What annoys you to an irrational degree?

at the moment, not a lot. for what it's worth, I don't tend to get annoyed that easily. But, if we're talking irrational, then I guess my answer is the superstitions around the forests. People like to claim that they're so dangerous just because they're that unknowable, but i spend a lot of time out there, and they're absolutely not worth the slander...

Can i trust you to look after my houseplants while I'm on holiday?

you could, but that would be best left to Sienna... I've never tried my hand at plants before, and that's literally her specialty. But, saying that, i'd at least take good care of the plants you have!

What was the last thing that caused you to have a really bad day?

huh. Y'know, uh... I don't really remember all that well. I think it might've had something to do with the fact I heard Hunter was back in town, that guy is not good news, and I gotta keep my head down now. Last thing I want is another... Confrontation.

likes: really really good oil pastels and colored pencils. making the impossible shot. getting to check out local galleries and museums

wears: very muted neutrals, the occasional pastel. even if they’re wearing something casual it’s a monochrome outfit, which makes them always look a little formal. at minimum, put together.

wanted to run away to become a portraitist. when they wake up in me2, truce discovers their parents sold and published all of their private sketchbooks

fun fact: clone of their dead older brother, john. he died in the first contact wars, in the middle of a meteoric rise

I think Stellan Sommers is the first character who I modelled after myeslf in terms of romance - but perhaps not on purpose.

While Stel is very sexually active (he's bisexual) he's the first character to be demiromantic. He's had a few (bad) experiences with romance when he was younger and ended up keeping his heart closely guarded.

His journey of getting to know Neil de Grammont (which is @curiouscompanions's character) and falling in love with him was one of my favorite things to write, especially since they both came from a place of hurt and betrayal but managed to grow past that together.

Although nowadays I couldn't say Stel and I share sexual or romantic orientations anymore. If I had to compare my own orientation to one of my OCs, it would be Ulmar Deluxe, who is both aromantic and asexual.

Trying to figure out what I want this story to be tbh... probably late 80s-early 90s horror vibes, keep going back to the movie Stigmata and The Nun for inspo... working title is 'Sins of a Feather' but that is def subject to change lmfao. A priest (who is more of a conman who exploits the trust and devotion people have in religion for monetary gain) in an isolated abbey is noticing weird paranormal shenanigans is afoot, and when he calls for help a nun with an eclectic interest in paranormal investigation shows up. Together they try to investigate the strange happenings but whoops what if it isn't the abbey being haunted but rather its resident scummy priest?☝🤓

Also full disclosure this is religious horror the same way the Conjuring and The Nun movies are religious horror lol I just like the creepy gothic vibes, nothing too deep or profound, literally just vibes.........also like........an excuse to write more pathetic little man with demonic monster gf.......
