My body is crazy sore from the last two days of #insanitymax30. I was going to do day three but I didn't know if I could give it my all. I still wanted to work out so I asked myself, "What can I do that will make me feel like I'm working out but won't constantly make me think of my aching muscles?" The answer: dance! When I say I had the best nurses in the world today, it's an understatement. I felt so at ease and relaxed the whole time before. One even sat and watched Gilmore Girls with me for a bit before I went in. You can't help but get nervous, no matter what you're having done, or how many times you've already gone under. Started my May fitness goal early with an hour's worth of cardio at the gym! I not only doubled my usual time on the stairstepper, but I doubled my usual time at the gym as a whole by adding 30 minutes on the elliptical. My back is a little tired, but otherwise I feel amazing! I really hope I can keep the stamina up and that my back can get used to this, because I'm ready kick my body into gear 💪💪 #health #weightloss #backinshape #nowwerest
