A: They’re all musicians who do not play rock ’n’ roll music but who are nevertheless nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame alongside the Dave Matthews Band, Eric B. & Rakim, Foreigner, Peter Frampton, Jane’s Addition, Lenny Kravitz, Oasis, Sinéd O’Connor, Ozzy Osbourne, Sade and a Tribe Called Quest.

Los Lobos? Nope.

Warren Zevon? Uh-uh.

Blood, Sweat & Tears? No, nope & nah.

If Sound Bites had a ballot, here’s how it would read:
