(The 100th performance and 2 special encore videos, also I cried from joy and it's not an offtop)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
@elaraqwq attended the 100th play, gave away the postcards we made to the audience and SOMEHOW delivered them to the trio actors 😭🧡💙💕 As an absolute legend she is, she sent me the pictures as a proof 🙇‍♂️ So I lost my mind about the loveliness of it all and took a while to chill o7 💝
But enough of that! Lemme tell you abt today's events ✨
Feb 25th, noon performance: Ji Xiaokun, Guo Hongxu, Cai Lu, Guo Zhenyan, Li Zexi
For special encore they did full version of 'You can forget about it' ('Rock, paper, scissors song') but sung is 3 different dialects: from Hebei, Shandong and Shanghai (lowkey foreshadowing).
TW:CXS's dramatic ass once again puts on the noose, so if it makes you uncomfortable, be warned~
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you've been listening to this song over and over again (like me), you should be able to hear the difference in pronounciation. It's as if they changed the lyrics completely ><
Tumblr media
Feb 25th, night, the 100th performance: Cai Qi, Wang Minhui, Deng Xianling, Zhang Jiahao, Zhu Jiayan
It's full version of 'As the saying goes' (earthquake arc mom and son quarrel) with Cai Qi in place of Cheng Xiao and Wang Minhui as his mom. Joined by the rest of cast :>
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I called the earlier encore foreshadowing bc (like in dongua) the earthquake arc characters speak in Sichuan dialect (the province where the plot takes place). And despite the role swap Wang Minhui used Sichuan as well.

Check the replies for both videos 💙🧡 And I hope you'll have just as good time watching it as I did ^0^

Thank you for reading this bit! Enjoy~
. . .
"A party." You responded with a blank stare, disheveled clothes and messy hair. "And why would I go to said 'party'?"
It was almost noon on a day off, something you don't get often seeing as you juggle a part-time job and college courses all at once. And Gojo's sparkling smile, tall frame covered in a white T and sweats, wasn't exactly the best thing for you to see on the weekend. Your eyes continued to blur as your mind was still in a sleepy state, making you rub your eyes as Gojo started to whine.
"C'mon, Y/n-chan!" He pouted, his pretty pink lips quivering like he was going to cry. "I thought about it, and you have officially lived the most boring college girls' life!"
It took serious brain power to come up with that conclusion? You thought to yourself, leaning against the doorframe. All your weight pressed into the wood with a creak, you sighed and shook your head.
"Gojo, I don't need to go to a party," You mumbled, standing from your place against the frame and rubbing the morning crust in your eyes. "I'm perfectly fine not getting drunk and finding a pair of lips to play with like you, okay?"
The white haired demon you called a friend pressed his lips together in a frown, white brows scrunching together as if he was insulted.
It was true though.
"How could you?" He pouted, his voice a mock whimper to try and bait you into apologizing. "I've been one of the bestest friends you've ever had and you insult me so?"
You did get into a fight with Getou..
It's been a week since Getou and Gojo got into their little tith over a girl at some bar, but Getou was still walking around with a slightly swollen lip and a bruise over his eye. If you were completely honest, you were surprised Gojo made such a fuss over getting a bloody nose.
"Whatever, Sato’," You sighed, rolling your eyes and pouting your lip. "..Look, if I change my mind I'll call you."
There was a smile, a sparkle, and a coo that erupted and formed from Gojo. You could tell by how tightly he squeezed you after a few seconds just how happy you made him.
Wonderful, everyone likes a happy Gojo Satoru, You thought, laced with sarcasm.
Once Gojo had left your dorm apartment, you closed the door and made your way to the kitchen. It was a little over an hour when you decided to cook some eggs and have ramen when your phone began to buzz with notifications from Sukuna. Surprised, you picked up the phone and decided to call, hearing a disgruntled groan on his end and then a huff.
"Can you come pick up your twink friend?" He asked, making you wonder who he was talking about before you let out a sigh.
"Sorry," You mumbled before hanging up and hastily finishing your food. "Put him on the phone, lemme talk to him."
"Alright. Himbo, get over here."
There was a bit of a fight between Sukuna's name calling before Gojo's voice chirped on the line. "Y/n-chan, you're gonna need better friends than this brute! He keeps calling me dumb names, and it's hurting my feelings."
"I thought you didn't have feelings, Satoru," You teased, hearing a laugh from Sukuna in the background and Gojo whining some more. Eventually you got Gojo to agree to leave the apartment and started talking to Sukuna about studying that night.
"I was thinking about going out, actually."
"Ah, really?"
"Mhm, been cooped up for too long, ya'know?" Sukuna lets out a sigh, as he shuffles through some things. The sounds of some TV shows played while he continued talking. "..It's a little weird talking to you on the phone like this after so long."
"Hm?" You let out a small hum, although you did agree with him.
You hadn't talked on the phone ever, and texting was rare even. If you were honest, you didn't want to push Sukuna anymore by making him interact with you. You may have been friends in the past, but Sukuna changed a lot.
He wasn't the same as before. He's grown up into an adult.
"Are you going on that trip after midterms?" Sukuna cuts in, making you flinch for a moment. Trip?
"Oh right, the one to the old Willow tree farm?" You asked, your memories flooding back from when you were little.
All the blueberries you had picked with Sukuna and Yuji, the games and forts you used to do while school was out. The visits to the library after classes let out and in between, reading about anything; from flowers and beetles to dragons and legends. All those days and all those nights, your time was usually spent hanging out at the Willow Tree.
"I was thinking about it," You confess, scratching your nose and sitting down in the living room. A bag of chips in your lap as you flipped through movies to watch. "Why do you ask?"
"No reason, really. Just curious."
You hum again before checking the time, seeing that Gojo's party was going to start in about an hour or two. Bouncing your leg, tapping your foot, you started to consider Gojo's offer for a good time. What you didn't understand was why you suddenly wished for fun in your life, maybe it was because of the lack thereof in it. With a sigh, you stand and head to your bedroom, Sukuna languidly talking about classes and your next break.
"Hey, do you want to go to Satoru's party?" You asked, looking through your closet for clean clothes. Planning on getting into the shower, you hear Sukuna hum. "Is that a yes?"
"I don't know, really," Sukuna answered, some shuffling in the background. "Why? Are you planning on going?"
"I wanted to stop by, maybe have one of those horrible drinks."
Hearing a light chuckle on Sukuna's end, you smile and pick out a cute outfit for the party. Whatever the reason for your sudden change in plans, you decided it wouldn't be much to fuss over.
After a few moments, you hear a sigh and then a huff: "Mind if I tag along? Don't exactly like the idea of some douche leaving ya at a party."
"Aw, still worrying about me?" You asked, teasing with a gentle coo as a growl erupted from the other end of the phone.
"So help me, girl. You'll be the end of me."
. . .
After you had taken your shower, hair dried and a cute outfit on, you sat in your living room until you heard a knock at the door. Turning off the T.V, you stood from your place on the couch and walked over to answer it. Much to your surprise, even after he had offered, Sukuna stood at your door.
Hair fluffy and slicked back, eyes as dark and brooding as ever too. Your eyes grazed down to take in his choice of fashion and it was a rather simple one. Unexpectedly, he wore a white T with a pair of ripped jeans. His jacket was black leather and Sukuna also wore a small silver chain around his neck. A small, silver cross hung from the thin chain and it made you giggle, coaxing a reaction from the man at your door.
With a tilted head, he pressed his brows together. "What's got you giggling?"
"Oh, nothing," You chuckled, reaching over to grab your dorm keys and phone before heading out and locking up. "I didn't think you'd actually give me a ride to the party, Sukuna. That's really sweet of you."
"Don't call me sweet," Sukuna huffed, nodding his head towards the exit and walking on ahead. "I got called 'sweet' at least three times coming here."
You rolled your eyes at the mention of your neighbors, seeing as they called every man or woman sweet. With a sigh, you followed your friend to the exit of the dorm, a few girls that had spotted Sukuna early wishing their goodbyes. Once you had gotten to the truck, Sukuna opened the passenger's side, waiting for you to climb in and buckle up.
After you did just that, Sukuna closed the door and climbed into the driver's side. You continued to tease Sukuna about being a gentleman all the while he started up the engine and denied the claims of being so nice to you. You laughed at this as Sukuna pulled out of his parking spot, turning a corner and heading in the direction of the party.
