words: 3k
pairing: semi e. x f!reader
prompt: face fucking
warnings: cursing, fellatio, face fucking, hair pulling, mentions of cheating, semi being dumb
summary: now in their third and final year of high school, semi and (y/n) have been together through everything, and know everything about each other. so why is semi suddenly acting nervous and giving her guilty glances in the halls?
Tumblr media
if semi was asked about what he would consider his achievements and accomplishments he made throughout high school, things like making it into shiratorizawa and being apart of their boy’s vbc would be the first to come to mind.
guiltily hiding from his girlfriend while she’s searching for him at practice is definitely not one of them.
ushijima stares at his fellow third year in confusion while tendou snickers at the crouching male, finding amusement in the way his eyes dart from your figure to the gym door frantically.
“shut up!” semi hissed quietly at the red head from behind the volleyball cart, desperate to not be seen by your wandering eyes as you scan the gym for your beloved boyfriend.
“why are you hiding from (l/n)? did you do something to upset her?”
semi groaned quietly at his captain’s oblivious question. seriously, this guy could be as dense as a brick wall when he wanted to.
ushijima just cocked his head as he continued to stare at the ash haired setter in confusion, brows furrowed. poor boy just wants to understand what was happening and why he was hiding.
tendou chuckled, throwing a long arm around ushijima’s shoulder before gesturing to the (h/c) haired girl who was casually talking with kawanishi and shirabu. (probably asking where semi was.)
“can’t you tell, wakatoshi-kun?” tendou drawled, scarlet eyes narrowing in amusement when semi’s crouched figure visibly stiffened. sweat began to bead on the pale haired boys forehead as ushijima’s monotone “no.” made tendou cackle.
semi’s heart stopped when brown eyes locked with (e/c). you heard tendou’s distinct cackle from across the gym and turned to see what had caused his outburst and you turned to look.
the fire in your eyes made semi gulp nervously. suddenly that gym door looked really good right now and he mentally promised tendou a swift and clean death in the name of friendship.
tendou hummed to himself, peering down at the poor setter who looked ready to bolt before raising his voice just loud enough for the two boys near him to hear.
“semisemi is keeping a secret from dear (y/n)-chan~”
——————
you growled in annoyance, steam practically leaking from your ears as you stalked silently down the hall towards the boys’ dorms.
for the past week your boyfriend has been actively avoiding you and dodging your questions asking if he was alright. at first you were just confused. did you say something to piss him off? did you forget an important anniversary?
now you’re just plain old upset and slightly hurt. though you didn’t even want to consider it, when his actions started becoming shiftier, a small part of your mind began to wonder if he could be cheating on you.
just the thought of it had you stopping in the middle of the hallway, physically shaking your head to get rid of the negative idea. ‘there’s no way he’d cheat on me, right?’
you so desperately wanted to believe that, but in all honestly the evidence didn’t seem to be in your favor, especially considering how antsy he’s been around you and the guilty looks he’s been giving you when he thought you weren’t looking.
it began at the beginning of last week. you met up with each other for breakfast before class started (because y’all are cute like that). you had turned towards him and stood on your toes to give him a sleepy kiss good morning.
he broke the kiss earlier than normal and instead chose to stare intently at your pink lips, an internal battle going on inside his head.
he quickly broke out of whatever trance he was in when you questioned if he was okay, and he turned red before quickly turning away and muttering “of course i am, why wouldn’t i be?”
at first you didn’t know what that strange look in his eyes was, having brushed it off as morning fatigue, but looking back on it, you’re pretty sure there was guilt lurking beyond the surface.
then later on that day, you had stopped by his dorm after practice ended for some much needed cuddles before bed when you nearly gave him a heart attack.
semi shot out of his chair when you called out his name after walking in, ripping his earbuds off and basically shoving his phone into his sweatpants, looking like he had seen a ghost.
even as you guys laid on his bed cuddled into one another after he gave some lame excuse of you just startling him, he was still really tense, patting his pants every so often as if he was making sure his phone was still there.
his odd shifty behavior and guilty glances continued on for the rest of the week, and you finally decided to put your foot down and say you’ve had enough after he literally ran away after you found him hiding behind the volleyball cart during practice.
that was yesterday afternoon, and you’re not ashamed to admit that you lightly cried yourself to sleep that night. the look of sheer panic and guilt in his eyes is what cut you the most.
you guys have always been open with one another after getting together in the middle of your first year. you had shared your first date, first kiss, and even first time with one another. what had changed?
it was the guilt swimming in his ashy brown eyes that made you question if he was cheating. the fact that whatever he was hiding from you was something he knew was wrong, and that’s why he kept giving you this look as if saying “i’m sorry” whenever he turned the other way.
you’ve finally had enough.
this is why you find yourself standing in front of your boyfriend’s dorm. you know he’s in there, and you know he’s alone. (his roommate transferred to a different school at the beginning of the year and the school didn’t replace him.)
you want to go in there gun’s blazing and confront him for his weird behavior, but you find yourself hesitant to knock on the door. why are you suddenly so nervous?
there’s a pit in the the center of your stomach and your heart is clenching uncomfortably. you know it’s because a small part of you is worried that he is cheating, as much as you hope it’s the opposite.
but you won’t rest easy until you know the truth, and if he is cheating on you, you might as well get it done and over with that way you can attempt to give yourself a chance to recover before your last year of high school ends.
taking a deep breath in, you steel your nerves and raise your hand to knock. ‘it’s now or never’.
right as your knuckles are about to make contact with the door, you freeze at a faint sound that comes from deep within his dorm. your eyes widen in shock and your breathing stops, not wanting to believe what you just heard.
you stand frozen in the hallway, fist hovering over the door for what feel like an eternity. the only sound you hear is the rushing beat of your heart in your throat, and you’re nearly convinced that you imagined it when you hear it again, faint but unmistakeable.
a moan.
before you could even process what you were doing, your body had moved on it’s own. placing your hand on the cool metal of the door handle, you quietly twist it and slip inside the dark dorm, silent as a mouse.
the door clicks shut behind you with a faint click and you freeze, wondering if he and whoever else was in the room could have heard it.
but semi doesn’t seem to hear it as he lets out another moan, and you loathe to admit how the sound sends warmth through your veins and tingle between your thighs. but you chase it away immediately, ice filling it’s place as you creep forward to confirm your worst fears.
but it seems that semi is alone. his back is to you, sitting in his chair that’s facing the window in the little lounge area he made once he removed his vacant roommate’s bed and desk.
his low pants and occasional moans fill the air, and you’re beyond relieved when you creep close enough and see his phone in his hand that’s he’s in fact not cheating on you.
he’s just watching porn.
no wonder he couldn’t hear you. his headphones were plugged in and you’re pretty sure the volume was turned up to full blast.
but heat was quick to break across your face however as you finally realize just exactly what type of porn he’s watching.
the dull throb between your legs causes you to clench your thighs together as you watch the woman in the video getting her face fucked, hooded lust filled eyes dripping with tears, her cheeks slick with spit as the man holding her head in a vice grip continues to plow into her wet mouth.
it’s only when you trail your eyes away from the lewd video and settle on semi’s hand pumping his hard cock to the same pace as the man in the video, precum dribbling from his slit and wetting the fabric of his pants from where he just whipped it that you realize why he was avoiding you.
and when his hand clenched the base of his cock to prevent himself from cumming, a low groan of your name escaping his lips that you confirmed everything you needed to know.
