Cassius could survive solely on bread, cheese, and chocolate. He didn't cook for himself a lot before joining up with Varric, but when he did he would keep it simple and make something like a Greek style wrap (pita, chicken/beef, tzatziki, olives, cucumber & feta) so he would pick up those ingredients on his day to cook. (I'm not sure if we've ever been given info on what kind of food they have in Tevinter, but I've always imagined it to be kind of Mediterranean so I'm basing this off of my headcanon)
