today is the FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of the dnd campaign that i am a member of...!! so you know that a long rambling post is 100% in order.

five years ago, i played dnd for the very first time. (the date on that post says the 16th but that's because we played for like a billion hours and it went past midnight. because of course it did.) i remember being so, so nervous about it bc i seriously knew next to nothing about dnd. i had never watched any tabletop shows or anything and i was pretty much totally new to improv. i had no idea what a d20 was. i wish i was kidding. i truly just dived right in there. (fitting, i guess, since the character i play is a triton... LMFAO).

i'm so glad that decided to try it out regardless bc it has paid off in ways that i can't even begin to express fully... this campaign has accompanied me through so many life events - both the good and the bad - and i cherish each and every one of our Merry Band of Misfits' adventures. even when shit hit the fan and encounters got tense or chaotic in some form, it ended up making for some absolutely wonderful memories. i'm so glad that that reides - my lil blue fish lad!!! - is a member of the champions valoris.

reides is a character who is extremely near & dear to my heart and he has really awakened a creative side of me during these past five years. i always strive to be a player who can live up to him and do his character the justice that it deserves. even 'beyond' the campaign, i have so much fun writing stuff related to him, making crafts related to him, coming up with art ideas for him and getting comms of him... simply rotating him in my mind. you know how it is. really, i think it's impossible to sum up what reides means to me because he's just... REIDES!!! (also, peep the original token i had for him vs his current one... so cute. just so cute.) i seriously love all of the stuff that everyone else at the table makes for their own characters, too! playing pretend with your friends is fr one of the most healing experiences ever; we all gently feed off each other's creativity in such a lovely way. the passion we all have for our respective characters and the overall setting of the campaign is infectuous, and that passion - coupled with a whole lot of hard (yet fun!!!) work - has made for a story that is nothing short of legendary.

so i just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and say that i am honored to share a table with these incredibly creative individuals who have saved me in so many ways!!! big shoutouts to my fellow player, @mintflavoredwindows, who plays kilwin, the EXTREMELY blessed (teehee cleric joke) blond lad standing next to reides in that little chibi line-up of our characters (and who also takes the time to write AMAZING!!!!!! session synopses which all of us read time and time again; they are fr a lifesaver not to mention an immortalization of everything we've been through), our dungeon master of legend, @killdragons, who puts a TON of effort into the campaign setting as a whole and was the person who offered me a position in the campaign to begin with, @brewswain who has accompanied us on tons of different arcs with his absolutely incredible array of characters AND @sangre who has guest starred with his lovely miré (AND WHO HAS SUPPORTED THE CAMPAIGN SOOO MUCH IN GENERAL i love talking abt alethustria with you bree)!!! nathan (who plays jorah) and cj (who plays ashara and played slumberjack during the first season of the campaign) aren't on tumblr dot com so i can't give their urls a little shout-out in this post, but i'm still going to restate that being able to share in this adventure with them - both in-character and out-of-character - has been fucking incredible. the adventurers formerly known as the pog champions are eternal. viva la champions valoris. etc etc etc.

i also want to thank everyone who's supported reides / the campaign as a whole on the sidelines, bc you guys are absolutely amazing. and i can't possibly post this without showing off our lovely campaign wiki. bc it's iconic.

1. why did you choose your url?

i love khaotung. khaotung was obsessed with the capybara song last year before i even knew who he was. capybaras happen to be a very common animal in the region i live. i was very happy they were getting the recognition they deserved. put them together, we have lovely khao + capybaras = khaopybara (i'm also super sure i've seen people here and on tw use this and i just stole it. i'm not creative especially when it comes to usernames).

2. any sideblogs? if you have them name them and why you have them.

i have two other sideblogs. @tuseryoo for all of the gifs i make so i can have all of them in one blog just because, so i feel like i'm not losing track of the things i create (even though i haven't updated that one in a while), and @captain-xandis that some moots might have noticed in their notifications bc i recently created that one to post gifs about critical role, but i always forget to check which blog appears on top of the thingy, so i'm constantly deleting and reblogging things in the right blog these days.

3. how long have you been on tumblr?

as of july 3rd, i've been here for 11 years now, so since 2013? which tracks with my super strong k-pop phase tbh.

