The first attempt on the tart🥧. Feel like the mystery challenge in Masterchef because I have never make tart before. I followed the recipes sent from @winson.ahren_abccookingsg and decided to pick Yuzu Tart for my first try. I agak agak make and halfway I think I have made something wrong do batter because it looks watery and doesn't set. So I text @winson.ahren_abccookingsg immediately to ask haha, yea 没有三两三，怎样做老师？He immediately know I changed the Yuzu water to yuzu sake and have to cook longer to break down the alcohol content to thicken the batter and tips to set the batter nicer. Now I have a beautiful tart to enjoy because of my sensei hahaha. Many Singaporeans enjoy running – it’s part of my weekly routine too. I attended the Singapore Kindness Run on Sunday morning, which emphasised good running etiquette. It can be a thumbs-up or a quick wave to encourage fellow runners. We should also ensure that we don’t leave any litter behind while running.
