nothing wrong with being fat (its epic, even) and obviously BMI is bullshit start to finish but sometimes i really sit and think about. how. im Obese. like per BMI im not just Overweight (normal fat) im OBESE (Scary Fat). people being fatphobic love to quote stats like 40% of americans (or whatever) are obese!!!1! like. its scary. when like. look. at me.

I do not think im exactly the image in mind when talking about The Specter of Obesity. the idea theres this Health Epidemic happening because people are shaped like me. like unlearning fatphobia is more than just saying "its ok to be fat" (it is of course), but upending all you know about how society even uses these words. i've gone up sizes to an XL except i just bought a skirt that fits me perfectly thats a medium. Its all bullshit guys. its all such bullshit. be fat forever but always question what "fat" even means