“f-fuck... (y/n)...”
“that is quite the erection have right there.”
it took every fiber in your being to prevent yourself from laughing at the gasp that escaped him as he froze, every muscle in his body locking. apparently his headphones weren’t that loud if he heard you.
he quickly exited out of the video and turned his phone off, hunching over to hide himself as you watched his ears turn bright red, refusing to turn and face you.
instead you walked around to face him and got on your knees, eyes crinkling in amusement as your lips settled into a smirk when he still refused to make eye contact with you.
“why didn’t you text me you were coming over.” he muttered, chancing a quick glance at your face before snapping his eyes somewhere else, face growing hotter at the sight of your amusement with him.
“what, so you could run away from me again?” you scoffed, amusement vanishing. semi finally looked into your eyes, that same look of guilt you’ve seen all week resurfacing as he took in the pout on your lips and the clear pain in your expression.
“i... didn’t mean to run away from you... or act as weird as i did all week... i just...” he trailed off, trying to find the words to explain himself, but it was obvious he was struggling.
you didn’t give him a chance to recollect himself, however, a weeks worth of pain and confusion finally spilling out.
“then why did you do it then?! this entire week i thought i had done something wrong or accidentally pissed you off to make you want to avoid me!” you blew up, face turning red as the stress on your shoulders lifted with each shout.
semi could do nothing but let you rant, eyes filled with sorrow for making you feel like this.
“every time i try to kiss you, you always pull away first and make an excuse to leave, and yesterday was the fucking icing on the cake! do you know how embarrassing it was to have ushijima walk up to me and apologize on your behalf for your “strange and concerning” behavior?!”
semi cringed as he could perfectly hear the words in his captain’s voice, and he sighed once you stopped, chest slightly heaving from the mini rant.
removing his hands from the death grip he had on his thighs, he reached forward and took your face into his hands, warm thumbs brushing your cheeks as you stared into his eyes for answers.
semi swallowed harshly, face turning red again as he fought to get the words out. your eyes never left his, finally finding patience as you waited for him to explain himself.
he opened his mouth, and you scrunched your eyebrows together in confusion, trying to understand what he just muttered. it came out too quiet and rushed for you to hear him clearly.
“what was that?”
he muttered it again quickly, and this time you caught on to what he said just in time. you hid your smirk as you feigned innocently, wanting to play out his embarrassment as revenge for the hell he gave you this week.
“come again?”
semi finally exploded, face now completely red.
“i said it’s because i wanna face fuck you but i’m afraid you’re gonna think of me as some depraved pervert!”
his chest was heaving and he crossed his arms, refusing to make eye contact with you as you cooed softly at him, fighting against the urge to lean into the hand you placed on his cheek.
his will to resist you eventually crumbled as he let out a soft moan, closing his eyes and rubbing his cheek into your palm as you slowly began pumping his shaft, bringing him back to full mast before leaning down and giving his tip a quick kiss.
his mouth dried when he opened his eyes and looked down at you, cock twitching and dripping at the sight of your lips hovering over him, a cheeky grin stretching the plump flesh.
“oh baby, why didn’t you just say so?”
——————
if semi would’ve known this was the outcome of his little desire being brought up to you, he would’ve ditched the idea of trying to avoid you until the urge went away and instead just buried his cock into your mouth from the get go.
a deep moan pulled from his chest as he panted, long fingers weaving through your hair before gripping it tightly and pulling, a muffled moan leaving your mouth as he plowed into your wet hole.
your knees were beginning to ache and your throat screamed for mercy, but the watery sight of your boyfriend losing himself in your mouth was worth it.
his cock was heavy and warm on your tongue, your jaw beginning to ache from the constant task of fitting his fat girth into your mouth, but the feeling of him sliding against your tastebuds and battering the back of your throat made your eyes roll into the back of your head and release another moan.
“f-fuck!” he stuttered out, balls slapping against your wet chin as he leaned his head back in pleasure, hips never ceasing their ruthless rutting into your tight mouth in the middle of his dorm.
the moment you urged him to stand from his chair and slide his cock onto your eager tongue, you both knew that this was gonna be another kink to add on to your rapidly growing list.
tears streamed down your face as his fat cock stretched your poor throat, and you sneakily slipped a hand underneath your skirt to play with your clit, shocked that you had completely soaked through your underwear.
this didn’t go unnoticed by semi, who couldn’t help but let out another choked moan as he fucked into you a bit harsher at the sight of you playing with yourself as you let him absolutely destroy you.
“what a dirty little girl,” he sneered, eyes never leaving the sight of your rapidly moving hand. “rubbing her slutty little clit while letting me destroy her pretty little mouth.”
your fingers worked your clit faster, chasing your high as semi’s hips began to stutter, losing their tempo has he chased his orgasm as well. the room was filled with nothing but the lewd sound of his balls slapping against your chin, muffled moans coming from your stuffed mouth and rapid panting from him.
brown eyes locked with yours as his eyebrows began to furrow even more, mouth dropped open as he panted out his warning.
“fuck, (y/n)!” semi moaned out, hips still surging forward to reach deeper into your mouth. you gagged slightly around him and the coil in his stomach snapped.
“c-cumming! oh fuck!” semi choked on his moan, cock buried to the hilt in your mouth as he pumped his cum straight down your throat, legs quivering slightly from the force.
you whined around his cock, your orgasm washing through you only moments after his, fingers coming away from under your skirt drenched.
semi finally pulled past your sore lips, shuddering at the sight of a thin string of his cum and your spit linking him to you.
you fell back onto your ass gasping heavily for air, giving your poor knees a break. your hand came up to weakly grasp at your throat as you calmed your rapidly beating heart.
semi collapsed on to the chair he was in previously, running a shaky hand through his damp hair, sweaty from the exertion of fucking your mouth like he does your cunt.
ashy brown eyes take in the sight of your swollen pink lips, cheeks tinged red and covered in tears and spit. he felt his cock twitch slightly as a pang of arousal shot through his body again, and he smirked when he saw your other hand still shining from your arousal.
your breath hitched in your throat when semi crouched down from his chair and crawled towards you.
you let him slowly push you on your back before shuddering when he grasped your cum covered hand and slipped your wet fingers into his mouth, blushing at the low moan he made at your taste.
popping your fingers from his lips, cleaned of your cum, you whined when he brought a hand down to slide under your skirt and up your thigh, gripping the flesh harshly.
