Alèm disso terá a nova Ranger T1+ preparada pela Past Racing , com o Espanhol Daniel Alonso, e a Raptor RS T1+ do Martin Prokop.

A marca da Renault da Romenia , a Renault que participou com uma equipe Argentina com o modelo Duster  entre 2014-2018, estará de volta ao Dakar Rally em 2025 em parceria com a Prodrive com carro chamado de “Sandrider T1+” , a  equipe esteve competindo nos últimos anos com um buggy próprio , chamado “Hunter” terminando em em 2ª posição em 2022 e 2023 , com Sebastien Loeb que será um dos pilotos , junto com Nasser All Attyah , 5x campeão do Dakar Rally e a Cristina Guttierrez , campeã do Dakar rally 2024 nos UTVs Challenger e em 2022 campeã da Extreme E , que volta a correr nos carros que ela competiu no Dakar até 2020.

O carro da Dacia, tem muita coisa com base no Prodrive Hunter T1+ , menos o motor que era um Ford V6 Turbo , por um motor Nissan V8 derivado do modelo Z.

A  Toyota estará de volta com a equipe de fabrica Gazzo Racing, com Lucas Moraes como um dos pilotos e  entradas privadas com o apoio da Over Drive Racing, sendo uma delas a dupla de ex-pilotos de moto campeões por Toby Price e Sam Sunderland.

A Mini agora com uma dupla de pilotos nova formada pelo Guilame de Mevius que terminou em 2º lugar na edição de 2024 com Toyota privado preparado pela Over Drive , e Guerlain Chicheret que correu com Toyota Privado com o modelo Mini Cooper 2.0 T1+ que terá atualizações , e o Portugues João Ferreira que na edição de 2023 correu nos UTVs Challenger  com Yamaha YXZ 1000 R preparado pela X-Raid.

A preparadora de Buggy Sul-Africana   estará com equipe de fabrica com Laia Sanz , Mathiue Serradori com o modelo CR7 T1+ ,Brian Baragwanath, com carros de entradas privadas terá os Irmãos Coronel com e o Brasileiro  Marcelo Gastaldi , que terminou a última edição do rally Dos Sertões nos carros em segundo,  que na edição do Dakar de 2024 competiu nos UTVs Challenger , que teve uma vitória de etapa.

Uma das novidades será a Amarock T1+ preparada pela PS Laser Racing na Africa do Sul .

O buggy feito na Africa do Sul pela Red Lined Motorsport chamado de Revo T1+, com motor Nissan V8 derivado do GT-R , que estreou em 2024 terminando na 25ª posição com a Arabe Allyyah Koloc .

A Can-am estará com o novo Maverick R com a equipe de fabrica e com clientes pelo menos na categoria SSV.

RACING SUN

Before the race, I’d searched for the ultimate custom blade (the anti-gravity racing machine, not the traditional sword section). Powered by retrofitted jet-propulsion systems, blades defy the lithosphere. They bullwhip racers through relative sound barriers and yank them around switchbacks at supersonic speeds that numb the extremities.

But results were scant.

Now I’m sitting in a retinal implant-rattling test rig. Caution strobes may as well dot the thrusters, punchlines to a joke called Hooder Aerosports.

“Crooks. All of ‘em,” grandpa would grumble while running hacks on a blade belonging to Cayn Huges. “They’ll throttle your credflow and put you on wheels - for a fix!”

(Cayn was blademaster champion - back when bladerunners were called pilots. He’d made at least as many enemies as he had friends: people who'd liked him better in memory. Hirelings of a hireling had hired gramps: told him to backdoor into Cayn’s blade and disrupt its co-pilot A.I. They liked to pay with illegal credits and… that’s all I know. Because grampa locked his memories in Acer Naim’s preformatted neuro strata. Then dumped the key in a password protected engram, buried in the neurons of 1 of 3,000 clones that operate discreetly out of an He3 aerostat factory).

Anyway, the four-eyed brothers at Eden Courier Custom might say my ride’s closer to a prototype than their spacetracks in microgravity will allow, but what do they know? To be frank, I’d rather be saddled in a cool, muted Lowd 451. Olive drab, racing stripe so dark your eyes just slide right off it. A converted mobile weapons platform strapped to Devcou DC 5’s twin-thruster system. Then I’d have a chance against suicidal mechanoid, Sun Mateeb.

