Coretta June ‘The Jedi’

Raised in the Jedi Temple, Coretta June became an instrument of war: used by the republic to cut down the Sepratist armies. Through the war she stayed true to herself: a kind woman, with a soft spot for Anakin Skywalker. Cory would later become known as ‘The Mother of Rebellion’, a woman who gave life to the next generation of rebels.

Lydia Amidala ‘The Diplomat’

The daughter of two of the best Jedi, and the sister to Luke and Leia Skywalker. Lydia was raised by Padmè Amidala to be a force to be reckoned with: a woman who stood up for the right things, and valued family above all else.

Kayla June: The Sister

Kayla grew up during the clone wars, watching the older sister she never met on holotapes defending the republic - General Coretta June. When the Empire rises, Kayla joins a nearby rebellion group and meets Obi-Wan Kenobi who tells her about her sister, and how the young girl travelling with him is her niece.

Anna Tano ‘The Padawan’

Anna was abandoned as a child, found by Ahsoka Tano, who took her in and trained her: naming her after her former master. Anna became a neutral force user, harnessing both light and dark to take down the new Sith Order.

Cora Skywalker ‘The Legacy’

The daughter of Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade, Cora was an exemplar Jedi, a perfect daughter and the light of the resistance after her cousin disappears.

Alexia ‘The Thief’

A common girl who finds herself in the reaistence. Despite her criminal activities, she chooses to fight fie the New Republic.

omg YES, i’ll be Wanda definitely. I may definitely be sending you more crossover asks lol.

Cory and Serina would definitely be the sort of quiet people who shock their friends with their comments sometimes lol. Anakin and Ahsoka are so outright, that they hear them muttering a much better insult and can’t help but laugh.

By the time Serina and Ahsoka would meet Cory, she’s definitely a bit more reckless than before. She’s grown used to Anakin and Obi-Wan being around. So when she’s on her own, she catches herself doing something she’d role her eyes at if Anakin did it.

I think if the two were sent on a mission together, Cory would be the more grounded one, but she’d still be reckless. She’d listen to Serina’s plans, and they’d both adapt, things may get a bit out of hand…but they always work out in the end.

Serina: We can’t do that

Cory: We can…If we risk our lives massively. Well, I risk my life and you comm Obi-Wan pretending everything’s fine.

I can see Obi-Wan sending Serina with Anakin and Ahsoka on a mission and the two are shocked and how much of a mess they can be together. while also being amazing and effective. Anakin and Ahsoka have no plan and just casually go about the mission while they can hear Cory and Serina’s plan go to shit, and they come out not a scratch on them.

Cory would SO be like a mum to Serina. Her and Ahsoka are like her twin kids (preparation for later in life lol). In my fic, Ahsoka is mentioned as Cory’s first daughter, and on her grave it says ‘mother’ after Ahsoka added it herself. So yeah, she’d definitely see Serina as her kid as well. She might not have had a mother, but she makes a damn good one.

Cory is always protective of Ahsoka and Serina on missions, but she knows they’re skilled jedi’s eh o can handle themselves. However, she’d risk her life for theirs. She’s always there to comfort them, and show them some things she’s ‘borrowed’ from her missions. She definitely deliberately looks for souvenirs for them. Anakin has had to walk through many markets with her to find the perfect gifts (he obviously gets Ahsoka something as well).

Cory and Anakin let their guard drop around Ahsoka, and would do the same around Seina, they get a bit more flirty and it’s SO obvious they’re together. Serina wouldn’t need the force tethers to tell something was up, but it does help.

Cory would be SO confused when Serina first brought up Nox. Because I feel like she would have teased Serina about it a bit before then, with basically anyone who showed interest in the young Jedi.

Serina: You know how…close you and Anakin are

Cory: OH..oh. Serina…How much do you hate him?

