SYNOPSIS —

Planet Jorrimm has been locked in an expansion war against Planet Feliva in their shared galaxy system; however, the two kingdoms are forced to shelve their rivalry once an unknown entity begins destroying their scouting fleets.

When their respective attempts to remove the invasive force fail, the two kingdoms reluctantly turn to one another, bring it with it a tentative proposal to combine their militaries and resources so that they might combat and eradicate their mutual enemy.

And to ensure the peaceful merging of their civilizations, the two kingdoms agree to a marital union between their only heirs, Galanon and Desgazah.

To ease the two volatile, stubborn princes into following through, a courtship period is put into place — alternating every three months, one prince will stay with the other on their homeworld, familiarizing themselves with one another, and to learn and understand the other's world and culture.

Aruceni was thought to be Desgazah and Galanon’s second daughter when he was born, and he was given a feminine name (the ‘ni’ part is feminine in Felivian culture) to match. As he grew older, it became apparent that he was more like his older brothers than his twin sister, and preferred to be treated as such.

Both his parents accept him as their fourth son and he uses the title ‘Prince’ up until his self-imposed exile during his late twenties, when Valuzah - one of his older brothers - pins the blame on Aruceni for a serious transgression (Valuzah did it and passed the blame to the easiest target).

Context for the rest: Aruceni’s story was originally a strip club!GrimmGravii AU

He then runs away to a rundown space station, full of black markets, slums, and various seedy establishments, and begins a new life there - using the name Adari to disguise himself further. He’s able to rent a tiny, rundown apartment using the money he gets from working at a nearby strip club, where he meets Rolvfern who also works there as a dancer.

He’s a quiet favourite of mine for a number of reasons, including:

his optimism that the future will bring better fortune for himself and Rolvfern

his willingness to work hard, to struggle and fight, to make sure that future happens for them

his command over Rolvfern, which is at odds with appearances

For the last one, I’ll have to explain a little more ;P Rolvfern’s species is lupine in nature, and their pack structure has a mate’s alpha and beta at the top. Aruceni became Rolvfern’s beta by accident and they are permanently bonded, which happened unintentionally the first time they had sex. As alpha, Rolvfern is the leader and protector of their little two-man pack, but Aruceni has significant influence over him. Even when he’s fully shifted into his lycanthrope form, relying on bestial instinct, Aruceni’s touch and commands are heeded, and can help calm him down.

🖊 + Cazasen

Cazasen is my gruff bounty hunter boy, and he’s the -counts on fingers- sixth son of Desgazah and Galanon. He has a deity for a twin brother (Elevar) and was born to be his twin’s protector through their early life.

He’s another one of my favourites because he’s gruff and serious most of the time, but he has one hell of a soft spot for his loved ones. He adores his sisters, and always makes sure to look out for his older brother, Aruceni, whenever he passes through a particular space station on his travels.

He normally retains a professional distance from his bounties, capturing them and taking them to whoever pays the highest...except for one – Jeren. He’s quite taken with Jeren from the first time he captures him; he finds himself attracted to the young convict, and when he escapes (due to an underestimation of his abilities on Cazasen’s part) he captures him again, and again, and again. Over time, their little game of cat and mouse becomes a routine; Cazasen captures his bounty, and holds him ‘prisoner’ within his own bed chambers aboard his ship, and spends several nights with his criminal not-boyfriend before he ‘escapes’ again and they begin the cycle anew.

Cazasen majorly fucks up with Jeren later on, and spends so much time trying to make it right because he loves him too much to let things end the way that they did.

He’s one of those OCs that I know pretty well, but there’s still so much I’m yet to learn and explore with him and I’m excited to do it 💕

1. How many muses, do you think, have you had in total while on Tumblr?

…Eleven with their own blogs: Sebastian Michaelis, Rosalie (Kuroshitsuji OC), Prince Zuko, Megatron, Electron (Transformers OC), Lugnut, Blackarachnia, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, Baby Jaegerjaquez (Bleach/Transformers OC) Cirrus (Transformers OC), and Prince Desgazah (original sci-fi romance OC).

I also have ‘side muses’ like Pantera and Di Roy on this blog, as well as OCs that are never going to get their own blogs, but are actively written quite a lot on Discord.

4. What’s the weirdest muse you’ve ever had?

I guess that depends entirely on your definition of ‘weird’! Lugnut was the furthest from my usual type of muse, so I guess that makes him the ‘weirdest’ to write.

5. who is / was your favourite muse of all time to play?

Oh god, it’s so hard to choose. Grimmjow dominates my muse-space now, and he has some really fun interactions with other muses on his dash and his ship with Gravitas is on the same level as only one other ship I’ve written.

My Megatron muse is held as highly as Grimmjow, to me; in the four years I’ve had him, he’s had a lot of fantastic story building and has been able to build some really deep relationships with other muses.

And then there’s my Discord muses – Aruceni, Desgazah, Cazasen, Crevari, Elevar and Valuzah – who are rapidly making a permanent home in my heart the more I write them.

Right now, Grimmjow and Megatron are my favourites, but I adore all of my muses.
