That said… chapter three of The Friends that Ruin You (link below the cut) begged for fanart. I thought for sure it was going to be mildly spicy intrusive thoughts from Lucifer, but inspiration surprised me.

Yay more art for my favorite author and favorite fic!

The Friends that Ruin You: Chapter 14 Vox isn’t unsettled by much - he wasn’t in life, and he hasn’t been in death - but that toy is nightmare fuel. It has soulless button eyes and green voodoo stitching, and Vox could swear its eyes are tracking him from where Charlotte is half-strangling it in the crook of an arm. The ONLY good thing about Al having given it to the princess is that it’s no longer sitting on his counter and mocking him with its tortured existence. 

Charlies "ugly" stuffed rabbit from @number1trashenthusiast 's fic, The Friends that Ruin You I cannot simply explain how fantastic the journey has been so far. This fic has it all and is a must-read for any Radioapple shipper!

I don’t post for WIP Wednesday usually, but if I don’t get this piece out there I’m never going to be able to work on other illustrations for The Friends That Ruin You. The Friends That Ruin You by @number1trashenthusiast will have me in an art chokehold for the foreseeable future. I get fed scraps of the chapter in progress that leave me desperate for the final product and I was working on this one for a while… then it gets posted and I have at least FOUR MORE ILLUSTRATIONS I WANT TO DO NOW number1trashenthusiast!

I completely credit @number1trashenthusiast for getting me hooked on Lucid Dreams of New Orleans by @radiaurapple . It’s the event of my week. I didn’t draw a scene from the fic exactly, but put all my excitement for this upcoming chapter into this piece. Just a quiet little moment shared on the porch of Alastor’s mortal home.

“Charlie, dear, the overlords of Hell are like starving wild dogs.” He gave her a pat on the head in sharp contrast to his words and then permitted it when she angrily swatted his hand away. “It’s always at least BORDERING on a trap. I intend to go anyway.”

Okay, so….Lucid Dreams of New Orleans is a beautiful piece of fiction that has had me in a literal chokehold since it posted. Here is my take on Alastor’s heavenly camouflage. I hope @radiaurapple doesn’t mind!

OH MY GOD?? this is so so lovely thank you so much @number1trashenthusiast 😭😭 I'm obsessed with their expressions, Alastor looks so happy and Lucifer's face is so soft i just 😭 and it's so cool to see their demon forms in the BG!! Thank you so much for reading and sharing your art 😭😭💖💖
