Post is pinned like I'm gonna pin you.
Hello, hi, greetings, (insert greeting of your flavor), I'm Leaf or Eden
I'm a Pan Poly trans girl who's kinda annoying and stupid, and not in the cute way. I play games to an unhealthy degree, and my ADHD makes me either a workhorse or lazy bum. I get attached and detached too easily, and my social skills are at times subpar.
I'm a huge warhammer nerd and will happily chat about it. Among other things, I like S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Halo, Fallout, TF2, TF2, Rimworld, and a bunch of other shit. I'm also happy to play games with people, if you wanna hit me up.
Speaking of, my DM's and asks are open. I don't know what anyone would put there, but the option is available should you be bored. Horny shit, nerd shit, normie shit, tism shit, I don't really care.
I'm an aspiring writer, mostly with either poetry or 40K stuff, specifically about the Ad-mech and even more specifically about the Gryphonne Octad. It's slow work because ideas flow and words do not, but I'm having fun. Hopefully I can commission art for it at some point too, would be nice to have that.
You probably can tell, but this blog doesn't really have a filter, so there will be all kinds of stuff including nsfw, so 18+ please. This segues nicely into that I'm a kinky fucker, and a switch, so there will also be weird shit on here. I try to keep most of it to my likes, but reblogs will occur.
Cool post about other search engines:

DNI: boring harrassers ig? Please be interesting in your hate speech.
That's all, there might be more later, idk. Thanks if you're reading this, it's nice to exist.

Nonad & Decad flags + Ultrad coining!
We decided to make a nonad and decad flag based on the pentad, hexad, heptad, and octad flags!
A Nonad is a polyamorous relationship involving nine members.
A Decad is a polyamorous relationship involving ten members.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And the new term we coined, Ultrad!
An ultrad is a polyamorous relationship with more than 10 members! This could be 11, 12, 13, 14, etc, etc!

Nyla Nightborne - 'Zyv' Species
The Zyv (or ziv) is an expert flying species with quadruple wings, octad eyes, and ears of a fox. They're known to be annoyingly stealthy. It is rare to come across a bare-bodied Zyv as they believe their bodies are the purest canvas to carve their prayers.

For the catholic asks: 13, 26, 28, 37, 44
13: What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve done in church?
One time I was supposed to bring up the gifts.... and then. I forgot. And froze up. And so people had to sit there for a moment of silence while I had to remember that I was supposed to bring up the gifts. And then. I did it that time and then was never asked again.
26. Have you ever made a rosary?
I've actually made three! I made two out of perler beads when I was like ten, and gave one of them to a priest who was came over for dinner. One of the decades only had eight beads. I told him it was an "octade" instead. And then one year for Christmas I gave my Grandmother a handmade rosary. I took her favorite things into consideration when making it(she doesn't like metal chain rosaries much) and made it in her favorite colors. She uses it really often and has said she loves it a lot! I'm very proud of that one.
28. What’s your favorite liturgical season?
I am a Lent girl through and through. I feel like all Catholic women are either Advent girls or Lent girls and I am a Lent Girl. Give me songs in the minor chord. Give me dust and ashes. Give me an emphasis on the mercy of God. Best liturgical season. Hands down.
37. What’s your favorite set of Mysteries?
Yeah, I'm also a sorrowful mysteries girl. I just. Love them? The vibes or something I don't know.
44. What do you usually do after Mass?
During the school year I tend to go to mass at 8 pm on sunday nights, and my school has an after mass social, so I'll usually go to that. And then I'll go back to my dorm and go to bed if I'm smart or stay up late finding memes on the internet if I'm not. When I'm at home I go to mass in the morning, and my family has a tradition of getting donuts afterwards, so I always wind up doing that. :D

