silly lil autistic girl with blue hair and pronouns, youngest child of a poor family, almost drowned when she was a kid leaving her with a fear of the water but she still loves fishing because its the only activity she ever really got to do with her dad, always saw the best in the world even when all it did was hurt her and her friends, literally met the magical creatures that had always been thought of as something that only existed in legends when she was a kid and simply decided not to tell anyone

i love all of these guys and GOOD LORD their relationships with eachother are complicated dhosjsksksj

basic plot is as follows: a school field trip goes wrong and salveria ends up dead, our three remaining main characters are forced to set aside their complicated history together so they can work together and get to the bottom of salverias death, they end up realizing they bit off alot more than they could chew as they discover various secrets of their world and its history (they also discover the fact that the three of them are fated to become the closest thing their world has to gods)

basic plot a trio of sad gay teens with a complicated history together are forced to set aside their past and work together to get to the bottom of the death of their childhood friend and soon realize they bit off more than they could chew as they start discovering secrets of their worlds past and future, including the fact that the three of them are fated to become the closest thing their world has to gods

NOW. FOR THE CHARACTERS.

aria allen (any pronouns), a nonbinary lesbian who seems to know everyone and everything around town. they have adhd and ocd and are the only daughter of a rich family (only daughter, not only child, he has two older brothers and one younger sibling) theyre a history nerd, astrology girlie, and local corvid enthusiast. when asked how they can be nonbinary and a lesbian her response is always "girls are hot and gender is made up". she tends to put on this outward appearance of being perfect; intelligent, kind, well-mannered, etc etc.

alex ruinde (he/they), absolutely hates using any labels for himself besides queer, genderqueer, faggot, and tranny. the schools local freak, feral black cat of a human being, yellow-coded in the way hazard signs are yellow, sun-coded in the sense that the sun burns, trying so desperately to run away from their past but the plot will NOT let him, astronomy nerd, undiagnosed autistic, drummer for a band called the dwarf planets

mathew mckoy (he/him), cis bi boy. catholic private school student, internalized homophobia galore, if a dog was a guy, mamas boy (his mom is dead), has adhd dyslexia and ocd, perfectionist, daddy issues, arias best friend, has such a complicated relationship with alex i could rant about those two for hours actually
