole one good time."

Sullivan: "Your father will murder me if I allow that."

Laci: "I'm grown, Sully. He has no power here."

Sullivan: "Try saying that to his face."

Laci: "I'm serious! I didn't fly to cross the map to have to worry about my dad. I want to go crazy for a year! I want tattoos, heavy makeup, a smoker's cough, and a shit-ton of piercings!"

Sullivan: "I can help you with the tattoos and piercings, but I'm not dealing with another smoker."

Laci: "Can I drink?"

Sullivan: "Only if I'm present. *chuckles* All jokes aside, promise you'll be careful out here. City life might look fun on TV, but we're living in dangerous times, Lace."

Laci: *bouncing from excitement* " How dangerous? Are we talking Sims' World: San Myshuno dangerous? Or Roaring Vice dangerous?"

Sullivan: "Welcome to the neighborhood! My home away from home."

Laci: 🤩 "It's so beautiful!"

Sullivan: *snorts* " Wait until you see the nice part of town."

Laci: 😭😭 "SO BEAUTIFUL!"

Sullivan: "It's not much, but It's mine. 😊"

Laci: "You should be proud. Dad said you were opening a tattoo shop, but damn, seeing it..."

Sullivan: "Makes it real?"

Laci: "Yeah."

Sullivan: *Smiles warmly* "Follow me."

Sullivan: "I'm not super strict when it comes to rules. The building is very old, so as long as you don't burn it down, you can make whatever changes you want."

Laci: "Cool. Cool."

Sullivan: " All I ask is that you use the back exit for coming and going, and be considerate of your neighbors."

Laci: "Stay out the way and don't be a d*ck."

Sullivan: "Glad we have an understanding."
