do we think this author can handle this challenge when so many other authors who tried to do the same epically failed?? suppose we’ll find out
#it’s bc they approach it with a very very narrow mindset of how these gender roles came into being#trying to reverse it just. doesn’t work. without going deep deep deep into gender theory and history#every author ive seen attempt this has not succeeded#and frankly i don’t trust tricia levenseller to succeed either#not unless an author has done a shit ton of research on gender theory and family history#or like. even one college level class. one families in former times lecture. SOMETHING.#idk it’s never approached correctly and never does what they set out to do#and it definitely doesn’t teach anyone anything#if anything it just enforces men who believe they’re being attacked bc feminism exists#anyway
