ATLA Book 2 & 3 Adaptation

So, I just finished watching the live-action movie. Aside from a lot of questions and thoughts, something did come to mind: What did they plan on doing for a sequel?

At the end, they mentioned Sozin's coment and brought in Azula. I want to see if they bring in Ty lee and Mai, and how. Characters like Suki, Jet, King Bumi, and etc. were completely throwned out from the movie. They didn't have much importance in book 1, at the time. However, they became a part of something bigger in the later books. Though, that might've a blessing-in-disguise because who knows how they might've depicted them in the movie.

What would a live-action Toph be like, especially with how bad the bending it? Would Appa still be kidnapped or would they just skip over it? How were they going to handle Zuko's whole redemption?

I felt like the movie followed its own continuity because of how little connected the lore was compared to the cartoon?

There's a lot of questions and thoughts that I have. Nothing major, but small things that I noticed while watching the movie. I might touch on them on a later day