4. do you have a queue tag?

nah, i have a queue going for gifs that are requests or for episodes that already aired, but usually i just post things whenever.

ha, i was into super junior. and i was experimenting with fandom for the first time at the time. that's it. i felt like tumblr was a lot more creative and pretty than twitter or facebook, so i stayed.

I recently discovered finding deleted fics on wayback machine, and I noticed while a lot of them are on there, you can’t actually read them because they’re blocked out by the “This work could have adult content” warning, or there’s only a single chapter that’s been screenshotted and not the other chapters.

I don’t really know how to get this information out there and I don’t really have a big blog, and I figure since you guys are saving a lot of fics in case they’re deleted (thank you so much for that 🙏🏼), you guys might be my best bet at getting this info out there? I just wanted to share how to properly screenshot fics on Wayback Machine if you guys are doing so in addition to downloading them (if you don’t know this already)

To ensure the full fic is properly on wayback machine to refer to in the future, add: ?view_adult=true after the URL for one shot/one chapter fics, and if it’s a multichapter fic, adding ?view_adult=true&view_full_work=true OR ?view_full_work=true&view_adult=true

For instance, given Have You Coming Back Again, the link would be https://archiveofourown.org/works/2737886?view_adult=true

For Just A Feeling, the link would be https://archiveofourown.org/works/3822940?view_adult=true&view_full_work=true OR https://archiveofourown.org/works/3822940?view_full_work=true&view_adult=true

None of this works though if the author locked the fic, I honestly don’t know how to get around that 😅

Honstly I'm just a big fan of any fic Vampire Vengence (author of Bandana Code) puts out. Neondanger (author of Star-Crossed) has some goodies for when I'm in the mood for some filthy smut. So If you havent had the chance to do a deep dive through all their fics then I'd reccomend them.

Bellawritess also is a great author. Their fics top out with an M rating so no smut, but they have a few of my fave fics.

You may have read Erode, but the same author put out the first part of a new fic Just To Seal My Fate this year (I think?) and I am very patiently waiting the second half.

Jalex was obviously my absolute number one when I first entered the fanfiction side of this fandom (anyone recall my old URL?) but I can't tell you enough how much it will benefit you to branch into other ships because there's a lot of amazing stuff by great authors that isn't Jalex. I mostly steered away from smut out of laziness, and also because there are so many faves that are SUPER popular (at least for Jalex).

okay but to get to the meat of ur question, honestly i've been DYING to write patrick in his THG verse ( with a few revisions- haven't had the energy to write anything long form these last few weeks :'D ) espeically since the new THG movie came out ( again yeah i guess the actor playing snow is conventionally good looking but MORE IMPORTANTLY i can't wait to see blonde pretty boy snow get ass kicked in FJKLSDJFKL :'D ), so anything in that verse would be AMAZING...granted it is my fault for not having threads there quite yet just because i've been trying to make a dent in drafts across all three of my blogs since there are some that have been in there for like, months >.< and of course i know that i can take my time, but I PERSONALLY don't like it when i have too many drafts piled up.....so 4 rn i'm trying to a, get thru myungdae's drafts and b, answer plotting messages :'D but once i do that!!! i'm hoping to maybe put out a starter call ( but do u want a starter 4 marìa....i can rite it...4 free :D )

okay but back to ur question along with what we have plotted for patrick & marìa, i actually would?? love to have a thread where i get to explore patrick either during the hunger games week after felicity passed ( bc i also made....revisions to how she died....and how his breakdown went, i can spoil both here- basically the peacekeepers found out she was a rebel and so instead of starting a fire at her workplace, they set her house on fire so she burned to death alongside her family...patrick was forced to watch bc the peacekeepers wouldn't let them escape or let him go inside to save her- and thus when he got back from the 64th hunger games he tried to set his own house on fire....i'm not saying that it was probably a good idea not to leave him alone during that time, but i am absolutely saying, it was probably a good idea not to leave him alone there :/ ). ANYWAYS ENOUGH WITH THE TANGENTS- i'd love to write him during that period and just to see how he manages to find stability/a new norm during the worst(tm) period of his life and how that influences the person he becomes by the time the rebellion starts up....other things though- i did actually want to have like interactions regarding the fact that he smokes ( a lot ) in this verse or that he takes long showers/baths a lot in order to cope they probably do both seem?? innocuous at first glance...i do also have a meta i wanna type out on how his connection to fire in this verse changes in comparison to the other two verses too!

