I did a meditation tonight, to meet one of my Dolphin guides. It felt so good to be swimming as a Mermaid underwater, in the deep dark sea. Connecting with my soulself. Feeling so free. Dolphins often help me in my healing sessions for clients. They are amazing and powerful. They help to cleanse our auras and bring joy back into our hearts. I am grateful to have them in my life. What is Ocean Reiki? 🌊It is just like a regular Reiki session, in which I call in the Universal Life Force energy to flow to you. Reiki helps promote atress reduction, relaxation, and boosts our immune systems. And does so much more! 🌊With Ocean Reiki, I also tap into the energy of the water, usually the ocean. This helps to bring in a deeper cleansing and balance. Different elemental energies may come forth as well. I will also use tools like a chime or Palo Santo to cleanse our places. Remember time and space are all constructs. We can connect easily through thought and intention, even over distance. 🌊 Sometimes you may feel warmth, cooling, or see inages in a session. For 30 minutes you relax in the comfort of your own space, as I send Reiki your way. 🌊 After a session I will email you any messages that may have come through. Or anything else I picked up during your session. Sometimes crystal recommendations too! 🌊 Since I am a double Water sign, I found I work best with this element.
