2.,3.,5. and 14. for the roots game! any ans ocs but I would love to hear more about Xyvie :3
I'M SORRY THESE TOOK SO LONG i wanted to give as much detail as possible for all four of my AnS OCs and I hope you enjoy the Xyvie ones!
2. What was your OC's first job? Do they still work that job (or in that field), or do they do something else now?
Xyvie: she was too sick to work until she absolutely had to once her parents died, and they were no longer able to support her. She made and delivered cooked meals to the elderly, sick, or disabled residents of her small town. After moving to the royal palace in Tanbarun, she doesn't "work" so much as study (she wasn't able to go to school past what we'd consider late junior high) and she helps out the chefs once in a while!
Féanne: she wasn't allowed to work until she left home at the age of 24...she studied for two years and during that time in college worked as a scribe for extra money. Today she is Lata's trusty and beloved research assistant in the mineralogy department!
Feiran: he has been told all his life he needs to be a knight, and just sort of passively accepted it as his fate. Post-Féanne-fic, he goes to college and studies botany, and works with Yuzuri as her assistant in Lyrias.
Aleyan: a knight, like he was expected to be, then Vice Commander and finally Knight Commander of his knights circle. But,Feiran has been trying to get him to take charge of his life and decide what he truly wants to be.
3. How did your OC feel the first time they left home? Why did they leave?
Xyvie: afraid and overwhelmed mostly. She'd never been out of her village before except for shopping trips with her family. The circumstances of her leaving (going to the prince of her country to help solve her parents' murders) didn’t help matters either. She wasn’t used to such expensive, vast furnishings...
Féanne: elated and free. She left to pursue a higher education and make a career, rather than get married and help with the family business. She is very independent in that regard.
Feiran: he left for college both nervous but cautiously optimistic. He has a hard time settling in and thinking on his own without Féanne or Aleyan telling him what to do or believe; he doesn't settle in at Lyrias right away, as he is unused to seeing Féanne so independent and social. He ends up feeling a bit neglected and it takes some time for him to break out of his comfort zone and make his own acquaintances.
Aleyan: has never left home; as it stands, he will marry and live out the rest of his days in the family mansion - unless...
5. What did your OC think their life would be like when they grew up? Has it lived up to that expectation?
Xyvie: she had hope for a brighter future, and that the treatments and medical procedures her parents fought to pay for would grant her a new lease on life so she could work, go out, etc. Her parents' deaths and her failing health betrayed that hope. But she certainly never expected to marry the crown prince and move to the capital of Tanbarun...though once the shock of it all wore off, she's been settling in nicely.
Féanne: she dreaded her adult life, knowing she'd be destined to wed and stay put at her family's estate. Creating her own path, through studying and moving to Lyrias, has been her dream come true. And, meeting Lata (ie someone who loved and understood her for who she was) was an unexpected bonus to that.
Feiran: he looked forward to becoming a knight, until he realized it was not for him. But when he realized that, there was no going back, according to his father and elder brother - so he bowed his head and went along with it. But his sister encouraging him to leave gave him the motivation to try and forge his own journey towards happiness in Lyrias too. And though that move wasn't easy it did end up giving him the strength and independence he needed to succeed in his goals.
Aleyan: his life has played out exactly like how his family laid out for him...and though he'll never admit it, he wishes it hadn't. He’s never let himself think about what he actually wants vs. what others have told him he should want.
14. Who was your OC's first love? How do they remember that person now?
Note: where all of my OCs are aspec I am interpreting this question for both familial/platonic love.
Xyvie: she was very much a "daddy’s girl" as a young child so he’s likely who she’d consider her “first love”. Though as she got older they saw less of one another (he would work at the port town for weeks on end because travel was difficult), he continued to think of her often - he advocated for her strongly and vocally when she was unwell, and always brought her back treats and surprises from town when he returned home. She misses him dearly today and remembers, in fleeting and haunting images, how he tried to protect her when they were ambushed in the woods that night.
Féanne: her twin brother. He was the only person she could trust and rely on as a child; they were together since before they were born, so it only made sense. He remains her number-one person today.
Feiran: likewise, his twin sister Féanne…he is quite shy and reserved, and not overly demonstrative about it, but he cares for her more than anyone, enough that he chooses to shove aside his feelings of resentment and envy when she works up the courage to leave home for the first time.
Aleyan: he will tell you he loves his family above all else - that he wants nothing but the best for them. For Aleyan, the “best” is more materialistic - high status, great wealth, unlimited power. The way he shows it, however, is not really what one would consider love, and he feels mostly spite and resentment towards his twin siblings now…but that is mostly jealousy that they had the determination to stand up to their father and leave, and he did not.