as for the other verses, ironically for all the brainrot i have, i actually am quite?? satisfied with what i have ( thanks to you and our lovely writing partners <3 ) as i never expected?? him to have enough development and connections that it would allow him to have his own blog and while i am ALWAYS open for new connections i think at this point, it more of a matter of seeing how the connections and threads he currently has unfolds rather than starting up more new things :'D

AN EXCELLENT QUESTION AS WELL HERE :3 i would say when i make new verses for patrick, i do try keep the essential elements ( ie. being an orphan, felicity and her death, and the motif of fire ) within every verse i make for him as?? these elements of his past really contribute the person he is in the present moment and so without these elements, i just don't?? don't know how different he could be without it still being him it would ring true to him :/ or at least I would feel like i'm writing someone else and not patrick. that being said, i do think part of the reason i do this so far is because at least with verse one and two, well verse two is a derivative of verse one so while patrick and myungdae are vastly different individuals, their base ( ie. their history ) is ultimately the same?? they both more or less have the same core values, which is why i can still write them both and consider them the same 'person' even if their personalities & demeanors are vastly different. in the case of verse three, determining his backstory wasn't so much of creating so much as figuring what his backstory would look like in the thg universe... i guess this is all to say that as long as the base is familiar to me, i am more than willing to write different takes of him- tldr; i think it might be the first option but i might change aspects of those key elements if necessary

THAT BEING SAID, however, i did??? have a sorta supernatural au for him that recently just got spontaneous development bc i was rewatching fr*uits basket but dubbed this time....but the thing is that some of the basic characteristics of his initial character would have to be different here- that and the fact that patrick ( myungdae here ) would be confined to a very isolated location and would be unwillingly to come out if ever for a lot of his arc so i'm not quite sure how well it would do as its own verse....it's kinda based on the sohma curse and the cat's room ( and bc you're probably reading this too, alex dont look these up on wiki if you plan on watching fru*its basket bc this is major spoilers!! )- i can go more in detail about this though if you would like though!!

WHY DID I FOLLOW THEM?:  i really like Adventure Time even if I'm not caught up with the lore, I'll have to admit I was slightly hesitant given that prior, I've only had bad experiences when it comes to OCs being relatives of canon characters, but well, Marsha seemed to be a fully fledged character that doesn't exactly rely on her connections to be complete, so i think that's a huge plus !!

DO WE ROLE PLAY?:  yes !! i think we roleplay quite a lot ! we don't have any current threads, but we do build our dynamics / storyline through memes, which I really like !! and it makes sense for our muses to do that since they live in two completely different worlds, even if Morty visits her any chance that he can get with the portal gun xD

DO I WANT TO ROLE PLAY WITH THEM: yes i do !! i really enjoy our interactions, especially the friendship that Morty and Marsha has developed, i think it's sweet and they really found someone dear in each other ! plus i like the fact that Rick and Marsha butt heads and tend to argue xD

Oh my gosh, this was a really nice surprise to wake up to - this really means a lot to hear. You know, one thing I've always strongly felt about you and your blog is that no matter how much time passes or how long we go without interacting or speaking, I always feel really happy to see your icon on the dash or to see your URL - I just always come away with a good feeling every time we interact and I want you to know that, you're someone I feel very happy with and comfortable around - and we do have a lot of fun writing with Ryuji and Goro - I have honestly been meaning to reach out and kickstart more things between them with you but I'll save that for the end of this ask, but I do just want you to know how happy and rewarding I find it to interact with you - and that second part means a lot, too. told you i was posting this au soon. this is the note titled "main headcanons" basically what I changed about the story. my oc is yurei, she, katsuki, and izuku are triplets and mama inko adopted Shiggy, and well just read it. also here's one of the many drawings I did for this au from left to right is Katsuki, Yurei, and Izuku

Midoriya Yurei

• Also born "Quirkless"

