On the left side there is Dr.Doktor and Aiden from Gametoons and on the right there is Mango Tango and Gold from Alan Becker.

I was thinking for a while to draw this ever since i saw the AvM episode 30 cause... They have similar backstories.

The meaning of "similar backstories" is honesty true about that fact. Here is some explanation of what i mean.

I've known the Novisor since the first episode since I've been watching Gametoons from the couple episodes from AUL. And there was a backstory of Novisor in the first episode with presenting Aiden, how he met Mr.Duncan, he got this computer, playing Amoung Us then something goes wrong as it wasn't the real game but a corrupted version that Novisor was like had control over it (?) And later on as Veteran explains after he closed the game and went to his roommate it turned out it wasn't actually them and this whole time it was on the laptop. Somehow Aiden was sucked in the game not realizing it. But there were hints he was as before he started playing the game he couldn't leave the server. And like that Novisor took Aiden as his vessel. Dr.Doktor wasn't yet presented in the series in that time. Later on in the i think before last episode we had got presented to Dr.Doktor telling Ninja the origins of Novisor. But we didn't know much about him. And i don't know about others but i though then he was a bad guy due in the end of that episode he said "not to worry Player, where we are going we don't need visor's to see". And he brings Player, Captain and Ninja to the Novisor realm. And as we go to the final episode (not counting the Pibby corruption In gametoons realm. That's a different series) Dr.Doktor revealed that he was the father of Aiden and what he was doing was to bring his son back and give to Novisor Player as his new vessel. But later on Player convince Dr.Doktor that if he wants to help his son he can't just work for the very thing that took Aiden so he changed sides.

Now how familiar does that sound to the AvM season 3?

Mango Tango in the beginning was known as a bad guy that wanted to destroy Minecraft (not sure how the fandom was back then cause i joined 2 months later after AvM 30) and there wasn't a lot explanation why he was doing that until the backstory of his and Gold. That everything was fine until in the festival he saw the Minecraft simulator and he played it until something went wrong. And Gold dint make it as he slipped back to the game and the game crashed/had a fatal error. Later MT wanted to destroy Minecraft after what happened to Gold.

Does that sound close similar backstories?

Both dad's were doing something for there sons entering the game that did something to them.

There are some difference of course. Dr.Doktor was trying to get Player as a new vessel for Novisor to realease Aiden while MT was trying to destroy Minecraft after the simulator crashed with Gold still stuck inside of it. But.... Both fathers wanted revenge after what happened to their sons. That's a fact that is kinda similar.

So yeah that is why I drew this thinking about similar backstories of two different series and fandom's. Also did that since all 4 characters in the drawing are my favorite character from both series.

After the doors finally opened up, the group quickly dashed into the first room they could register. The moment was chilling after their sudden brush with death, everyone taking a moment to catch their breaths.

“Okay.” Blue was the first to speak up. “I’ve seen a lot of things happen in this game, and this is by far the most messed up.” The bean took a quick look outside the Laboratory’s doorway, double checking that those faceless, creepy, glitchy ‘ghosts’ didn’t follow them in there. “You’re right. This definitely isn’t a dream… so how the hell are we gonna get out of this mess?”

we were really robbed of more Blue in the NoVisor Arc. like my guy has been playing this game since 2018, which means he’s been around during the same time Aiden was first kidnapped!! I’m a bit hyperfixated on the rewrite of the NoVisor Arc (and AUL in general) I’m doing with a friend rn, so if I remember to post more of that I will! For now though more context and other scattered stuff about the lore for AULR will be under the cut!! :3

the beginning of Return is kinda identical, but Blue replaces Ria. Player, Veteran, and Noob try to warn them about Things Being Kinda Weird and that they are absolutely trapped inside the game but they both call bs (assuming they’re like dreaming or something) until a group of glitched out ghost things (with no visor cuz duh) chase after them all. PF also Coincidentally™️ shows up not too long before the ghosts start attacking and chasing them! how strange…

ANYWAY now they’re hiding out from those things and are using the stupid cleanup thing in MIRA to give them a moment to catch their breath, buy some time, and think of a game plan. The near death experience convinced Mr. Egg and especially Blue that maybe there is way more to this than they both initially thought.

