What is one of your character's secrets? Why is this a secret? What would happen if this secret got out?

Sasha McKay is a cyborg. After the accident that made that necessary, their parents started treating them differently. Like they were less than human. They hide it because they're afraid of being treated that way again. Most people aren't like their parents, but the thought still scares them.

Sasha laughed at that, but there was no humor in it. "You've never known me, Selene." They spit the name out like it was poison. "Just because you've been around, doesn't mean you know me. And those people you call strangers are my friends, and I haven't been lying to them. They know what I am, and they respect me anyway."

Selene looked hurt, and how dare she. "Sasha, I'm your mother."

"No, you're not. Not in any sense of the word. You're just the woman who married my father. And you never cared for me or respected me, even before the accident."

"Now, Sasha, that's not true."

"If course it is. Don't try to deny it. You never liked me. I was just something you had to put up with for the sake of being with my father. And then the accident happened, and suddenly you felt justified in not liking me, so you didn't pretend to anymore. And yet you still expected me to call you mother and take all sorts of shit from you."

"And your father? Aren't you angry with him? Why do you take this all out on me?" Selene asked calmly. Playing the victim, as usual.

"Of course I'm angry with him. Why do you think I stripped myself of his name?"

"Oh yes. The name. It's Sasha McKay now, right? Why'd you pick that?"

"If you really knew me, you'd know."

EDIT: I misread the prompt as "since YOU were three years old" and that's about the age Sasha was when Selene married their father, so. Yeah.

“You keep forgetting that I know you.” She looked down at her lap. “I’ve known you since we were three years old. You can lie to these other people, these strangers, but you can’t lie to me.”

What are your ships LGBT and height headcannons for the Aphmau characters? And last names? You don’t have to do all of them just all you want to, since there are a lot and that would take ages

Bold of you to assume I have better things to do. I’m gonna try my damndest to include all of them, let me know if anyone slipped my mind.

As a warning, most of these are entirely ignoring cannon and instead, are in my personal little Aphmau Pocket Dimension, as most headcannon things are.

Aaron Lycan, Demisexual Demiboy, 6′3, Aarmau, honestly I feel like him, Blaze, and Nana-chan are really really close but entirely platonically. Like they’re not fucking afraid of platonic intimacy heaven knows they all need it. You’ll find them in a cuddle pile with like ten blankets and pillows around them that’s just how my lovely little platonic Blaaron-chan is.

Melissa Lycan, this bitch gay as hell it’s cannon, 6′1. The Lycan siblings are TOL. I ship her with Lucinda and Cadenza, it’s a poly thing!

Aphmau Shu, Local Bisaster Goddess, she’s an entire 5′5 in height. Aarmau, of course, and Katemau! It’s an open relationship becuase she wanted to date both of them.

Ein Leider, honestly I feel like I’m gonna be yelled at for this, but he’s hella gay, 6′0, Blein/Blazin/whatever their ship name is.

Okay so here are top 5 I'm hyperfixating on rn,,,

Tapio Isotalo (aka Varjo, aka Tuomas Isotalo, Tuomas is the fandom oc version of him whereas Tapio is the Original Story version, but they're pretty much the exact same character it's just that Tuomas knows John Constantine): teenage vigilante/bard. Ran away from an abusive home, learned magic, adapted it, can now cast spells using his favorite prog and power metal songs. Plays violin. Loves astronomy. If his abusive father was found mysteriously dead, that's his business ❤

Elanestra (aka Elia, Evanna, Elaine, Evangeline... I could do this all day): genderfluid shapeshifter demon, heavily inspired by Loki. Started off as a human in medieval England, born female but lived life as a man so she could be a knight and so she could marry her true love, Liana. Sold her soul to save Liana's life. Acts as a sort of guardian to Tapio. Eventually becomes the Queen of Hell, enacts serious reforms so that Hell is about rehabilitation rather than punishment. May or may not be the personification of my desire for prison reform.

Sasha (aka Sasha McKay): cyborg journalist. Has chronic pain, an extensive collection of gloves, and serious problems with authority. Wants kids more than anything but is afraid of actually being a parent bc their own parents are grade-a assholes. Their blood is black for some reason, please don't ask about it, they don't know and they're honestly really tired of having it pointed out.

Taavi Hakala: half Betazoid raised by humans. In way over his head with the whole telepathy thing, which he has more of than he's supposed to, he thinks. Really likes Nightwish and got his Vulcan/Bajoran best friend into them. Owns multiple corsets. Plays bass and has several of the basses Marko Hietala plays. Extremely friendly. Doesn't get angry easily, but when he does, you better run. A surprisingly good swordsman.

Cas Jackson: tallest bitch in this Stargate Trio (a group of characters made up of him, Erin Carter, and Jordan O'Neill). The only one of them with any impulse control (as long as you keep him away from any bookstores). Has a natural talent for linguistics, so he made a career of it. Style best described as "goth academia." Constantly losing his glasses.