"So some random house?" Sukuna asked after you had given the directions. In return, you shrugged. "Seriously, you don't make sure you're safe before you go somewhere, do you?"
A dead panned look was sent his way, which in turn got a scowl. After a few more half-hearted arguments, you and Sukuna calmed down. A couple turns later, there were the sounds of random hip-hop and remixed songs playing from this large home in the middle of an upper-class looking neighborhood. Whether or not you knew this house, you had a little doubt that it didn't belong to Gojo's family.
"This is rather suspicious," Sukuna muttered from behind you, managing to find a space amongst all the cars and people crowding around the home. "Are you sure you want to go in?"
"Mhm, this is okay," You nod, waving your hand as you unbuckled yourself. "If you want, you can come in to see that I'm really gonna be fine."
Without much argument or need for thought, Sukuna undid himself too and climbed out of his truck. Hurrying over to open your door as a few girls and their dates walked by with the smell of booze trailing behind him.
Yeah, this seems very safe. Sukuna thought to himself, watching the couples stumble their way to a trash can that was laid outside on the lawn.
Sukuna quickly made sure to assert himself beside you as you started to make your way inside the house. Although, you were texting on your phone for a moment before putting it into your pocket. Sukuna opened the door quickly as the music inside the house started to grow louder and louder, the many bodies of couples and people looking for a hook-up danced to the rhythm inside.
You tried with all your might to not get caught up in the dancing frenzy, but a hand got ahold of your wrist and pulled you away from Sukuna. Unease set in as you felt Sukuna's presence went away, although you could hear him yelling for you from another part of the living room for you.
"I can't believe you actually came!" The cheriest voice known to man as he managed to pull you into a hug. "Oh, I'm so happy! Getou and Shoko-chan are in my room getting high off their heads if you want to join them!"
Your eyes managed to find the man's seeing pearly blue orbs shined bright even in such a dimly lit area. "Gojo, you scared me! Don't pull me like that, please."
Gojo pressed his lips to your forehead in a sudden peck and cooed, pinching your cheeks. "Don't worry, Y/n. I won't bite."
You held the place Gojo kissed with a flushed, and surprised, look on your face. Quickly regaining consciousness of the situation, you gave Gojo a quick slap on the arm and pushed him away. His giggles and slurred motions signaling that he was a little buzzed.
"I thought you didn't drink?" You questioned, seeing Gojo's white lashes flutter as he tried focusing on you.
"Today's special, since it's Getou's birthday," Gojo responded with a hiccup, covering his mouth as another cute giggle escaped him. "I think anyways, he said that it'd be cool to see me get wasted."
You sighed as you turned and saw Sukuna with an unreadable expression. His brows pressed together looking between you and Gojo, a sneer forming on his face for a moment before he shook his head and walked over to join you. Running a hand through his hair, Sukuna's eyes looked over the surrounding crowd and then at Gojo.
"Lots of people here," He mumbled suddenly, making Gojo tilt his head as if Sukuna was asking a dumb question.
"Of course there's lots of people here. I made a party for people to unwind from all the studying and tests!"
There was a sigh from Sukuna and a look that told you that he'd rather be studying than blowing his mind out with booze. You sent a small smile his way; seeing him actually worry about studies was a whole side to him you never wondered about before. You poked Sukuna's arm, announcing that you were going to go make yourself a drink, and wandered off to find the kitchen.
After a few minutes, you managed to find the kitchen and got a small beer from the fridge. You were against drinking hardcore things like vodka or scotch, so drinking some beers wouldn't matter to you. You've never done drinking like Getou did, and you didn't plan to in the future.
While sitting in the kitchen and sipping your beer, your eyes made your way over to Sukuna, who was being felt by some girls. They looked dizzy and drunk, and Sukuna appeared to be less than comfortable around them. A scowl was permanently planted on his face as he entertained the clusty college girls.
You giggled at the sight, seeing him fumble as some girls continued to bombard him with questions and coos. He's so cute.
At the thought, you froze, staring down at your drink.
You wanted to give up on Sukuna, but lingering thoughts and feelings like that always managed to get in the way. Simply seeing him worry about made you smile, and laugh. No matter what, you didn't want them to resurface and force their way into your decisions.
After all that you had done to him, you were surprised that he allowed you to be so close.
Having said that, you don't even know how close Sukuna considered you.
"Oi, what's with that sad look?" A voice snapped you back to the present, making you flinch and look back at whomever held it. "You're at Gojo's house for a party, you must be having a good time."
The voice belonged to Megumi Fushiguro, a friend since the day you moved into the girls' dorm with Shoko. His eyes seemed to glow like his fathers, and his hair was just as dark. The outfit he chose was just a big, long sleeved grey shirt with some jeans. And, like always, his hair was a mess.
"That's funny coming from you, 'Gumi," You teased as Megumi rested his forearms on the counter's edge. "Why're you here?"
"Ah, that question again," He mumbled, sighing and shaking his head. "When I say I'm here to make sure Gojo doesn't choke on his own vomit, people usually laugh."
And you did like many others, a light chuckle that spiraled out of control. But eventually, you got scolded by your friend and continued to drink your beer until it was finished. Debating whether or not to get another, Sukuna had managed to make his way over to you and Megumi.
"Ah, Fushiguro," Sukuna said, sending a small smile towards him. "How's the babysitting gig going?"
"Tell me about it."
Sukuna chatted with Megumi for a short while before grabbing himself one of the bottles of liquor and downing a glass, making your eyebrows raise in shock. "You drink?"
"Just a little, when I'm stressed," Sukuna responded, swirling the drink down and nudging shoulders with you. Another friendly touch that made you blush, and Sukuna definitely caught it. "Don't worry, I won't become some himbo. I'll be able to drive you home later."
You hum with disbelief, scanning Sukuna and looking him over as he continued to drink and chat with Megumi. After a while, you made your way up the stairs and to the room that Gojo said your roommate and Getou were in. Like previously said, you could smell the weed that was being burned inside the room just by being outside the door.
Once you opened the door and saw the duo camped out on the large bed that sat in the middle of the room, you rolled your eyes and walked over to see if they were still breathing.
"Y/n," Getou's voice was rough and deep, and you quickly realised why Shoko and him were blow buddies. "When did you get here? Wanna join us?"
"Nah I'm good, I came to check on you," You responded, watching Getou's smile turn into a cute pout. "Making sure you're not choking on your drool."
"Don't be like that, Y/n," Shoko whined from her spot on the bed, waving a ringed finger at you. In return, you patted both of their heads and told them to give you a call if they needed anything.
While they continued to get baked, you left the room and fanned the air around you to try and make the smell go away. Joking to yourself, you worried that you might've gotten a contact high. As you made your way to the bathroom to relieve yourself, Sukuna meanwhile was still talking to Megumi.
But things were a little different after a few drinks of alcohol.
Things had derailed from school and work to girls and relationships the more the pink haired male drank, and even the setting changed for them. They had gone from the kitchen, to the living room, to the porch in the backyard. Sitting side by side on the grass of the yard, eyes trained on the stars above them, they continued to chat.
"...So you're telling me this is what you're worrying about?" Megumi asked, his genuine curiosity making him want to know more. He'd never wondered about this kind of thing before, seeing as he has no real need for a relationship at his young age.
"Mhm. It's annoying," Sukuna sighed, eyes closing as he thought about all the events for the last month and a half. Seeing you almost everyday each week, despite how much he didn't want those old feelings to find their way back into his heart. "I just don't want to go through it all again."
Megumi hummed in response, turning his attention from the stars to Sukuna, hands clasped together on his stomach. His bright eyes trying to look for something to say, something to comfort. He was never that good at comforting, despite how much of a bubbly person Gojo was underneath the seriousness and how much time he spent around the older classmen.
"If you really don't want to do it again, just tell her."
. . .
You found your way into the living room again after a while, a few beers in and watching the lingering party-goers dancing around like no one was watching. You had a few conversations with some of the boys and girls, them all really trying to relax before midterms and finals. The other half of those conversations were about numbers, and booty calls gone wrong.
While you sympathised with the relaxers, the booty calls made you laugh awkwardly. Why would I need to know this?
"Y/n."