PF’s a lil nervous cuz he believes Blue is catching onto him knowing more about everyone getting transported into the game than he lets on (AND HES RIGHT), esp cuz Blue has mentioned having multiple encounters with strange cultist beans over the years of playing Among Us. (Spoilers Blue does find out about PF later in the episode, but definitely dies like right after :(()

The way I see NV’s plan is somewhat similar but also different. We didn’t really know what was going on exactly in canon, but for this one the best way I can describe it is like the plot of Side Order. The NV Cult is forcibly bringing people into a virtual world in which they would be able to rule with The Power Of Hacking.

as for why the world they picked is a hacked Among Us game? Well it’s simple! it’s super buggy, and there’s only three developers (at the time this takes place that is), so anything they do will take forever to fix and update on their end. And the game being practically a wasteland to the sudden boom in popularity was perfect for bringing unsuspecting people in.

Innersloth knew something was wrong right away all those years ago, but they just couldn’t keep up with this group of hackers. The eventual solution they came up with to all the shenanigans from the cult (and others when it started getting popular) led to the creation of the Hacker’s Lobby, run by 2 (technically 3 if you count Clogsworth) Admins. This new lobby worked! …for the most part. As new cult members infiltrate the game, there’s bound to be some people Innersloth and the Admins missed…

BUT THATS ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE and there’s a lot of stuff I definitely missed but yea!! AULR my beloved :]

Hey. I'll be working this account mostly.

My name is Yesvisor. Yes, THAT Yesvisor. The ghost. Anyway, Maybevisor wanted this up and going because she wanted us to show you all that we're... not as scary as you think we are.

Ever since, well, all that happened, we've kind of just been here. Hanging around, doing whatever.

We don't really bother with mortals now. Not professionally, anyway. But, I got a part-time internship at MIRA. It's alright. I just show up to the site sometimes, do maintenance, basic stuff.

Anyway, I'd better get it going and introduce you to the others now.

Yesvisor (Me) - He/Him - White - I'm the oldest child. I hang around MIRA for most of my time, but I head up to the Skeld for work sometimes. I'm gonna be running all the technical and visual stuff.

Maybevisor - He/She - Grey - Our little brother; the youngest. He's a bit nicer than the rest of us, I'll admit. Very excitable. She'll probably be around a lot, considering this was her idea. He probably bothers with mortals the most out of our entire family.

Novisor - Any pronouns - Black - The middle child. He's everything you'd expect from someone in her position. I won't go into detail, some of the things they do, on the daily, for FUN... are less than favourable. It'll be on here every now and then, I imagine.

Visor - He/Him - Dark Grey (Don't ask me how that works) - Our dad. Maybevisor asked him if we could do this, and he's okay with it. I don't think he really understands anything about it, though; Once I tried to teach him how to use the MIRA cameras, and he snapped the computer mouse in half. I don't expect him to be on here often.

I really like Chary's interpretation of the Visors, and I wanted to build something off of that, so a lot of this is just headcanons I have for them. There might be a few references to Gametoons' Novisor saga, but they are completely non-canon and the saga is unrelated to this AU.

I like the idea of them being seen as these scary, powerful, mortally-detached entities (which they are, so don't be fooled!) but just having everyday lives when they're... well, not killing people. This is based a bit on that.

Very canon non-compliant.

Lore Dump #2: Guardian Angels

Guardian Angels are relatively simple; die protecting someone else, and you become one.

You can be a Crewmate or Impostor, it doesn't matter, as long as you meet the one criteria.

The strange part is, the whole 'being a Guardian Angel' thing stays. If one were to become a Guardian Angel, then be revived, and well, die again... They'd still be one.

But, if they were turned into a Novisor... Well, they'd still be one, but the wings commonly seen on a Guardian Angel will not be there; the Novisors' and Guardian Angels' powers have some overlap, anyways.

This is really funny for me too because it basically doesn't change anything. The last characters I wrote about [on Monday] were Novisor [From the Among Us Logic YouTube series] And the red [Antonio] and green [Phil] imps from the Friday Night Funkin Vs Imposter mod. The last game I played was Minecraft, and the fic I was working on is mostly... set on a Minecraft server. So... win?

That's really cool because I feel like the two existing mods are kinda meh and I'm usually really fond of FNF music. But Novisor doesn't belong to me? He's a Gametoons character. Most of his daily interactions are with the red and green imps from the FNF Vs Imposter mod. Here called Antonio [red] and Phil [green] and a crewmate named Hazel [OC] from Novisor's home planet/server. [The story takes place mainly on the internet and characters hop games Wreck-it-Ralph style. Home base is a Minecraft server run by Herobrines and other glitched entities.] But please put some videos on YouTube to show off the music and visuals as you're developing it! I'm terrible at rhythm games, but I love to see and hear them played.
