I LOVE the newest chapter of the Democratic fic! Obi-Wan struggling to keep up his “vulnerable kitten” mask after Anakin literally kills for him. It’s like a tiger being offered a bloody steak and Obi-Wan has to restrain himself from tearing in and instead act traumatized….. I honestly wonder if, in this universe, Anakin’s instinctive murderous defense was one of the “nicest” things that anyone had done for Obi-Wan…..

poor baby sith obi-wan is so horny after anakin kills someone for him that’s like the best case scenario the dream scenario he didn’t think could ever actually happen!!! In his mind he set up this scenario so Anakin would have to defend him if he followed him down below, but he was hoping for some sort of yelling or fist fight maybe!! Or worst case, show up bruised on anakin’s doorstep so he’d know he was injured and feel bad for not accompanying him!!

He did NOT expect Anakin to kill someone with the Force 😱 for obi-wan 😳

if anakin hadnt had a little freak out about the killings, obi-wan probably would have jumped him

(not that he did that good of a job of acting traumatized after that anyway lol but good thing anakin was actually a bit traumatized from his own actions and wasn’t paying close attention to him)
