So, about my Pokemon fanfic

I wanna talk about the classmates of the school where Miru the Oshawott goes to a school called The Floral School. And his class name is Normalium (Yes, Z crystal references.) In his classroom, there are 24 students including Miru. Those 24 students are divided into a team of 6. And I'm gonna show them here, starting with ⭐Team Dream Runners⭐

This team is made of: Miru the Oshawott Scarlet the Fennekin Leaf the Chespin Ruby the Zorua Rio the Riolu Star the Kirlia -------------------------------------------------------------- Miru the Oshawott is a 13 years old boy who is energetic. He always dreams about being the strongest hero of all. Even if he acts childish sometimes, he gets serious if the moment requires it. Scarlet the Fennekin is a 12 years old girl. She is a cute girl and sometimes makes silly moves. Sadly, her past was very tough on her. She is Miru's best friend. Leaf the Chespin is a 13 years old boy. He is very kind and peaceful, he loves to hangout with his friends. Ruby the Zorua is a 12 years old prankster girl. She always love to make harmless prank on anyone if she can, thanks to this, she became a troublemaker. Rio the Riolu is a 13 years old boy. He takes his training seriously because he wanna be as strong as his older brother. (He is also a friendly version of Sasuke from Naruto lol) Star the Kirlia is a smart 13 years old girl who acts cool on her way. She also loves to bites bones. Ryder the Tyrogue is a competitive 13 years old boy. He takes battle and training seriously, if he doesn't feel like he gave his best, he gets mad. Damien the Scrafty is a 14 years old boy. He is kind of crazy but in the good way, and he loves to make jokes. Amelia the Skorupi is a 13 years girl. Most of the time she is not happy, she always want to fight bad people. But she doesn't mind on going out with her friends. --------------------------------------------------------------

Anabel's Espeon- Individual Redesign

[What if every individual pokemon had its own unique design?]

Its easy to tell the difference between competitively-reared and 'housepet'-reared eeveelutions; namely, that wild eeveelutions tend to stand at 0.8-1.1m tall when fully grown. This scale feels innately wrong to most people, as they're more likely to have seen 'Toy Eevees'- which usually get no bigger than ~0.5-0.7m tall.

These 'Toy Eevees' are extremely popular, due to the fact that they're both friendly and incredibly weak, making them perfect pets for households with children.

Many of these eevees tend to struggle with their new movesets after evolution; preferring to stick with their Eevee moveset moves.

Espree is a purebred Toy Eevee; which means that she's able to access Extreme Evoboost, but also means that even moves like Light Screen generally require too much psychic energy for her to utilise properly. She's also incapable of utilising more than four moves, despite her competitive training alongside the rest of Anabel's team.

Still, Espree is a survivor. She's been on Anabel's team for a long time, having grown up with Anabel up in the mountains, as two 'wild', abandoned kids. You can see that in her coat- thick, and pale, to deal with the snowy climate of the mountains.

She survived that, and she'll survive being the weakest mon on every battlefield. She's found her niche with her Normalium Z, and she's just excited to help out.

hello! have you ever experienced part of the bond phenomenon? a.k.a. the connection between a pokémon and a partner. this can include things such as mega evolution, a power boost during a difficult battle, an aura surround both partners, or even a lengthened lifespan.

Sounds like an interesting topic you��re studying. Haven’t really had big experiences in that area, unless you’d count echo evolving as a case of that…

I found a normalium Z, but I never really used it yet. Still a bit iffy on if I should even be holding one in my hands.

Okay I looked into it it’s a normal type move with 40 PP (can be upped to 64) and can bypass protect. It does literally nothing. If powered up with a Normalium Z it becomes Z-Hold Hands and gives the Pokémon an omniboost (I wish I was joking)

It’s an event exclusive move to Sun/Moon and is coded into S/V but isn’t in any learnsets of Pokémon available and isn’t in the metronome pool so it effectively doesn’t exist.

What ability does Buneary have? Cause Lopunny can be useful depending on what ability it has (Run Away turns into Cute Charm upon evolving, while Klutz is just not a good ability unless you're using a Fling or Switcharoo strategy).

Gastly might be a bit tricky too, since you'll be stuck with Haunter unless you're able to trade. (Plus the eventual type overlap with two ghost types when you get Decidueye)

if Normalium Z works then I think my Buneary has Run Away, anyway I just realized I've never considered training normal Pokémon so I decided to give it a chance!

rn Gastly helps me a lot with catching with its Hypnosis, and I just like this gas head :D anyways I'll surely switch some of my team eventually

as for your previous question about flying Pokémon, I'm thinking on surely going with Braviary. I also have Oricorio and think on catching Pikipek. I love birbs :3

Mizuki cukup bangga. Dipandangnya normalium-z yang berhasil ia dapatkan bersama rekan-rekan pokemon-nya dengan iris yang berbinar-binar. Dari tadi senyumnya tak pernah hilang. Pencapaian pertama yang cukup baik bagi seorang trainer pemula sepertinya—Kapten Ilima juga mengapresiasi bakatnya, omong-omong. Rasanya seperti mimpi. Berkali-kali Mizuki mencubit pipinya dan meringis sakit; tanda bahwa semua ini nyata, bukan sekadar angan-angan trainer muda sepertinya.

