(This reminds me a lot of a thing a wrote last year wow)

The silence was absolutely deafening. Time dragged on like a corpse through a corn field. Every second he didn’t say something, Bill’s grin got wider and wider. Dipper’s fists were clenched, his jaw tight enough to crack teeth. But all at once, at the sight of Bill’s hypnotic stare, he let it out, sighing when he realized his defeat.

He couldn’t win this time. Bill had him wrapped around his finger. He wasn’t sure how it had gotten this far. Even less sure why he didn’t mind it. But he had to say something. Because he needed to know just how far this could go.

“I’m…. terrified of you,” he swallowed, avoiding eye contact and keeping his eyes on the floor.

Bill just laughed.

“Ha! I already knew that! What else ya got?”

Dipper tensed again, closing his eyes now, breathing out another sigh of frustration. 

“And… I think I’m in love with you.”

Looking back on it now, it was the only thing Dipper had ever said that actually got Bill to shut up for more than two minutes.

I have 2 dragon ocs! One is a green dragon who takes the form of a goblin shaman, and his dragon form is kinda more crocodile like bc he lives in Dustwallow Marsh with an old lady Tauren, he's cranky but loves history. And the other is a Pandaren serpent who masquerades as a Pandaren warrior in the Alliance and she loves kids! Has a bunch of adopted half dragon kids!!

I am truly living for all of these dragon caretakers and goblin dragons as well. I would LOVE to see the crocodilesque dragon

Oolong tea: Which book series could you read again? Off the top of my head, Artemis Fowl because they’re enjoyable and I haven’t read them in a while. And the movie cast just got announced, so I think now’s a good time to refresh the series before I see any production photos/trailers

I think they were silver because I'm pretty sure they originally just used a female Night Elf model for her before they actually made her a unique model

Yes, I believe that it is the case or at least from what I remember. And if that was her model at the time that some of these passages were written, and I’m still trying to figure out if that was the case because everyone seems a little uncertain of when the models were swapped out, wouldn’t that explain the difference in the novels as well? If the character of Sylvanas had silver eyes at one point and then changed to red....? I’m not sure because I’m having a hard time getting the facts about the actual date at which the Arthas novel was written and when the models changed. (Not published because that could have been months later but...)
