I hate that I’ve basically tested and proven my old doctor’s theory that my anxiety and insomnia will improve significantly if I am physically active every day.
I’ve been lazy lately and it’s resulted in me a) physically feeling like garbage, b) sleeping like complete shit, c) being in an awful, touchy, anxious mood pretty much constantly.
I’m so mad that she was right.
