#oc: goriki tadanobu

i'm no stranger to rewriting stuff i've written before, but it just hit me how perfect this excerpt i had for certain semi-retired OCs would be for my newest oc obsessions.....like it's quite literally their situation to a T.

been forcing myself to face the fact that i still havent decided the perfect time for nobuyuki to drop the L-bomb (not lesbian) to each other.

like the original plan was for them to actively avoid saying it (during their teen years), because they knew there was no point, and also because it was just scary. saying that they loved each other definitely would make their inevitable separation that much harder to deal with. but they would still have a lot of 'almosts', where the confession was so clearly on the tip of their tongues, but never uttered. yuki especially avoided saying it because he felt like he had the most to lose since nobu had a fiancée to go back to; someone he could fall back on and pretend that whatever went on between him and yuki was truly just a phase.

but! i have been playing around with the idea that they (nobu, particularly) semi-impulsively say it on the same day as their first kiss. specifically because they have so many intensely intimate moments (well, for them) during this day, it'd feel like blue-balling myself if one of them didn't say it.

i think i like this idea more, because following the confession, yuki allows himself to be so much more vulnerable with nobu. he begs for love and affection in a similar, but also entirely different way than before (aka him compulsively seeking out intimacy with others through sex with whoever would take him versus wanting genuine connection and intimacy with nobu because he feels so loved and cared for).

anyways, even if sexual tension is kind of a heavy focus on this particular day of theirs, it also highlights so many points of their development. from them wanting to be closer and closer during sex, to them clearly wanting to kiss each other afterwards, to yuki genuinely being hurt by nobu's rejection (bc someone walked into the locker room where they were), to yuki seeking out nobu after ishihara ambushes him, to nobu beating ishihara's ass to protect yuki, to them finally kissing, and so on and so forth.

also, i just realized that this particular day has so much going on that i just...never explained in full on here. it's not just the day of their first kiss, but that's the most important part for me lmao

i don't even know if i could do a basic run down because i feel like it'll still end up being long.

but basically, it all started with the rugby team manager bringing cheerleader uniforms for him and yuki because he had a crush on nobu and he wanted to flaunt how he was much prettier, dantier, and more petite and palatable than yuki he was in order to capture nobu's attention; however, all it did was make nobu astronomically horny for yuki. so he and yuki hooked up in the locker room during break.

afterwards, they continued subtly not-flirting with each other until it was time for yuki to go. he and nobu met back up in the locker room while yuki changed back into his uniform, still flirting, which leads to them almost kissing, but someone walked in and nobu pushed yuki away, which hurt yuki emotionally & physically because it was a pretty hard push into the lockers.

so, yuki gets upset and storms out (he's already changed & ready to go atp). yuki goes to do some grocery shopping as per usual before heading back to his & nobu's dorm, and unfortunately, when he gets back to the dorm, ishihara is there.

ishihara was yuki's roommate during yuki's first year of high school (ishihara (and nobu) were 2nd years). he acted like a nice guy, but his real intentions were to get into yuki's pants and also just have him in general. ishihara ended up abusing yuki in various ways, all very traumatizing (especially the hidden cam footage).

anyways, ishihara tries to be cordial with yuki as if he didnt traumatize yuki last school year, and when that didnt work, he went straight into trying to force yuki into submission—yet again.

meanwhile, after yuki stormed out of the locker room, bobu had a hard time focusing on practice and he ended up getting sent back to his dorm. this happened within the time of yuki shopping for dinner & heading back to the dorm himself. so nobu ended up returning to the dorm in the kidst of yuki trying to fight off ishihara, who was groping him and stuff like that.

nobu immediately gets into ass-beating mode hecause this is the second time that ishihara has assaulted yuki, and nobu made it clear after the first time that he didnt want to see ishihara around yuki anymore [which is crazy considering he "hated" yuki during that time].

yuki got worried about nobu going too far, so he tried to stop nobu by pulling him off of ishihara, but that was never going to happen considering their physical differences (not height-wise, but muscle-wise). so instead, yuki pretended that nobu had hurt him in the process of beating ishihara's ass, which caused nobu to stop seeing red long enough to check up on yuki.

(also, they were outside of nobuyuki's dorm room btw i like to pretend that the other residents were not tuned in to the commotion lmao)

anyways, nobuyuki head inside their dorm, leaving ishihara a mess outside lmao. nobu crumbles before his king and worries about yuki being hurt, to which yuki reveals that he lied to get nobu to stop because he was worried nobu would get in trouble if ishihara got too beat up.

nobu was actually upset and asked yuki why it was okay for ishihara to have left yuki all beat up and marred last year, but it wasn't okay for him. to which yuki replied that it was because nobody gave a shit about him, but they'd care a whole lot more about ishihara.

and this is where nobu drops the "i care about you" bomb on yuki, and he says more sappy shit, but yuki ends up interrupting him because they were within kissing distance and he wanted to kiss. so they do, which leads to them being astronomically horny again and having a frenzied hookup.

but afterwards, they get all soft and nobu confesses that he thinks he loves yuki, and they makeout & all that. yuki demands another round, but softer and gentler this time, more intimate and slow. but before they get started again, he returns the sentiment to nobu that he thinks he loves nobu too.

and scene.

see......just long as hell for no reason. but i guess not too long. anyways, nobuyuki make me unwell.

finally took the time to write out little profiles for nobu & yuki, and started a little "cast" sheet. will edit & finish it later or smth on my laptop when i feel like it. but i love that everyone major has a name and a slightly more concrete personalities.

except, a very little twist, they're both drunk in the scenario because that feels most likely than just one or the other being drunk.

and like, they both are drunk, but at the same time, they know what they say and do to one another. they always remember it clear as day and it drives them crazy thinking about what it could all mean...(they're gay and in love but they don't wanna say it because of the circumstances).