• Drowned while on vacation

• Quirk activated, resurrecting her

• Quirk - Ghost - she can float, go through walls, affect electronics and temperature, basically generic haunting stuff

• Do Not Erase Her Quirk She Will Die

• She can no longer be killed any other way, she'll just pop back up immediately, slightly beat up and very annoyed. She doesn't even get knocked out (but if its a great force she'll be knocked over because there are still a couple laws of physics she obeys), she just keeps going with a quickly healing wound like a very intelligent zombie. She uses this to save people, pushing them out of the way and taking the shot herself knowing she'll bounce back. The healing time varies between a couple seconds up to 15 minutes depending on the damage, as her body has to heal the "fatal" wound

• She also has really fast heal times, and rarely scars (because it's not actually healing, per se, it's more of a reset or regeneration)

• Loves plants, but her Quirk drains/wilts them, so she decorates with those aesthetic vine things

• She is an absolute cryptid. She goes to get a midnight snack, and the way her eyes glow and her poor posture makes Toshinori swear the next morning that he saw mothman or something

• Scary smart but only has one (1) braincell

• Her name means "ghost" horikoshi would be so proud 🥲

• Makes constant death jokes. Sometimes izuku joins in. Katsuki joins in a lot, and sometimes even starts it. Yurei and Tenko can bounce death jokes back and forth for HOURS

• Scared of large bodies of water, even swimming pools. Because feeling water fill your lungs and stop your heart at the ripe old age of twelve causes ✨️trauma✨️

• She has a tumblr. Her url is "schrodingers_hoarding_problem" (fun inside joke, the whole dead-and-alive thing), and she's unknowingly mutuals with Denki (Denki surprisingly puts two and two together and figures out who she is, sparking an amazing friendship)

• Yurei loves sitting on the roof, just. Chilling. On the roof.

• She semi-possesses Denki during his tests and helps him out. It takes a couple weeks before her brothers realise that the "soft, gentle voice in [denki's] head that's smarter than [him] and helps with [his] schoolwork" is actually their ghost sister trying to help

• She is very rarely in class, but she finishes her projects and gets good grades so her teachers chalk it up to "you can't contain a ghost" and "is she actually a student or is she just haunting the school?"

• Seriously touch starved. She would curl up with a statue if left alone too long, and heaven help you if you leave without giving her a hug.

• The triplets all have separation anxiety with each other, but Yurei has it with everyone she cares about. The thought that the last time she saw her loved ones was the LAST time she would see them is constantly in the back of her mind. Which is reasonable, seeing as she has died like three times already so knows lethal situations are much more common than most people are comfortable thinking about

• She also just phases through the floor instead of using the stairs (the Midoriyas live in a cute little house instead of the canon apartment because bigger family)

• Lesbian ace, Yurei x Toga Himiko

• Yurei "at least you guys were NORMAL and fell for your classmates. That would've been so much easier for me. But noOo, I had to be gay for the GIRL WHO TRIED TO KILL ME."

• To be fair, Toga only tried to stab Yurei once, when they first met (she may not be a villain anymore but she still sometimes feels ✨️stabby✨️). And Yurei was intangible, so not even a scratch. Since then, they've been cutesy and dating like any other lesbian couple. Yurei even gifted Toga a hello kitty knife, because "it's cute and dangerous, just like you."

Midoriya Katsuki -

• Katsuki in this au is almost ooc-nice. Soft boi hours, but still a little chaotic and aggressive. Snarky little brat who is kind when he needs to be. He's a lot less of a bully - being especially better towards Izuku - with his aggression mostly protective as he was the only triplet with a Quirk (that is, until yurei fricking died when she was 12 and got her quirk, and then izuku inherited ofa at 15).

