California has 4 main wine regions and many subregions within those areas. . . Napa Valley is one of the most popular wine regions in California. I’ve been to Napa Valley a couple times. Everyone wants better biceps 💪 but most people don’t train them correctly. - The biceps have 3 main functions: 1. Elbow Flexion: Brings your wrist towards your shoulder aka Curls 2. Wrist Supination: Turn your wrist to make your palm face up. 3.Shoulder flexion: The bicep assists in raising your arms in front of you - Biceps are also used as stabilizers in various pressing and pulling movements. Having strong biceps can also indirectly help with big compound movements such as squats and deadlifts. - If you want to train any muscle effectively, you should use a combination of Compound + Isolation Exercises. - Compound Exercises: 💪Chin-ups 💪Pull-ups 💪Lat pull downs 💪Rows 💪Standing Barbell Curls 💪Standing Dumbbell Curls 💪Hammer Curls - Isolation Exercises 💪Preacher Curls 💪Incline Bicep Curls (See my earlier post) 💪Cable Curls 💪Bicep Machines There are many more variations you can try. - How to train Biceps: ✅Select 1-2 Compound and 1-2 Isolation Exercises. ✅Perform 6-8 Reps on Compound Exercises and 8-12+ reps on Isolation Exercises ✅Perform 3-4 Sets per exercise ✅Train each muscle group at least 2x per week. ✅Progressive Overload: Try to get stronger over time. This can be done by adding weight or doing more reps as you get stronger.