Sun scans me from a Barracuda blade, mounted high in Emmet Barant’s ultra-light space frame skinned with chromatic cowling. It watches me, a traditional female face nanofused to circuity: convincingly brown eyeotics piping exabytes of visual data along fiberoptic nerves to Nova CoreTek’s processing unit, situated posterior to a nanotube infused olfactory set. It covers its left eye analogue with an unskinned hand and that’s when I know it’s rogue.

I answer with engine revs, flicking switches to appear indifferent and unintimidated. But the mechanoid’s working off of microexpressions that betray my terror: images analyzed and interpreted at the speed of light, with error-correcting prediction models coded by machines. It knows I’m sweating under these heat-resistant nanofibers. Also, it knows I’m sitting in a flying stovepipe, if it prefers to think in such terms.

And we’re off.

I drop the hammer a trillionth of a second before getting the signal to lose as fast as possible to Sun Mateeb. The mechanoid powerboosts off the line with zero turbolag, soaring several yards ahead, using potential and kinetic energy to drive compressors in the Barracuda blade’s turbocharged superjet engines. I upshift and slip into its slipstream, making up time, but Sun cuts right and puts my face in a vaportrail spilling off its left flank.

How’d I get myself into this? Simple tradition: my father was a bladerunner. His father was a bladerunner. His father’s father held a prestigious membership in an invitation-only Jet class, featuring match racing with Diebek-built Z-48 “Koschei” superjets, racing at speeds in the 1000+ mph range. So you could say racing’s in my blood: a vestigial but prominent drive to drive for sport. I was born to blade.

But Sun? Sun was designed to die.

Assembled in a Zarokhli-Anin autofactory on San Kei, a single H97-3 model could fly an explosive, pilot-guided monkey wrench into a migration project and wipe out 70% of its population. Their use in the San Kei conflict was almost mandatory: they were sent out by the thousands to cripple in coordinated suicides; to sink capital ships for the San Kei Front; to put every vessel in the system on high alert. When the war ended, active units like Sun were left to find other ways to fulfill their function.

I back out and nearly clip the hub of a massive, industrial-grade cast iron pipe. We’re racing through a narrow, V-shaped tidal riverbed in the irradiated Mastan shipyards; a steep-walled ditch littered with AxiCorp powercells and warp engine artifacts. The kind of place where one runner’s luck is another runner’s miscalculation. I zig-zag my blade back into coherence and zip unto a broadway that’s overcast with military corvettes. Their floodlights wash across the racing line, oscillating to and fro like emergency spotbeams. Sun dips into a watercourse about a klick distant and I’m running flat-out. I try to keep the mechanoid busy, but it’s me against a .000 reaction time, and the reaction time is winning.

So I do what any self-respecting bladerunner would do. I improvise.

First, I activate the blade’s co-pilot A.I. and link to the Interplanetary Network. Then, using an old trick my dad taught me, I run a program that lets me authenticate into Sun's Barracuda via Hedgemony Throneworld’s low orbit comsat array. The program is hardly new: cornerdroids use a sponsored version to alert co-pilot A.I. of obstacles that would otherwise go undetected by organics. In my case, it’s just a matter of tricking the Barracuda’s co-pilot A.I. into responding to a hazard that doesn’t exist.

Suddenly my blade trades paint with a hullplate, panels buckling as I send a faux alert to the Barracuda’s co-pilot A.I. Meanwhile, Sun’s running lean to conserve fuel cells, so I maximize my advantage with a timed boost that puts me back in its slipstream. Then I wait.

And wait.

When you’re racing a suicidal mechanoid, things can get real messy, real fast. I might be in it to win, but Sun Mateeb was programmed to do one thing. My grip tightens around the yoke. What if it tries to do me in with a suicide move? I narrow the gap between myself and the machine as thick, black smoke spits out of my left engine. Sun doesn’t want to win, I realize. Sun wants to –

The Barracuda screams and dives into the ground, kicking up regolith as the co-pilot A.I. tries to duck under a non-existent overhang. I overtake Sun at mach 2 and activate my blade’s autorepair system, which drops my speed long enough to give me a passing glimpse of its cold, inert visage. It regains control of the blade with horrifying precision: self-correcting programs jerking it back into a stable state before my brain can process the event. I panic-boost and veer wildly to keep it from latching on to my slipstream.

We break into the final stretch with me in a split-second lead, Sun trailing close enough to boost-ram me into the next life. I check the rearcam. It’s trying to pass. I nail it. It’s filling my rearview. I try to lose it. It anticipates my action potentials. My nerves are static. Then it downshifts and falls back, receding into the noisy background of the camfeed. I plow through the finish and lock the airbrakes after about 25 yards. It takes almost that far to stop.

