I wish they did Shinigami's Cup for the Blood War so that we could have had a gag where Rukia and Byakuya suddenly realize they don't know where Renji is and then come up with some really stupid ideas about where he might be, in a callback to the Forest of the Menos filler episodes where they lose Rukia and Renji and Ichigo only notice like a hour later and then theorize that she "blew away because she's so light."