The Current Asharact Saga History Timeline
I have this idea for Post War of Ends, but before I share that, I wanna go over the current timeline of Asharact history that I have. It's not finished and I'm probably gonna add to it later since there isn't much to it rn, but I'm gonna share anyways
~~~~~
Ancient Era
The land was originally founded by a group of people known as the Ancients. These people worshipped a goddess named Aeterna, thus her becoming the main deity of Asharact. She is the goddess of time and creation.
The time of the ancients is known as the Ancient Era. This era would last for around 7000 years
Thydrias + Miraechous saga (-7000 - -6177):
“The Ancients” is the common term used to reference the first residents of Asharact. This term mainly acts like a umbrella that covers all of the species of residents that lived during this era.
There are two main groups that fall under this umbrella: The Thydrias and The Miraechous.
The Thydrias were the first to arrive and occupied the land. About 200 years later, the Miraechous would arrive and would occupy the same land as the Thydrias.
Growing tension between the two groups would arise and would lead to the Thydrias-Miraechous War.
Thydrias-Miraechous War (-6188 - -6177):
A war between the Thydrias and the Miraechous would occur. The war would last for 11 years. Both sides faced many casualties. Conflicts over territory were the initial cause of the war, but eventually conflicts over religion would become the center of disagreement. While the Thydrias worshipped Aeterna, the Miraechous worshipped Virtius, the god of power.
In the end, the Thydrias would become victorious.
Post Thydrias-Miraechous War (-6177 - -3907):
The two groups would soon merge together and become the Holy Kingdom of Asharact. Ester Caereleum, a prominent war general for the Thydrias forces, would be crowned king of the absolute monarchy.
Followers of Virtius would decline in numbers, to the point where he’d be forgotten by future generations. However, there are still few scattered groups of Virtius followers to this day.
Asharactian Revolution (-3907 - -3899):
Society favored the Nobility and the Royal Family. Firstly, all roles in the government can only be attained by members of the Royal family or nobles. Secondly, commoners had to pay taxes, unlike the upper classes. Finally, the wages of the commoners weren't enough to suffice their needs, leading to the taxes not being paid and many living in poverty.
The revolution would officially begin in Imperial Year -3899 when a group of commoners stormed the house of a noble and killed everyone inside. This would lead to more uprisings throughout the nation. The entire Royal family would be killed as well as many nobles.
It’s rumored that there are some living descendants of the royal family.
Post Asharactian Revolution (-3899 - -0041):
the (former) Holy Kingdom of Asharact would split into numerous tribes scattered across the land and would go their separate ways (within land borders of course).
Eight major tribes emerged during this period; Tellirose (earth), Aquaine (water), Incedia (fire), Fulmin (lightning), Gelius (ice), Anima (wind), Letium (death), Luxis (life). These tribes would acknowledge each other’s existence and occasionally have minor disagreements, but for the most part, they got along and lived peacefully for centuries.
Octadic War (-0041 - 0000):
During the imperial year -0041, a disagreement between Aquaine and Incedia over territorial boundaries and imperialism would arise, and this would soon escalate into a war among the major tribes (thus the Octadic War). The Octadic War lasted for 41 years.
Elemental Era
The Elemental era is the current period of Asharact history mainly defined by the monarchy system and the inclusion of elemental abilities possessed by all leaders from this era. Instead of a bloodline of royalty, all leaders are specifically "chosen by the goddess" through an ancient ritual that has been practiced for centuries.
First generation/Start of the Elemental Era (-0002 - 0000):
During the Octadic war, a group of eight individuals from each faction was “blessed with elemental powers from the goddess”. Together, they came together to put a stop to the war.
With their leadership, they’d establish the eight nations and would become the first generation of Asharact leaders and start a new era known as “The Elemental Era”. Due their contributions to the end of the Octadic war and the start of the Elemental Era, they became some of the most prominent figures in Asharct history.
First Generation consists of Iannis Trusla, Thidias Howington, Malcolm Schneilde, Solomon Mondell, Nadiya Meija, Conard Aguirre, Rozalia Skovgaard, Agnes Thores
Fall of Lovat (2617):
During the reign of the 44th generation, the leader of Lovat, Elaine Herring would die from unknown circumstances at the age of 34. Her power couldn't be passed on in time since the body went missing soon after her death. This would cause the sudden fall of Lovat.
Along with the body going missing, her weapon, Kiaerith would also go missing. It is still missing to this day.
Years after her death, the remains of an adult woman would be found in Lovatian ruins. Many speculate this skeleton to be the body of the fallen Lovatian queen.
War of Ends (3367):
Silvanus Hyde, the King of Xeinteria declares war on Huranto, led by Sparrow Luhya, with the goal of demolishing the monarchy system and reuniting all nations. The other nations are not only forced to choose sides but also gradually join the fight.
Essentially the main plotline of the saga!
~~~~~
Basically what I said earlier but this is really all that I have rn. The history goes back like 10k+ years so I hope to add more. Maybe some little minor events in there and like one of 2 bigger ones. Maybe I could add something like the dancing plague in there.
When I have more free time, I'll dedicate a day to just oc lore.
bee bye again