As the cooling fans wine, I check my rearview and spot Sun several yards distant. It appears to have stopped. Somewhere, beyond the ditch, a Titan Crane groans as it lifts a ship out of dock. I check the Network to view the postrace stats, and the winner is…

“INDETERMINATE?” I repeat aloud.

I check the other postrace stats:

Something’s not right. What happened to Sun Mateeb? My rearcam shows it on approach, gaining speed. Then it hits me: the mechanoid is going to kill me.

I scramble to reactivate the controls, but the blade’s in queue for pickup. By luck, I manage to free myself from the blade’s tight cockpit just as Sun forces it into early retirement.

The concussive blast boots me from the wreckage, banging me up and leaving me for dead. As I slip out of consciousness, watching flames consume the blades, it starts to make sense. I check the Network again and there I am: The official winner of Sun Mateeb’s Gutter Run Challenge.

And yet, somehow, I doubt it.

in the interest of documenting my ridiculous life (and procrastinating on work) here’s some of what happened in the last week:

friday july 13th: had the day off work to make up for all the overtime i worked (six days a week from february through to may)

saturday july 14th: had a lovely six hour breakfast hangout with an old friend of mine who just got back from nearly a year in denmark, then spent the evening with my mum (it was a lot of driving back and forth)

sunday july 15th: woke up at six am, went to the gym at nine am, got a text off my step dad at nine forty five asking if i could drive back to the house to do the vacuuming, dishes, and tidy up (because he was really sick and my mum can’t do it and he was afraid that he might have to call an ambulance to come get him and he didn’t want them to see the messy house). drove to my family’s house (forty five minute drive), spent two hours there cleaning up and playing with the dog, left at noon to drive home, shower (for the first time since being at the gym at nine am, gross), change, and drive into the city to hang out with my friend katie. did a ton of walking around with katie in like thirty degree plus heat. then got a call at six thirty from my mum asking if i could meet them at the house and take steve to a second hospital (he spent FIVE HOURS at the first hospital and then he didn’t want to take an ambulance because it wasn’t Serious).

so i left katie’s, drove way too fast on the highway to meet them at home, drove steve to the hospital.

he was under the impression that he was going to be admitted to the new hospital for the night...

we got there at eight pm

didn’t see the doctor until midnight.

the hospital was FREEZING because it’s been so hot and they’ve been overloaded with heat stroke victims.

we waited in a second waiting room with ONE RECLINING CHAIR and a bunch of other shitty hospital chairs. thank god for that one reclining chair because steve’s problems were abdominal and it hurts like hell to sit in a regular chair!!! also thank god i had blankets in my car because the hospital had Z E R O chairs.

we were in that second waiting room waiting for a free bed upstairs for SIX HOURS.

monday july 16th: around six am they moved us to a back room with a “bed” (one of those tables that doctors use when you go in for a check up) and a curtain.

i texted and emailed my bosses to tell them i wouldn’t be in

around eight thirty a new nurse came in and was really mad that no one had brought him 1) pillows 2) bedsheets 3) a nightgown 4) body wipes

at nine thirtyi left to go home and shower and change and pick up some things for steve (because the whole time i’d been in a tank top romper and smelled horrible)

got back to the hospital at eleven thirty.

steve finally got moved to a proper room at THREE THIRTY. nineteen (if my math is correct) hours after he’d gotten to the SECOND hospital.

i left the hospital at five thirty and almost immediately collapsed and slept for eleven hours.

tuesday july 17th: pretty standard work day, no hospital trips, just my mum calling me sobbing because steve wasn’t responding to her texts and he’d had a procedure done and she worries all the time always about everything. (turns out he’d been done the procedure at four thirty and when she called the hospital at six he was fine and his brother was visiting and they were both shitty about it).

wednesday july 18th: slow boring work day. my mum’s neighbour drove her into the hospital to visit for the first time. after work i went home and then went to pick up some pixy sticks for my brother because he asked and because i’m a sucker and then i got MORE stuff for steve and had to race to the hospital because neither of them told me visiting hours were supposed to be over at seven thirty and it was seven thirty when i was heading over there.

anyway, got there and it was fine.

drove my mum back home where i had to do laundry and help her pack her bag because she already had a trip home to nova scotia planned weeks ago.

thursday july 19th: after going to bed at midnight we woke up at six thirty am, left the house at quarter after seven, i dropped my mum off at the airport at eight  (with all her guilt and anxiety and stress and sadness, we’re all a mess, the entire family about everything), and then got to work early.

where i am now. 

i am very tired

i don’t know when steve gets out of the hospital. they are moving one day at a time. in the worst way. like one SINGLE thing happens in a day and then we have to wait until the next day for anything else to happen.

