Creators deserve to be compensated according to the value their work has in addition to the time they spent on it.
BioWare (and I suspect the firings actually came from the evil overlord, EA) should have given the employees AT LEAST what the law stipulates. They didn’t even do that! I hope the courts of my original home honour the actual law as well as acknowledging the unique and considerable value their work provided to BioWare.
