@fluxx121 shares what goes back and forth to practice each day. It's always so interesting to see! • • • • • • #whatsinyourderbybag. I carry TWO BAGS because I have way too much shit with me. Instead of listing the obvious skates and pads, I'm gonna talk about the random things I've found helpful to keep in my bag.  King Size Sharpies with my name on them. A lacrosse ball and foam roller. Arm&Hammer shoe refresher spray for my skates since I skate barefoot. Charcoal moisture/odor suckers. Sanitizing wipes for wiping down my arms and feet so I don't feel gross during my 50min drive home. A mesh ditty bag for my pads so I can throw the whole thing in the wash. My derby journal and penbag by @noxskateco. A rag by @bout_betties. Tissues. Tylenol. Pain relief CBD salve. And so much more crap! #alwaysprepared  I use a Zuca bag for my skates, knee pads, and extra wheels. My RADAR backpack for everything else. I would probably upgrade to one big rolling skate bag, but I love my Zuca for the seat too much.  It might be excessive. I have chronic eczema as well as a previously injured ankle, so all this keeps my psoriasis flare-ups and ankle aches at a minimal. Pre-hab and gearing down is like a ritualistic process for me.
