🐌 What is one of your smallest writing goals?

literally to publish anything. Last year was a lot of IRL drama and stress. My motivation to write has been few and far between. I'm still recovering. And I got a couple chapters of things published even in all that mess. So I would like to just keep that going and maybe relight the spark of writing once and for all because it is a hobby I enjoy so so much. 😊

Hmmm, not really any new project other than my unpublished work for Vadevynia (ESO) but I worked on that a bunch last fall so I wouldn't say it's new per say.

I answered this one here. But I will give you a second snippet from my ESO work. Because you asked me to spill the beans this is a good snippet that summarizes the complex timeline I'm trying to achieve:

Vadevynia paced Emeric's tent stewing over the words of the Keeper, her tone with the king, and the missive from Vanus. She has found it among Emeric's things and had read it ten times over. He did not mention her. He requested his champion and mentioned that he would bring a representative of the Skald-King. It read just as she remembered it. The threads of fate cinched around her. Why would Meridia drop her in Stros M'Kai only to set her on a path back to here? As she looked back she could see all the threads pulling together into one fabric of time. She had assembled the men and women who would comprise of the Covenant's forces in Coldharbor. Every step of the way she had stabilized the groundwork for an army, clearing conflict after conflict so as to focus as many resources as possible on Molag Bal. And as she considered this, she felt her efforts mirror those she had made in the Pact. She had set out to find her soul but at every turn she had done the work to de-conflict and build the Pact an army as well. Over the same time - the same breath - she had brought them together. Fate's threads interwoven.

Thank so for sending this so long ago! I'm working through my asks slowly but surely! Here's a bit of my Elder Scrolls WIP for Vadevynia and Skrodo the Knife.

“I have a room here.” The words tumbled out of her mouth before she could think them through. She instantly regretted it. She hardly knew him. And he must be tired from his time in the Tower of Lies. This was a mistake.

Skordo grabbed up her hand and mumbled, “Lead the way.”

Status Update

last song: I had my liked songs on shuffle. Last up was Shallow Bay by Breaking Benjamin. A classic.

favourite colours: so i recently painted my house....and i never really would have said I'm into pastels. But most of it is this really light teal called Tidewater and I'm finding out all of my earthly possessions have teal in them.....okay maybe not all but a lot more than i thought

last tv show: Magnum P.I. I am really enjoying it. Just a cozy fun mystery.

sweet/spicy/savoury: Sweet and Savoury. And I like spicy but only if it's flavorful and i'm in the mood

last google: not sure, I've been using DuckDuckGo for a while and it doesn't save searches. I've been feeling under the weather so probably something about that.

relationship status: hopelessly single

current obsession: because work has been stressing me out i haven't really been obsessing over much, just my bed and getting snuggles from my cat. But my last obsession was my ESO OC Vadevynia. I can't wait to get back to writing her story when i have the energy

I was playing Elder Scrolls Online last night and became absolutely obsessed with Skordo the Knife in the Coldharbor quest line. Started writing this fic last night then continued to work on it today because my PS4 decided it was time for updates. Here's a snippet starting the morning after a wild not-so-safe-for-work night in the Hollow City following Skordo's rescue from the Tower of Lies.

The glimmering rays of morning reached across the bed. Vadevynia groaned and stretched then rolled over to find Skordo sleeping soundly beside her. She looked at him puzzled before an grin sneaked into the corner of her mouth. He looked so peaceful and content, the big softie. She gently ran the her fingertip over his lips.

He shifted grabbing up her hand and placing soft kisses along her knuckles. She shifted over the top of him and kissed him in earnest. When she was satisfied with her morning greeting, she pulled back to look at him. "You stayed?"

He gave a short nod. "Skordo the Knife never leaves a battlefield before the fight is finished."

Vadevynia chuckled, "This is a bed not a battlefield." She tap the tip of his nose playfully.

"In love or war, a battlefield is a battlefield."

A shock of fear jolted her out of her sleepy stupor. She was not prepared for such talk. Not so early in the morning. Not while still recovering for so many drinks. Not after a single night of fun. "Love?"

Skordo hummed in agreement, "There are many facets to love. I'm most interested with one in particular." He pitched his hips upward [... and then it gets rather NSFW again hehe :D]

Thank youuuuu! ^_^ I answered ❣️ on this post so I will do this one because I want to gush about Vadevynia and Skordo the Knife.

💔: give a brief character bio of your 3-5 MCs

Vadevynia is my main Elder Scrolls Online character. She's a dark elf templar that I then spec'd as a rogue....for reasons. Very much the unwitting adventurer forced to act due to circumstances (primarily Molag Bal stealing her soul). She has a kind heart, but is no naive to the cruelty and unforgiving nature of the world. Considers her moves strategically and attacks with surgical precision. But sometimes she acts on emotion when tensions run high and she's frustrated. Feels she is the crutch everyone leans on to solve their problems (because that's how MMOs work, lol).

Skordo the Knife. Big beautiful orc man. Stronk. Muscular. Very no-nonsense fighter type. Get in, get out, get drunk, get fucked (repeatedly by a beautiful dark elf maybe).He is impressed with Vadevynia's skill with a blade and appreciative for her help in escaping the Tower of Lies. Now his focus is on distracting her from the horrors of Coldharbor for the night....maybe longer. Who knows.

💟: how is your style different in this work compared to previous ones? has it more shifted for the story or just developed in general?

I haven't written a ton of smut, so even though I am struggling with the scenes I think my writing is a bit cleaner than my earlier attempts. Otherwise i would say this is similar to my other work.