15. What was comforting to your OC as a child? Do they still find comfort in that now?
Xyvie: she had a blanket her mother sewed for her as a baby that she slept with for quite a while. When she got older, the scraps of it became one of her favourite ponchos...so it continues to bring her comfort whenever she wears it.
Féanne: she'd stay up late at night, when her parents though she was asleep, with an oil lamp reading the books she'd secretly borrow from the kind elderly owner of a bookshop in town. She still loves to read, and doesn't have to hide away to do so anymore.
Feiran: counting his rock collection with his sister while hiding under his bed. Sometimes they'd play with them, building fortresses or sorting them by size, colour, etc. He gave his collection to Féanne when she moved out, but he takes comfort knowing she's putting it to good use in her studies.
Aleyan: cleaning his sword and doing reps. It made him feel special and important.
16. What does your OC's childhood bedroom look like?
Xyvie: she didn’t have one. Her family was poor and they shared the main living area as a “bedroom”, with an oversized futon that they’d roll up during the day or to receive guests. Xyvie got her own, smaller futon as an adult.
Féanne: what you’d expect in a high-end noble’s room: sheer curtains, queen-sized bed with a canopy and terribly-expensive linen and pillows, and a hand-carved desk to practice penmanship, with a few shelves for oil lamps and the occasional decorative plant or doll. The walls were otherwise painted a deep burgundy and had some oil portraits of herself and family on the walls. There was a dressing table with hair/skin products that she very rarely ever used (only when there were occasions she was forced to attend), and a walk-in closet with various fancy dresses that she also typically scorned. There was a small area with a canvas partition for bathing and changing. To her, it was very plain with no true personalization, and she hated it.
Feiran: very much like Féanne’s, except the walls were green, there was no dressing table (there was, however, a mirror and a few odds and ends), and there were hooks on the wall where he would rest his training sword. He also had a walk-in closet, with tunics and party attire. He was also permitted a shelf to display his rock collection, since it was considered an acceptable hobby for a young boy.
Aleyan: almost the same as Feiran’s, minus the rock collection. He also had a more varied assortment of training swords and shields, and a couple “real” metal ones, with some basic armour for training too. He also had a sewing kit on one of his shelves that one of the domestic workers (one of the ones who took a liking to Aleyan) let him borrow and showed him how to use thread and needle to hem one of his torn cloaks…and that eventually grew into his passion for sewing his own.
20. What were the most idyllic years of your OC's childhood? Does your OC miss those days?
Xyvie: riding in a coach with her parents and going into town to look at the marketplace down by the water. There was a baker’s stand she loved there, and her parents would set aside some money to buy her a lemon tart as it was her favourite. She misses those days greatly; she misses her parents and wishes she could spend that sort of day with them one more time.
Féanne: rolling around in the dirt with her twin brother, looking for rocks, bugs, cool sticks, etc. and overall ignoring her nannies’ demands that she keep her dresses neat and tidy. She especially loved seeing Feiran’s face light up when she was the one who found something particularly exciting. She misses that sort of innocence greatly, but she does not miss the sense of powerlessness she had when being scolded by adults for acting in “unladylike” ways.
Feiran: believing that he was going to be a strong, important knight like his brother and father, and that he'd earn their favour. He preferred spending time with Féanne growing up, but sometimes he liked to swing a stick or something around and pretend to be a warrior (like many children). He initially refused to start training until he was almost 13 (because he preferred to be with Féanne and she was not permitted to train as a knight) but he quickly realized he was not cut out for it…and by then he had been essentially threatened into continuing to train by his father and Aleyan, and it was too late. He prefers not to remember those days.
Aleyan: he was an only child until he was about five…and his parents took somewhat more interest in him then, taking him out to the knights training grounds to watch or for walks out on their family vineyard. But it was mostly nannies or domestic workers who looked after him; usually they'd bring him around the mansion to explore (as kids enjoy), and they'd let him help them sew, dust, bake, etc. Aleyan was much more curious and easygoing as a kid, and well-doted on as the firstborn son and only child. If he were to let himself reminisce on those days, he'd probably yearn for them quite strongly.

💭🎻🩹🎶💯🌈🤍🎂 for ALL your AnS OCs! Also don't be shy to throw in your new genshin OCs if you want 👀
Girlie I'm gonna try not to write a novel and I'm sorry these took forever!! A nice intro to my Genshin OCs though...
💭 THOUGHT BALLOON — what is your oc's MBTI, enneagram, and/or other personality aspects (if known/interested in)?
I don't really do the personality tests but I will list 3 of their main character traits!
AnS OCs:
Féanne: headstrong, independent, freethinker
Feiran: quiet, meek, placid
Aleyan: people-pleaser, loyal, angry
Xyvie: shy, gentle, creative
Genshin Impact OCs:
Ellzara: Melancholy, pessimistic, curious
Almira: extroverted, athletic, outspoken
🎻 VIOLIN — does your oc play any instruments? what is their skill level (beginner/intermediate/advanced/virtuoso/etc)?