Turning your attention to the person behind you, seeing Gojo hanging from Getou's shoulder, hiccuping. Getou looked like he was recovering from his high as he held up Gojo and pointed towards the backyard.
"You need to.. hicc- Get Sukuna home. He looks like he's gonna- hicc- be sick."
"Oh, sure," You nod, standing and saying goodbye to the person you were just conversing with. "I'll see you guys later, okay?"
Getou waved and headed upstairs to get Gojo into bed, he looked like he was on his last leg too, stumbling after the raven-haired man. You watched them walk up the stairs to make sure they were okay before heading out to the backyard, catching the sight of Sukuna and Megumi laying on the grass and looking up at the sky.
Although they looked peaceful, you could tell Sukuna wasn't having that good of a time. Even if he was talking to a friend from one of his other classes, he still looked a little sick. With a sigh, you opened the screen door and made your way over. Megumi reacted immediately and sent a wave your way, and you returned with a head nod and looked down at Sukuna.
His eyes were heavily lidded, and he looked like a tired mess. His breathing was slow and deep, like he had fallen asleep with his eyes half opened. Megumi sat up quickly and told you that he drank a little too much and that taking home would be the best option.
"Heh, that's what Getou asked me to do," You announce, looking back down at the pink haired man and kneeling next to him. "You hear that down there? We gotta get you back to your dorm."
"..Y/n.." Sukuna mumbled in return, reaching a hand up to your cheek. "When did you get here?"
You smile at the touch, holding his hand to your cheek before standing and making your way around him. Leaning down to grab ahold of his hands and pull him to his feet, and it wasn't an easy task either. He weighed more than you thanks to all the muscle he built, and Megumi offered to help get him to his truck.
"I'll take one side and his drink," He said, slipping his arm around Sukuna's waist, joining yours and starting to lead him around the home.
While you and Megumi stumbled with Sukuna in your arms, you eventually managed to get to the truck and pop open the passengers side. After struggling for what seemed like forever, you got Sukuna buckled and in and leaning against the window (just in case he decided that the drinks he had wouldn't stay down).
"I'll see ya later at class, Ryomen," Megumi said, giving the window a pat and Sukuna grumbling a small yes in response. Megumi then looked at you, handing you the keys to the vehicle and giving a nod.
"Make sure he gets a good meal tomorrow morning, okay? That hangover will get on his last nerve."
You laughed and gave Megumi a pat on the shoulder. "Of course I will."
You parted ways at the curb and you climbed into the drivers side of Sukuna's truck. Turning on the engine and making sure to put the AC on for him and backing out of the parking space. Sukuna's head lolled against the window, groaning about his stomach and head, making you giggle and pat his leg.
"You'll be fine once you're at your dorm," You said, turning onto the main road as Sukuna huffed. "I'll get you in the shower, get some fresh clothes on you, and get you to bed. How's that sound?"
"Sounds like you wanna see me naked," Sukuna said flatly, making your brain go into overdrive over a response to say. It took a solid minute before it registered what you had said and your cheeks began to heat up at the confrontation.
"Am I right? You're getting quiet, and red."
It shouldn't be this hot to hear him drunk! You scream at yourself in your head, rubbing your cheek as you start to drive back to campus. Quickly, you tried to make up an excuse for the blooming colors in your cheeks and explain that you won't actually undress him.
"Ah," He mumbled eventually, his hazy marron eyes still dizzy and unbelieving. "Thought you'd try making a move since I'm not myself."
You grimace at the thought. "I'm not that low to try and sleep with you in this state."
The mention of doing something so intimate at the beginning of your relationship with an old friend made you flustered. Maybe your feelings for him haven't died out, and just maybe you wanted to be with him still, but he wasn't in the right mindset to ponder on something like that. You hadn't even begun to rekindle your friendship with this man, and he already assumed you wanted to sleep with him. Letting out distasteful sigh, you turn into the college parking lot and turn off the ignition, turning your attention to Sukuna.
"I'm not sleeping with you," You said outright, making his eyes glimmer. "We're barely friends. I'm honestly happy that I'm getting so much time to be around you."
This made Sukuna's brow raise and a smirk play his lips. He looked like he had won some kind of a fight, minus the bloody nose and busted lip. "So, you still like me?"
The question stung your heart, how could you say no?
"..Yeah," You sigh after a while, chewing on the inside of your cheek. Pulling the keys from under the steering wheel, you unbuckled and shook your head. "But it's not like you want anything to do with me, right?"
"And who said that?"
"You did, remem—??"
Something soft pressed against your lips, your brain not taking in the fact that it was Sukuna. Not taking in that Sukuna's hands had gotten ahold of your chin and tilted your head up to make the kiss. It took way too long for you to react, and by the time you were a blushing and muffled mess, Sukuna's hand was cupping your jaw in a drunken hold. Your heart was practically in your throat once you understood.
Almost in a panicked state, your body started to shiver uncontrollably. You didn't know what to do, how to react; all you did was sit in your seat and stare wide eyed at Sukuna's closed ones before he pulled away. A faint pop sound echoed in your head once he had released your bottom lip.
"You're mine. Got it?"
"S-Sukuna, stop it," You whimper once you catch your breath, grabbing his hand and pulling away from him. His eyes darken at this, and you were positive that a vein was bursting in his neck. "You're drunk, and tired. You need to get to bed."
He didn't respond for a while, making you wonder what else to say to coax him out of the truck before he nodded and exited himself. Sukuna's footing was messy for a moment before you joined him and held him by the waist. Guiding him to his dorm and making your way up the stairs. Once in the hallway, you noticed that some of Sukuna's neighbors were still up and playing games.
You understood the appeal, but it was almost 1 in the morning by the time you got to the dorms.
Get some sleep ya'll.
Finding Sukuna's dorm was an easy feat, seeing as you visited at least once a week for lessons. You found his key and unlocked the small home, pulling Sukuna inside and resting him on the couch. As you were leaving, Sukuna grabbed your wrist and pulled you back into his lap, nuzzling his nose into the crook of your neck and mumbling something you couldn't hear.
"Sukuna, I'm going to get you clothes," You said, petting his head as your heart continued to swell. "Please, let me go."
He released you after another moment, his face hidden in a dark shadow as you made your way into the bedroom. Finding him a pair of sweats and a tank top to change into, you started the water in the bathroom. Checking the temperature to make sure that it wasn't too cold but not too hot before making your way into the living room, only to be stopped by Sukuna's figure in the doorway.
"Ah— Sukuna, you scared me," You mumbled, looking up at him and seeing the annoyance in his eyes. "I got your clothes and shower ready."
"Stay put." He grunted, making you tilt your head. "Stay tonight."
You bite your lip at Sukuna's offer, not knowing what to say other than to tell him to bathe and you'll think about it. It seemed to lighten his mood a little, but his face was still unreadable as he made his way into the bathroom and began undressing.
(You had to closed the door for him before he got his shirt off, thankfully.)
As promised, you sat down on his bed and started to think about it. You always did like Sukuna's couch, it was comfier than your bed. And the blankets Sukuna owned were really soft now that you got a proper feel for them. Patting the cushiony comforter underneath you, you gave a small smile before it was washed away.
Remembering what happened in the car made your heart race, as you pressed a finger to your lips. It wasn't your first, but the second kiss that Sukuna had taken from you.
Why did he do that? It wasn't because of your feelings. He's not the type to just do something for the sake of making you of all people happy. In the beginning he told you he wanted nothing to do with you..
After contemplating what to do, you decided it was best not to worry about it. It was probably a fluke. You told yourself.
Shaking your head and slapping your cheeks, you took a breath and went off to Sukuna's kitchen to grab some water. Taking a sip from the bottle before making your way into the bedroom once again, the sound of the shower turning off makes you stop in your tracks at what to do.
Should you stay in the room? You left the clothes and briefs in the shower. Waiting would be weird though, even after everything.
You couldn't think as Sukuna opened the bathroom door and poked his head out, managing to find you in the hallway and grumbling.
"You didn't leave me a towel."
Choosing life over death, you made sure to look at the wall so you didn't catch a glimpse of whatever it may be hiding. "Ah, sorry! Must've forgotten it in the moment!"
Don't look! Don't look! Don't look!
You managed to find the man, getting water all over his carpet, a towel and handing it to him quickly. Sukuna stared at you for a moment, wondering why you were acting so strange over him in clothes, but he shrugged it off and went back into the bathroom to dry his hair. He heard you exhale and then his bed creak, making a small smile appear on his face over it.