• Is fully capable of going feral, and not only to protect but also when he feels like people are "letting him win", which drives him up the wall (see the sports festival incident)

• He also never made fun of his siblings being Quirkless, and his only "problem" with it was "well, crap, they can't defend themselves, so I gotta beat up all these OTHER kids"

• Katsuki is the third (technically first because hes the oldest) triplet and is now Midoriya Katsuki because I don't like his mom. So that probably contributed to his attitude adjustment, being taken care of by Mama Inko instead of Bakugou Mitsuki

• Also deaf!bakugou au because I love the idea of his Quirk making him go deaf and the idea of the triplets just using sign language and annoying/confusing everyone else. Plus the idea of him just. Turning off his hearing aides when people annoy him. *chef's kiss* perfection

• Also Katsuki has freckles because I can't change his eye or hair colour and I need SOMETHING to tie him to the other two

• Like canon, he loves cooking and is great at it. He's Gordon Ramsey in every way - goes feral when people are incompetent and in his way, but genuinely kind and nurturing when they actually want to help and learn. He has in fact called someone an Idiot Sandwich, and that someone may or may not have been Izuku.

• Gay demi, PopRocks

• Only cuddly on his terms. Hug him when he doesn't want to be hugged, and God help you because no one else will

Midoriya Izuku -

• Izuku still inherits One For All

• Probably bi? Tododeku

• Probably had a version of his mom's Quirk originally, but his dad forgot to turn off his Quirk stealing bs while holding Baby Izuku, said he'd "fix that later", and never did. That's why Izuku was Quirkless

• Secretly a cuddlebug. Cuddles with his siblings, his mom, his friends... Todoroki.

• Not as much of an All Might fanboy as canon. It would be like your mom marrying Boulevard cucumberpatch and your room is wallpapered with Sherlock posters.

• Need more Izuku headcanons, but I didn't change much about him that didn't involve the other two. I made up Yurei, and changed Katsuki almost completely, but Izuku? Perfectly fine the way he is

All Three

• Katsuki is the oldest by 10 minutes between him and Yurei, so hes 25 minutes older than izuku; Yurei is the middle, because she just gives me middle child energy for some reason; Izuku is the youngest by 15 minutes between him and Yurei, because he's baby.

• Katsuki "how did I go from being the only sibling with a Quirk to being the sibling with the least op Quirk?"

Yurei "I died lol."

Izuku "Dad stole mine and Toshinori gave me his, so..."

• They are musically talented. All three can sing. Yurei can play the piano/keyboard, but she recently discovered arcade buttons and prefers those. She likes editing on the computer, and has a YouTube channel for her music. Katsuki can play the drums (canon), because its the only instrument he can reliably hear (headcanon). Izuku feels like an acoustic guitar guy to me, or maybe ukulele.

• All three kids have AFO saved as "rat b*****d" in their phones. Izuku has All Might as "Toshinori" (because he's boring like that lol), Yurei has him as "DadMight", and Katsuki has him as "Mother F***er" (listen - I don't cuss, but my characters sure do. Also All Might approved of all contact names, so...)

• All three triplets are avid gamers

• Katsuki and Izuku sing "Hey There Delilah" when Yurei is having a "poltergeist episode" because they found out the soft cadence calms her down almost instantaneously

• Yurei is in the support course, Izuku and Katsuki in 1A (Yurei's all "I'd rather build stuff than fight bad guys. Besides, they couldn't handle all three Midoriyas in one class!" but shes secretly upset that theyre separated)

• Yurei's muttering and note-taking is just as bad as Izuku's, if not worse. But hers is about stuff she could build and how, instead of hero analysis. Katsuki "talks" to himself in sign language [a lot of Deaf do that, so do CODAs]

• Their favourite running joke is pointing at random crap and saying "that you" [can confirm I do this with my sister all the time]

• Another favourite joke is walking around screaming "WHAT DOING?!" at the top of their lungs at each other like those parrot videos. Usually when one of them is playing/texting on their phone or looking for something

• AFO "Do any of my children like girls?!"

Yurei "..."

AFO "Yurei, put your hand down."

• They each have a kitten from the same litter. Yurei has a little white kitten named Phantom, Izuku has a little yellow kitten named Small Might, and Katsuki has a little orange and black kitten named Lord Explosion Murder (gotta keep it canon lol)

• Yurei and Izuku call Katsuki's cat "Lem". They refuse to call the cute little kitten Lord Explosion Murder

• They helped each other train their Quirks. Izuku and Yurei helped Katsuki understand and aim his explosions. The boys helped Yurei feel safe to float, disappear, and phase through stuff; and help her calm down during what they call poltergeist episodes. Yurei and Katsuki helped Izuku learn his "microwave dial" tricks. Each of their Quirks are stronger than in canon because they didn't have to go through the discovery phase alone.