“thank you for indulging me pretty girl.” he mumbled to you lowly, pressing a sweet kiss to your lips which you eagerly returned.
“anything for you.” you rasped softly, throat still weak from his abuse not even five minutes ago. another pang ran through him, and you let out a soft gasp as he nudged his hard cock against your inner thigh, precum already leaking onto your soft skin.
the smirk on his lips made your cunt clench as he leaned in closer, breath fanning against your parted lips.
“let me return the favor, baby. you’ve been so good for me.”

royal pain in the ass - chapter 7
Chapter 7: Era of Force Princess Zelda heads to the forge.
[first] - [previous] - [next] read it on ao3!
  △ ▲△
“Is the peppermint tea alright?” Zelda asked her companion sitting across from her on the picnic blanket. “I thought we’d try something a bit more herbal this time.”
“It’s lovely, thank you,” Hyrule smiled at her past his cup. “In fact, I’m tempted to start growing peppermint myself.”
Ever since she found out the Hero of Hyrule liked tea, Zelda had begun setting aside certain flavors for him to taste whenever he visited. Though he was older than the two of them, he reminded her a bit of Link just a year or so ago. A bit brash, always buzzing back and forth… they both needed to be reminded when to relax.
“I’m glad to hear it,” Zelda responded. She sips at her own tea, deeply sighing as its warmth settles in her stomach.
What a beautiful day…
“Excuse me, Princess Zelda?”
Looking up from her drink, Zelda was a bit surprised to see the Hero of Warriors. He stood above the two picnickers, ignoring how Hyrule’s gaze narrowed on him.
“Why, hello hero!” Zelda happily lifted her teapot to show to the captain. “Would you like to join us? Today’s choice is peppermint.”
“Maybe some other time,” Warriors waved the pot away. “I had some questions about the castle’s security.”
Subtly, Zelda met eyes with Hyrule. His lips were pressed together tightly, and his grip on his teacup seemed almost desperate. But the moment he saw her, she swore he forced himself to act natural.
“Go ahead, Princess,” he hesitantly nodded. He brushed himself off before he started to head towards the castle gate. “I need to stock up on potions in town, anyway. We can talk more later.”
“If you’re sure,” Zelda stood, taking Warriors’ nervous hand into her own. “Come with me, brave knight.”
Wordlessly, Warriors allowed himself to be guided into the castle. Zelda looked back towards the gate one last time. Despite his words, Hyrule was still there, leaning against the stone.
Then the door closed.
One step at a time, Zelda walked Warriors through the castle’s defenses. The armory, the barracks, even the throne room. But wherever they went, it seemed the hero grew even more nervous. He eyed the knights with suspicion as they passed by, and every time Zelda looked at him, he was even more fidgety than before.
But there was no reason to suspect Warriors of any ill intent. He’d been nice on all of the Links’ previous visits. Better than nice, really. Always courteous, opening doors ahead of her, even joining in with ribbing Four a bit. So if he was a bit nervous about her safety, Zelda would do anything to assuage those fears.
“You’re kind for your concern,” Zelda told Warriors, leading him into one of the empty banquet halls. “But we’re safe here. With Vaati sealed, there’s no longer any threat to Hyrule.”
“What about threats from within Hyrule?” Warriors asked the second they were alone.
Zelda couldn’t but gasp at the accusation. “Are you speaking of traitors?”
“Soldiers can be… easily manipulated,” Warriors explained warily. “It’s happened before, hasn’t it?”
“Yes, we… we did have an issue with mind control,” Zelda admitted with a frown. “But again, Vaati is gone for good. None of our soldiers will harm us.”
“What if… what if it wasn’t just any soldier?” There was a paranoid gleam to his eyes. “What if it was someone you know?”
Warriors was taller than Zelda, that was true. But the wrath of a princess is not feared just for her height. Zelda’s hands tightened into fists, and Warriors almost seemed to cower from her rage. “Just what are you suggesting, hero?”
His shock wore off, and Warriors righted himself again with the rigid composure of a knight. “If Four turned his blade against you, what would you do?”
“Stop!” Zelda commanded, silencing him with a single pointed finger. “Don’t speak of my four that way. He… none of them would ever do that!”
“But what if he did?!” Warriors suddenly grabbed onto her arm with a vice-like grip. “Can you honestly say that you would fight against him?!”
Zelda yanked against his hand. “Let go! Let go of me!”
“Stop it!”
There, silhouetted by the hallway’s light, was Hyrule. He rushed past the doorway, shoving Warriors away from the princess.
“Wars, you need to control yourself!” Hyrule shouted. “What’s wrong with you?! Why are you all acting like this!?!”
Warriors blinked is confusion, as if waking up from a dream. He spotted Zelda, helplessly clutching to her aching arm behind Hyrule.
“I didn’t mean…” he started, but his words drifted away.
“Just go,” Hyrule sighed as he dropped his head into his hands.
Stunned into silence, Warriors left before Zelda could stop him, scattering as quickly as he could and leaving the door open.
“I’m so sorry, Princess,” Hyrule turned to her. “I knew he was acting off, but I didn’t think… Anyway, are you alright?”
“I’m fine,” she said breathlessly. The light spilling in from the door only twisted her stomach further. “I’m fine.”
  △ ▲△
With her head held high and her steps confident, Princess Zelda Lucille Hyrule passes through the town gates.
“Princess!” one of the guards shouts after her. “It’s dangerous to go alone! Let us come with you!”
“I’m just going to visit Smith!” Zelda calls back, keeping up her quick pace. “I’ll be back before you know it!”
The soldier says something, probably about her father or the minister. But to be honest, Zelda couldn’t care less. A little time out of the city could never hurt, after all, and someone has to check in on the old man.
Once she’s out of hearing range of the guards, Zelda takes in a deep breath. The morning air is still fresh, a bit of a chill hanging onto it. It’s the perfect day to spend out in the world, not cooped up in the castle.
The walk to Link and Smith’s house is rather short. Zelda lightly knocks on the door, pushing it open as she does so.
“Smith? Are you home?”