Bahagia sekali Mizuki akibat hal sederhana tersebut—ia semakin antusias untuk menyelesaikan grand trial Kahuna Hala.

Ah, bertemu Hala-san nanti saja.

Sebelum menemui Hala, Lillie, maupun Hau, biarkan ia menikmati udara segar khas Hau’oli. Sambil melihat-lihat toko pakaian dan Battle Buffet yang menarik perhatiannya.

Mizuki sangat bahagia sampai-sampai ia terus bersenandung sepanjang jalan Hau’oli, mengabaikan pandangan turis dan warga lokal yang melihatnya dengan heran. Beberapa ikut tersenyum melhat tingkah gadis kecil itu—adakah orang yang lebih bahagia dari gadis itu? Mizuki hanya tidak dapat menahannya. Dia bukan tipe orang yang suka memendam sesuatu. Lebih baik mengekspresikannya. Tidak ribet dan membuat pikiran lebih rileks.

Kira-kira kepribadian Mizuki sebelas dua belas dengan Hau. Keduanya sama-sama personifikasi matahari. Selalu menebar senyum, tidak pasif, energik, tidak mudah putus asa—Hau dan Mizuki hampir identik. Hanya saja Hau tidak bisa diam, kelewat santai dan sangat lemot dalam berpikir.

Mizuki jadi merindukan sahabat baiknya itu.

“Mizuki-chan?”

Suara familiar itu menghentikan langkah Mizuki. Satu, dua, tiga langkah menuju gadis itu.

Mizuki menoleh, mendapati Kapten Ilima tengah tersenyum padanya. Ia balas menyunggingkan senyum. Menjaga kesopanan—lagipula ia memang ingin tersenyum—kepada yang lebih tua.

“Ah, Ilima-san. Alola!”

“Ya. Alola, Mizuki-chan.”

“Ilima-san sedang apa?”

“Aku hanya sedang mencari tempat yang bagus untuk melukis. Mizuki-chan tidak menyusul Hala-san?”

“Nanti saja, Ilima-san. Aku ingin menikmati Hau’oli dulu.”

“Begitu.”

“Iya. Udara Hau’oli sangat sejuk dan menenangkan. Dan Battle Buffet sepertinya seru! Aku ingin mencobanya sebelum menemui Hala-san.”

Berada dekat Mizuki memang menular. Energi positif gadis itu selalu membuat Ilima ikut tersenyum—seperti saat ini.

Mizuki menarik perhatian Ilima pertama kali bertemu—ketika gadis itu berhasil mengalahkan lima trainer dan seorang guru di Trainer School tanpa banyak usaha seperti trainer pemula pada umumnya. Kemudian, Mizuki membangkitkan rasa ingin tahu-nya setelah ia membantu sang kapten menutup mulut Team Skull di Hau’oli. Dan ketika Mizuki berhasil menyelesaikan trial-nya, tanpa ragu Ilima memberikan normalium-z dan mengapresiasi kemampuannya. Gadis itu—meski usianya masih sebelas tahun—memiliki potensi yang luar biasa dalam pokemon battle. Ilima menyaksikan sendiri perkembangan Mizuki yang pesat.

Ilima akui, Mizuki adalah perempuan yang manis—juga polos, terkadang. Tak perlu waktu lama bagi Ilima untuk jatuh hati pada Mizuki dan segala pesonanya. Dia sendiri tidak menyangka akan tertarik pada seorang gadis yang baru saja dikenalnya—dan lagi, kepada seorang gadis yang baru saja berusia sebelas tahun.

Aku tujuh belas tahun, Mizuki-chan sebelas tahun.

Ilima memang sempat mengagumi Matsurika-san. Namun Mizuki berbeda. Jantungnya berdebar untuk Mizuki, tidak pada Matsurika. Ilima hanya menganggap Kapten Matsurika sebagai sosok kakak dan sumber inspirasinya—tidak lebih juga tidak kurang.

“Kau sangat bahagia. Dari tadi senyummu tidak pernah hilang.”

“Iya, aku sangat, sangat senang, Ilima-san! Ini pencapaian pertamaku sebagai trainer, mana mungkin aku sedih karena berhasil menyelesaikan trial-ku yang pertama—trial milik Ilima-san!”

“Ya, baguslah kalau begitu.”

Ilima terkekeh. Dia gemas sekali. Jarang sekali ia temui gadis seekspresif Mizuki. Andai mereka sedekat itu, Ilima mungkin akan mencubit kedua pipi gadis itu saking gemasnya—atau mungkin mengelus puncak kepala Mizuki dengan lembut.

