Big Ups to the bro AUSTIN CRUTE, currently crackin the planet tfu in the most critically-acclaimed film currently in theaters, “Booksmart.” We’ve been on the Crute fan-wagon for a lot of years now, dating back to his early years as a high school Musical Theatre standout. His mind-blowing range as an artist and performer is slowly being revealed to the public… and the revelation is taking place in some of the most lauded work of our generation. His credits are only beginning to fill his resume, but they already include multi-award-winners @Atlantafx (as Black Bieber) Orange is the New Black, and now his big screen debut in Booksmart. The upward trajectory is still mad strong as he is currently wrapping production on his starring role in the highly anticipated @Netflix series “Daybreak” - showing even more range as he stretches from Booksmart’s drama queen to Daybreak’s Bullying Football Jock. - But his range isn’t limited to screen appearances. His skills as a producer/songwriter are some of the best (& most slept on) in the industry. As a recent graduate of the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU’s Tisch School of Music his already mind-blowing production skills are now locked and loaded. I’ve long been a fan of his unique work, which I’ve dubbed “Intellitrap” for its of-the-moment litness blended with highly skilled musicality and innovative composing choices.