Botany/Science Books I Recommend

(I’ll update whenever I read a book I like!)

1. The Big, Bad Book of Botany by Micheal Largo

This book was one of the first ones that I read that was strictly about botany. It’s an interesting one too! It’s an A-Z book containing interesting facts about common plants. While there’s not a huge amount of plants covered, the book is 387 pages, not including acknowledgements and all that, but it does cover a large variety of different types of plants, from flowering species to vegetables. There’s carrots, belladonna, ginkgo, opium poppy, and venus flytraps, all giving us information on history, use in modern day, toxicity, and facts about the plants. It’s truly an interesting fact book, but it gives good knowledge on plants we use everyday. Plus, you can learn new things, like how alfalfa sprouts can cause a disease similar to lupus! [EDIT: it's been brought to my attention that there are some things in this book that may not be accurate, my apologies. However, despite the inaccuracies, it does have interesting things that don't apply to science, like folklore and stories. Also, if you find an interesting plant in here, you can research it more, as I did with the Be-still Tree (Thevetia peruviana or Cascabela thevetia). I'm sorry for recommending a book that has inaccuracies, I'll learn to research the book more.]

2. Letters To A Young Scientist by Edward O. Wilson

I picked up this book while browsing a Chapters. It’s a very skinny book, and was wedged between a couple big books about chemistry. I read the back, and I knew that I wanted it. It gives a whole new perspective on becoming a scientist. Edward O. Wilson is an American biologist that specializes in the study of ants. He’s been dubbed as “the father of biodiversity”, and he’s a personal hero of mine. He wrote this book with the intention of attracting young people into the science world, assuring that all you need is passion, and a drive to fulfill that passion. He also mentions that you don’t have to be great at math to become a scientist, as you can collaborate with scientists that are better in math (which is a huge relief because my math mark is on the sad side). It really made me happy that an older generation believed in people like me to continue research in biology, and it always gives me motivation to learn more and to gather all the information I can.

3. The Origin Of Species by Charles Darwin

Of course, a very famous book in the science world. I bought this after learning about evolution in my grade 11 biology class, and (although I haven’t read the whole thing yet) I find it very interesting. It’s a good base book to learn about the thoughts of Charles Darwin and his theories (because it was written by him of course), and also introduce yourself to the theory of evolution. I’m personally interested in natural selection, and how it applies to humans now (because of the growth in the medical world we can heal more people who would otherwise die- which is good and bad, being that the good is that we’re saving people, bad that these people were supposed to die and this is leading to overpopulation). Also if you plan to go into science, you’ll probably encounter this book a lot, so it’s good to read it!

4. Newcomb’s Wildflower Guide by Lawrence Newcomb

I bought this so I could use it to identify wildflowers I want to press and store, and I realized how easy it was to use it! Starting at the beginning, there are five questions to answer (in the categories of flower, leaf, and plant type), then you find the group number, and then you go on to use the locator key. It’s a very simple process, the only hard part being the five beginning questions, but Newcomb has helpfully provided a guide on how to answer the questions. It’s a very interesting guide, the only downfall is that it only covers part of the US and Canada (now I don’t know if he has published more books that cover other areas in the world, so I apologize for that). But if you live in Northeastern or North-Central North America (basically Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Tennessee to the upper east coast; and the Southern/middle area of Ontario/Quebec all the way over to New Brunswick, PEI, and Nova Scotia- so if you don’t live in those areas…. sorry)

As I said, I will update this list as I see fit, but until then, happy reading!!

O Detran já reabriu 100 postos em todo o estado do Rio. Nesta etapa da retomada gradual de serviços, mais postos estão fazendo entrega de carteira de habilitação e disponibilizando mais serviços de veículos. A prioridade continua sendo a emissão da carteira de identidade para casos emergenciais e o departamento pede que só procurem pelo atendimento quem realmente precisa.

O Detran reforça que é obrigatório o uso de máscara e orienta os solicitantes para que não compareçam às unidades com acompanhantes. Deste modo evitamos aglomeração de pessoas e a disseminação do vírus.

