greetings loved ones !  it’s me... ur friendly neighborhood christine  ( not to be confused with sydelko ),  i live in the pst timezone  +  use she/her pronouns !  i’m ur resident idiot and live for ~The Aesthetic~ like it rly took me three hours to end up with a theme i decently liked. DKSJMXK ALSO !  i’m currently eighteen years old, but in a couple days  ( specifically four )  i’ll be turning nineteen so :p we love capricorn season !  and just so u all know im SOOOO excited about this rp... therefore.. without further adieu... lemme tell u about this kid kairo !  

(  — * · 🌹 ˙ jeon jungkook, twenty, he/him )  have you seen KAIRO HAN walking around the penrose complex? they’re currently in APARTMENT 1110 and have called portland their home for ONE YEAR. they’re currently an UNDERGROUND BOXER/STUDENT and though they came off a bit TACITURN and IMPASSIVE, they are also fairly RESOLUTE and COGENT as well. something they would like to cross off their bucket list one day is TO STAY IN A 5-STAR RESORT.

okay i’m not sure if some of u have an interest in foreign film BUTTTTT kairo is inspired by exo’s kyungsoo’s character from room no. 7  ( it’s a good movie if ur looking for recs )  with a little bit of daredevil’s matt murdock’s father mixed in there  ( which isn’t a foreign show/film but it’s a very good show if ur looking for something to watch )

ESSENTIALLY kairo ?  is in debt. from student loans. i’m sure most of us know that feel... KDJKMX AND I HAVEN’T EXACTLY DECIDED A SPECIFIC AMOUNT BUT... just know it’s enough to be worried about. and for him to turn to semi-drastic measures. 

his parents had never been around much due to being complete workaholics  +  so that’s why he’s trying to pay through college on his own  +  live on his own... he could EASILY ask for money from them but he’s stubborn. and doesn’t want anything to do with them anymore. KJSDFKMSX and maybe in a perfect world it would’ve been okay but not in this case !  and so. a man ?  in crippling debt ?  he thinks about it all the time. it’s his #1 worry ALWAYS and so ur gonna find him like. not using his own money. he has standards and MORALS but when it comes to mooching ?  they literally don’t exist. will probably ask u for the pennies u picked up off the ground. 

this is also why his bucketlist item is that he wants to stay in a 5-star resort because at THAT POINT... he won’t be worrying about money at all anymore. he imagines that when he gets to that resort, that’s when he’ll really be freed from whatever future/current finance troubles he’s spent an unneeded amount of time worrying about.

and because he hates his financial situation... he also hates answering direct questions about his funds. considering he has to save up a large amount of money, he chooses to spend as LITTLEEEEE as he possibly can everywhere else. which might bring on questions that he’ll automatically deflect. like don’t ask him about why he’s worn the same pair of shoes since he was in high school. KJDSFMSKKXM 

FURTHERMORE !  him owing so much money is why he’s a  *gasp*  u guessed it !  a boxer !  this is where the daredevil inspiration comes from basically. to lessen his debt, he does underground matches  +  gets paid whenever he wins. it’s somewhat of a  ~dangerous~  aspect too since.. sometimes these matches can b corrupt. but that’s just the risk kairo has to take !  

so. he does all his boxing in his spare time. he’s living a double life  ( hannah montana style )  where he goes to class during the day and boxes at night. naturally, this leads to a very tired and exhausted man, but he’s ALWAYS sort of been like that.

kairo ?  is a man of few words which can be mistaken as lethargy sometimes when it’s really just a part of his personality. it takes a lot to get him talking or to really open up, but it’s undoubtedly possible.

and even though he’s a quiet soul.. he’s extremely determined  +  to some extent hard-headed. but he has to be if he wants to get anywhere in life. 

NOW THAT ALL THE BASICS ARE DONE !  LET ME TELL U SOME EXTRA TIDBITS ABOUT KAIRO !  literally just random things i thought of. u could really stop reading here and skip to the end if u want. SDKJFMXKXMX

ever since he was little he’s refused to be called  ‘kai’,  if someone’s looking for a nickname it’s better off if u just call him ro. iro would slide too BUT i digress. ro is ur best bet. or stick with the traditional kairo ! 

i imagine he smells like coconuts. NOTTT TO BE WEIRD !  and this isn’t just because jungkook has a coconuthead hairstyle. SDKJFSMKXKX I IMAGINE BECAUSE KAIRO SPENDS HALF THE NIGHT SWEATING HE JUST....  takes a lot of care about how he smells. he prides himself on hygiene. and smelling like a fresh coconut. do what u will with that info. 

SPEAKING OF COCONUT HAIRSTYLES !  ro doesn’t claim them.  not in this universe... KSJDFKMXMXK I IMAGINE HIS HAIR TO USUALLY BE LIKE... same sort of style but it’s wavy. never straight. see the first tagged visage post if ur interested in a reference  ( his style is especially the first visage post )  and that’s basically kairo’s hair for u ! 

also let me continue off the mooching headcanons because i think they’re a little humorous.. KJSDXMKX BUT ANYWAY. u can bet if kairo’s electricity bill feels like it’s getting a little too high he’ll show up at someone else’s apartment and be like  “can we watch this show”  OR JUST TINY THINGS LIKE THAT.  him ?  has his own apartment but spends half the time in others’. KJDSMKX

ahhh if u got through this lengthy and winding post i applaud u !  and thank u for reading everything about kairo !  hopefully somewhere along the way u got inspired for a plot, but if u didn’t that’s okay as well !  i’m really going to try to plot with everyone, so please LIKE this post if ur interested and i’ll get to u right away !  i’ll probably end up messaging everyone anyway but yeah :p there’s also a wanted connections page you can view at your own leisure HERE. it’s not as extensive as this intro, so i’m always open to good ol’ brainstorming !