AnS OCs:
Féanne, Feiran and Aleyan never learned to play instruments because they were not given the time to do so; Feiran and Aleyan had other knightly duties to attend to, and Féanne was not particularly interested anyway. Féanne considers herself too awkward with her hands to play an instrument regardless! Xyvie never learned either, but she'd probably become interested after seeing Raji play...so maybe he'd show her some beginner pieces, etc.
Genshin Impact OCs:
Ellzara and Almira learned to play piano - Ellzara used her right hand, Almira used her left - but they stopped as adolescents because Ellzara was no longer interested, and nothing her sister could say would change her mind. They got up to a decent level, maybe intermediate.
🩹 ADHESIVE BANDAGE — does your oc have any physical and/or mental disabilities?
All my OCs are written as Autistic (because I am and cannot imagine how to not write them as such). But most if not all of them have other mental and physical health conditions, the majority of which are based on my own.
AnS OCs:
Féanne: she has Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder controlled with remedies from the Lyrias pharmacy. She also takes the last week of her cycle off from work to rest at home.
Feiran: would probably meet the criteria for post-traumatic stress from his upbringing/treatment from his brother and father. For him it comes out in fawning/freezing and learned helplessness. He also has nightmares and occasionally sleepwalks and has since he was a child. After leaving home and choosing his own path, Feiran would probably try to tackle some of that trauma and dismantle it...
Aleyan: also has some serious post-traumatic stress disorder from his upbringing that manifests in being overly offensive (the whole "hurt them before they hurt you" mindset). He tries very hard to shove all of his fears and nightmares aside and believes in the fallacy that "strong men don't cry", so he likely won't be tackling his inner demons anytime soon.
Xyvie: has social anxiety disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. Physically, she had an appendectomy as a teenager as well as a breast reduction to help her back pain. She broke her coccyx as a child falling out of a tree and she has permanent nerve and muscle damage as a result and chronic pain along the length of her spine. She also has a heart defect called a myxomatous mitral valve, and the surgery to repair it failed, so she has heart palpitations and gets out of breath easily and is known to have fainting spells. Probably my most ill OC.
Genshin Impact OCs:
Ellzara and Almira are conjoined twins, specifically thoraco-omphalo-ischiopagus tetrabrachius dipus twins. They share a pericardium (lining around the hearts) and most of their circulatory, reproductive (3 ovaries), digestive (conjoined livers), and excretory (3 kidneys) systems along with a pelvis and a pair of legs (each twin controls the leg on their side of the body). They have separate spines, lungs, stomachs, arms, and nervous systems. I am careful labelling them as disabled because many conjoined twins don't consider themselves as such...so with that in mind and given the circumstances of their birth and life, I'll say while neither sees themselves as physically disabled, Ellzara sees herself being conjoined as a disadvantage; she was seen as the incarnation of a god by many locals and lost out on a more typical life for a young woman as a result. She also fears she is a burden to her sister, who is stronger and the more physically agile (and also has a Vision) of the two.
🎶 MUSICAL NOTES — what type of music does your oc like? do they listen to music very often?
AnS OCs: Listen to music whenever it happens to be around. They rarely seek out an opportunity to do so (except for Xyvie with Raji!).
Féanne: likes the ballroom dancing music that can typically be heard at soirees - it's the only thing she really liked about those events.
Feiran: same as his sister.
Aleyan: he'd probably be a big fan of the 1812 Overture.
Xyvie: anything slow and gentle. She really likes listening to Raji play of course...
Genshin Impact OCs:
Ellzara: likes what we'd consider folk music, the faster paced the better. She will drag Almira downtown to listen to it if it's playing in a tavern; it's the only time she'll tolerate a crowd.
Almira: not a particular fan of music, other than what's traditional for Inazuma. She wants to return there to hear it again...
💯 HUNDRED POINTS SYMBOL — share three random facts about your oc that others may not know.
AnS OCs:
Féanne: she can't cook to save her life, she likes to collect fun little trinkets or figures from gift shops, and as creative as her mind is her dexterity with crafts or handwriting is atrocious.
Feiran: he can't read more than one book at a time, he's scared of the dark, and he's clumsy and injury prone even outside of knighthood.
Aleyan: his fondest memories are of sparring with his father as a child, he wishes he had more spare time to crochet, and the thought of getting married makes him gag.
Xyvie:
Genshin Impact OCs:
Ellzara: she will try anything - food, drink, activity - at least once, she views her sister as both her best friend and her greatest obstacle, and she has terrible insomnia.