“Kau harus sering-sering tersenyum, Mizuki-chan. Dunia tentu akan lebih indah kalau kau sering tersenyum.”

Mizuki mengangguk. Lagi-lagi Kapten Ilima membuatnya serasa melambung tinggi—yang pertama ketika Ilima-san memuji bakatnya setelah trial. Mizuki senang sekali ketika sang kapten memujinya. Entah kenapa, hanya saja rasanya sangat menyenangkan.

“Senyummu ini menular, tahu.”

Kini pemuda yang dijuluki Pangeran Trainer School itu tersenyum lembut, menatap lurus kedua iris abu-abu Mizuki. Refleks. Ilima kagum dengan bola mata jernih Mizuki—meski warnanya gelap, tetap indah.

“Eh? Ilima-san?”

Menyadari apa yang baru saja ia katakan, Ilima yang kalem kini tergagap. Kedua pipinya memerah—namun warna merah itu tersamarkan oleh warna kulitnya yang sedikit gelap.

“Maaf, Mizuki-chan. Lupakan saja kata-kataku tadi!”

“Baiklah, Ilima-san?”

Mizuki sedikit heran, namun memilih mengiyakan. Ilima berusaha meredakan debar jantungnya. Keadaan serasa canggung dengan instan.

Ilima bodoh, kau merusak momen. Mizuki-chan masih muda, Ilima!—batinnya.

Ilima melirik Mizuki sekilas. Gadis itu tampak biasa saja, tampaknya tidak terganggu dengan perkataannya tadi serta tatapan intens yang refleks diberikan Ilima padanya. Padahal Ilima yang terkenal tenang itu sedang berperang dengan batinnya, sementara Mizuki tampaknya tenang-tenang saja.

“Ilima-san kenapa?”

“Tidak—tidak ada apa-apa, Mizuki-chan.”

Ilima melihat jam tangan demi menghindari pandangan polos Mizuki. Bisa tambah kacau hatinya kalau ia menatap gadis itu lama-lama. Takut kebablasan nantinya.

Astaga, aku melupakannya!

Oh, Ilima benar-benar lupa. Dia harus bergegas menemukan tempat melukis yang nyaman dan sepi—salahkan sikap perfeksionis-nya, kemudian langsung menyelesaikan lukisannya. Tenggat waktu-nya esok hari. Klien-nya akan mengambilnya besok siang.

Berbincang dengan Mizuki benar-benar membuatnya lupa waktu.

“Mizuki-chan, aku melupakan lukisanku.”

“Ah, maafkan aku, Ilima-san. Aku menyita waktu Ilima-san.”

Mizuki seperti ingin menangis. Ilima menggeleng dan tertawa kecil. Mizuki yang polos tentu saja tidak pernah mengganggu waktu-nya.

Malah Ilima belum ingin berpisah dengan Mizuki dan mengobrol lebih lama—mengenal gadis itu lebih dalam. Gara-gara deadline lukisan.

“Tidak perlu minta maaf, Mizuki-chan. Berbicara denganmu sangat menyenangkan.”

Mizuki mengangguk. Dia tersenyum lebar hingga matanya membentuk lengkungan seperti bulan sabit. Senyuman yang sangat disukai Ilima.

Rasanya benar-benar tidak rela berpisah secepat ini. Apa boleh buat, Mizuki juga harus menyelesaikan semua trial selain miliknya.

“Baiklah, Ilima-san! Aku juga senang bisa berbicara dengan Ilima-san!”

“Sampai jumpa, Mizuki-chan. Sukses ya dengan grand trial Hala-san.”

“Terima kasih, Ilima-san. Sampai ketemu lagi!”

Ilima melambaikan tangan. Mizuki balas melakukan hal yang sama hingga pemuda itu hilang dari pandangan.

Sepeninggalan Kapten Ilima, Mizuki menghela napas lega.

Gadis itu menyentuh dadanya. Degdegdeg. Debaran jantungnya keras sekali.

“Kau harus sering-sering tersenyum, Mizuki-chan. Dunia tentu akan lebih indah kalau kau sering tersenyum.”

“Senyummu ini menular, tahu.”

Pernyataan Ilima tadi terus terngiang-ngiang. Kedua pipinya merona memikirkannya—dan tatapan tadi, Mizuki mengingat iris obsidian Ilima yang sempat bersiborok dengan miliknya meski hanya sekejap. Tatapan teduh dan senyuman lembut itu menggetarkan hati Mizuki.

Kini Mizuki tidak mampu menghapus sosok Kapten Ilima dari benaknya.

Rotom memang benar; Ilima seorang perayu ulung.

Notes: Terinspirasi setelah player character sukses menyelesaikan trial pertama dan Rotom yang mengklaim Ilima sebagai “dreamboat”. Dreamboat artinya sebenarnya bukan perayu sih, tapi aku anggap saja begitu #maapkan. Anggap saja Ilima 17 tahun, secara Trial Captains usianya berkisar antara 11-19 tahun, hehe.