Cory definitely doesn’t really understand her own feelings. All she knows is she loves Anakin. And she loves Ahsoka and Serina, but differently. And she loves Obi-Wan like a daughter would. But she can’t love…not as a Jedi. Did she even know what love felt like?

She’d do her best to support Serina and talk to her about Nox, all very subtle or course.

‘The force connects everything, everyone, even those without the power to use it, are connected. It connects us to other people however it likes. The Jedi and the ideals most hold, is not the force’.

🔀 Coretta June (Star Wars) / Serina Seda (Star Wars)

They both come across as awkward, shy and rather quiet but they both tend to be very sarcastic.

I can imagine them standing side by side during a briefing while Admiral Tarkin goes on and on about the chaotic, disorderly disasters that is the Jedi and both just muttering these funny little quips under their breaths while Anakin and Ahsoka silently die from laughter behind them.

They are generally sensible and sound-minded people but all of that gets thrown out the window when they are around their more chaotic, reckless counterparts (Cory with Anakin and Serina with Ahsoka).

I think it might be slightly different with Serina though. When she's with Ahsoka, she'll still be spouting about responsibility - cue the exasperated sighs and wide-eyed looks - whilst adapting to Ahsoka's plans.

However, when Serina is alone on a mission or on one of her rogue meetings with Rivin Nox, she'll become the aggressive one, more likely to take risks and to pull reckless stunts in Ahsoka's absence.

I'm not sure if Cory is the same but I think they might both just have to keep up with Anakin and Ahsoka, and sometime that means throwing caution out the window.

Because Cory would mom the hell out of Ahsoka - and Serina and Ahsoka are a package deal - I would hope that Serina and Cory would also have a mother-daughter like relationship, considering that Serina has always secretly longed for a family-like environment, especially the presence of a mother.

I could imagine Cory meeting Ahsoka and Serina when they are all partnered up for a mission and just sneaking them little trinkets that she kept from her travels when their superior's back is turned. Or gathering them in big, comforting hugs when they break down after a particularly hard battle.

I'd like to think that maybe Serina would comm Cory to ask for her advice about her growing feelings for Nox - not in so many words, of course.

She would have seen the Force Tethers between Cory and Anakin and would have realized that they were much more closer than friends and occasional comrades in battle.

Serina would hope that maybe Cory would realize her predicament and be able to relate to her on that front.

Maybe Cory wouldn't know exactly what to say. Maybe she would have no clue how to go about giving this young girl answers to questions she herself has never been able to answer or to properly figure out but one thing is for sure.

I think they would both be relieved to have someone to talk to who understands.

OC HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE 2023. day four - october 4th. TWISTED.

Coretta June as The Chosen One.

Coretta June was the Chosen One, Qui-Gon was sure of that the moment he met her, a young girl standing shyly next to Yoda.  He ensures that she is trained properly, and his own padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi becomes her master. When Padmé Amidala’s life is threatened, Cory is sent to protect her, but ends up crash landing on Tatooine, and meeting a 19 year old Anakin Skywalker, he’s cute and charming and Coretta starts to sway from the Jedi code. 

Desperate to get away from his step-father and brother after his mother’s death, Anakin becomes one of Padmé's bodyguards. Helping her team with droids and mechanics. Cory senses the force in him, and starts to teach him how to harness it.

Cory could either bring balance to the force, or destroy it, and Anakin is the only one who could truly stop the latter from happening. 

From reality episodes where two people experience switching roles with one another to an alternative reality where their roles are different from their home's universe, make your character experience life through a whole new perspective by making your hero the villain or your villain the hero.

BRUISED chapter update

Chapter 2:

His arms wrap around her torso and he takes a deep breath "You'll be fine," Cory whispers but when she tries to pull away, Anakin holds her tighter.

"I'll miss you," he hopes she doesn't hear it, but she does

"So will I...I always do," This time he lets her go and he gives her a brave smile before leaving her room. She has a few moments of silence while she stares at the door where Anakin had just left, and then, she hears the familiar beep from her Datepad.