• They have severe separation anxiety, barely tolerating being in different classes. When they get into the dorms, almost every night Izu and Yurei sneak into Katsuki's dorm and they cuddle pile because it's too much to handle being apart all day AND all night.

Nicknaming

• Izuku uses proper names and honorifics until he's comfortable, and then out come the pet names. Always cute and endearing, from shortened version of their name to something that reminds him of them. The more he loves the person, the more pet names they get.

• Uraraka is "Chako", and a couple others

• Todoroki has so many, Izuku rarely calls him the same name twice. "Sho", "Todo", "Roki", "candy cane", "todoroni", "sweetheart", "my love", the list goes on and on and on and on-

• One time, when he was really tired, Iida told him something and he responded "Ok dad" and has yet to live it down.

• There's a running joke in the family that Izuku can't pronounce "Katsuki". He can, and does when he's mad. Katsuki knows to run when he hears "Midoriya Katsuki."

• Katsuki still does the nicknaming, but more playful instead of mean-spirited.

• Still calls Todo "IcyHot" and Denki "Pikachu", and his friends are "[his] idiots"

• Doesn't call Denki "dunce face", nor Kiri "sh***y hair".

• He called Kirishima "Kiri" until they officially asked each other out, and then it was "Ei".

• Once, while running on little sleep, he messed up and called him "Kirisunshine". • Like when Izu called Iida "dad", Kat has yet to live that one down. Kiri didn't either, because he dissolved into a blushy mess.

• Yurei compounds normal words with people's names depending on the situation or topic of conversation; she's very inconsistent with her nicknaming.

• She only uses "real names" with people she views in authority or people she's uncomfortable with (as someone with social anxiety, there are those certain people you stay rigidly formal with because they make you anxious or uncomfortable or you just plain can't get a read on them)

• The most consistent nickname in her rolodex is calling Katsuki "Kit Kat", which she has basically since they could talk

• She has called Todoroki "TodoRoni", "ConspiraRoki", "TraumaRoki", and a bunch of others.

• Himiko calls Yurei "Boo", and Yurei calls Himiko "Sky Puppy" (because vampire equals bats, and bats are cute little sky puppies)

• Izuku still calls Katsuki "kacchan", and Yurei calls him kit kat. Haven't decided yet if Katsuki still calls izuku "deku" because, like, that's such a Sibling thing to do. But also it's a bit meaner than I want him to be. Maybe just like "brat child" or something. Yurei calls izuku "broccoli" and he retaliates by calling her "cauliflower".

Parents

• Dad For One au/StepDad Might au (because I'm evil and love the idea of "lol even mom left you for all might")

• All Might takes the Midoriya name, because "they didn't marry into [his] family, [he] married into theirs", so he's Midoriya Toshinori

• We stan a chubby Mama Inko in this house

• Somehow, Toshinori has his "skeleton form" without the injury because that fight didn't happen in this au. Because I like the skeleton form, its non-threatening and he needs an inconspicuous form for being out and about with the Midoriyas.

• AFO is a sucky dad, and the triplets hate him with the same passion that Shoto hates Endeavor, BUT the lov is still a found family and they have game nights and everyone (except Enji) knows that Dabi is Touya

• Adopted!Shiggy and Good!LOV au. The lov is actually more of a home for runaways, taking in all those "villains" but rehabilitating them and giving them the family they needed. Instead of "League Of Villains", the acronym stands for "League Of Vagabonds". Some even go on to be heroes, but most are "normal citizens" and work in grocery stores and cafés and stuff.