But when she peeks inside, Zelda’s surprised to find she’s not Smith’s only visitor today. There are five girls seated around the room, Smith delicately balancing glasses of water as he delivers them to his guests.
“Princess!” Smith grins when he sees her at the door. All eyes turn towards Zelda, embarrassingly enough. “Come in! You’re right on time.”
“Uh, who are all these people?” Zelda asks, slowly stepping into the humble home.
“Friends of Link! They just stopped by asking about him, so I thought I’d offer the poor things some hospitality,” Smith moves behind her, guiding her to one of the chairs by her shoulders. “How’s your arm feeling, by the way?”
“I’m fine, not even sore anymore!” Zelda waves her arm up and down to demonstrate. She eyes the two ladies across from her, one in a simple pink dress and the other in a long black cloak. “So, you all know Link.”
“Well, we know the Links!” one of the girls sitting against the wall, wearing bright blue, amends, putting emphasis on the ‘s’.
“Plural,” her short friend with the bandana clarifies.
“And you,” the cloaked one leans forward, folding her hands on the table. “You’re Princess Zelda.”
“Yes, I am,” Zelda’s eyes narrow at the strangers around her. This has got to be the most suspicious way she’s ever been approached by potential crooks, that’s for sure.
“Well then,” the tallest one, wearing light pink, pushes herself up from the floor. “Welcome to the club.”
  △ ▲△
Of course, once they explain the situation to Dot, she sweetens right up. Her suspicious glares and crossed arms melt away, and by the time they’ve stayed their welcome at Smith’s home, she’s walking in tandem with Tetra along that path back to town, all while Flora takes notes in her journal.
“So, you and your Link have known each other for quite a while,” Flora remarks as Dot finishes a story about the time Four lost his first tooth. He’d cried so hard that day, the whole town was complaining. But in hindsight, it’s incredibly funny.
“We’ve been friends since we were kids,” Dot explains, a fond smile on her face. “His grandfather is friends with my father, and his dad is one of the kingdom’s best knight’s. We’ve always known each other.”
“That must be nice,” Flora comments, speaking as she writes. “I didn’t meet Wild until we were twelve, and it was a bit of a rough start.”
“Yeah, well, Wind I met two years ago,” Tetra chimes in. “But unlike Four, I don’t think he grew up out of his crybaby phase.” She snickers to herself. “Still my best friend, though.”
“Oh, same here,” Flora twirls her pen.
Dot giggles. “Ditto.”
“When was the last time you saw them?” Dusk suddenly asks from the back of the group.
When Dot turns back, Dusk has stopped in her tracks. There’s something about the way she looks at her, desperation mixed with something else. Regret? Guilt?
“It’s been about two months,” Dot reveals. She looks to the one of them standing next to Dusk, Artemis, concern clear on her face. “Your hero is Warriors, right?”
Artemis startles, perhaps a bit shocked by the shift of conversation. “Y-yes,” she confirms.
“Well, he was-” Dot suddenly glances down, fidgeting with her hands. “He- Did you see him after me? Because he seemed very upset, so I was wondering if-”
“Woah, hold on,” Artemis interrupts. “He was upset?”
“Paranoid, more like,” she amends. “He wanted to know about the castle’s security, he was convinced that… that Four would turn on me.”
Artemis gasps, covering her mouth with a hand. “His paranoia came back?”
Flora gently closes her book, moving to place a hand on her fellow queen’s shoulder. “Artemis, are you alright?”
But before Artemis can respond, someone else speaks.
“Sky was also acting strange, when I saw him,” Tetra says.
Suddenly, all of the group’s attention is focused squarely on the pirate, particularly Sun, whose eyes are wide.
“What?” Sun questions. “Something’s wrong with my Link?”
Tetra snaps suddenly. “Oh, he’s yours! I’m not the best at keeping track of all these guys.”
“Tetra, now isn’t the time,” Flora reminds her.
“Right, right,” Tetra leans back on her left foot. “Well, I found him all alone, and he asked me about the flooding… About who died when it happened.” She sighs. “Called it the legacy he’d left the world, shamed the faith the people had in the Goddesses.”
“He… what?” Sun brings a hand to her forehead. “He said that?”
“Twilight was also angry, when I last saw him,” Dusk reveals abruptly. “He… he snapped at me, said that protecting Hyrule had always fallen to him when I should have… But we-we’ve talked about it before, I don’t know why he…”
A deafening silence hangs over all of them. After so long, so much work to get close to normal again, Warriors was somehow convinced once again that there was a traitor around every corner. Sky, always so brave, so dedicated, now believed that faith in the Goddesses could only bring sorrow. And Twilight, the loyal farmer, who’d always listened to his friends, used words spoken in confidence against Dusk.
What had happened to their boys?
  △ ▲△
After so long on the road, being welcomed to Hyrule Castle feels like a dream. Nice soft beds, clean clothes, and the first bath Flora’s had in a week at this point. The grime of seawater and city filth washed away like nothing. Afterwards, she sat on her bed in one of the castle’s guest rooms. It’s much smaller than she expected, in fact, she and Artemis would be sharing a room. It reminds her a bit of their first night together, back in the Era of the Sky.
Idly, Flora doodles in her journal. Silent Princesses have always been her favorite, and their curled leaves and five petals are practically engrained in her mind with how much she draws them. One hundred years ago, whenever she was stressed, it was always these small sketches that helped calm her.
Flora’s stomach twists, the deep dread from before their arrival to the castle returning. So far, none of them had mentioned Wild, but if something had happened to her dear hero again…
So she writes it in her journal. Everything she knows, from what Dusk, Tetra, and Dot have shared. She may not know what’s wrong, but for Hylia’s sake, she’s a researcher. If anyone’s equipped for putting mysteries together, it’s her.
Luckily, just as she finishes her writing, the door creaks open. Artemis steps in, her hair damp from her own bath. She’s wearing a robe the castle staff so nicely provided.
“Artemis,” Flora smiles. “Thank goodness you’re here. I’m going to figure this out.”
“Oh, are you?” Artemis quips, though she’s missing some of her spark.
“I’ve just finished writing my own account of the last time I saw the Links,” she taps her journal. “And we know that you saw them next. So-” she pats the spot on the bed next to her. “Tell me everything that happened. Leave out no details.”
Artemis’s smile is weak, maybe even a bit forced. But she sits down by Flora’s side anyway.
“Alright,” she says. “Their portal appeared in the courtyard, early in the morning…”
  △ ▲△
By dinnertime, Flora has managed to collect a statement from everyone she has available.
