Quentin had certainly heard a lot about Tommy.. hell he admired the others rebellious nature quite a bit.  either way he was faced with quite the opportunity to finally meet the speedy kid.  without hesitation, he picked up his phone from the nearby table and made his way over to Thomas.  he didn’t tap the others shoulder or announce himself beyond more than an abrupt.. “hey Speedy.” he chuckled. 

“ever think about dying your hair?” he asked, pocketing his phone and taking a drink from his little red solo cup.  funny how parties could bring people together like this.