Almira: she loves shopping at bustling markets, she can't think of anything that genuinely scares her, and she gets homesick easily.
🌈 RAINBOW — what is your oc's sexual orientation/gender identity? what pronouns do they use?
All my OCs are asexual, because that's how I myself am, but they have different romantic orientations and gender identities!
AnS OCs:
Féanne: nonbinary greyromantic adult who uses she/they pronouns. Sex-positive.
Feiran: cis aromantic man who uses he/him pronouns. Sex-repulsed.
Aleyan: cis aromantic man who uses he/him pronouns. Sex-repulsed.
Xyvie: cis demiromantic woman who uses she/her pronouns. Sex-neutral.
Genshin Impact OCs:
Ellzara: cis demiromantic woman who uses she/her pronouns. Sex-positive.
Almira: nonbinary heteroromantic adult who uses she/they pronouns. Sex-neutral.
🤍 WHITE HEART — what are three of your oc's neutral/questionable traits?
AnS OCs:
Féanne: dry sense of humour, always brutally honest, will defend those she loves till her knuckles bleed.
Feiran: tries to avoid conflict at all costs, rarely wears his heart on his sleeve, will almost never make decisions by himself.
Aleyan: quick to anger, tries to impress others, numbs his emotions with sweets and alcohol.
Xyvie: slow to warm up to others, stuck in her habits of living, hides her troubles so not to bother others.
Genshin Impact OCs:
Ellzara: overlooks potential roadblocks in a plan, tends to see faults in objectively neutral things, cusses more than is probably necessary.
Almira: trigger happy when it's not needed, keeps herself too busy, charges into danger without thinking.
🎂 BIRTHDAY CAKE — when is your oc's birthday? how old are they? what are their sun, moon, & rising signs (if known)? what about their tarot card, ruling planet, & ruling number (if known)? do they fit the typical traits of these sun, moon, & rising signs?
I don't follow astrology or anything of that sort but I'll do their birthdays!
AnS OCs:
Féanne: March 18th, 26 years old
Feiran: March 19th, 26 years old
Aleyan: December 24th, 31 years old
Xyvie: August 6th, 23 years old
Genshin Impact OCs:
Ellzara and Almira: February 26th, 22 years old

okay your turn! Give us songs that remind you of Lata/Feanne!!
This one was difficult not because of the response but because I now have to expose my music taste to the world...
Dollhouse - Melanie Martinez
Places, places Get in your places Throw on your dress and put on your doll faces Everyone thinks that we're perfect Please don't let them look through the curtains Picture, picture, smile for the picture Pose with your brother, won't you be a good sister? Everyone thinks that we're perfect Please don't let them look through the curtains
One for Féanne alone (and the one her Toyhouse page links to). Honestly pretty self-explanatory...the Aurevilles want to give the impression to others within the nobility that they're perfect (when they absolutely are not) - and Féanne was the only one out of her siblings who rebelled against it as she grew older.
Beautiful People - Ed Sheeran
We don't fit in well We are just ourselves I could use some help Getting out of this conversation, yeah You look stunning, dear So don't ask that question here This is my only fear, that we become beautiful people
This was one of the first songs that I heard that reminded me of Féanne and Lata together, but especially this verse! In a more modern AU, the line "I'm not fazed by all them lights/And flashin' cameras/ 'Cause with my arms around you/There's no need to care" would probably fit them too. They're just two eccentric people who don't fit in with what is expected of their noble status.
Heartbeat - Carrie Underwood
And we can't see those city lights and I love the way you look in a firefly glow Saying everything without making a sound, A cricket choir in the background, underneath a harvest moon Standing on your shoes in my bare feet, dancing to the rhythm of your heartbeat
Another Féanne + Lata one! This actually partially inspired their original fic, or at least the scene where they share their first proper dance (especially the harvest moon mention for her family's Harvest Banquet). It was also the first time Féanne started to feel herself falling for Lata...
Stolen - Dashboard Confessional
We watched the season pull up its own stakes And catch the last weekend of the last week. Before the gold and the glamour have been replaced Another sun-soaked season fades away. You have stolen my heart.
For Féanne and Lata, through Lata's POV, when they share their first dance at the Harvest Banquet, though in contrast to her by this point he knows quite well how he feels about her.
True Love - P!nk
Sometimes I hate every single stupid word you say Sometimes I wanna slap you in your whole face There's no one quite like you, you push all my buttons down I know life would suck without you At the same time, I wanna hug you I wanna wrap my hands around your neck You're an asshole but I love you And you make me so mad, I ask myself Why I'm still here, or where could I go You're the only love I've ever known But I hate you, I really hate you So much I think it must be True love
Had to end this list on a silly note...obviously this is from Féanne to Lata, in good fun, or at least when they first meet and have to work together while figuring out both each others' mannerisms and quirks AND their growing feelings for one another!