Flora (me) -Last saw the Links 3 months ago. -The Links spent an afternoon at Hyrule Castle. -Four and Legend were allowed to investigate the library, but to be careful. -Wild and Wind took a trip into town. -Twilight was concerned Wild would get into trouble, but I told him they’d be fine. I got some drinks for us, and I asked him about his time period (refer to prior notes). Same questions were asked of Warriors later. -I’m not sure where Time, Sky, and Hyrule were. -Everyone left before the evening. Wild said goodbye, promised to let me know as soon as he returned.
Artemis (Era of Warriors) -Last saw the Links 2.5 months ago. -Heroes went through a portal right into the castle courtyard. Artemis let them know they were welcome to explore Hyrule Castle and the town. -Wild wandered off with Sky and Legend, though Artemis noted he was leading that pack. -Warriors brought Wind to visit some of his fellow soldiers he hadn’t seen in a while. -Time came to her with concerns about group morale, so she suggested spending time with some of their loved ones (including the Zeldas! This bodes well for future statements). -They left the next morning. Other than Time, nothing seemed off. -Artemis wants it known that their army has had troubles with traitors in the past. This caused much paranoia for Warriors for quite some time, but she was sure he’d worked past it by the time he began travelling with the heroes.
Sun (Era of the Skies) -Last saw the Links a little more than 2 months ago. -Arrived at the Sealed Temple late in the day. Sun and others helped make them feel comfortable (classic Skyloft hospitality), they let most of them sleep in the temple that night. Sky slept in Sun’s tent. -They were all very tired from traveling, so she didn’t see a lot of them. -Sun found Legend staring up at the Goddess Statue. He was wondering what the point was of defeating evil if it always rose again. Sun told him a story about the First Hero (reminder: ask for THAT later), which seemed to calm his nerves. (Is this strange for him?)
Dusk (Era of Twilight) -Last saw the Links less than 2 months ago. -Four told her at some point before arriving, Legend said something rude and Twilight had to tackle Wild to stop him from pouncing on his fellow hero. -At the castle, Four made a comment about the armaments available to the guards. Something about this made Twilight explode, saying how they couldn’t even protect the castle. He turned on Dusk, asking why she couldn’t have stopped the Twili invasion on her own. She tried to reason with him, but he stormed off. -Dusk took Four to the armory to try and calm him down. He noted that all of them seemed to be tense. -The next day, Time went to Ordon Village (Twilight’s hometown) to look for him. The rest of the Links followed in the afternoon.
Tetra (Era of the Great Sea) -Last saw the Links 1.5 months ago. -They were staying on Outset Island (Wind’s hometown), so Tetra decided to drop anchor and spend some time with Wind. They were there for several days. -Wind was excited to see Tetra. He babbled on and on about his adventures with the heroes. She asked if he’s done any exploring, and he said he had in Wild’s time. Got very quiet. -One the second morning, she found Sky alone in the woods of the island. He asked her about the flooding that created the Great Sea and wanted to know how many lives were lost. He was dismayed by the “legacy [he] left the world”, wondering what faith brought the people.
Dot (Era of Force) -Last saw the Links about a month ago. -They were only passing through the area. Four and some of the others had stayed back at his house to talk to Smith. -Over time, Dot has made friends with Hyrule. Apparently they both like tea a lot. -While she and Hyrule were having a picnic, Warriors approached with questions about the castle’s security. Hyrule said he’d go get supplies and catch up with her later. -After Dot showed how secure the castle was, Warriors began questioning the procedures for traitors (see Artemis’s statement). He then asked what she would do if Four betrayed her. -This part, Dot has asked me not to share with Artemis: Warriors grabbed onto her arm with enough force to hurt her. The bruise lasted for quite some time. -Hyrule suddenly appeared and stopped Warriors, asking what was wrong with him. Dot thinks he implied there was something wrong with the others, too. Warriors left, seeming confused. -Four came to visit with Wind, later, to say goodbye. She didn’t mention the incident to him.
Several red flags stand out to Flora. The first being Time noticing tension amongst the group. If their issues started small and built their way up, then perhaps what he saw were the beginnings of whatever happened to him. He’s not specific, though, about where their problems were originating from, much to Flora’s dismay, but whatever happened must have been not long after they left her castle.
Sky was definitely acting strangely, but truthfully, Flora has no idea if Legend’s actions were out of character. She can only hope they’ll make it to his time soon, so she can ask his Zelda herself.
By the time they visited Dusk, though, there was clearly something wrong. Wild apparently almost physically attacked Legend at some point, which Flora can barely believe. Wild would never hurt his fellow Hylian, let alone another hero. And Twilight’s respect for his queen apparently going out the window? What was up with that?
If what Artemis says is to be believed, though, Warriors has regressed. He’s lost a lot of the progress he made towards himself after the War Across the Ages. If he’s so out of line, Flora can only imagine what’s happening to the rest of them.
Flora’s stomach grumbles loudly. Right, dinner is soon. A full stomach will definitely help her thinking, and Dot already made the rounds to let everyone know her father will be attending. Whether he knows anything or not, she has about a million questions to ask him anyway.
Closing her book, Flora carries it with her to the dining hall.

The whole world, all of it, is coated in shadows. They hang from the sky like drapes, and never before has Zelda felt more alone.
“Link?” she calls out to the darkness, raising her torch just a bit higher. “Link, are you there?”
WIth her limited light, she almost runs right into a small statue. It comes up to Zelda’s hip, depicting a bird with its wings outstretched. But the top of its head is caved in, revealing a pile of kindling.
Right, it’s a torch.
Zelda lights the bird torch, which does nothing but provide a little more light. Perhaps on a whim, she decides to follow its directions, walking where its beak points.
“Link?” she shouts again. “Please, answer me!”
Again, Zelda comes upon another bird torch. And another, and another. Each time she finds one, she lights it, and she changes her path to follow its point. In the back of her mind, she remembers an old fairytale about finding your way back home.
As she travels more and more through this darkness, Zelda can see other things as well. Just on the edges of her torchlight, there are ruins. Buildings, torn apart or decayed, suffocated by the pervasive shadows. But she can’t stray from her path, not now.
Then, her light finds someone.
“Link?” Zelda asks. “Link, is that you?”
When he turns to her, Zelda is relieved. It’s Link, it really is! They can go home now, together, and-
The torch’s light gleams against the Master Sword. Blood drips from its hilt.
“Link, what did you do?” Zelda demands.
He says nothing, just takes a step closer. In fear and betrayal, Zelda steps back.
“Stop it,” Zelda says shakily. “Link, I’m warning you.”
Link still doesn’t respond. He darts towards her, raising the sword in a swift motion, and Zelda-
And Artemis wakes up in bed, gasping for air.

There’s one last thing Dot wants to do before she leaves with her fellow queens and princesses. A job that’s all hers, as Princess of Hyrule, and one she wants to make sure is done before she’s away for who knows how long.
