I have this joke in my head about Michael and Pete. Micheal has scholiosis and in his late 20s he's told he needs spinal reconstruction surgery. Pete keeps calling it Micheal's top surgery as a joke

I think Michael would totally be in on it (at least eventually) and would tell others that he was recovering from top surgery just to fuck with people and shake them up on what they think transness looks like, until he shows his "top surgery" scars and they're along his spine
