Now I'm looking at what character I create to make a romance with Aunt Astrid.

I mean, I already have a plot made and everything.

He has already seen and met the trio of strange friends that are mainly Hilda, David and Frida. However, I have seen one or another publication putting Kaisa, the bell ringer, and Johana as another trio of friends who did their crazy things in Trollberg.

So I think the ideal would be to put Astrid with two other people just as crazy as her. I know I was with Phinium and Layra, but I would like to experiment a little using other characters, like Tildy.

Just imagine the chaos they would have made when they were young. Although I still don't know who to put as the third friend, if I don't find anyone I'll have to make an OC for that. What I care about is making a plot about Astrid's life when she was young, more or less at the age of 15-19.

I still think that Astrid and Pilkvist were very chaotic when they were young. They went wherever they wanted and left a mess like a force of nature.

How is the basic idea of each trio of friends would be divided into a way of how they were when they were young.

Johana and Hilda: *the friend who does dangerous things without thinking twice.

*At some point they had a weapon and will not hesitate to use it for self-defense

*Their friends are very important to them, you literally have to expect anything from them if you threaten their loved ones (even immolating at any moment)

*They are part magical creatures and they don't know it.

*Adventure is his daily bread

Frida and Kaisa: *they are witches, and very good at what they do

*If you have doubts about something, look it up and read it until you memorize each paragraph (even the footnote)

*They have their unbridled side when the situation warrants it (or when the influence of the group's adventurer manages to reach them)

*Normally they don't use magic unless it's an emergency…. But sometimes there are fun exceptions and others for pleasure.

*Before they followed the rules But now they break them.

*They would both kill for a book when they have gone at least 8 hours without seeing one.

David and the Bellcamper: *they are the most normal of the group, although they also have certain characteristics that make them stand out.

*[Insert Billy and Mandy song against the bogeyman here. You know which one].

*After several traumas with their new friends, they now enjoy life better and are more relaxed…. At least when they are not on an 'adventure' as their friends like to call their many crazy trips.

*They may not have powers, but do not doubt them when jumping into action to help their friends

An extra point is that, at some point in their lives, they have committed a terrorist act for the greater good.

And don't deny it to me. We all know that the destruction of the bell mechanism was not as subtle as they expected.

Astrid fits the criteria of being the chaotic adventurer who wants to explore this vast new unknown world. However, he does not know anything about it and that gives him problems when arriving at small towns or cities like Trollberg or Tofoten the first time he arrives.

Matilda Pilkvist, a young woman with a promising future but with a great hunger for knowledge and wanting to live unique experiences while experimenting with creating spells or finding some that have been lost over time. To do this, I would travel the world in search of many places whose culture has almost completely disappeared.

The third friend should be someone normal. Or at least less powerful than the other two girls. Someone to be the rational mind in all this chaos. I mean, we have to admit that Tildy and Astrid possibly lived life to the fullest when they were young, so much so that they ended up banned from some towns.

If I don't find someone elderly who meets those characteristics, then I will have to create an OC for this story. I'm even talking to a friend about this to find out how to proceed.

When I have my session on AO3 I will upload several one-shots and some original fanfic. It's gonna take long. Obviously I don't know how to use AO3 But over time that gets fixed.

General facts:

- Layra's voice sounds like Sofia the First's.👸

- When she laughs, it feels like someone is playing on glasses.

- She chose the child form because she is energetic, open, childish and cute. Although psychologically speaking, she behaves and thinks far from like an ordinary child. She can suddenly become very serious and tell you quite wise conscious words.

- Speaking about her awareness, she has it at its best from the very beginning. I wish I had her sense of reality.:"D

- Terrible sweet tooth. She especially likes sweets that would make people's teeth hurt from the amount of sugar in them.🍬🧁

- When she is very excited she begins to vibrate. Like a washing machine at high speed. At the same time, she heats up significantly and starts to shine more. You may think that she begins to look like a mirage in the desert.🏜

- Everyone who has ever heard her sing asks her not to do it again. The sound is certainly very pleasant, but the side effect is that it affects the energy of the people around. And you just sit there and think, “Holy stars, why is this making me feel like I’m on a emotional roller coaster??”. Makes you feel extremely intense emotions.💗

- Very tactile. Her primary love language is touch. Plus, she likes to touch everything around her, especially if it’s something soft, fluffy and warm.🧣

- She has a collection of blankets.

- Always open and honest, can be painfully straightforward.

- Adapts very quickly to the environment, adapting sufficiently to its norms, but always maintaining her core and basic principles. Very useful, since she often deals with inhabitants from different worlds.

Facts about her in Collector Wally AU:

- she often has two roses in her hair, since she accidentally got into the Collector’s pocket dimension and fell on his bushes with roses. A couple of them got stuck in her hair, and when she looked in the mirror she decided that it suited her very well.:D 🌹

- tries to help Helper around the house as best as she can. It doesn't work out very well. He tries to keep her mostly away from dishes and window cleaning. But she cleans the floors very quickly and well. Everything is sparkling all around.🌟

- since she has never had a family relationship before, she does not understand that someone can become attached to her in return, love her or be worried for her. She was very surprised to learn that she is important to Helper and  Collector. But also very happy. :) 💞💗

- When Collector has nightmares, she can drive them away, but for this she needs to be nearby. He doesn’t know that she does this and thinks that she’s just very clingy, finding her next to him in the morning. :"D

- Also, before Helper pointed out that her hair is weird it was like that. Unstable and so beautiful🌌:

About your new mini batch of OCs, do you have any favorites so far?