“You’ve all met my Link,” Dot explains to the group as they make their way through the woods. Her pack is already full, “And you’ve seen his sword, the Four Sword.”
“It’s a remarkable blade,” Dusk comments. “From the legends I’ve heard, it could give the Master Sword a run for its money.”
Sun humphs at that, crossing her arms and sticking her chin up.
“Not as you’ve seen it,” Dot reveals. Just then, they come across an old stone sanctuary, with pillars standing proud. Everything is covered in moss and vines, except for one item. At the center of it all is a sword, its hilt gleaming a pure white.
“The Four Sword that my Four carries is a fake,” Dot continues. “A recreation, with the power Four needed after his journey. This is the real Four Sword.”
“Oh, wow!” Flora marvels at the blade. “I can’t believe it! To see such a historical artifact up close like this…”
Dot tugs on her cloak, stopping her from running. “I’m only here to check on the seal,” she states with exasperation. “We don’t want to disturb Vaati, now, do we?”
“Oh, don’t we?”
As the Zeldas were distracted, none of them noticed the shadows behind the Four Sword twisting and gaining shape. The being behind the sword was a perfect facsimile of Link, but with pure red eyes and darkness all over his body.
“Shadow?” Dot can’t help herself but reach out. “Is that-?”
Tetra suddenly grabs onto her shoulder, pulling her back. “Whoever you think that is, Princess, you’re mistaken. He’s no friend.”
Of course, Tetra’s right. Shadow never had such malice in his eyes, and he would certainly never hover over Vaati’s seal like that.
“I’m hurt, Princess,” Dark Link fakes a pout. “I’ve always been a friend to her grace.”
He turns to Sun, a wicked grin suddenly on his face.
“Isn’t that right, Hylia?”
All eyes turn to Sun. The progenitor of their bloodline, the founder of their kingdom. The first Queen of Hyrule.
The… Goddess Hylia?
Flora is finally the first one to speak. “What?”

Snow day Prompt: Bittersweet meeting *p1*
“Looks like it'll be a big storm. Don't think the others are coming today.." The seventeen year old stated as he looked at the start of snowfall.
Part of him wanted to leave as well but his pride as club leader president wouldn't allow him, you never know who might need some assistance or help in this school, which is why he created the 'Crystal gems'.
From student counseling to school events to setting parlays between students, the Crystal gems goal is to make every Diamond high student as smooth as possible. Which is why they, for the most part, butt heads with student council every so often.
The SC feels that the CG overstep their boundaries at times. Though they cannot deny the good they have done. Even if their methods come off as questionable. It's less animosity and more of a rivalry between the two on whose better for the school. Still they get some funding from the treasury cause they are an official club, that get results.
“Universe..Shouldn't you be heading out?”  a gruff voice called out to him. He turned to see  three girls standing in the hall, looking in.He gave them a small smile before taking a seat on the club rooms sofa.
“Awe...You're worry about me Jasp, That's sweet of you cuz.”
The girl in question scoffed lightly as she hid her small smile under her orange scarf. Tall and muscular but also very feminine, with wild white hair, gold contacts and faded brown skin with white  stripes of vitiligo; which only made her more exotic. Her name’s Jasper, vice president of the student council and his younger cousin.
Behind her stood two others. A slender woman of average height and a swimmers build. Her ocean colored hair and dark sand colored skin, with striking eyes as blue as her namesake Lapis lazuli. She was the secretary of the  student council and scuba team Captain.
The last part of this trio was small and shapely, just braking five feet, five-three with her gravity defying, greenish-blonde hair, a natural light tan, her infamous goggles over some of the brightest green eyes you'd ever seen. The student council treasurer and fire cracker, Peridot.
all three were dress in the standard academy  uniform( White blazer, yellow blouse, pink tie and blue skirt) under their wool, leather  and down coats, respectively.
“Joking aside, she's right Steven..We're supposed to be getting a few feet through the night. It's best if you head home now, before it gets worst...We’d wait for you, if you want.”  The bluenette suggested with a small smile.
“Tempting, but I still have some work to finish, beside you never know who might need some advice.”  Lapis’s smiled faltered a bit at his refusal.
“Told you, he'd say no. Him and Boss are both the same.” Peridot sighed exasperatedly
“So, the President still here as well? That works in my favor, there something i wanted to discuss with her.”
The three girls looked as Steven to rub his chin and a small smirk appeared on his lips. While Peridot grinned, almost cackled; Jasper sent Lapis a apologetically knowing glance, who in responded in a slight wave. Jasper cleared her throat before walking up to Steven, her left hand open and free, her right held the keys to her car.
“Your keys, give’em here Steven.”
Steven would have argued a bit, but the fact that she used her ‘family’ tone and gave him the look she always did when she was worried about other, left him no resistance. He dug into the back of his slacks and produced a key to his motorcycle with a small pink lion plush on one of the chains.  The two exchanged keys, before Jasper headed to the locker in the far left and grabbed three helmets and some goggles from it. She passed the green one to Peridot, a blue to Lapis and kept a large orange one and the goggles for herself.
“Don’t stay too late Steven…”
“And you don’t go too fast on lion…”  He turned towards the other two “Make sure she don’t break 25, just because it’s not that bad yet and I had the tires redone for the season, dosen't mean your perfectly safe.”
Lapis and Peridot gave their word, despite Jasper protest of being a responsible driver. A protest that ended shortly after Steven admitted to trusting her with his ride, making her feel a bit smug.
“Alright guys, we should head home before we all have to load up in Jasper tuna can of a car.”
Jasper growled at Peridot’s comment before giving her cousin a quick one armed hug, Not to be left out; Peridot gave the young man a quick friendly hug causing the tallest girl to roll her eyes and Steven to chuckle.  He blushed when he heard Peri whispered something into his stomach and the sly look on her face didn’t help. He shook his head as she broke the hug and basically skipped out of the room once again joking about Jasper car when she was a good ways away, causing Jasper to chase after her. Lapis  and Steven looked as the two took off, when they heard Peri yelled.
“MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE PRESIDENT HOME AS WELL, GOOO~OOD LUU~UUUCK!”
“I better go before she kills Peri.”
“Yeah, that’s a good idea. Get home safe, Lappie.”  Red face and head down, Lapis delivered a weak trembling punch to the boys stomach.
“You rejected me already, so save that charm for her...I’m rooting for you”
With a small kiss upon his cheek and a wipe of a tear, Lapis ran to catch up with Jasper and Peri. Steven shook his head with a sigh as he turned around and laid on the couch.  He watched as the snow lightly fell, with a peaceful look, dozing off as he did.