After a few minutes of drying it, Sukuna let his hair hang loose and decided it'd be weird to style it for bed.
"Finished," He said once he exited the bathroom for a second time, looking over to see you seated on his bed like he thought.
"I'll stay tonight," You say, making him do a double take before humming. "Just tonight though, and I'll sleep on the couch."
That annoyed him. "No, I've got a bed that works just fine."
You sent a glare his way that was returned before you sighed and stood. "I'll be on the couch."
He watched you take a few steps towards the hallway before picking you up by the waist and hauling you over to his bed. Your small yelps and little kicks made his chuckle, remembering about the first time he had picked you up when you were little.
Though the nostalgia didn't last long once he got you under the blankets with him rested next to you. Your pout was just as cute as when you were little, the puffy lip and the teary eyes unchanged and unfazed by his antics.
"Are you teasing me?" You asked, catching Sukuna off guard. "Is this cuz I told you I still like you?"
It took a moment for him to answer, before he shook his head and leaned down, pressing a small peck to your cheek. "Yes. But I'm also drunk."
"You got that right."
Sukuna chuckled at this, laying his head down onto his pillow, pulling you close by the hip so you could share. His warm and minty breath fanned your shoulder every once in a while as his breathing got deeper and deeper, more relaxed and calm. Once you were positive he was asleep, you closed your eyes and followed suit.
Whatever your hearts had in store, you were certain that this moment wasn't going to be talked about easily.

Oh i forgot to edit the post, turns out theyre at different times! Theres an hour and a half between both of their starting times, it should be very much doable. It's more likely i wont wake up on time for the 4piece one though since it's a bit before noon and. Well. U know me. This is /lh, ill try to follow alarms o7

Miffy, I am the only one ever talking about vtubers, so if you want me to stop, pls let me know 😅
Anyways, if you remember, a while ago I talked about Avallum (Gale, Lucien, Cass, Rosco, Zander) and how they say they're close friends but I don't believe it and thought Lucien doesn't like Zander but I had no proof. You told me to give you updates if something happens, so I have returned to do exactly that.
First of all, I am proud to announce that I'm NOT crazy!! I've actually spotted first few people talking about it on twt! So others noticed it too 😁
There recently have been two occasions that confirmed my theory. The first one was the 3D debut of Gale. Before his stream, Lucien was streaming and he had a kinda hype up waiting room for Gale, which both Cass and Rosco joined. Now, they didn't leak anything about the debut so I initially thought that I need to hold my horses, it could be a pure coincidence that only Zander didn't join the call. BUT! During Gales stream he had all other members on at the same time. Aka, all of them were waiting for Gales stream to be ready for their moment, so in other words, Zander DID had time to join the call but simply didn't!
The more noticeable incident that got ppl on twt talking actually happened today. It's Luciens birthday. He had two streams, (in my time) one was yesterday evening for 2h and one was today noon for 6!! Full! Hours! (In other words, there was definitely enough time for everyone to catch him on stream.) He talked about how he invited his group to join him on today's stream and Miffy, it was genuinely so sad, I've never felt this bad for a grown man's birthday. Cass joined him at the beginning for quite a bit and Rosco was in his chat, Gale is on a break but he posted a heartfelt message on twt, then Lucien had a friend from another company join him for a bit shortly after Cass. And after that, nothing. He mentioned switching to a more obvious discord channel THREE TIMES so people could join him. No one did. Miffy. I was heartbroken, it hit too close to home for me, inviting a bunch of classmates to my birthday but only two friends showing up. He later posted on twt that one friend (again, from another company) was too late but still hung out with him in discord after stream, so that's something. But here's the thing: Zander started streaming while Lucien still was. The standard for this group is that if a member have a special stream, everyone else pushes their stream times to not collide with each other. So obviously I got nosy and went to his stream to check why he would just start streaming instead of just hopping in the call or at least in the chat for like 5 mins beforehand. And bro. He didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE Luciens birthday. No where. Not on stream, not on twt, not in today's SIX HOUR stream nor in yesterday's. And people are *mad* and are asking Zander to explain himself.
I previously thought Lucien had an issue with Zander, but after today it's clear that it's either Zander who got a problem or it's at least from both sides. But they definitely aren't as close of friends as they claim they are.
Yap over, I hope you enjoy your vtuber dose and I'll update if more happens o7

my sleep schedule has been so all over the place 😵‍💫 I got 4 hours of quarterly interrupted sleep last night (night being noon for me, woo overnight schedule!) and you would think I’m exhausted just going off of 4 hours, but nope! I’m wide awake, just no energy. And I have therapy in 6 hours.
I may or may not be taking a 16 hour nap once therapy is done o7

morning, noon, or afternoon, depending on where any of you are.
since we first stumbled upon ths account, we've thought of submitting a letter as a way of... letting things go, we suppose.
Who's the "we" in this situation? well, it's all the Tommy fictives in the system. yeah, we're collectively coming in and contributing in to this letter, especially in memorial to our original c!Tommy introject. we miss you more and more everyday.
This leads us to the subject of the letter: we miss out brother, whoever he may be to us. The original Tommy was obsessed with finding the right version of him- *his* brother, from his memory, that it lead him to his spiral. The rest of us took it as a lesson to heart, to not devote ourselves to this cause that won't ever be finished. (because we're never going to find him. he won't ever be right, he won't ever be what we had needed, and it will just cause us more pain.)
But, we still miss him. whoever he may be to us. For me, he's my brother freshly dead, replaced by a ghost that I had yet had the chance to know. For the little one, he's someone who crawled back from the dead just so he could see his little brother grow up. for Tommy, he's the man in the clean uniform who would treat his frost bites when he farm in winter and knew exactly how many marshmallow is the right amount to put in his hot chocolate. For the one who was here before us all, he's a man who he can only one day hope to turn back, and recognise that maybe, maybe his little brother had needed an apology too.
So, yeah. we miss out brother. We won't ever find him ever again, and we miss him.
Signing off, Tommy. (Theseus, little one, innit, and most importantly, Tom.)

hello hello voidling! ooo nice! god I loove card shops! There’s a few around my place and they’re so fun! o7! hoping that show you’re going to is good!!!
also also hhhhhhhhh staring at you autistically! MILGRAM MENTION!!!! (<- whooping and cheering and clapping) aughghg it’s been a hyperfix for a while I definitely second that recommendation augh milgram songs are all sooo good and I’m insane abt the characters. I’d give some trigger warnings for the story stuff cuz there is some shit that might be triggering but aughghh I am tired and dont wanna think right now. surface level like i dunno? tw for violence and murder (not depicted very graphically or even much at all in the songs/mvs necessarily but it’s a main part of the story that they’re prisoners arrested for “killing” at least one other person). honestly uhhh don’t ask me anything though I’m still playing catch up with the audio dramas and such cuz uhhh I have autism that makes me insane abt things but I almost never fully uhh consume the media by the time I’ve lost it yknow? media consumes me before i consume it kinda shit lmao
honestly 🤝 abt indulging in hyperfixations. same man… I haven’t quite indulged as much as I want but I’m learning that I won’t fucking die if I spend money on stuff I’d like but don’t need. went to some cons and like cool stores recently and bought… just a lot of junk related to my silly little interests. It’s really
ps: uhh hope you get some more rest soon! i’ve uhhh been doing the opposite and sleeping in a lot on top of fucking my sleep schedule up again and ending up partially nocturnal once more… head in hands. Perhaps we’ll swap and you can sleep in while I’m awake in the morning (for reasons other than not going to sleep at all) to uh do morning things… i dunno man it’s beeen a while since I’ve woken up before like noon alright

sorry for the late response on this one buddy! Send me 🎶 or 'show me a song' and I'll show you one song each in order from my Lastfm library. Continuing from Eddy Arnold (although i've scrobbled more since then lmao)
I just like the oldies so that's pretty much what my library is full of a majority of the time.

Chapter 6 - Off She Goes
The Butterfly Who Lost Her Wings
Word Count: 3476 | AO3 Mirror | Previous | Next
Summary: Marco tries not to think about summer. A familiar face realizes he’s out of the loop.
