Alr I'm someone whose personality can't be described by one MTBI and I seem to find a lot of people with this problem.
Both myself and my friends have come down to trying to decide whether I am INFJ, INTJ, or ENTP.. they all describe me, really, but they describe different parts of my personality. So! I'm coining these terms for people like myself whose personalities are more like a puzzle made out of many MTBI types.
No hate or bringing your personal opinion about MTBI into this, MTBI is not a science, it is a categorization of people, and not everyone is the same.
Multimtbid
[plain text: Multimtbid]
Definition: A term in which one's MTBI type is an amalgamation of several personality types.
Fluimtbid
[plain text: fluimtbid]
Definition: A term in which one's MTBI personality type is fluid between several personality types.
Microterms
[plain text: Microterms]
Emotumtbid
[Plain text: Emotumtbid]
Definition: A term in which one's MTBI personality type is fluid, with one's mood and/or mental state, through several personality types.
Duomtbid
[Plain text: Duomtbid]
Definition: A term in which one has two distinct MTBI personality types.
Trimtbid
[Plain text: Trimtbid]
Definition: A term in which one has three distinct MTBI personality types.
Ranmtbid
[Plain text: Ranmtbid]
Definition: A term in which one is, somehow, all MTBI personality types in one.
Crossmtbid
[Plain text: Crossmtbid]
Definition: A term in which one has two MTBI personality types which 'oppose' each other. (Ex: INFP and INTP)
These do not have flags but if people would like to make flags for them, that's swag. These are not my usual terms, so not lgbtq or MAD pride, but they're relevant to me.

Its also worth noting that aspec exclusionists have already done some pretty widespread harm! They've harassed and suicide-baited tons of aspec ppl, they've created a hostile environment for aspec people on a massive scale (casual aphobia and exclusionism is common to see in both lgbtq and nonlgbtq circles on tumblr rn, and tumblr is, for better or worse, a big resource for lgbtq ppl; they also harass them on other platforms like aspec chat rooms and have put their bigotry in the neutral aspec tags on purpose), they've helped normalize anti-aspec sentiment and gatekeeping tactics again on a massive scale, they've literally have talked about boycotting suicide hotlines and other lgbtq programs and events for including aspec ppl, they've tried to smear the names of well-known lgbtq ppl who positively acknowlege aspec ppl, theyve deleted the ace and aro flags from the lgbtq wiki, theyve spread so much misinformation that people not even heavily involved in this mess are confused about what basic aspec terms mean and about what aspec inclusionism or exclusionism even is...the list goes on and on.
Its ridiculous to dismiss this kind of harm just bc its "on the internet" or "just bullying", because its still a big deal! Especially since a lot of the community is connected by the internet and some may only rarely or never be able to connect with irl lgbtq spaces. I have no doubt theyll escelate but I also think its time we take what theyve already done seriously as well
While we’re on the topic, I think it’s important for people to know that TERFs on this website are covering themselves in a new coat of paint to slide under your radar.
People aren’t reblogging from an OP who has “radfem” or “TERF” in their bio anymore, but have no problem reblogging from an OP who has “aphobe” or “exclusionist” in their bio. These people are often (though not always) TERFs, transmisogynistic, transphobic, exclusionary of nonbinaries, or just plain unsupportive of trans/NBs in general.
“Exclusionary” is literally the E in the TERF acronym. The entire aphobic movement is a page taken straight out of the TERF handbook. And I’m sick of seeing history repeat itself because no one takes these antagonistic movements seriously until they do serious harm on a wide scale.
(Do you think people really took TERFs seriously in the beginning? People didn’t do shit about it until enough trans women got it through everyone’s thick heads.)
I could go on-and-on about how excluding an entire section of the LGBTQIA+ has literally never been a good thing, and how exclusionary movements famously erase queer history, and how the community will literally fall apart if we start chopping people off. (That’s WHY communities are strong. We’re strongest TOGETHER.)
Don’t fucking tolerate any exclusionary rhetoric of ANY kind. And that means taking “Aces are fine, as long as they’re not cishet :/” as seriously as “Bi people are fine, as long as they’re not in het relationships :/” and “Trans women are fine, I just don’t think they’re real women :/”
Check your sources. Don’t spread posts with aphobic comments or which make fun of aro/ace people. If it seems fishy, just scroll by. It literally costs nothing.
Start boosting aro/ace voices. Listen to the concerns of aro/aces. Include us in queer commentary and discussions. Don’t just say we belong; act like it.
