performative experiment and documentation

After visiting TRIUMF, Canada's national laboratory for particle and nuclear physics and accelerator-based science at UBC, I decided to blind-fold myself for an entire day and record, in the form of journal entries, what I experienced. I suppose it was my artistic attempt at an experiment. I figured there were parallels between the scientific method and an artistic method...and while they may not be the same, something useful can come out of trying to prove a hypothesis.

The morning of my “experiment”, I woke up and immediately pulled a toque over my eyes and proceeded with my day. I recorded my “observations” by writing them down onto a notepad and presented these pages separately on the wall to my classmates so they could read about my experience. I also made a type of musical composition, which I used as a script to record myself re-reading my reflections.

WKM Theory

What if we never got away from Dark in ADWM? What if WKM is some messed up Clue-like game that Dark is making us play? @notreallyscience and I were talking about how it is entirely possible that Dark is using us to get something. Or, maybe he is afraid of us. After all, we did give him a name and everything. Like Mark said we created him, so maybe he’s afraid that we’ll destroy him too. Maybe playing this game with us is his way of holding his power over us.

I really hate how they did this because like??? That's exactly what quick play was supposed to be? It's mainly the one hero limit that ruins it. like two dvas is still a completely viable team. or two lucios and so on. Now it's just competitive without ranking. And I think by calling it no limit no one is actually going to play some what viable teams. It's all going to be 6 Winston or whatever. idk maybe it'll calm down after people get used to sombra. Sorry I rambled

Yep. In all honesty, I enjoy fucking around in the game and I play for fun. Having a Total Mayhem match or Sombra Hacker Hell can be fun. And I do understand that there are people who want to play the good old QP properly, but now if people really want to go all out serious with their game (e.g. complaining about someone sucking and bringing in all the negativity), they should move their asses in the “now unpenalized casual comp/NUCC” as I like to call it.

I guess what I´m trying to say is “I personally didn´t want this, but since it´s here now, I don´t want any tryhard meanies in my No Limits games. They have their own playground now and should stay there.”

Also, they could have made the NUCC a new Arcade game mode and left the good old Quick Play untouched.