Identidade

Entrega dos documentos de identidade solicitados antes da pandemia: O serviço não necessita de agendamento e está disponível em todos os postos de Identificação Civil da capital fluminense e dos outros 27 municípios (Niterói, Campos dos Goytacazes, Nova Friburgo, Petrópolis, Volta Redonda, Duque de Caxias, Araruama, Teresópolis, São Gonçalo, Macaé, Itaperuna, Santo Antônio de Pádua, Nilópolis, Três Rios, Barra Mansa, Resende, São João de Meriti, Cabo Frio, Angra dos Reis, Rio Bonito, Barra do Piraí, Valença, Miracema, Itaboraí, Mesquita, Maricá, Rio das Ostras e Itaguaí). As exceções são os shoppings que ainda não estão abertos. Só estarão disponíveis nas unidades citadas as identidades solicitadas nesses postos. Quem deu entrada em uma unidade que ainda se encontra fechada precisa aguardar a reabertura do local.  Os horários de atendimento ficam a critério de cada município.

Primeira e segunda via da identidade – Na sede e nas unidades do Rio Poupa Tempo (Bangu, Duque de Caxias e São João de Meriti), mediante agendamento, pelo site ou pelo teleatendimento. Os horários de funcionamento são diferentes de acordo com a unidade escolhida, por isso será informado no ato do agendamento.

Habilitação

Segunda via – O serviço só está disponível na sede e nas três unidades do Rio Poupa Tempo de Bangu, São João de Meriti e Duque de Caxias, mediante agendamento prévio. Na sede a marcação dos serviços pode ser agendados pelo site ou pelo telefone.

CNH emitida antes da pandemia – A entrega acontece na sede do órgão (Centro do Rio), nas unidades do Rio Poupa Tempo de Bangu, São João de Meriti e Duque de Caxias, no Aerotown Power Center (Barra da Tijuca), Américas Shopping (Recreio dos Bandeirantes), Center Shopping (Jacarepaguá), West Shopping (Campo Grande), Niterói Shopping (Niterói), Itaboraí Plaza, Sulacap Shopping e Guadalupe Shopping, Niterói (Fonseca), Três Rios, Shopping Via Brasil (Irajá), Nova Iguaçu Shopping, Shopping Pátio Mix (Resende) e Barra Mansa. Só estarão disponíveis nas unidades citadas as CNHs solicitadas nesses postos.

As carteiras emitidas nos postos de habilitação de Vaz Lobo, Shopping Penha, Gávea Sul, Ceasa, Ipanema (Cantagalo), Méier, Boulevard Shopping (Vila Isabel) e 15º Ofício de Notas – Cartório Ouvidor estarão disponíveis na sede do departamento, que fica na Avenida Presidente, 817, no Centro do Rio. Quem deu entrada em um posto que ainda se encontra fechado precisa aguardar a reabertura da unidade.

Na sede, nos postos e nas unidades do Rio Poupa Tempo, o atendimento será das 10h às 16h e nos shoppings, das 12h às 16h. Não precisa agendamento. Basta comparecer nas unidades para retirar o documento. Com exceção das unidades do Rio Poupa Tempo, o atendimento foi dividido em ordem alfabética.

Na semana de 06/07 a 10/07, na segunda, quarta e sexta-feira, serão atendidas pessoas com inicias de A até J, e na terça e quinta-feira será a vez das iniciais de K até Z. Já na semana de 13/07 a 17/07, na segunda, quarta e sexta-feira, serão atendidas pessoas com iniciais de K até Z, e na terça e quinta-feira, será a vez das inicias de A até J.

Troca da permissão para a CNH definitiva – Disponível na sede (Centro do Rio), nas unidades do Rio Poupa Tempo de Bangu, São João de Meriti e Duque de Caxias e deverá ser agendado pelo site ou pelo teleatendimento. Este serviço está sendo oferecido somente para casos de urgência para pessoas que precisam da CNH definitiva para trabalhar. Dessa forma, é um serviço prestado em caráter excepcional. 

Renovação de CNH vencida antes do dia 19/02 – O condutor poderá renovar o documento na sede do departamento, no Centro do Rio, e nas unidades de Bangu, São João de Meriti e Duque de Caxias. O agendamento deverá ser realizado no site ou pelo teleatendimento. Na sede o atendimento será das 9h às 16h, já nas outras unidades, o atendimento será das 10h às 16h. Importante frisar que Habilitações e PPDs vencidas de 19 de fevereiro de 2020 para cá estão com a validade prorrogada.

