how to make noodles??

Can you make noodles?????

After I helped my senior,I can make noodles yeah! I readed Mr Haryadi’s book that  is “teknologi mie, bihun dan sohun”. I know noodle is divided as:

instant noodle

wed noodle

I studied how to make instant noodles. the instant noodles is divided to dry steam and steam fried. i choose dry steam because it is without adding oil. What do you need?

Ingredients:

wheat flour (high protein)

salt

water

Equipment:

bread rolls

bowls

weigher

mold noodles

steamer

Steps:

weight wheat flour 100 g, salt 1-3 g.

mix wheat flour and salt, after that pour 39 ml water and mix for 10 minutes.

lets stand dough for 10 minutes.

roll dough using bread rolls, after that enter it to mold and fold it.

put it into brass and steam for 3 minutes.

dried to cabinet drier for 6 minutes.

I made noodles and noodles substitution with porang (Amorphophallus muelleri Bl) . Porang has high dietary fiber and it is good for us.
