hello everyone, i have been VERY BUSY!!!!! this is why:

most of them still need clothes, and i need to do some tiny additions here and there (like o's white streak) but!!! my gosh the bodies are finally done!!!

josie and rory belong to @thedeafprophet , harper belongs to @the-insouciant-scientist , elias is mine, and orsinio belongs to @house-of-mirrors !!!! i started partway through august and oh my gosh! it's been a lot of work, though I've enjoyed myself quite a lot!!!!

we actually have three different body types at play here, the base (josie and rory), a shorter type (harper and orsinio), and a wider type (elias)! elias' body type was that hardest of all, since i had to make certain i didn't have the extra width go up through the neck and into the head (because. i don't want to do that chzbdbfbdbd) but in the end it was actually a lot easier to turn and stuff, and now that i know my pattern works, it'll be just as easy as the rest!

rory still wins the repeat dentisty contest at 14 though. (2nd highest is harper at 6)

Apollo redesign !

Without lighting and with the speech bubble

I might tone down Apollo's design a bit, but the colors I think actually came out well! Some notes on his rewrite, I will reblog this during the week adding more information :

•His purple color palette, though in line with Zeus', didn't really make sense and I hated how bland he looked. I choose warm colors to represent his role as the sun god more, and I think I got the hairdo right

•Him and artemis are fraternal twins, with only Artemis having a similar color palette to her father (also very ironic that Apollo is the one most similar personality-wise), but he does wear a lot of blue and is generally not shy of talking about his father

•Demeter in my AU is still very antagonistic towards Zeus, and often hosts Leto though she hides this fact from Hera

•Once they tried to pair Kore and Apollo..it didn't go as planned and it's safe to say they don't really like each other (tolerate it when they're with Artemis)

•Instead of being the one who plots to overthrow Zeus, he'll only be an ally to Athena who's the one to come up with the plans

I'm currently looking for refrences (especially oatterns and assembly instructions!) of 1880-1909 nightgowns (heavy preference for 1893-1905) so! if anyone has any photos or plates or re-enactor photos and would like to shate them please, that would be lovely!