5, 6, 7, 8
I love small combinatorial structures. Here I'd like to save a few, for my own future reference, I suppose.
The Hoffman-Singleton graph has several nice constructions. Depending on your point of view, it is a graph that is "5-ish", or "6-ish", or 7 or 8. What do I mean by that? Well, the 11-vertex cycle graph is undeniably the number 11. The 8 vertex cube graph probably most screams "2" or "4", but it could also be "6" if you count the 6 faces. Formally, these are small numbers that divide the order of the automorphism group of the graph. When you divide the order of the automorphism group of an object, there's probably an aesthetically pleasing construction of the object that makes that symmetry manifest. The Hoffman-Singleton graph has a staggering 252,000 automorphisms, or 32x9x125x7, so it many nice constructions that look nothing like one another.
This graph is a regular graph, with 50 vertices all of degree 7. That already says something: the number of vertices is divisible by 2 and 5, but the degree gives us 7. Let's go deeper.
That Wikipedia page mentions how it can be built from structures of size 5 (pentagons, pentagrams, and arithmetic mod 5). There's a more elegant description of the Z5 math here. That's the "5", and shows how to divide the 50 into 2x5x5, with many pentagons and pentagrams.
There's the "6", which is based on 1-factorizations of K6. This can be found a few different places, but the main idea is that if you want to build a degree-7 Moore graph, you can take one edge, remove it and its neighbors, and you'll be left with a 6x6 grid to connect in a certain way. This when completed should give you a Sylvester graph. How do you wire that 6x6 graph?
Take a K6 (6 points, all connected to each other). If you try to make a 1-factorization (a way of dividing the edges into 5 disjoint groups, in other words, a perfect 5-coloring), you'll see there's 6 ways. Label the 36 points in your 6x6 grid by (P,F), where P is a point and F is a 1-factorization. Connect (P1,F1) in to (P2,F2) iff P1 and P2 belong to the same 1-factor in both F1 and F2. It turns out this has many nice properties: for any given (P1,P2,F1), there's exactly one F2 that works, and likewise for fixing any other 3. In other words, each 1-factor occurs in exactly two 1-factorizations.
That's the "6". There's more on that here, and the relation to the Generalized Quadrangle here and here.
The Hoffman-Singleton graph can also be constructed from the Fano plane, a specific configuration of 7 points also knowns as "PG(2,2)" or "that horcrux thingy". More specifically, these 7 points get assembled in different ways into PG(3,2). That is also explained on the Wikipedia page on the Hoffman-Singleton graph, and the 7 points of the Fano plane give the degree 7 of the graph. That's the "7".
Now we return one more time to the Sylvester graph. As explained here again, the Sylvester graph arises from the Ternary Golay Code, a specific set of linear equations that can be used to encode 6 ternary symbols into 11 symbols with optimal redundancy. It turns out that the ternary Golay code and the Binary Golay Code, which lets you encode 12 bits in 24, are essentially the only two nontrivial optimal encodings in this form. Where do these two codes come from?
From a miracle! The "Miracle Octad Generator" lets you describe the binary Golay code using octads of 8 elements, and in turn gives rise to beautiful things such as the Leech Lattice. But there's also the ''MiniMOG'', which really should be the "MHG", because it uses hexads instead of octads. You can read about the minimog here or this Google cache. This poster is actually just fantastic. I guess this is really a six then, not an eight, but the MOG (the "8" in this blog post) is great and should be appreciated. My understanding is that there are more connections between the MiniMOG and MOG; for instance, they give constructions of the very special Mathieu groups M11 and M12, or M23 and M24, respectively; and M11 and M12 (from MiniMOG) can be found in M23 and M24 (from MOG). So there are surely some nice ways to see the MOG on 8 elements giving M23, and then M11, and then the ternary Golay code, and then the Sylvester graph, and then the Hoffman-Singleton graph.