✧·゚: *✧·゚:* ☾ *:·゚✧*:·゚✧
It didn’t really feel as if summer had ever arrived, to Marco, but it wasn’t like that was a trait unique to this particular one. When he was little, summer was the most exciting time of the year, but as he’d grown up, summer started to feel like it was getting shorter each time it came around. It had sort of lost its magic, in a strange way.
Not to say it was unwelcome—far from that, really. Summer break still probably was one of the better parts of the year. He got to spend a lot more time with his friends when they weren’t in school, and it was nice to take a couple months of break, not having to worry so much about the future.
But as days went by, he was starting to realize that he was… bored. By almost all of it. And it was strange, so strange. Really, this summer was equally as mundane as those that preceded it, and yet, here he was, feeling overwhelmingly alone.
You know exactly why that is.
Marco tried his best not to think about it—about her—as he went about his day-to-day life. But over half a year had passed since his everyday life had been upheaved. He’d practically forgotten what the bathroom countertop actually looked like when it was completely clear, or how small the guest room really was before it belonged to Star. They were little details that he was sure never would have stood out to him, not in the past. His painfully normal life had never stuck out to him like this until now, after everything that’s happened.
He missed the unpredictable nature of having Star as a housemate. The excitement, the danger, and everything else. He missed it so much.
Everything is still about Star.
He rolled over in bed, groaning, not able to find the motivation to get up just yet.
Some of his old friends hadn’t spoken to him in what felt like ages. Did he miss them too? He couldn’t tell. He thought that he did, but couldn’t even begin to think of how he might reach out. Jackie and—to a lesser extent—Janna were really the only friends from school that he regularly talked with anymore. He wasn’t exactly doing a good job of keeping in touch with anyone else.
Before he could think on it any longer, his phone vibrated. It took a surprising amount of effort for him to sit up and grab it off of bedside table. Reading over his lock screen, he saw that Jackie had texted him twice, the first message being from about an hour ago, and the other happening just now.
Jackie: Hey! How are u doing?
Jackie: Just realized you might still be asleep, sorry! xoxo
12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t a completely unreasonable time for a teenager to sleep in to, but Marco rarely ever stayed in bed for that long. He’d been up since noon at least—on a normal day, he’d be annoyed after wasting time, laying there and feeling sorry for himself.
Marco: Nah, I wasn’t. Sorry, missed your first text
Marco: It’s been a long morning 😅
Jackie: No worries :) Just checking in on u!
Jackie: Have u had lunch? Theres a food truck fair in town at the park, I think it would be fun to go!
Jackie: I bet theres a nacho truck somewhere, probably not as good as urs tho :)
He wasn’t really hungry at all, but he could certainly use the distraction. And he loved spending time with Jackie, more than anything. She always knew exactly what to say to make him feel better.
Marco: That sounds great. Did you want to meet there?
Jackie: Sure! Is 1:00 too soon?
Jackie: Also, hope u don’t mind but I invited Janna to come too!
Janna was one of the few people he’d managed to keep up regular conversation with, mostly over text. She didn’t give off the impression of a very social person, but then again, their unusual friendship probably didn’t make a lot of sense to outsiders, either.
Her reaction to the news of Star’s disappearance had been about in line with he was expecting, which wasn’t really saying much. Janna was an absolute wildcard, and he had a hard time figuring out what was going through her head even when things were normal. So her complete non-reaction, which might have caught other people off-guard, was just another Janna thing, in his mind.
She never liked talking about her emotions, and this would be no different. All he could really do was let her know that he was available to talk if she never needed to.
Marco: 1:00 is fine. And that’s cool with me
Marco: She’d probably find a way to invite herself if you didn’t.
Jackie: Lol ur probably right :P
Jackie: I’ll see you then💖
He let out a sigh and set the phone down on his bed, finally convincing himself to stand up. It wouldn’t take him that long to get ready to go out, mercifully. Such was the benefit of wearing a hoodie every day—even if the summer weather wasn’t exactly kind to him for it. He’d have plenty of time to get to the park and meet up with his friends, provided nothing weird happened.
Of course, as luck would have it, a lone laser puppy came wandering into the room, his tail wagging in excitement.
“Oh, hey… Sajak?” Star was the only one who could ever tell them apart, but he liked to believe he was getting better at it. “Yeah… Sajak.”
The puppy gave short little barks as he hopped around the room, coming to a stop in front of Marco and rearing up on his hind legs to demand his attention.
“‘Scuse me, buddy,” he said, carefully stepping over Sajak so that he could better reach his closet. “Sorry, but I’ve got things I gotta do today. No more lounging around.”
Sajak kept running circles around him and the room, occasionally pausing to stare at him expectantly. Marco tried to head out to the hall and towards the bathroom, but nearly tripped over the puppy as he rushed out in front of him before flopping down in front of the closed bathroom door.
“What in the world has gotten into you?” Marco asked, laughing, mostly to himself. He scooped up the dog with the intention of moving him. “You don’t feel like shooting me with a laser today? No?”
It was sort of a joke. He couldn’t quite remember last when the puppies had used their laser eyes. He wondered if it was related to whatever was going on with magic. It was a bit nicer to pretend that Sajak was just being particularly nice today, though.
Before he got the chance to move, a horde of laser puppies charged up the stairs, yapping excitedly. Barko Diaz brought up the rear, dragging in a multi-leash with him and nearly tripping over its cable several times as the lugged it up to the second floor.
“Seriously?” It was pretty cute at first, but now this was getting kind of ridiculous. “Guys, come on! I’m trying to do things!”
But he knew better than to tempt fate. These puppies were absolutely ruthless when it came to getting what they wanted. Truly, how could anyone say no to those adorable little faces?
He let out another low sigh. “Okay, okay, fine!” He’d had stranger mornings. If anything, he was getting exactly what he’d asked for with a distraction. His bad mood from the early morning was a distant memory by this point, which was a rather impressive turnaround.
He made his way slowly through what felt like a minefield of dogs, back to the side of his bed and picked up his phone once more.
Marco: I’m gonna be a little late, I have to take the dogs out on a walk first. They won’t leave me alone, haha
Jackie: Aww, so cute! That’s cause they love u so much ^^
Marco: Just doing my civic duty o7
Marco: See you in a bit ❤️
Jackie: 💖💖
“Settle down, Barko!” He cried out, once he’d turned his attention back to the excitable puppies. “I can’t put a leash on you if you won’t sit still!!”
✧·゚: *✧·゚:* ♥︎ *:·゚✧*:·゚✧
“What the heck?”
The phrase wasn’t really intended to be a question. It was more like... some sort of out-loud expression of Star’s ever-growing confusion. She’d only been free falling for a few seconds or so, but as she blinked, she somehow found herself standing in front of Echo Creek Academy. She had no idea how or why. She didn’t even remember landing on the ground, which she was sure would have injured her under normal conditions.
“School? Again?!”
What even were the odds that she’d end up on the school’s doorsteps? Unless, for some reason, it was doing that thing where it was in every place she looked—
Oh no… it absolutely was. There was another school right in front of her. When she turned away, there was another school there, too. She turned again and again. Another one, each time.
“You’ve gotta be kidding..! Why?! Why here?!”
She was most definitely somewhere inside of the wand. She shouldn’t have been that surprised—it was one of the most likely options that she’d narrowed down, for cob’s sake—but there was still something deeply unsettling about how she’d found her way back to this place. Not long from now and she’d probably start bumping into past versions of herself, following in her current footsteps like some sort of video game. Only this time, she had no idea of how she was supposed to get out. Hopefully Glossaryck would know to come rescue her if things got bad.
At least those weird disembodied voices hadn’t managed to follow her here. Somewhere along the way she must have lost them.
“I’m not going in the stupid school,” she grumbled, having nothing but negative memories associated with its strange, magical realm counterpart. It’s supposed to be summer! I do what I want!
Instead, she took to the sidewalk, putting her hands in her dress pockets and wandering along, looking around for a glimpse of something, anything else.
There certainly wasn’t any shortage of weird things to look at in the wand. Everywhere she looked were pieces of Echo Creek and Mewni, awkwardly stitched together in ways that didn’t make much sense at all. Street lamps and sidewalks wove between wells and Mewnian carnival tents. Spanish-style houses were dotted between the fields of corn that stretched out into the horizon, from what she could see past the school. Cacti and coniferous trees were growing side by side, as if they were always supposed to be that way. But even with everything going on, the looming silhouette of Butterfly Castle towered over all other set pieces, only dwarfed in size by the mountainous terrain that made up the background of this strange place.