would it be possible to get all the questions for the get to know your characters ask game? 👀 haha jk...unless?? if u don't feel like it please do 1, 2, 3, 11, 13, 16 for...any character/oc you want!! ✨ (subliminal messaging for Feanne)
There is no "jk" here we die like Atri
All answers for Féanne under the cut!
1. What good/bad traits do they bring out in others? Good: she is quick to motivate and encourage others to "just go for it", when it comes to people trying new things, following their dreams, etc. Bad: in the same vein, she will walk head first into trouble to achieve her goals, and wouldn't really think twice about encouraging anyone to do the same, even if it caused them problems...for Féanne, it's usually worth it, and she doesn't always "get" that it isn't always for everyone.
2. What views do they have that differ from/contradict those of the other characters? Compared to her family, she is fiercely stubborn and independent. She believes gender and status should not dictate what someone does or how, or how it should affect their destiny. She is also much more scholarly-minded than those in her family's social circle, and believes much more in science than "fate" or the power of money/title.
3. What would be their reason for causing a scene in public? Anyone insulting her loved ones. She loses all reason whenever someone dares speak ill of her friends or twin brother Feiran.
4. What qualities do they look for or value in a partner/friend? Much the same for a partner and a friend: someone who mirrors her passions, hobbies, and interests; someone she can laugh with; and someone who respects her for who she is, and not her family name or title. For a partner, though, Féanne especially values someone who respects her space and independence, as well as someone who supports her goals no matter how unorthodox they may seem. Looks don't enter into it; someone becomes attractive to her based on their behaviour. Someone she can cuddle with on cold mornings is also important!
5. What do they consider red flags in a partner/friend? Someone who talks poorly about someone behind their back, and someone whose words never match their actions. She is typically a decent judge of character, though...so she rarely entertains those types of people.
6. What is something you should never do to them? Tell her to act more ladylike.
7. What is their most important or enforced boundary? Féanne will always do what is best for herself, and nobody else - not even Feiran, though she has a great deal of guilt about it. She has endured so much trauma from being tied down, being ordered around by her family as they tried to mould her into an ideal noblewoman, that she will very rarely oblige to a request that would make someone happy at her expense. She is the very opposite of a people pleaser.
8. What would break them? Any harm befalling Feiran, especially if it was in battle knowing he did not want to be a knight. Anything happening to Lata is an obvious close second.
9. What would push them to physical altercation or violence during an argument? She has resorted to violence - as a child she had gotten into physical fights with her elder brother Aleyan for mocking Feiran, but she eventually gave up because he would simply take out his rage on her twin instead. As an adult, she's punched another minerologist when they were insulting Lata...and she would do it again, no matter how many times he'd tell her not to.
10. How do they act in their worst moments? Féanne can be very bitey when she is overwhelmed or hurt; she can hit where it hurts most with her words when she is angry, although she almost always regrets it when she calms down.
11. What embarrasses them the most? Her family's behaviour. She knows how much nobles gossip, and how fast word spreads, so she has no doubts people speak about her father's affairs and her brother's tyranny. She doesn't care much what anyone thinks of her...but she isn't proud of it either.
12. What joke would amuse them? Féanne typically prefers dry/sarcastic humour or just simply annoying someone for its own sake. For instance, she'd find it funny to hide under Lata’s desk and pop out from underneath when he went to sit down...
13. What does it take to gain their trust? Time and consistency. She isn't so pessimistic as to trust no one, but she is careful giving out her background/title etc..
14. In what scenario would they feel most comfortable? In her favourite restaurant, with Feiran, Lata, and their friends, enjoying a bowl of noodles.
15. In what scenario would they feel most uncomfortable? At any noble soiree, particularly if she has to wear a gaudy dress.
16. How do they take criticism? Depends on what! She is okay with constructive criticism on her professional work, because she really loves to learn and improve. If it's about her mannerisms and etiquette...she will probably just keep doing it how she's doing it, only ten times worse.
17. What part of their past are they most ashamed of? Abandoning Feiran back at their home in Elsignia. She knows, intellectually, that she couldn’t stay just because he wasn't brave enough to leave, and he's long since forgiven her and moved on...but it doesn't make her feel any better about it.
18. What part of their past are they most proud of? Getting out of her hometown, getting her college diploma, and getting her first real job in Lyrias.
19. What do they believe is the worst fate one can befall? Living a life someone else has chosen for you.
20. How do they view death? With a sense of peaceful acceptance; her greatest wish is to accomplish her goals in her lifetime, and pass away peacefully of old age with her loved ones at her side. Nothing overly remarkable; she isn't sure about an afterlife, so she wants to make the most of the life she is guaranteed.