It was a melodic sound. A familiar one as well, he’d recognize it anywhere on earth. A simple feminine humming from his left. He turned towards it and saw a indian-american woman of his age sitting on the loveseat. Pad and pen in hand and headphones over her head; humming to a song on her mp4.
That natural walnut skin, shiny black eyes; long  curly brown hair that flowed like a waterfall that cute slightly pointed nose and those small yet full lips. She was a bit taller than lapis, curvier than Peridot; and strong...not Jasper strong, but a fencer and athletic build.  She sat, one leg over the other, in an alternative school outfit (pink blazer, yellow skirt, blue shirt, and pink tie). The Student President of Diamond Academy, tennis and fencer all star; Connie Maheswaran.
“That uniform fits you very well.”
“Why, thank you” Steven shocked and red face allowed Connie arched an eyebrow and smirk at CG leader. Steven sat up with a stretch and a crack of the neck.
“Time?”
“Only fifteen to five.”
“So..30 minutes, see you made yourself comfortable; Ms.President.”
“Was waiting for my best friend to wake.” Connie pulled her head phones down to her shoulder as she watch him get up and walk behind her and gave her a small hug, which she returned  by squeezing his left bicep.
“Tea?”
“ Green, please.”
Giving her a smile the seventeen year old released his hold, a bit reluctantly, before going to the mini fridge getting two bottle of spring water, four  tea bags from a nearby locker; and turning on the electric tea kettle that Pearl, one of the club members; brought for the room.
“So really what brings you to the room? And how long have  you been here?”
“No reason. Just making rounds saw you here in this nice warm room, decided to come in for a bit. I’ve only been here for about 10 minutes. Is that ok?”
“All are welcomed, but you get special privileges; like this tea.” Steven pointed to  the kettle with a smirk. Connie place three fingers on her blouse and gasp in exaggerated fashion.
“Talk about the V.I.P treatment.” She sent him a half smirk. “You wouldn't be trying to get something from me, Right Mr, Universe.”
he let use a low chuckle as he handed her a mug, and sat back on the couch. “Now whatever gave you that idea?”
“That chuckle for one, and the fact that you left a list of funds proposals on the table.”
“I swear they are all needed.” The pace of that statement caused the president to arched an eyebrow and pursed her lips.
“Uh-huh and what pray tell, does these items have to do with your club activities?”
“As you know, our club was main goal to ensure that our fellow students have a pleasant  school life...Which we have done very well.”
“Methods aside..Sure.”
“Negotiations doesn't always work with words alone..sometimes games need to be played, parlays need to be made-”
“Classrooms need to be close off, dances need to be unofficially hosted; disguises need to be worn.”
“We always brought the costumes back in pristine condition” Connie stone face made him sigh. “ok, working condition.”
“and the fighting?”
“Oh, like you never used your skills outside of an match.”
Connie shrugged, a small toothy grin on her face. “The S.C does double as a disciplinary committee.. You guys don't.”
“Fair enough,  but you can't argue that we have gotten results-”
“Steven,I'm not going to deny your proposal for these items... Though, I don't  know why you don't talk to the headmaster themselves..you are related after all.”
“No way. Last Thing I need is people thinking I am privileged.
“....Just choose some soon, ok?”
the spontaneity of the statement and tiredness of her voice aroused suspicion in him. He scooted over and patted the cushion  next to him. She took the lifeline quickly as she sat beside him, leaned on his shoulder and grasped his hand, he did nothing but intertwined  his fingers with hers.
“You doing ok, President?”
“Just tired of talking shop, is all. Been planning the winter formal and been dealing with disputes between clubs.”
“You could send some of those disputes over here.”
“and have Jasper be on my case..no thanks, I choose peace... but the dance we could use a little ---.” Connie growled mid sentence, facepalming as she did.“No.. No more talk of S.C. work.”
Steven looked on with a smirk at her antics. “Sorry..So how has things been with you, personally? Still dating that Jeff guy?”
“Wow...weeks since we really spoke and that the first thing you ask, wait... how did you know I was dating...ANYONE?”
“He did come to us for advice...Though I was sick for that week. Garnet took control of that one…”
“and…”
Steven looked at her and rubbed the back of his head. “ On my day back, I caught you two giggling and such afterschool..You wasn't were we usually meet up for our ride home. I saw you two and was quick to figure what was going on.”
“Oh… Steven, I'm so sorry I-”
“Hey, No problem you don't have to tell me everything..I mean he's your boyfriend… you have, nothing to be apologetic about. Heard he's a good guy…” Steven glared and his voice, chilling “He IS a good guy..right?”
“I guess? We were only together for a month before I broke it off.”
“Ooo..May I ask why?”
Connie shrugged with a sigh. “Wasn't actually  attracted to him, but I figure I'd give the guy a chance. He has good ambition, wanting to go into film and such a nice guy but...just no real spark between us.”
Steven nodded. “It's like that sometimes”
“True...I'm mad at you though.” Connie playful pokes called the bigger teen to laugh. “Six weeks and no hang out, no rides on lion; no games night” What started off as jovial and teasing, ended serious and cool. Connie frown was pronounced and her eyes sharp. “and why? cause some guy that didn't even last a whole month…”
Steven glared back just as hard. “You didn't  exactly try to talk to me too much either.”
Connie growled slightly at this before sighing..this was not what she wanted. “You're right..I wanted to talked to you, but something happened…other than jeff”
“Oh..and what was that?”
“You rejecting Lapis…”

My Voice (part III)

Tumblr media
Scots Slang will be used translations at the end as always
Warnings: FLUFF. SO MUCH FLUFF!! Also mild violence on behalf of Uma. And threatening bodily harm on behalf of Harry. Some Angst.  Also, thank you to @hookmeharold for helping me pick the hair and dress.
Beatrice’s Hair
Beatrice’s Dress
The day of the Cotillion had arrived and Harry was as nervous as he had ever been. He stood there staring at himself in the mirror. He was dressed similar to Jay, except his were black pants with black boots and a blood red leather jacket. Evie had done a bang-up job with his clothes. She even had a silver hook printed on his left cuff. “Remind me to give Evie some flowers.”
“We all owe that girl more than flowers for these digs.” Jay smiled as he tussled Harry’s hair only to have his hand swatted away.
“Och git aff!” Harry groaned as he fixed his hair again. “I just fixed it.”
“I doubt Bee would care.” Jay laughed “Don’t be so nervous. You have the girl. Bee is so into you.”
“You really think so?” He asked as he fixed his jacket for the third time.