• Touya is still dabi and still runs away from Endeavor, but his siblings know where he is. Toga obviously finds them and starts dating Yurei (prob in the support course with her gf). Shiggy stays with Mama Inko and the triplets in the divorce, and goes to UA (probably either already graduated or a third year, I don't know his age). HI! omg i LOVE that your a baby stay! I’m a predebut stay, and i really adore watching more people fall for skz every comeback, it's always so interesting to see what pulls people into them each time. and omg i could also talk about Minho forever, he is truly SO amazing to watch. His growth from their beginning until now has been so amazing to watch, especially how much more confident and clear his singing is. He’s become one of my favorite voices in skz as time has gone on, especially because a lot of his parts become my favorite part of a song because of how he sings them. And GOD his dancing really is everything, some times I watch this one YouTube video that just talks about how amazing his technique is, and how he dances with so much forethought in how he holds himself while moving between moves. It’s so fascinating and it really proves he’s one of the best dancers. I also love that Minho is the type of person that really likes to show how much he loves someone instead of telling them. The way he takes care of his cats, and is always cooking for the members, taking care of them in little ways with no expectation of thanks is so beautiful. He’s such a kind boy.

My bias is Chan, I don’t even think I could describe all of the reasons he became my bias tbh, but I find such comfort in him, and how much he loves the members that I just adore and admire him so much. His dynamic with Minho is one of the reasons I really love Minho too, because Chan tries to be there for all of the younger members, but Minho is really there for Chan, balancing out all the effort he puts in. 

Also omg it’s so cool that you got to see NCT recently! I saw them back in 2019 and they’re just so amazing live! They’re energy is so fun, and nil I totally cried because they did timeless when I saw them, and it sounded so pretty. NCT was a group I was so afraid to get into when I got into Kpop in 2017 because they were so huge, I think if it wasn’t for Mark I wouldn’t have probably put in the effort, he was always just so funny that I caved and decided to commit. 

Are you into any other Kpop groups? I’m a really big multi so I’m curious if we have more groups in common. Also, I know you’re newer but is there any concept you’d wanna see skz do? I’d wanna see them do something like high fantasy, with really pretty traditional outfits.

omg same one time i watched a video compilation of lino's improvement in dance from predebut (when he was a backup dancer) until now and it was soooo cool to watch!!! he has really improved so much. i also love seeing him teaching the other members dance (like this video, or the vlive where he's teaching stays the choreo to gods menu - i just sit there and watch him teach and don't even learn the moves cuz hes so cute LOL). also YES me too i love how he shows his love through his actions, i remember the one kids room video where changbin said that he would ask lino to do something and lino would be like nooOoOo i'm not doing that for you but then he would quietly do it anyway :(( i think lino actually reminds me of jaemin from nct a lot (which you can probably tell is one of my nct biases from my url haha)

nct was amazing live!!! their songs are so great as live performances, like sticker was amazing even though i dont normally like that song but it was such a great performance. and mark doing his cherry bomb rap live UGHHH. mark was so gorgeous....they were all so hot in person it was unreal 😭 and same, nct was actually the first kpop group i got into and i remember being a little intimidated by the amount of members they have lol, but someone showed me the 7th sense and i was hooked because it was so different from other kpop i had heard!!

for a while i was like with nct that's enough for me since they have so many members but here i am now and i am becoming a multi mess 😂 other groups i like besides nct and skz are txt, day6, p1h, svt, enhypen (i dont know all of enhypens names yet lol), and i also like kbands like xdh, the rose and nflying (again, dont know any of their names haha but i like a lot of their songs and might be going to a oneus concert and then an nflying concert in jan so i'll prob learn their names by then). i also found this group called nine.i recently that is prob gonna be my boy group of the month LOL, their songs are so good and they are so cute and funny!!! i am currently obsessed with their songs young boy and wasted youth, and the parallel universe choreo is also rly cool. they have one or two members who produce their songs i think? also i swear i dont have anything against girl groups haha there are some gg songs i really like (such as stayc, lsf, itzy, gidle) but i dont really know their names and i tend to bias bgs LOL

i'd love to see skz do a horror concept (idt they've done that right?), i saw their kingdom performance from last year (this one) and i looved it (also since i am a minho bias of course i must comment on his intro in the beginning lol please dont stare at the camera like that it's deadly for me). i like dark concepts in general haha and i like thriller/scary movies 😂 of course i love a cute summer concept too or a youthful concept as well (like nct dream is really good at that), but the hint of darkness always hooks me hehe. i would totally love to see them do a high fantasy concept!! i liked the traditional outfits that skz did for thunderous and god's menu, i thought that was really cool and integrated with the song/performance well especially for thunderous, so i think a high fantasy concept would be super interesting to see :)
