Illustration number….I don’t know what number illustration I’m on for The Friends That Ruin You. This one’s from Chapter 19. I was dying to draw the cranky old men arguing. @number1trashenthusiast showed me a beautiful, stunning bayou they drew and I took all my inspiration for the background from it.

“Oh for fuck’s sake, I SAID I was sorry.” 

“Well, you can take your apology and shove it right where - “ 

“Hey, YOU let go of ME.” 

“Yes, and WHOSE FAULT WAS THAT?!”

Yay more art for my favorite author and favorite fic!

The Friends that Ruin You: Chapter 14 Vox isn’t unsettled by much - he wasn’t in life, and he hasn’t been in death - but that toy is nightmare fuel. It has soulless button eyes and green voodoo stitching, and Vox could swear its eyes are tracking him from where Charlotte is half-strangling it in the crook of an arm. The ONLY good thing about Al having given it to the princess is that it’s no longer sitting on his counter and mocking him with its tortured existence. 

Charlies "ugly" stuffed rabbit from @number1trashenthusiast 's fic, The Friends that Ruin You I cannot simply explain how fantastic the journey has been so far. This fic has it all and is a must-read for any Radioapple shipper!

Happy New Year! New year, new illustration for my favorite slow burn radioapple fic

Charlie and Al from the end of chapter 20 of The Friends That Ruin You. If you’re thinking that you’ve seen a similar style on Charlie, I did the same thing while drawing her. And we’re right- @number1trashenthusiast confirmed that stylistic choices for Charlie were drawn from a real life princess- any guesses who?

That said… chapter three of The Friends that Ruin You (link below the cut) begged for fanart. I thought for sure it was going to be mildly spicy intrusive thoughts from Lucifer, but inspiration surprised me.

A Collab I say!

@number1trashenthusiast and I did a thing. I was scribbling Michael from their fic The Friends That Ruin You and they were helping me make it an interesting composition instead of Michael just standing in the middle of the page. At the same time they showed me an animation frame inspired by him and it just spiraled a little from there. Lucifer and that lovely garden in the window were done by number1trashenthusiast. Michael, the window, and the stamp for the wallpaper were my creation.

I had way too much fun with this, hope you all enjoy!

The Friends That Ruin You by @number1trashenthusiast will have me in an art chokehold for the foreseeable future. I get fed scraps of the chapter in progress that leave me desperate for the final product and I was working on this one for a while… then it gets posted and I have at least FOUR MORE ILLUSTRATIONS I WANT TO DO NOW number1trashenthusiast!

I completely credit @number1trashenthusiast for getting me hooked on Lucid Dreams of New Orleans by @radiaurapple . It’s the event of my week. I didn’t draw a scene from the fic exactly, but put all my excitement for this upcoming chapter into this piece. Just a quiet little moment shared on the porch of Alastor’s mortal home.