“Ack!” she cried out suddenly, stumbling a bit as the ground beneath her transitioned from sidewalk to an empty parking lot—save for a single chariot parked on the other side. Just ahead of her, a little puddle rested on the uneven pavement, made up of that same green sludge that Toffee had left her to drown in.
She was so overcome with anger and frustration at the sight of it that she kicked it out of impulse. Just before her boot made contact with the puddle, though, she swore she saw a glimmer of light hiding within it—but not nearly soon enough to stop. When her foot landed back on the ground, and the puddle stilled, nothing was there.
A bit shaken, her gaze wandered upwards. The star-shaped insignia in the dark purple sky looked the same as it had before, split in half and all. But as she watched it, she couldn’t help but think it looked a bit dimmer. It’s fine. You’re gonna be fine, she wanted to say, but she never spoke it aloud, not entirely sold on the idea herself.
Was it fine? Is that really why she wasn’t running into any timeline duplicates of herself? She was still alone, sure, and maybe that was a good thing. There wasn’t any immediate danger, or anything like that. So why am I worried?
She wrapped her arms around herself in an attempt to quell her doubts.
Surely nothing had changed, right?
✧·゚: *✧·゚:* ☀ *:·゚✧*:·゚✧
Tom rubbed at his eyes with the heel of his hand as he made his way out of his room and towards the dining hall, headed out in search of coffee. He never was much of a morning person, and that fact probably wouldn’t come as a surprise to many people. He was never thrilled about having to wake up early for meetings, or summons, or whatever else, but that was something that sort of came with the territory of being a prince.
He’d been trying to avoid Star ever since he’d failed his anger management final exam, following the suggestion from his life coach. It didn’t make sense to him at first—how was he supposed to know when she wanted to talk to him again?—but he’d ultimately come around to Brian’s advice, even if it was with reluctance. It was clear that she still wanted space. He needed to respect that.
It sure was frustrating, though. Patience wasn’t exactly his strong suit.
He was drawn out of his irritated thoughts when a messenger demon nearly crashed into him as he appeared around the corner. “Watch it!” Tom snapped, but the messenger didn’t acknowledge him as he continued in a hurry down the corridor. He couldn’t help but be a bit curious why this particular message was so important that it demanded such prompt attention.
Weirdly, the demon suddenly skidded to a halt, whirling around to come back down the hallway and stop in front of Tom, bowing. “Master Tom! Would you perhaps know where King Dave would be at this hour?”
“Uh… probably in his office?”
“Thank you, Master Tom!” Just as quickly as he’d returned, he was off again, headed back down the hall.
That was weird, Tom noted. He watched the messenger instinctively head towards the throne room, only to remember where he was supposed to be headed and travel down the adjacent hall instead. It wasn’t often that they received news worthy of any interest, so before Tom could convince himself otherwise, he was chasing after the messenger—too intrigued to stop himself from prying. It’s not like I have anything better to do, he remarked inwardly, somewhat dejected.
Light on his feet, he followed the smaller demon at a short distance so that he wouldn’t be noticed. They both quickly arrived at the king’s office, and the messenger disappeared through the towering doorway. Tom was able to catch the conversation before it had really started, listening through the door.
“—uncement from the Butterfly Kingdom, my lord! The Silver Bell Ball has been indefinitely postponed!”
What? If he was being completely honest, he’d sort of forgotten that it was almost time for the Silver Bell Ball again. He had some fond memories of the event from over the years, but he wasn’t really the dancing type. It was more boring than anything else, and it was quite funny how Star agreed with him wholeheartedly. But she always made the point of how it was nice to see everyone again, and he supposed that was one of its better aspects. It would feel weird to not go to it every year.
His father’s thought process mirrored his own. “What?” Dave exclaimed. “But the ball is a yearly tradition! Why would they do such a thing?”
Tom overheard the messenger clear his throat as he unraveled a scroll. “In the words of the Queen and King themselves: ‘it is with great reluctance that we inform you of our decision to cancel the Silver Bell Ball this year. We believe that this is the right thing to do, as the ongoing magical fritz is a pressing issue that requires our full attention. This is a difficult time for our kingdom, and we sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding.’”
“A magical fritz? What in the Underworld does that even mean?”
“The announcement does not clarify it, my lord.”
Tom heard the groan of table legs against the floor as Dave adjusted his chair. “I know that the Butterfly Kingdom is quite dependent on magic, but enough to cause this level of instability? This is preposterous!”
Admittedly, he didn’t have that much of an understanding of how magic worked, either. Most of the cities across Mewni had close ties to magic, but none of them were quite as clear cut as the Butterfly Kingdom. They had been an incredibly powerful force for centuries. If something weird was happening with magic, Star likely would have been one of the first to notice, since she was in possession of the magic wand.
“There could be something more serious at play here…” The messenger demon’s words trailed off.
“In what sense?” Dave asked.
“Well…” He lowered his voice, and it immediately became more difficult for Tom to pick up on their conversation, much to his frustration. He had to listen incredibly closely in order to make out what was being said, leaned up against the door. “There’s a rumor going around that something happened to the princess.”
Tom swore he could feel his blood run cold.
“What do you mean?” the king asked. “Is she sick?”
“Something like that. People can’t seem to agree on what’s happened to her.”
Dave paused for several moments, likely thinking over the implications of the messenger’s words. “You think that the Butterflies are lying?”
“Not necessarily. Perhaps it is an indirect lie, or a lie by omission. Whatever is going on, it appears the royal family are trying to hide it while they're so vulnerable.”
It had to be impossible. Star must’ve been fine. She was on Earth! Who did this messenger think he was, to present such a baseless claim as an actual reality? No, he’d prove him wrong. He could call her, right?
Of course! Why didn’t I think of that sooner?
Before he could even stop to remind himself that, no, Star still needed space, he shouldn’t bother her, she’ll come back to him when she’s ready to talk again—he was clicking through his contact list and tapping on her displayed nickname. Starship. He’d never brought himself to change it from that.
“Calling Star,” read the text-to-speech voice, before it was cut off by a screen tear and replaced with loud, crackling static and white noise. Startled, he snapped his compact shut immediately to silence it.
“What was that?”
“Huh? I didn’t hear anything…”
“Oh… hmm. Sorry. Perhaps it was nothing.”
He wasn’t listening to them anymore—no, he was panicking. Fear was getting to him, badly. He hated this, he hated feeling scared. This didn’t make any sense! Even if something had happened to her, the call should have gone through. It still should have let him leave a voicemail, or something! Not static and nothing else!
This was strange, this was wrong. Something was wrong, and he had no idea what it was.
“—h well,” he overheard Dave start to speak again. “I suppose it’s not—“
Unable to stand there any longer, Tom threw open the door and came storming in, glaring accusingly between them both. “That’s not good enough!”
“Thomas!” Dave scolded, standing up from his chair. “What have I told you about eavesdropping on my conversations?”
Ignoring him, Tom stared directly at the messenger, his eyes fiery with anger. “What did you say happened to Star?!”
The demon flinched, scrambling for words as he stepped backwards. “I-I’m sorry, Master Tom! I truly wish that I had more information, but I don’t. So long as the Butterfly kingdom keeps its borders closed, I’m not sure we’ll ever get an answer…”
“Then do your job!” He snarled, clenching his fists. “Go out there and find the answer, and don’t come back until you do!”
“Thomas, that’s enough!” Dave stepped between them both. “We don’t know what’s going on, and that’s how it’s going to be for right now. It’s ultimately not our business, to know what’s happening in the personal lives of other royals.”
“It is mine!” Tom hissed. “I care about her! I need to know that she’s okay!”
But no matter how much shouting he did during that confrontation—and it certainly was a lot—he never got an answer he was happy with. No amount of sulking around the castle was going to change that. He wasn’t going to find an answer here on Mewni, not anytime soon.

Thank you for reading this bit! Enjoy~
. . .
After you had exchanged information with Sukuna, you were sent to your dorm. Giddy beyond belief as you continued walking home.
A small meal was made, your cartoons being watched once it was finished and you started to eat, no sign of Getou or your roomie left inside the dorm. You hadn't seen them since noon, so you only could assume that they were at some frat party enjoying the day and night away together.