Região Metropolitana – Barra da Tijuca, Ceasa, Haddock Lobo, Tubiacanga (Ilha do Governador), Santa Cruz, Vila Isabel, Reduc (Duque de Caxias), Nova Iguaçu, São João de Meriti, Niterói e São Gonçalo. Interior – Angra do Reis, Paraíba do Sul, Volta Redonda, Petrópolis, Nova Friburgo, São Pedro da Aldeia, Campos, Macaé e Itaperuna.

Vistoria

Por conta da pandemia do Coronavírus, o governador do estado suspendeu a exigência de vistoria para o licenciamento anual de 2020 dos veículos de carga, de transporte coletivo de passageiros, transporte escolar, e veículos rodoviários de passageiros. Dessa forma, nenhum veículo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro passará pelo procedimento de vistoria no serviço de licenciamento anual, neste período.   Exceto para os serviços de segunda via do CRV (Certificado de Registro do Veículo) e para Trocas de Propriedade, transferências de jurisdição (mudança no registro do estado) e de município, onde a vistoria continua obrigatória para todos os tipos de veículos. 

Autoescolas

As aulas teóricas e práticas estão autorizadas a serem realizadas. No entanto, para assegurar a saúde de todos os envolvidos na educação de trânsito, será obrigatória a adoção das seguintes medidas de segurança para o retorno das atividades:

Redução em sala de aula na ordem de 50% de alunos, por turno e dentro das capacidades estruturais de cada centro, para o aprendizado das aulas teóricas;

Criteriosa observação do distanciamento social de pelo menos 1,5 metro nos ambientes de aprendizagem;

Uso obrigatório de máscara para alunos/candidatos, bem como para todos os funcionários dos CFCs;

Fornecimento de álcool em gel por parte dos CFCs aos alunos e funcionários, nas dependências internas e durante a instrução;

Higienização dos veículos de instrução no início e no término de cada aula prática;

Limitação de uma aula teórica diária por aluno/candidato.

O Detran reforça que o retorno das atividades dos CFCs está obrigatoriamente condicionado ao estrito cumprimento de todas as medidas de segurança, sob pena de sanções administrativas. A Divisão de Aprendizagem da Diretoria de Habilitação e a Corregedoria do Detran ficarão responsáveis pela fiscalização junto aos CFCs.

“Korona barometer” skozi zastavljena vprašanja

Odzivi članov DMS na trenutno “situacijo”.

Kako se ti osebno soočaš s trenutno situacijo?

Kako se v vašem podjetju soočate s trenutno situacijo?

Kaj bi svetovala vsem nam, ki se sprašujemo, kaj nas čaka, ko se bodo razmere stabilizirale?

Odgovore na zgoranja vprašanja najdete v mojem komentarju za Društvo za marketing Slovenje in njihovem blogu (Kaj v času koronavirusa razmišljajo člani DMS? - Dne, 20. 4. 2020). 

Tukaj pa dodatno dodajam še tri nasvete, kot povabilo v preklik preostalih zavihkov seznama (ki ga navajam v članku, kot “dodatno-priporočeno branje”, da bo koriščenje (dolg?)časa tudi koristno za “stabilnejše razmere” (karkoli že to je/bo ;)).

Tri nasveti za “stabilne” razmere:

Ohranite mirne glave, zdravi optimizem in človečnost. 

Vzpostavite sistem “uravnotežene” informiranosti za sprejem “pravih” odločitev.

Prisvojite agilnost, prilagajanje in splošno afiniteto do novih poslovnih modelov. 

Nasvet #1: Ohranite mirne glave, zdravi optimizem in človečnost. 

Glede nato, da trenutno še ne vemo, kdaj bo konec “koronakrize”, še manj kakšen bo njen vpliv na gospodarstvo in splošno krizo globalne ekonomije, je trenutno vsako napovedovanje, zgolj ugibanje in nehvaležna naloga. Zato najprej priporočam, da v tem času aktivno skrbite za lastno mentalno zdravje (na katerega prepogosto pozabimo, dokler se “samo” ne oglasi, da je izgorelo) in pozitivnost, kot vira njegovega polnjenja. Predpisana “socialna distanca” naj se ne udejanja v dobesednem pomenu. Uporabljajte spletne kamere (moč nasmeha in gestike preko ekranov ima veliko večjo težo, kot vaši statični avatarji),  poslužujte se pogovorov v živo (vzemite si čas za oris situacije in dodajanje konteksta, ne samo faktični zapisi sestankov), aktivno vzdržujte pristne odnose tudi v virtualnem svetu (kot bi bili sodelujoči v pogovoru z vami v prostoru, ker načeloma sedaj dejansko to so). Brez “druženja” na dolgi rok, se bojim, da bomo kot družba izgubili preveč, zato ne pozabimo na malenkosti, ki dodajajo k empatiji in ohranitvi naše človečnosti. Kot komunikatorjem bi nam to res moralo biti poslanstvo, delamo namreč v poslu čustev, motivacij, poznavanja psiho-socialnih vzorcev itd. 