Ooh, definitely!! So my main protagonist is actually a rework of an old oc, Roy’a Komatsu. They’re a non-binary human, from Atrisia!! Then there’s a Twi’lek girl who I haven’t decided the colour of yet, Layra Cora (or in Ryl, “Layr’acora”). Another fave I have yet to develop much is a genderfluid Miraluka named Lia Rokoth!

Introducing the Minesti

@chocottang FINALLY finished working on stuff for the Goldami fankids! Here are their designs... I'm not sold on their clothes but whatever I'll change those later, I'm tired of fiddling with the sketch and coloring.

Anyway! Quick introduction to each of them and the plotlines I had in mind while making them.

Layra

The oldest of the two by three years. She's a very extroverted girl, always looking to meet new people and get along with anyone she gets her hands on. Wherever she goes, she tries her best to be the life of the party and the center of attention, which can make her a little too much to be around at times. Because of her want to be regarded positively by others, she often lies or exaggerates her views and opinions in an attempt to fit in better- even if this sometimes backfires on her. It's not done with any malicious intention, but rather because of an almost pathological desire of wanting to be liked by everyone around her. Due to all this, she takes it very poorly whenever her attempts at endearing herself to someone fail.

Her need for attention, accompanied by her social chameleon tendencies, means she ends up having a talent for acting. She prefers acting on stage rather than acting for a screen, but she adores both options. Since her parents taught her how to sing and play violin, she's especially good for musicals. Cami wanted to teach her how to use magic so her performances would be more enchanting, but Golden insisted on letting her grow her talent naturally to avoid possible magical shenanigans. Her animal is a southern carpet chameleon.

Guillermo

The youngest of the two. He's the type of guy who takes himself very seriously- perhaps too seriously, at times. Competitive and ambitious, he's always looking for a challenge to overcome and becomes fixated on any problems he can't solve on his own until he manages to do something about them (or until his parents finally convince him to let it go). He's been fiercely independent from a young age, wanting to prove himself to the world and thinking he's more mature than he really is, which often causes conflict with his parents when they treat him like the kid that he is.

Unlike the rest of the family, he's less inclined towards art and more towards law, wanting to grow up to become a lawyer. Despite this, he still learnt how to play the violin, merely because he liked the time he spent with his mom teaching him (although he wouldn't admit it). He's not quite as adept at singing, though, mostly due to him getting too flustered when singing. His animal is a yellow-footed green pigeon.

Golden Family Drama

While these two could perfectly work with goldami in any scenario, I specifically made them with the idea of them working in the chance that Golden doesn't end up leaving his grandpa's house and instead drags all the rest of the family into the mess.

With his grandpa becoming older and more fragile each year (I'd imagine he'd be in his late 70s, early 80s) the company is now on Golden's dad's hands, which means that Golden now more than ever needs to step up, work even more, and prepare for extra responsibilities as his father starts instructing him on how the whole company works, since he's now next in line to become the leader. It's all very overwhelming for him, and it ends up putting pressure on his kids too, despite him trying to shield them from that.

Because of sexism, Layra is seen as the lesser of the siblings by older members of the family, and the expectation is for Guillermo to be the heir while she's just the "backup". Despite Golden and Cami's best attempts at dealing with those prejudices, she still grows up feeling rejected by her grandpa and great grandpa, which makes her people pleasing worse. She tries even more to become an actress, in the hopes that fame and fortune will be enough to show the family her worth, even if she sometimes clashes with Golden on that (who doesn't want her to push herself so hard to appease a bunch of adults, the way he did as a kid). In this path, Cami does eventually teach her how to use magic in an effort to make her rise to fame faster, hoping it'll make her feel better. Spoilers: it does not.

Guillermo meanwhile now has a mountain of expectations on his shoulders, many of whom he doesn't fully understand, as the future heir of the company. This makes his perfectionism even worse, as he desperately worries about every minute detail of what he does being up to par, not wanting to embarrass the business he already feels obligated to represent. Golden desperately wants him to just enjoy his childhood, but has trouble alleviating his son's worries when he's so busy with work. The only thing that manages to get him to slow down and relax for a while is playing the violin with Cami or his older sister, occasionally.

With both Golden and Cami (at least according to my headcanons) growing up in less than ideal households, neither of them fully realize the extent at which things are falling apart, since this is just "normal" for them. So hopefully they'll soon figure it out and look for a way to improve things... Or they can keep getting worse. That's also an option, I guess.

Palette cleanser

Wow a lot of that was really angsty and sad. Have some fluffy headcanons to make it better.

Because of how much both his kids crave validation, Golden always makes sure to give them at least one compliment or affirmation per day.

Guillermo knows he was named after a bird, and gets embarrassed over it when it's mentioned. The rest of the family occasionally uses it to tease him.

On that topic- they have bird pets! The whole family adores them.

Cami is the one who tells the kids bedtime stories when they were little. She liked making up her own and improvising rather than reading them from books, and they loved her stories.

They both like fancy clothes! Rich people things.

Guillermo doesn't believe in magic, but Layra definitely does. They have had their number of squabbles about that over the years.

Golden has like a million photos of them in his office, for when he's feeling miserable. His kids always bring a smile to his face <3

The animatronics try to be there for the kids and act like a better extended family for them than Golden's shitty ass family. Ditto for Eak and Towntrap.

Also Joy loves them! She's the fun aunt. She's especially close to Layra, and often helps her with her acting when possible.