Whatever they were doing, it wasn't your business.
After doing your daily routine of studying and having some dinner before getting a shower in and your teeth brushed, you fell asleep on the couch watching some old and corny Hulu movie. It wasn't until six that following morning you got up and decided to get ready for the day.
Passing by in the hallways, you always snuck a glance at Sukuna. Seeing as he was basically your ride to Hokkaido, you wanted to see what he was wearing; just a little though.
Even during Ec your eyes were mostly glued to Sukuna's head until he scribbled something down in his notebook and lifted it over his shoulder towards you. You had to squint to read it, but you pouted your lips and huffed, turning your attention back to Toji at the front of the classroom.
"Stop staring, stalker."
Sukuna eventually texted you later on, after classes and talking to Toji about your studying sessions schedule, that he said he was parked outside waiting for you.
"Ah, so you really showed up?" Sukuna teased, unlocking the truck's doors and letting you pop inside on the passenger's side. "Thought you'd ignore me, and go hang with a friend or something."
You laughed. "Oh I'm sorry, but my social life isn't as lively as you think it is. I have only a few choice friends, thank you."
"Ah, so like back then too?"
There was a little bickering about how your class with Toji went, and a few little comments about making up today's studying‒ though it's not like either of you loved to study anyways ‒before Sukuna tossed a small bag into your lap and turned the engine back on.
"What's this?" You asked, opening the bag and finding a pair of burgers and some fries.
"Lunch," Sukuna commented before nodding his head towards the bag as he started to pull out of the parking lot. "Hope you don't mind Burger King. I got lunch since I won't have enough for small treats and shit once we get there so eat up."
Sighing, you pulled out one of the burgers and noticed some fries sitting next to the burgers. "Are you a foodie, by chance?"
Hearing a grunt, you laughed and began to open the burger's package, digging in quickly as Sukuna stopped at a light and began digging through the bag too. "So, we're going a little early since Yuji-kun's schedule is flipped today."
"What do you mean?" You mumbled around a bite of fries mixed with burger and pickles. "Isn't it just a regular college?"
"Yeah, but he got in via scholarship," Sukuna said, starting to drive again and glancing at the rearview mirror. "He was scouted in senior year, right as I was starting my move, and he said that he was getting in since he's so good at basketball."
"Ah."
Yuji was always good at sports when we were little.. I guess he's trying to make it a career too..
"Though, he's also trying to figure other things out too," Sukuna interrupted your thoughts, finishing off his food and chowing down on his fries, sitting the small package in his lap.
"He's a bit of a himbo, but he's trying y'know?"
You giggled at the insult, slapping Sukuna's shoulder as he made his way past a few stores and a sign marking the Hokkaido prefecture was passed. While your eyes were focused outside, looking around for a college campus like your own, Sukuna was texting away at his phone which caught you off-guard.
"Alright, Yuji said he's going to be here around 3," He said shortly after putting his phone away and parking in a bookshop's parking area. "He's getting home from a game and wants to freshen up before we come see him. Oh, and he doesn't know that I brought you."
"What? Why?" You asked, unbuckling your belt and continuing to eat your greasy potato sticks.
"Though it'd be a nice surprise. He's always had a little thing for ya. You were like his big sister but he said you were cute as hell once."
"Ah‒ Sukuna!!" You whined, poking his side and hearing him chuckle under his breath. "Don't say that, that's a lie!"
After a few more moments of fighting and joking around, you looked up at the bookstore and pointed then asked about it. Wondering why of all places, he parked here.
"Oh, instinct," He answered, unbuckling himself and getting out of the car. "I'm gonna smoke, be right back."
Smoker too? Wow, he's changed a lot then..
Even when the both of you were children, Sukuna always hated the smell of a cigarette and the sounds of one being lit. You couldn't tell if it was an anxiety induced thing, or a habit of just being around smokers for most of his life. After a few moments, you decided to not talk about it, even now.
Soon though, Sukuna's phone buzzed in his pocket and he stood and read it for a moment before responding, finishing his cig and tossing it on the ground. Stepping on the lit end and patting the driver's door, poking his head inside and waving his phone around.
"Yuji said he wants to meet up at a ramen shop down the street."
. . .
Shortly after arriving, Sukuna's phone buzzed once again as he was talking to the waiter that was going to assign him seats. He paused and looked at it for a moment and looked around, soon spotting something towards the back and you traced your eyes to follow, seeing a similar ball of pink hair sitting in a booth by himself.
It was Yuji.
A kick of adrenaline and excitement shot through your body, smiling warmly at the young man. He looked so young but so excited to see things despite his demeanor showing a bored college boy.
"Oh, we're with someone," Sukuna said, pointing in the direction of Yuji and the waiter nodded.
"He said he was waiting to order until a friend of his showed up. I thought it was a girlfriend or something, not his sibling!"
"Haha, yeah he tends to not say much about who he's with."
Sukuna beckoned for you to follow, making his way past the bustling bar and such before waving a hand at Yuji to announce his presence. Yuji's eyes brightened almost immediately, standing and rushing over to his older brother, wrapping his arms around Sukuna's neck and hugging tightly.
"Ack! Oi!!"Sukuna coughed from Yuji's arms, his hands patting his back as an embarrassed and surprised look overtook his features. "S-Stop it, it's embarrassing!"
"I know, I'm sorry!" Yuji whined from his place in the hug, grunting as he let go but continued to hold onto Sukuna's arms. "It's been so long!"
"Y-Yeah, it's only been a month."
"That's still too long!"
You giggled at their antics, covering your mouth a little and catching both of the brothers' attention. They were so cute, you simply couldn't help it. And once Yuji took a moment to realize who you were, he sent a glance towards Sukuna before letting him go and pulling you into your own bone crushing hug.
"..H-Hey," Was all he could muster from his chest, his eyes closed tightly as his nose nuzzled into your hair.
Yuji felt conflicted; it had been so long, of course he missed you. And even if Sukuna held a little grudge against you for moving, Yuji couldn't blame you. Your family wanted a better life for you, and the place you were living at wasn't home to many good people. When all you were younger, Yuji was sometimes bullied even though he had plenty of friends.
Sukuna was there to help, and so were you, so when you had to leave, Yuji was okay with it. He knew that Sukuna was, seeing as he always had a special spot in his heart for you.
Even now, as Sukuna was older, Yuji knew that Sukuna's grudge wasn't going to get in the way of what he thinks of you.
"How are you doing?" Yuji's voice was small, trying to hold back the tears that wanted to escape. "I-It's been a while, huh?"
"Yeah," You mumbled, your arms weak even though you held Yuji just as tightly as he did. Though it was quiet, you let out a small hum and rubbed Yuji's back with a smile. "It's been way too long, Yuji-kun."
You heard a giggle, but then a grunt as Sukuna sat on the opposite side of the booth. Pulling his phone out for a quick moment before you and Yuji released each other and joined him in the opposite side of the booth. Chatting the afternoon away and listening to Yuji's little stories and his talents, finding out quite a lot about how the brothers managed to get into such good schools.
"Sukuna told you about my scholarship, right?" Yuji asked, chowing down on some ramen that he had ordered a little while ago. "Well, as it turns out, it actually ended up paying for a little more than just for my living space and my entrance fee. It paid for my books too, thought Sukuna teases me about shit."
"Not anymore," Sukuna defended himself, going on and on about how Yuji's not really a bum anymore and does such things like paying for rent and getting to work on-time.
After teasing both of them about how you kept a few of their gifts from your childhood, your phone buzzed on the table next to you as you received a text. You unlocked your phone, showing a picture of your late mother and your father before opening your contacts, seeing a text from Getou.
"Pick me up. Now."
Why now of all times? You texted him two hours in advance that you were going to be busy, even though you had no desire to learn where him or your roomie was. With a sigh, you responded with a very small question.
"Why?"
Within a few minutes, Getou responded again, though it was a little sloppy. It explained how he got into a fight with Gojo over some chick at a pub and he needed a ride since Gojo ditched him. You let out a little sigh, catching Sukuna's attention and looking up at you from his ramen bowl.
"What's up?" He asked, slurping some noodles into his mouth before chewing and swallowing. Yuji's own honey eyes were looking from you and Sukuna, making it obvious he was interested too.