Nasvet #2:  Vzpostavite sistem “uravnotežene” informiranosti za sprejem “pravih” odločitev.

Poplava tradicionalnih in predvsem spletnih kanalov, generira mnoštvo nasprotujočih si informacij. Predvsem pa ti potencirajo nezaupanje, strah, zmedo, paniko, kaos in kar kličejo k apokalipsi. Točnost in količina le-teh se zagotovo ne odraža tudi v njihovi relevantnosti za vas osebno ali vaš posel,  zatorej jih omejite, da vas ti ne pričnejo bremeniti. Del nabora spremljanja naj postanejo tudi svetovni in neodvisni mediji, kot tudi načrtno izbrani viri pozitivnih novic. Pogledujte proti Kitajski, kot “napoved prihodnosti” in bežno spremljajte dogajanje v naši bližnji okolici, toliko da lahko informirano sodite o ustreznosti sprejetih ukrepov. A ponovno mirno in razumno (upoštevajte agendo setting, aktivno kuriranje) - res je sicer, da vsaka generacija misli, da se z njo zgodovina konča, a temu še zdaleč ni tako. Vklopi se zgolj mehanizem kratkoročnega spomina, ki nas “priročno” varuje pred bremeni preteklih pretresov/kriz. Na tem mestu dodajam tudi poziv k etičnosti poročanja vsega, kar počnete (od podajanja - do interpretacij podatkov, od internih - do splošnih novic, od targetiranih oglasov - do kampanj širokega dosega), skladno z osnovnimi Sokratovimi načeli komuniciranja: vse, kar boste povedali, naj bo resnično, potrebno in dobronamerno.

Nasvet #3:  Prisvojite agilnost, prilagajanje in splošno afiniteto do novih poslovnih modelov. 

Dejstvo je, da so se potrošniki sedaj eksponentno digitalizirali, zato se morate z njimi tudi vi oziroma naj vam bo v izziv, kako biti korak pred njimi. Kako optimizirati in poenostaviti delovne/postopkovne procese, da bo tehnologija to še naprej v pravi smeri nadgrajevala/dodajala? Delo od doma bo sedaj zagotovo nova realnost, četudi 1x na teden. Ugotovili smo, da ne rabimo toliko fizičnih sestankov in obiskov v živo na različnih lokacijah Slovenije, da se posli sklepajo (video konference, prenosi v živo). Kar se bo odražalo v prihranku časa/poti - posledično tudi dodaja k ekologiji in odpira polje trajnosti in potrebe vedno bolj ozaveščenega potrošnika. Vidimo, da lahko tudi tradicionalne storitve hitro posodobijo svoje delovanje, če jih v to “prisili” država. Izobraževalni sistemi, javna uprava, sodstvo, banke, zavarovalnice...se lahko približajo uporabnikom in odpravijo številne administrativnim ovire, za katere nihče v bistvu ne ve, zakaj so? Kako sedaj “spodbuditi” državo k nadaljevanju digitalizacije še preostalih sistemov in jo “povabiti” na pot resnične digitalne transformacije?

Vsekakor so se in se še bodo spremenile nakupne navade potrošnikov. Z njimi se dvigujejo tudi uporabniška pričakovanja, ki zahtevajo višjo raven izkušnje, s temi sedaj ne več novimi storitvami (te postajajo standard). Te, ki jim lajšajo uporabo in nadgradijo izkušnjo, bodo vsekakor tudi ohranili (npr. porast spletnega nakupovanja, dostave na dom in pri tem uporaba spletnega ali mobilnega plačevanja; takojšnja komunikacija in podpora uporabnikom v realnem času; različne možnosti logistike in iskanja direktnih poti do vaših potrošnikov), kot so to koncepti “last-mile/next-day/same-day/prime/ click & collect” dostave). Z odpiranjem novih nakupnih poti največ pridobivajo tradicionalne industrije, ki lahko sedaj nagovorijo nove segmente kupcev, ki jih prej na njihovih fizičnih lokacijah ni bilo (npr. fizična in spletna tržnica ali dogodki, nikakor nimata istih uporabnikov) in je strah pred izumrtjem odveč. Namesto vlaganja v klasične fizične trgovine, razmislite o “showroomih” in “pop-up” trgovinah...dogajajo se že spremembe organiziranosti skladišč in s tem reševanja logistike v realnem času (ta so lahko tudi bolj dislocirana, ne zgolj v eni centralni postaji - pojavljajo se modeli  “bigbox” dostave itd.). 

