I recently got a new crochet kit to make a tiny unicorn, the unfortunate thing is , that im not THAT into amigurumi

So i made the random decision to knit the unicorn instead

I've been kinda quiet while I use some of my free time for games and movies, but here's a #notcrochet wip I have lol

Hey, do you like your metal tatting shuttle? I'm finally going to buy new shuttles after 10 years and am considering options.

I really like mine. The hook means I don't have to carry a crochet hook to help me with joins. It works really well with size 10 crochet thread, and I like that it has a removable bobbin (I want to get more bobbins to help me switch between projects). For smaller thread (size 70) the hook has a hard time with unpicking mistakes, I end up using a sewing pin to help with that. My mother does not like metal shuttles (the hook gets in her way) and my grandmother always used little plastic ones, so it's mostly just your own vibes and feel. I will say that I found my metal shuttles at antique stores and one was found in a basket of free yarn at my church, so if you find a website to buy them, please let me know!
