just remembered dreampop. he was literally just a guy
#the onceler askblog not the genre#except his personality leaned more towards the genre than the one slur. which is probably why he backfired#had no choice but to deoncelerise#now he's just some guy named dezodawn who played guitar in a 90s shoegaze band from a country I made up#king#anyway I am suddenly remembering him. my first born son. the only oc other people actually know about lol#I was looking at the 2022 drawings I did of him and it was like#a bit disproportionate and all over the place and messy and all that#and it was SO colourful#but I still prefer it to most of the art I've done before and since that era#at least when it came to like lighting and shading and stuff#bc I'd never done that stuff before and I also haven't done it since lol (effort)#also I kept drawing him in outfits I wanted? I had to put him away bc he kept wearing things I wished I owned ๐ that's why he died#(he didn't die). anyway.#ramble#dp vibes
