This is what bullying looks like. We will not stand for such abuse by commuters. Keeping our mask on protects ourselves and those around us. A simple act, which everyone can do. Our public transport workers work tirelessly on the frontline to keep Singapore moving and Singaporeans connected, even on weekends, while most of us are resting, with family and friends. Be kind, be respectful and show your support for them. #ThankYouPTworkers #kindnessSG #BeGreaterSG #notobullies https://www.instagram.com/p/CD3CLiYHKnH/?igshid=14l5ninrusonp

✅PLEASE READ... AND REPOST IF YOU AGREE!✅ Discuss with your children/teens what Bullying looks and feels like. And if this is happening to them or someone they know... to SPEAK UP. I think this bullshit of school shootings needs to stop .. innocent children, teachers, bystanders are dying. Just because someone was being bullied. I know it’s hard and takes a lot of courage to go up to someone and say “hi.. what’s your name?” Everyone needs a friend or at least help make them feel comfortable at school. Children already have so many pressures.. they shouldn’t have to worry or be scared to go to school. So I ask of you please help me and other parents pass this on and repost. Get it viral like the damn colds our kids catch from school. We as parents need to be heard. Thank you 🙏🏼 #pleaseread #repost #tagsomeone #tagafriend #notobullies #stopbullying #makeafriend #smileatsomeone #sayhi #bulliesaremean #helpingothers #backtoschool #protectourchildren #sharethispost #trendingnow #trends #goviral (at Portland, Oregon) https://www.instagram.com/p/B1_2jKdhCex/?igshid=1kj7exeqxq3aa

A Murderer
As I look to the people behind the cold bars. One woman caught my attention. She was in the corner of her jail while staring into nothing. I got curious about her and so I asked the warden about her case.
The warden said that she killed her own husband and it came up to me that we are just the same as her. MURDERER. KILLER. MANSLAYER.
We had murdered people without us knowing. We tend to kill someone not with our bare hands but through thoughts, words and actions.
Thoughts. Admit it or not sometimes you think something bad to your colleagues especially when you feel like you are being step down. Minds are the most powerful part of a human body. Your thought become your words and your words become your actions. Words. Words can be as dreadful as knife. BULLYING is one example. Either written or spoken.
Malandi... Walang kwenta... Sipsip... Panget...
These words are most common. We say these to those people that annoyed us without knowing where they came through. We have this common habit of judging someone we don’t understand or those people that violates our mores. By this WE ARE KILLING THEM LITTLE BY LITTLE to the extent that they suicide. We are killing their own personality. We deteriorate them into pieces. Adjudge them without seeing our own derelictions.
Actions.
“You commit sin if you done it.” It’s what they say but that’s wrong concept. We started to commit sin in our minds.
Thus, I admit I have killed many people in my way… and sadly one of them was a friend of mine. I let anger win over me so I said many terrible things to her causing her to took away her own life. I may not kill her literally but I caused her to do it. I killed her first. I am a murderer. I accepted and repented it.
So now is your turn to accept it also. That you, yourself is a killer too. Who will say no? I will call him a hypocrite. I know somehow you already felt this… you already thought of this. You already showed this. Right. You are a MURDERER… Everyone of us.
We are, just like the woman behind the bars only the differences is that she was in bar while we’re not.
But we still have a CHANCE to change this into something better we could be. We can be something opposite of a murderer. That only start if we show HUMANITY. If we learned to love those people around us.
It will start in you. So let’s not be a murderer anymore. Let’s be someone BETTER.

Because Of My Skin
My father and I have the same skin color, its brown. Some people bullied us because of it. Some are calling us “nigga”, “ugly”, “dirty”, “negra” and a lot more insults they can throw to us. Some are also judging us based on the color of our skin. But I don't mind, because I'm proud to be who I am, I am proud with the color of my skin and I am very proud to have a natural color of a Filipina.

Worthless, not good enough, a loser: those are some of the hurtful words i usually hear from people time to time. Those sickening words repeatedly tortures my heart but i know to myself that I am way better than what they say. Been judged, bullied, and discriminated; painfully stabs my heart, but still they cannot take down my crown from me.
Twenty fifth of January 2017, I participated the National School Press Conference. Sadly, a lot of people had questioned my capabilities. Does she deserve it? Can she really do it? They questioned my skills and intelligence. The most painful part was that the people who caused me pain were the ones I love. But instead of letting them step down on me, I stood firmly and motivated myself through their negative comments. I did my best and at the end of the day, i got the chance to win the 6th place.
When I joined Miss DepEd 2019 i had also received a lot of criticisms and judgements. Yet, I reigned and proudly wore my crown. I conquered them.
See? With my self-esteem and self-motivation, I turned those negative things as my own power against them. And yes, it was not easy. But you can do it; we can all do it. You just have to believe and trust yourself. ALWAYS BELIEVE AND TRUST YOURSELF.
We should all remember that “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all”. Be who you are because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.