Meef! Give us some fun facts about your OCs! Something that's not so apparent or known about them maybe? Any OCs of your choosing :3
I'll stick to the AnS ones or I'll be here forever hehe ~
Xyvie has to garden to put food on the table, but she is actually terrible at it. Her parents were naturals and anything they haphzardly tossed into the soil seemed to grow; meanwhile Xyvie never quite got the hang of it. She’s relied on her parents' meticulous notes (which they kept every season) since they died, but she has still never gotten into the swing of things.
Féanne hates having her hair styled or brushed by another person. Her hair is thick and tangles easily and as a child it was probably the number one reason she would have a meltdown. She has to do it herself and in a certain way in order for it not to be painful, and she really just prefers to keep it short and easy to handle without styling at all.
Feiran did not speak aloud to another person until the age of six and a half...except to his twin sister Féanne. He would speak through her if he absolutely needed to talk to someone else. His parents tried to punish him and force him to speak (by withholding food if he couldn't ask for it at the table, for instance), but Féanne would always find a workaround (in this case she was clever and could sneak him food later) and in time Feiran just spoke when he felt ready to.
Aleyan is actually quite obsessive about his appearance + cleanliness, and how he presents himself (when he isn't drunk, that is). He probably bathes twice a day (before and after training) and is very meticulous with keeping his nails trimmed/cleaned for instance, and he will rarely if ever wear the same clothes twice if it hasn't been washed in between uses. He probably owns a lot of expensive soap, shampoo and cologne as well.

hi~ question about your ans ocs! have xyvie and féanne met? or if they ever did, do you think they would get along?
Ahhhh this is actually such a good q and one I hadn't thought of till now!!
So "in universe" (i.e., in Féanne and Xyvie’s respective stories as they are now on AO3), I hadn't considered them meeting. They both live and grew up in different countries in very different backgrounds so there was really no way for them to meet!
That being said, there definitely could be an opportunity for them to meet! They both have a mutual friend in Shirayuki (Xyvie has known her longer). Féanne’s story takes place before Xyvie’s does; Féanne’s happens during the Phostyrias arc, Xyvie’s happens post-canon once Zen and Shirayuki are married. So, I can see Shirayuki inviting both Féanne and Xyvie (and obviously Lata and Raji, since they're friends of Shirayuki too) to some sort of Clarinesian royal event and them meeting that way!
As for whether they'd get along - I think Féanne would like Xyvie more than vice versa. Féanne makes friends quickly and easily and is kind to pretty much anyone who shows her kindness, while being fiercely loyal to those she cares about (I mean, she punches another mineralogist in the face for talking poorly of Lata, so...). Xyvie is harder to get through to, much in part from her shyness, and usually lets others "adopt" her into their friend circle. But Xyvie would also remind Féanne of her twin brother Feiran (very reserved, soft spoken, timid), and I think Féanne would be drawn to Xyvie because of that. They'd probably bond over food (Xyvie likes to cook, Féanne likes to eat!) and books they've both enjoyed since they both love reading.
Anyway, sorry for the essay, but I really loved this question so thank you!!

🍓🎈 🌹 🍷 for any of your AnS ocs! Throw in Frieren ones too! ^^
I'll do em all hehehe ~
🍓 (strawberry) - Does your oc believe in anything? Are they superstitious? Religious? Atheistic? Has anything in their past made them this way?
Xyvie: she believes in fate, to some degree. But she doesn't like the saying that everything happens for a reason, because she feels that is essentially saying her parents died for a reason besides the fact there are just some evil people out there.
Aureville siblings: I will answer this collectively because it's pretty much the same answer: they were not brought up religious/spiritual, and none of them really believe in anything today. Féanne might believe in fate a little more than her brothers, but nothing more than that.
-
Edel: she learned about religion, the goddess, and "Heaven" from reading human texts, and thought it was interesting; she practiced praying and worship out of curiosity, but gradually it grew on her, and she now considers herself a believer. She just doesn't consider herself worthy of forgiveness or entry into Heaven once she is gone from this earth.
🎈 (balloon) - What does your character do at parties? Are they a wallflower or a party animal? Do they go with friends or alone?
Xyvie: very shy, will avoid parties if she can help it. She would go with someone she knows, preferably someone who can pick up her social slack. If anything she'd want to help cook/prepare for the party vs be in it.
Aleyan: drinks, helps himself to the cookies, and tries to get single men to dance with his sister. He makes his presence known, like it or not; he has a complex, feels that he needs to be important to matter, and it comes out at any social gathering.
Féanne: hides as much as possible and ignores everybody. Tries especially to avoid Aleyan. As a child she'd just hide under the tables, but as an adult she'd still probably be tempted...
