Character Description/Background: Romy was one of the forty-three gifted children born on October 1st 1989. Only she was never recruited into The Umbrella Academy. She was born and raised in Riverdale, both her parents being Serpents and her younger sister on the track to taking over their pawn shop on the South Side one day. Only Romy was always different. She would sometimes get inklings on upcoming events. She knew that her parents shop would get torched by a Ghoulie with a grudge. She knew her sister would get hit by a car on accident. She knew there was a rough patch ahead of her. At seventeen she got pregnant by a drug addict who ended up leaving town with his family and leaving her to deal with the baby on her own. Her daughter Callie is born and Romy is instantly smitten. For the first time her future is looking bright. After finishing High School Romy moves to California with Callie and studies to become a daycare worker. She finds a job and lives a great life. She comes back to Riverdale after Bee Ortiz tells her she needs help filling her ranks when too many Serpents left the gang. She returns and starts developing feelings for Phoebe Green. The two get together eventually and after Phoebe’s brother Teddy graduates the small family moves back to California. Romy is quiet but strong-willed. She is a care-giver by nature and loves her daughter above all else. She often uses her gift to try and help people.

Character Description/Background: Tina was raised on the Southside along her older sister. Unlike Octavia, Tina was a dreamer. She dreamed of what it would be like to have a normal family on the Northside of Riverdale. She never became a Serpent, something that greatly angered her mother. In her Sophomore year of high school she met Collin Green and they fell for each other. That same year Tina had her first child, Phoebe. Five years later she had her son Teddy. Tina always resented the fact that her Northside husband was a Serpent but she begrudgingly let him do his thing. She went to nursing school and started working at Riverdale General. Tina loves her family greatly and the relationship with her sister is mended immensly after they move out of the Southside and start their own lives. When Collin dies in a motorcycle accident, Tina is sent into a tailspin. She promptly bans motorcycles from their lives and shuts down all attempts to get over Collin. It is not until Octavia returns to town that she starts to open up to the idea of love once more. She finds the second love of her life in a certain mechanic from the Southside. Tina is mama bear, very responsible, a dreamer, and very optimistic despite the hardships in her life. Though she is the first to deny reality, which often hurts her own happiness.