“I know so man. So breathe.” Jay chuckled as they made their way to the main deck of the ship. There Harry boarded and waited for Beatrice to show up. Jay and Harry were talking before Jay tapped his shoulder and pointed behind him. Harry turned around and his eyes went wide as his breath was stolen from him. There was Beatrice looking like a sea goddess in her dress.
“Bonny...” he murmured softly as his eyes roamed her body. He couldn’t take his eyes off of her. Slowly he walked up to her and took her hand in his before kissing her knuckles. “You are so beautiful tonight.” He smiled happily at her as she reached up and caressed his cheek.
“The Future Lady Mal!” They heard Lumiere announce and they turned to watch Mal enter. Mal turned and saw Beatrice and Harry and smiled. The two looked so happy together. Harry’s hand was at her waist with a smile as bright as the sun. But Harry’s smile soon faded when Ben entered and Uma followed him. Instinctively he pulled Beatrice closer to him as he looked at his old Captain. He knew she would be angry at him because he left her for her enemy.
Beatrice, however, was shocked that Ben had done this. He loved Mal! Why was he doing this?! Why was he with Uma?!  Everything happened so fast. Ben tried to explain everything before Mal turned to leave with Evie but when the present for Mal was revealed Beatrice felt a sigh of relief escape her. Ben did love Mal. That’s when Beatrice noticed the look on Ben’s face and left Harry’s side to rush to Mal. ‘He’s been spelled just like my father was!’ She signed to Mal. And her friend let out a sigh of relief and walked over to Ben.
From her spot next to Evie she watched the altercations. Ben having announced that he would lower the barrier forever for Uma. The Fairy godmother denying an order. Mal and Uma fighting to gain Ben’s attention. “Ben, I never told you I loved you because I thought I wasn’t good enough and I thought it was only a matter of time before you saw that for yourself. But Ben, that's me!” Mal cried out as she gestured to the stained glass. “I’m part Isle part Auradon--”
“Ben eyes over here,” Uma said in a low voice trying to gain Ben’s attention back. Beatrice could hear the desperation in Uma’s voice.
“And Ben, you’ve always known who we are and what we can be,” Mal said as her eyes went glossy. She wanted so hard to get through to him.
“Don’t listen to her” Uma tried again.
“Ben...I know what love feels like now. Ben, of course, I love you. Ben, I’ve always loved you.” Mal said before she pulled Ben down into a kiss. Beatrice took a hold of Evie’s hand as Harry appeared by her side.
“True loves kiss...works every time,” Evie said with a smile.
It was then Uma knew she had lost. “GIVE IT TO ME!” She charged at the Fairy Godmother yet it was pointless.
“Guards! Cease her!!” She yelled out keeping the wand away from Uma. It was then Uma ran to the railing of the ship.
“Stop don’t!” Mal cried out before she tried to reason with her. But Beatrice saw Uma’s necklace starting to glow and she became frightened as she clung onto Harry’s arm. Uma saw the two of them standing behind everyone. “Traitor...” she said to Harry before she jumped over the railing. Mal cried out to Uma before she splashed into the water. Harry kept a tight hold on Beatrice’s hand as the water started to swirl around them.
Uma appeared in her sea witch form. Tentacles flailing about he as she cackled. “True loves kiss won’t defeat this!” Uma said with a wicked gleam in her eyes. “The world will know my name!!” She whipped her tentacles at everyone before her eye caught sight of Beatrice. “This is what you get Harry! Traitors don’t get a happily ever after!!!” She shouted before her tentacle swiped at him causing him to fly into the wall and then crash into a table. Beatrice looked up as Uma grabbed her in her tentacle. Her shoes fell from her feet as she struggled against the vice-like grip of Uma.
“Say goodbye little mermaid,” She smirked as her tentacle went slamming down into the water.
“Beatrice!” Harry screamed as he lept into the water. He didn’t hear the roar of Mal turning into a dragon. Harry hit the water with a loud crash. He dove down to see Beatrice still in the clutches of Uma’s Tentacle. Ripping his jacket open he pulled out his Hook. With a hard swipe, he cut the tentacle.
“AAHH!!!” Uma screamed out in pain as she flung Beatrice and Harry into the air. They landed onto the deck hard with a wave of water following them. At this time Ben gave a huge roar before he too jumped into the water. He tried to plead with Uma but Harry paid no attention.
“Bonny...” he sobbed when he realized Beatrice wasn’t breathing. “Bee...Bee please...breathe Bee!!” He begged as he pumped her chest and gave her air. “Bee!! Come on love!” He pleaded with her as Carlos and Jay rushed over to help. “She’s not breathing! Bee come on love open those eyes. Let me see those eyes...come on love!”
By this time Ben had gotten through to Uma and she gave him back his ring. She glanced over and saw Harry crying over Beatrice’s body. “BEE!!” He sobbed loudly and Uma knew. “Bee...please...open your eyes love...” Jay placed a hand on Harry’s shoulder as his head hung low.
“Harry...” Uma said as she reached down to touch him. Carlos watched as Harry’s face twisted in pure rage. He swiped at her with his hook.
“Ye damnable sea hag!” He roared “I hope the seas swallow you up!” Uma jerked back with a gasp. Never had she seen Harry like this. “You took the only thing that ever meant anything to me away! You stole my only chance at true love from me!!” His arms spread wide “Congratulations Uma! You have become your mother!” His cries echoed through the winds as he looked up at Uma with a tear-stained face. “I hate you....” he whispered as his arms dropped to his side before he turned away from her and dropped back to his knees beside Beatrice’s body. Her beautiful red hair sprawled about her like a halo.
Uma was instantly filled with regret and grief. She had turned her own friend against her. She had become what she feared...she truly became her mother. Ben and Mal watched as Uma started to shrink and her tentacles vanish. Mal walked up to her and took her hand. Mal said a spell of revival and Uma repeated the words. Her necklace and Mal’s eyes both glowed as the spell was enacted.
Beatrice shot up with a gasp before coughing up water. “Bee!” Harry exclaimed as he wrapped her in his arms helping her up to breathe. Jay and Carlos laughed happily while Harry clung to Beatrice. “Bonny you are alright,” Harry said happily before he kissed her. He kissed her hard and good before pulling back. He caressed her cheeks while pushing her wet hair back.
“Harry...” She gasped out before both of them froze.
“You...” he laughed “You spoke!”
“I...oh my god!” She cried out in happiness and Harry thought her voice was the most beautiful thing in the world. They laughed happily as they hugged one another close and tight.
“I love you mah bonny Beatrice.”
“I love you, Harry.” She said before kissing him again. Their friends and fellow students all cheered for the two.
Och git aff! --Oh get off!!
Mah bonny Beatrice--my beautiful Beatrice