Feiran: he's not a fan of parties/events, but he'll usually have luck finding someone his age to chat with and have a decent enough time. He won't be excited about a party, but won't make a fuss if he has to go.
-
Edel: has never been to a "party" except the occasional gathering of demons where most of them ignored her entirely. She has heard Graf Granat throws nice banquets, however...
🌹 (rose) - What does your oc find attractive in other people? Are these traits found in their friends and/or romantic partners? Are they found in themselves?
Xyvie: someone creative, kind, and who doesn't try to change who she is. She tries to stick with likeminded people: those who would give you the shirt off their backs, who help others and who are true to their roots and values. Those traits above all are most important to her.
Aleyan: if he'd ever let himself open up enough to be vulnerable with another person...he'd probably value someone who challenged him, both in combat and intellectually yes but also emotionally. Most of his anger towards his siblings is rooted in envy and insecurity; they got out, and he feels too far gone to do the same...so deep down Aleyan would probably appreciate someone who helped him get more in touch with that part of himself. He is both sex- and romance-repulsed, so this would have to come in the form of a QPR or very close friend...
Féanne: she rarely feels attraction towards anyone, and sort of assumed nobody would love her in return because her family ingrained it into her head that she was too stubborn, too educated, too reclusive, and too lost in her thoughts...so, of course, she fell in love with someone exactly like that. Féanne especially needs someone who respects her independence and space, since those are the two things she fought the most for. Looks however don't really matter to her; someone becomes attractive to her based on their behaviour.
Feiran: he isn't necessarily opposed to romance, but it is far down on his list of priorities. If he were to venture into that realm, he would probably seek out someone to complement him without changing him. He is very shy and reserved, and rightly or wrongly would want someone who can speak and act for the both of them without putting words in his mouth. He would want someone who gives him the courage to be himself while not retraumatizing him by pushing as hard as Aleyan did.
-
Edel: has never experienced friendship, let alone romance, and has no real idea what she'd want in either type of relationship...she supposes she'd start out with someone who accepts her for who (and what) she is, first and foremost; she doesn’t really have hobbies or likes/dislikes, and would likely also seek out someone who would expose her to new things to enjoy together. Personality wise, it sounds a little cliché to say someone kind and loving, but after all the bloodshed and torture she's witnessed, Edel would absolutely want someone gentle-natured and warm to be around. Who knows where she can find someone like that...?
🍷 (wine) - Does your oc drink? What kind of alcohol do they enjoy? What are their drinking habits? What kind of drunk are they?
Xyvie: doesn't drink and has no real desire to. She has no reason not to, but no reason to do so either...
Aleyan: drinks pretty much every day, he's a "glass of wine with dinner" kind of guy. For him growing up with his father owning a vineyard meant easy access to alcohol, and although I'd hesitate to use the word alcoholic in connotation with him, Aleyan definitely finds it...numbs the pain he isn't ready to face, to some degree. However, he does tend to overdo it at parties or social events, and he is not a particularly happy drunk; he gets very tense and easily upset, and is not someone you want to be around when he is that far gone. His preference is white wine.
Féanne: hardly ever drinks. If Aleyan has a glass of wine every night with dinner, she has a glass of wine every time she attends a noble gathering - which is almost never. She had nothing against it, just not her preference. She prefers red wine to white, although her family's vineyard mostly produces white wine.
Feiran: abstains completely from drinking after seeing how it's affected his brother, and prefers not to be around drunk people at all.
-
Edel: Aura’s executioners permitted Edel to drink with them on special occasions, usually wine or spirits, and so she has no issue partaking in it when celebrations occur. She does prefer sweeter drinks, though, and finds drier/harder liquor unpleasant. Edel doesn't let herself get drunk (or rather, Aura doesn't), but she does get tipsy easily, and her inhibition is gone out the window pretty quickly...

6., 17., 19., 20. For the OC ask! 🗣️🗣️🔥🔥
I assumed we were doing AnS OCs so let's gooo ~
6. If they’re a fan of Hot Chocolate, Tea, or Coffee, how do they like either of those drinks prepared?
Xyvie: Likes herbal teas and usually got lots of remedies from Shirayuki.
Féanne: also enjoys herbal teas, usually mint ones. She doesn’t typically go for hot beverages but that unsurprisingly changes when she moves to Lyrias.
Feiran: likes coffee with cream and sugar in the mornings.
Aleyan: likes black tea with cookies to dip in it.
17. If your OC was a musical artist, what genres would they do?
Gonna stick to the music they'd be familiar with in their universe! I did this more as what genres they enjoy.
Xyvie: she loves folk music, but anything with fiddle. She can't play but she still loves it. Adores listening to Raji playing...
Féanne: she likes what we'd consider "coffee shop" style music. Just soothing background melodies. Nothing too high strung or intense.