The Official Suth Stats Post (December 2022)
This (and its Masks counterpart) was originally meant to be posted back in October (the drafts were practically fully-written and everything), but all things considered, isn’t the actual end of the year a more appropriate time to share it? I’m currently hoping to also make it an annual thing (fingers crossed).
(Cut for length.)
Abbreviations used:
1L: first lineage
2L: second lineage
3L: third lineage
RL: Ruling Lord
UL: undecided lineage
NOTES
Any apparently absent groups were likely excluded because of a sample size too small to get a good idea of data distribution (for instance, the wives of non-RLs in the birth and death months sections).
Marumaga children are included where applicable — it is of course likely most if not all of these lords would have many marumaga children starting at a young age, but this is a stats post, and not really the place to make any guesses. So the only marumaga children who are included are those whose parentage is canonically known (like Crail, Grane, etc.) or are specified as children of a particular lord in fanon (like Harrow).
Regarding the “age at birth of first child” section, marumaga children specified as the children of a certain lord but who lack a set age themselves will be disregarded, since it’s unclear whether they’d be older than the lord’s Chosen child(ren) or not, and the lord’s age at their birth cannot be calculated in any case.
In addition, a marumaga child of a certain lord will be counted as a surviving child of theirs if they lived at least to the approximate age at which they would have gotten their House tattoos.
When it comes to total/surviving children, only characters who were ever in a position where having children was a possibility in the first place (i.e. characters who lived to/past majority and who had at least one match during their lives; possible and not extant marumaga children are disregarded in the lords’ case, to avoid skewing the data with the inclusion of many characters with zero children) are included.
Similarly to what is stated below in relation to lifespans, to avoid overly skewed data, any underage children who were still alive by the time Chosen society would have ended are counted among the number of their parents’ surviving children (with the assumption that they would have indeed lived past majority under normal circumstances being made).
Regarding wives, I decided to count non-Suth children from earlier/later matches among the totals, and to consider their ages at the birth of their first child as those relating to their actual firstborn, and not first Suth child. Maybe it skews the data somewhat, but I feel the wives are on more equal footing with their husbands this way (and there aren’t many situations like this, in any case).
Since there are no concrete dates for RL elections specified, the ages at which any RLs were elected or the length of time for which they ruled are approximations by necessity.
Lifespans which are approximately but not accurately known, for example, when the character has a definite day, month and year of birth, but the day/month of death (but not the year) is unspecified, will still be included in the data (since the approximate values can be used). Characters in this situation will also be listed as the shortest-/longest-lived of a particular group if they were clearly such, even if the exact full lifespan remains unknown.
However, characters with unknown/not fully certain months of death will be disregarded for the “death month” section.
On a similar note, any deaths that happened as a direct consequence of the end of Chosen society will be disregarded — I feel that including them skews the data too much in several ways. Anyone who died before that and due to different causes, though, is included (unless, of course, they fall into the incomplete data situations mentioned above).
Also, intercalated new octad days are not going to be counted when it comes to total lifespans of characters (I’m sorry, but I just don’t want to have the extra trouble of working it all out, and the changes would likely not be very significant anyway).

First post, which is neat. Anyways, Warhammer 40k theory time. I'm writing this with all info from memory and watching something, so sorry for any inaccuracy. All my info comes from the fandom wiki and lexicanum.
So, the First Battle of Paramar V was fairly important. Paramar V itself was a storage depot/resupply point of sorts, managed and I think "owned" by the Mechanicum, and was located on the edge of the Sol System. Horus knew he had to take it, but it was heavily defended so he sent the Alpha male legion to deal with it. They did their usual sleeper agent stuff as well as gaslighting, gatekeeping, girlbossing their way inside some orbital defences above paramar 3 or 4 by saying they were the Dark Angels or Imperial fists, don't remember.
Anyways, they had to prematurely start blasting Razormind because a fleet of Iron Warriors (77th grand battalion) led by Kyr Vhalen showed up. However, it turned out they were loyalist since they had been out in buttfuck nowhere and hadn't talked to the larger force of Peter Taxpayers kids in a while. The Alpha Legion did an oopsy daisy and shot at them, causing them to side with the mechanicum forces when the Battle of Paramar V started.
Skipping past the "Cowabunga it is" that was the first battle of Paramar V, the Ironic warriors, mechanicum, and Legio Gryphonicus (War Griffons) were pushed back to some hold, and eventually the Omega legion, Dark mechanicum, and legio mortis took said hold, but not before Kyr Vhalen, the Mechanicum leader, and the surviving 77th and War Griffons dipped. The 77th and Kyr Vhalen were not heard from again though, as far as I know.
It is my theory (and headcannon, cause I write for funsies) that the Knights of Gryphonne are descendants of this group of Iron Warriors, the 77th. My reasoning, which should be taken with a grain of salt due to the amount of assumptions, is as follows:
The 77th very well could have fought hard enough to gain both the respect of the Mechanicum defenders, as well as the War Griffons. A deal could have been struck between them and the 77th for the iron warriors to go to the Gryphonne Octad to defend it should they need to, or some other arrangement in which the 77th went to the Gryphonne octad or one of the War Griffons various holdings etc.
Providing the above, you may be wondering why Gryphonne IV or the Gryphonne Octad would allow this to happen, which would be that the War Griffons, being a titan legion, and a decorated one at that, have a lot of sway, being considered to be avatars of the omnissiah if not minor gods unto themselves.
The knights of gryphonne have effectively no info on them, only that they're fleet based now because they lost their former homeworld and they're in/near the reductus sector of the segmentum tempestus (they're also on a map i found, which is peculiar, think it was on the lexicanum). This means that very well anything could be their backstory, including them intentionally being obscure to not attract attention to them.
Mechanicus peeps are sneaky and untrustworthy as hell, they very well could be intentionally harboring their geneseed and replacing it with someone elses, etc.
It's cool idk
I am fully aware that there is no concrete proof, and that they almost certainly are not descended from the 77th, but it is an interesting prospect to me nonetheless. I hope this was somewhat interesting to you as well, and I'd like to hear other theories you may have.