Zato pozdravljam vse nove poslovne modele, kot so vprašanja lastništva vs. najema (nepremičnin, stvari, storitev), deljenje dobička od prodaje po celotni verigi (horizontalno in vertikalno), licenčni in “freemium” modeli (tudi plačila po uporabi ali “poziv” k oddaji prostovoljnih prispevkov, v stilu “crowdfunding in crowdsourcing” kampanj), navzkrižne promocije in različni tipi priporočilnih mehanizmov (grajanje “marketplace-ov” in odpiranje platform, ki so veliko več kot lojalnostni sistemi, kot jih poznamo danes).

Že to, da se razvijajo rešitve z usmerjenostjo na svetovni trg (sploh v primeru nišnih produktov), ne samo lokalno dvomilijonsko Slovenijo, pomeni velik premik naprej in odpiranje vrat v obe smeri. Opazna je tudi odprtost na zunanje investicije (v obliki inkubatorjev, tehnoloških parkov in poslovnih angelov, pripravljenih na investicije v drzne ideje), ki vam poleg kapitalskih dodajajo tudi mrežne učinke povezav, seniornega upravljanja in dostopovznotraj dosega teh vplivnežev in njihovih internih informacij.

Nenazadnje pa bo zanimivo spremljati tudi, kako bo “social distancing” vplival na raven storitev, ki jih bodo morale sedaj trenutno zaprte industrije vpeljati v sklop zagotavljanja lastnih storitev, kot integralni del higienskih standardov, če bodo želele poslovati naprej? Bomo v barih, restavracijah sedeli samo še ob mizah za dva in še to na 1,5-metrski razdalji ter razkužilom za roke nekje ne sredini? Nas bo postregel natakar v belih rokavičkah in maski ali sterilni robot - ali bomo naročili raje oddali prek spleta in kot “drive-in” konzumirali naročeno kar stoje oziroma s tem nadaljevali “na poti”? Napoveduje se že nov poslovni bonton: stiske rok in objeme bodo nadomestili vljudni pokloni, nošnja mask in razkuževanje kot del rutinskega vstopa v prostor...). Kako bodo po novem potekali “klasični” dogodki/konference/koncerti ...?

Priložnost za “arhitekte” izkušenj vseh tipov, kako le-te izboljšati, bo res veliko - in s tem test vaše agilnost, kot ključne sestavine preživetja in “the known-unknowns” svetu. Ponovno bo treba iti na trg in testirati vrednosti naših produktov/storitev z dejanskimi uporabniki, jih glede na povratne informacije nadgraditi ali ustrezno pivotirati - in ta proces vedno znova ter ponovno vzpostaviti.  Kar ponovno pomeni, še več kreative in ustvarjanja v reševanju dejanskih problemov trga. Fun times. :)

On the opposite side of the PCB, the memory modules are labeled 8VB2D NW952. The Micron NAND flash used the 960 GB BX500 is their third generation, 96-layer 3d NAND. TLC NAND is flash memory that stores three bits of information per cell. By using TLC memory, you get the benefits of higher capacity drives at a lower cost. However, like MLC NAND, TLC NAND can suffer from slower write speeds

With the drive at 75% capacity, the 960 GB BX500 achieved 523.41 MB/s on the read speed and 484.53 on the write speeds. In the copy benchmark, with the drive at 75 % capacity, the 960 GB BX500 scored slightly slower than when empty. The ISO file ran at 1013.12 MB/s in 1.06 seconds. The Program file ran at 502.08 MB/s in 2.80 seconds and the Game ran at 1529.73 MB/s in .90 seconds. Anvil’s Storage Utilities Anvil’s Storage Utilities is a powerful, older, yet still relevant performance measurement tool for traditional hard drives and SSDs. With the drive at 75% capacity, the BX500 achieved a read speed of 559.4 MB/s and for the write, 520.8 MB/s. The BX500 essentially maxed out the capacity of the SM2259XT controller. As time and technology progress, it gets harder and harder to review SATA SSDs.