Feiran: longer classical works that tell a story. He finds it easy and comforting to get lost in.
Aleyan: very fast paced and dramatic classical pieces. Think anything played in a minor key. He likes fantasizing about battle while that sort of music plays.
19. Does your OC like to collect things? What kind of things do they collect?
Xyvie: recipes and spices.
Féanne: she helped Feiran with his rock collection, but doesn't attach herself to "things" very easily. She is the type to keep any letter someone sends her, though (the nice ones, anyway).
Feiran: ROCKS
Aleyan: he makes his own capes and cloaks and has a wide variety in his closet.
20. Was your OC inspired by anything? Another character? A person?
Xyvie: as one of my self inserts she is obviously partially inspired by my own self. Some of her health issues are also based on my own, and she has my shy temperament as well. I imagine her voice to sound like the English VA for Fern from Frieren.
Féanne: she is me and I am her. Or at least who I'd want to be. Bold, independent, comfortable in her body, and engaged to Lata.
Feiran: I wanted Féanne to have a twin who was her opposite in terms of temperament but similar in appearance even if they weren't the same gender. I imagine his voice to sound like the English VA for Suzaku from Code Geass.
Aleyan: I wanted Féanne and Feiran to have an older brother who was a feared warrior, and needed an antagonist for my Féanne fic. His eyes are inspired by Mahito’s from Jujutsu Kaisen.

1., 8., 12. and 15. for the oc ask 🔥💅
Doing all the AnS OCs as per your Discord request 🤣
1. When have they been unable to save someone or something no matter how much they tried?
Xyviera: Her parents. She was absolutely helpless as they were being killed and only escaped because the man who organized her parents' deaths wanted her spared. She was weak and has internalized that belief since her family died, so she has worked extremely hard to prevent such a situation from happening again...
Féanne: she wishes she could go back in time and bring her twin brother Feiran to Lyrias with her, rather than leaving him at the knights circle under their elder brother's command. She knows Feiran is miserable there, and had wanted him to choose to come along of his own accord.
Feiran: he wants desperately to stay in Aleyan’s good graces. His family's approval is so important to him, even if he himself is miserable.
Aleyan: wants very much for his younger siblings to stay on their family estate and serve as "good nobles" to inherit their family vineyard. He hates that he cannot control them beyond a certain point...his "love" for them is very twisted.
8. Do they feel glee at the sight of blood?
Xyviera: No, and the smell of it triggers flashbacks for her.
Féanne: she's not squeamish so she's usually rather indifferent, unless it's someone she cares about deeply...she will do a 180 and go into full protective mode for that.
Feiran: hates it and avoids it at all costs. It makes his stomach turn every time he has to wound someone in battle or even just in training. That includes his own blood.
Aleyan: Also indifferent but for the wrong reasons; he's a bit desensitized, unhealthily so, even if he won't admit it. He chooses to say it's part of his "strength" in battle and actively wants his men to share that trait, as unhealthy as it may be.
12. How easy is it for them to get lost in despair?
Xyviera: very. She doesn’t have high self esteem or self worth and it colours her view of the world very easily, especially after her parents' deaths. She has a tendency to overthink and let her thoughts for the future spiral.
Féanne: she is a realist, leaning towards pessimism because it's the environment she grew up in. That said she actively seeks out her happiness and wellbeing and tries not to lose herself to despair easily. She is probably the type to journal out her more negative thoughts and only talk them out later when she decides she'd ready.
Feiran: his coping mechanism is blocking out despair. His hurt over Féanne moving out, his anger at being treated as a pawn by Aleyan, the flicker of hope that he might one day get an education and become a researcher? All shoved away to the back of his mind. He's taught himself not to feel, except for the emotions he thinks are "okay" to feel.
Aleyan: his despair is turned to anger. He's the prime example of never being shown how to express his emotions in a healthy way, so they more or less all get channeled out as rage.
15. How do they kill? Do they try to minimize suffering?
Xyviera: has never killed, but if she had to - would be a clean slice with her knife to the neck. Even if it was someone she hated, she would make it as quick as possible for both herself and her opponent.
Féanne: Not really applicable as she was never trained in combat and doesn't want to (as a side note, she’s moreso frustrated that her brothers were expected to train with the knights circle, but she wasn't even given the choice...).
Feiran: Much like Xyviera, would minimize suffering no matter who it was. Probably says a prayer at his fallen adversary's body after the fact...he's very respectful when it comes to death.
Aleyan: has no mercy but won't toy with his opponents needlessly. In his mind it's all a matter of efficiency. That being said...he does get a certain satisfaction from seeing a particularly powerful opponent fall. This especially if, for example, it's someone he believes "deserves" their fate.