BULLYING
Good day everyone! We are the group 3 and we are going to discuss something about bullying. We strongly believe that bullying is still rampant today even though Republic Act No. 10627 was established here in our country. When we speak of bullying, we mostly think that it usually happens at school and to school-aged children. But do you know that even young adults experience it? Based on a survey conducted by the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), among the 97 countries, the Philippines ranked as “lowest in Reading and second to the lowest in Science and Math.” Because of the outcome, it showed that Filipino students are at high risk of becoming targets of bullying.
DEFINITION:
In order to combat bullying in the Philippines, Republic Act No. 10627, that is "Anti-Bullying Act" was established in 2013. In this law, elementary and secondary schools are required to adopt policies and at the same time, prevent any acts of bullying that may occur in the institution. It is stated that any act that is severe or repeatedly performed by one or more individuals whether written, verbal, physical or through the use of electronics that may instil physical or emotional fear towards the other person is classified as acts of bullying.
DESCRIPTION:
Bullying is an offensive action perpetrated by someone who is dominant against a person who cannot protect himself. It is also viewed as a form of harassment and often repeated through physical aggression, verbal or cyber bullying. The perpetrators of bullying consider himself or herself as "cool". Children who become the target of bullies tend to be timid and loners who exhibit signs of vulnerability to further bullying. Victims of bullying may lead to depression, lower school satisfaction and achievement and poor self-worth.
INSTANCES:
For certain instances, people think that bullying consists of physical aggression and name calling, but little did they know, bullying is like a tree that has a lot of branches. To be specific, there are six types of bullying and among the branches, Physical Bullying is said to be the most common in which kids most likely participate in. It is observed that every bully has a different style in order to intimidate, make fun and control their victims. Unfortunately, what we all know about bullying is that it is all about kicking, punching and hitting someone, because that is what we always see in movies but there is more to it.
The following are the 6 types of bullying that usually happen in schools:
Physical Bullying- bullies use their strength and build to control over their targets.
Verbal Bullying- the use of mean, cuss words in order to insult, belittle and hurt the targets.
Relational Aggression- sometimes called emotional bullying wherein bullies target the social status of the person.
Cyber bullying- bullies make use of the internet in order to harass, embarrass and threaten their target. When an adult is involved, it is called cyber harassment or cyber stalking.
Sexual Bullying- the bully targets the person’s sexuality.
Prejudicial Bullying- bullying which combines the four types of bullying, sometimes even sexual bullying.
STATISTICS:
According to Rep. Gerald Anthony Gullas Jr., a member of the House committee on basic education, in 2014 the consolidated report of the Department of Education (DepEd), bullying cases on Elementary and High School level of both private and public schools rose by 21% or a total of 6,363 cases compare to previous year report of 5,236 cases. Since modern technologies are highly available these days, a modern form of bullying also arises and it’s simply called cyber bullying. Cyber bullying is now one of the common forms of bullying and according to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) reports in 2019 that in the Philippines cyber violence affects almost half of children aged 13-17. The prevalence of cyber violence for males (44 percent) is almost the same for females (43 percent). These statistics on bullying here in the Philippines will someday be lessened by proper and strict enforcement of the creation of Republic Act 10627, or the Anti-bullying Act of 2013.
RESTATEMENT:
Even with the creation of "RA 10627, or the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013", Reports of bullying cases remain rampant and possibly on the rise in schools, most especially among school-aged children. Some young adults were also said to victims. Perhaps the low ranking of the Filipino students in the Program for International Assessment (PISA) in Reading, Science, and Math among 97 countries puts them most vulnerable to bullies. Thank you.
EXAMPLE:
Elise is new to her school and currently, a grade 7 student. She can be described as a girl not having a slim body type. One day, three of her classmates came to her and shouted "you are really fat just like a pig, get out of here!" After hearing this, Elise was disheartened and she cried for many hours. The words that Elise heard from her classmates made a heavy impact on her well-being. This also made Elise to lose her self-confidence. In this case, the student is experiencing verbal bullying which takes place when someone uses cruel words towards the other person.

Anti-Bullying Awareness What is Bullying? *As defined by the American Bullying can be exhibited through physical, verbal, or social hurt. Sometimes kids have bad days and may be mean to others but that does not necessarily mean that an act of bullying occurred. In order for a behavior to be considered “bullying,” three things must be true: We should stop physical bullying because it causes huge impacts like anxiety , depression, loneliness , eating disorders, low self-esteem, or even suicide . Bullying never solves anything and happens frequently which is wrong. People die or don't go to school because of bullying. Bullying is one of the reasons why people have social anxiety or just hate school honestly.

There was a rumor going around a few years ago that Jennie was a bully. I think those rumors were proven to be false but I know someone who had a friend who went to the same school as Jennie (ACG Parnell) and said she had an attitude. Of course I didn’t believe those because people could easily lie but I found proof of her being a bully online. People should really be careful in posting things online.
She said “some people are just so pathetic”
She also said “yes your a bitch and you know it”
Also said “fucking losers” wow yes because nice girls call other people “fucking losers”!
