I’ve always told people to warm up, stretch, and cool down properly, but never practiced it myself. It took a major injury to make me realize that I’m not invincible, and I do need to take care of my body, to make it last. I’m grateful for people like @ocfightdocs @terriholte28 and @budomatt for showing me the proper techniques to get me back to 💯 (at Arizona)