"Getou's in trouble," You muttered, standing and sending another text back. "Can you give me a ride to the pub? My car's been impounded recently."
"Oh God, not you of all people," Yuji teased, finishing quickly and giving you a cheeky smile that made you giggle.
After a few seconds of saying goodbye, exchanging phone numbers and a few hugs, you and Sukuna left and even paid the bill Yuji had racked up the last few months. While Sukuna was left grumbling about the money he just had to pull out of his wallet, you and him got into the truck and began to drive off.
It was around 10 o'clock when you had gotten another text from Getou to hurry and the location of the pub, letting out another sigh as you told Sukuna the address.
"Isn't that a little out of the downtown area?" Sukuna questioned, turning on his blinker to head towards the street. Making the turn right as you nod your head and look up the name of the night-time bar, seeing if it had any reviews to find it wasn't exactly a popular place nowadays.
Once you were at the address, you began scanning the surrounding area and soon spotting Getou hunched over a trash can. You couldn't tell if he was vomiting into it, or using it as support, but none the less you could hear Sukuna huff.
After Sukuna parked near Getou's slumped over figure, you jumped out of his truck and quickly ran over. Checking for how busted up he was and ushering him to the vehicle where Sukuna was waiting.
"Are you okay?" You asked, hearing a chuckle from the roughed up male as he climbed into the car.
"I feel phenomenal, Y/n," Getou groaned, looking over towards an ignorant Sukuna and giving one of his dazzling smiles. Despite being in pain, or looking like shit, he still had the personality of a fuck boy.
"You must be Sukuna. Nice to meet you finally after hearing about you so much."
Sukuna started up the truck with a quizzical look on his face, glancing over towards you and seeing a flushed expression in return.
"What do you mean, so much?" He questioned, pulling out from the side of the road and heading back towards the campus of your school. It was a little over a 20 minute drive, but still.
"Oh, Y/n told me all about you," Getou confessed, despite your rising temperature and embarrassment which Getou knew was there. Just because he was your friend didn't mean he didn't go and spill shit about you to your long-time crush.
"She said that you've been avoiding her and she's having total fits about it. Whining about how mean you are and how hot you are at the same time."
"I have not," You mumbled, childishly. Of course you were, why else would you go to extreme lengths to talk to Sukuna?
"Thanks for picking me up though," Getou's eyes turned towards you and he smiled before resting his head on your shoulder.
Sukuna was silent most of the time Getou talked about your embarrassing moments alone at your dorm. There were a few smug comments about how he was a total sweetheart to you and that it was only natural for you to be so clingy, as a joke, but that was the jist of it. Even when Sukuna parked and helped you get Getou to his dorm, despite his whining about how much he wanted to stay at your place.
"Alright, sit down," You commanded, making Getou plop down onto his bed with a grimace laced on his face. "What's hurting?"
"Everything really," He responded, leaning against his elbows as if to sit up somewhat to look down at his chest then towards you. "Gojo really messed me up."
Your brows raised as you grabbed some medical supplies. "Gojo did this?"
Getou nodded, undoing his button up covered in dirt, tossing it aside and laying back down. You lifted up some bandages for the marks on his sides and plastered them to the wounds with a disinfectant. Getou was whining the whole time about how much it hurt while cleaning his bloody nose.
"Quit your bitching," You muttered, squishing his sore cheeks and huffing. "You two are so childish sometimes! Did you need to fight?"
After getting Getou into his bed and bandaged up, you turned and headed towards the exit only to find Sukuna follow you.
"Walking me home, huh?" You teased, making your way outside and smiling. Even though today wasn't a total victory, you did get closer to Sukuna.
It was probably the most special thing you've done recently, seeing as you didn't really spend time doing things like this with anyone. How you felt today was also almost a foreign feeling, a feeling of longing. To be closer and to be kinder to Sukuna; you wanted to be friends again, and you missed how he was when he was little.
Looking back at him over your shoulder, studying his features with an expressionless glance. He caught on quickly that you were looking at him and he pressed his brows together in an almost teasing way, smirking too.
"What? I get I'm hot but you don't need to rub it in."
Flinching at his words, you turned away and sighed with a pout on your face. "Shut up."
Sukuna laughed at this as you neared the girl's dormitory, the fence around it shining black and grey under the light of your phone's flash. With a sigh you turned to look up at Sukuna, his face dark from shadows being cast
from the moon. You gave a small smile and lifted your hand, pressing it against his chest and pushing lightly against it, immediately feeling the resistance from Sukuna’s pure strength over his body.
“C’mon, get going!” You giggled, lowering your hand and putting it in your pocket along with your phone once you turned off the flash. “We gotta get up early for studying and to make up for today’s tutoring tomorrow.”
“About that,” Sukuna trailed off, scratching his jaw while his eyes looked skywards.
He did this a lot when he was little and wanted to say something. Old habits die hard, I guess?
“I wanted to study this weekend to get it over with. It’ll also be good for the test Toji’s got Monday.”
“Oh.” Your small mumble of the word makes Sukuna’s eyes drag back down towards your face. His pupils dilated a little
as he took in your features, seeing the glow of your skin under the moon’s light. You looked cute when your mouth wasn’t open and barking orders at him.
Kinda nice giving his experience with you the last few weeks.
Eventually you collected your thoughts and gave a nod, pulling a strip of paper out of your pocket and writing down a time. “Tomorrow I’m free from work, so call me when you want to.”
“Uh, alright.”
You gave another nod, but was taken aback by Sukuna leaning forward and pressing his forehead against yours, speaking softly. “Cya tomorrow, loser.”
Although he sounded rude, and he was, Sukuna smiled a little and turned. Leaving you standing alone in the dark in front of your dorm house. For some odd reason, you felt a weird sense of déjà vu, and warmth in your cheeks. Sukuna was definitely playing with you at this point, why else would he be so warm after giving you the cold shoulder?
Whatever. You ran back to your room before you could spare another thought about it, though your face burning up the rest of the evening wasn’t much help.
After doing your skincare routine, taking a shower, eating and brushing your teeth, you sat in your room studying for an hour. Constantly fighting with yourself over the moment you and Sukuna shared for a small second and whether or not you wanted to talk to him about it.
Why did he do that? Was it some kind of sign?
Your head was torn into two thinking about it, and trying to focus on your notes wasn’t helping in the slightest. It had taken a while before you were able to push it to the back of your mind and get into bed, nuzzling into your pillow and letting out a big sigh that made your chest ache.
So much effort only to end up like this..
“..I’m so embarrassed.” Finishing your thought aloud, your face warmed up once again as you began to fall asleep.
Thinking about how Yuji was in school, why Getou and Gojo fought at the bar and why they’ll be as thick as thieves again, and Sukuna. The head bump, the small tone he used and the want to study this weekend, the confusion you faced. You wanted to sleep peacefully that night but it didn’t come to you.
In fact, you’d be sleeping restlessly the next few days before Gojo asked you something wild and out of your comfort zone.

Hey random question if any of the members of ACS got the Hanahaki disease what flower would they each cough up?
Okay, a couple notes before I answer:
Most of ACS is children, you're only getting a few answers here. TFF and o7 are off limits here. We are not making this a thread, J is uncomfy with Hanahaki and ACS is also his thing. I'm not doing.. UHT? Im not doing them because I don't know those characters well enough
Prof - Lisianthus (will you marry me?, I appreciate you, romantic desire). Prof would be.. straight forward with their initial feelings. As early in the symptoms as possible. If they were reciprocated, yay! If they weren't, then they would hide the flowers the best they could. The worst thing would be pressuring someone into an relationship.
Father - crocus (time to love again, breathe, happiness, peace of mind). It takes a lot to irritate Father, the man's never used more than a stern tone with his son. But HO BOY, this upsets him to no end. He doesnt want this. >:[
NooN - Pansy (i am thinking of our love, love in idleness, loving thoughts) but specifically black and white ones. He does nothing to get rid of them, flaunts them even. They play into xer image even more. Only in private are they more truthful in the actual pain. Sitting in front of her mirror and gently saving the flowers that can be. It sits in front of its mirror a lot more now..
Kliff - Marvel of Peru (my love burns for you, flame of love, wonderful) fitting! Because hed probably burn the flowers as they became apparent and pretend there wasnt an issue. Sir, please go confess sir.
